You are the Rendering Ranger known as Double R, a special forces soldier who must defend the Earth from a devastating alien invasion. Through nine levels of action platforming as well as blisteringly fast horizontal shooter stages, Rendering Ranger: R² is one of the greatest technological showcases ever seen on the Super Nintendo!

Few games showcase the simple action-oriented SNES-era weekend game rental as well as Rendering Ranger: R2 [Rewind] does so play it.

Rendering Ranger_R2 Rewind isn't the prettiest package, but that's ok. It's mainly here to give you some of that old school retro pain. Two of my favorite genres wrapped into one game feels like a good move, so give it a shot.

Rendering Ranger: R² [Rewind] is part of a constellation of stars never before seen by the general public that finally gets its due spotlight. Even with a release three decades ago, the combination of mechanics and precise gameplay make it very attractive for those who would like to have a taste of the 90's in its natural state.
