    Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse has refined the franchise the most and gave fans a lot to hope for and look forward to. While I can see an argument that Seven Sirens is the best game of the franchise, for me, that honor belongs to Pirate’s Curse. And this replay on the PlayStation 5 only served to crystalize that fact for me. So, if you haven’t tried it yet, give the best Shantae game a chance and discover why so many people love this underrated franchise.

    This is my favorite Shantae game of all time and it's mostly because it is the most Metroid inspired one I have played of them.

    The graphics    This is my favorite Shantae game of all time and it's mostly because it is the most Metroid inspired one I have played of them.

    The graphics looks amazing this is some hike quality pixel art and looking at the bouncing of every character in the small details. It's just so good and the music just keeps banging all the time with some amazing tunes. I cannot get out of my head.

    Working together with your enemy is always one of my favorite tropes in games and movies and this one has it and it is so good to see them getting closer to each other but not getting together because of personal reasons.

    This is my favorite game of the series because I enjoyed pirate weapons and boots and the swords and the jumping and the cannons all of the weapons just makes moving around the game so much more fun than I am used to in this series because I am not a fan of shifting. This is my favorite game because it has the best feeling of move moving through the levels.    … Expand
