    it is so good to play Abe again. Soulstorm is a blast. Old school mixed with new gameplay mechanics. The continuation of Abe's story. I cannot wait for the next game to see how it plays out. It is an evolution over other platformers.

    Hands down one of the greatest platformers ever made. Graphics and animation are incredible. Nothing built on unity looks like this. Story is cinema quality and beautifully rendered animation performances that really capture the emotions. So much depth and beauty in this game. Totally refreshing rare gaming experience that is actually a lot of fun for spectators to watch others play.

    Amazing game which runs at 1440/60fps and it's freaking beautiful!! Also it is one of the best game I have ever played
    Good and improve levels and ability compare to other Oddworld's game!

    Oddworld Soulstorm feels so alive and incredible as they even explain how to play and what elements in the game world you can interact with as you begin the game. It feels like every turn something can pop out at you and there’s always new places to explore. I love the environment, and what many don’t know is that the first few stages don’t show off the true beauty in full graphic detail!!

    Im just here to balance the 0 score. This is a free game on psn yet people still complain. Kinda had enough of it. Really. Every single game attracts spoiled sourpusses. It’s getting ridiculous

    Best game I’ve played by far. Great graphics, amazing story and cutscenes, interesting and fun gameplay. Lorne Lanning and everyone at oddworld inhabitant really outdid themselves.

    One of the best 2D-puzzles ever made. I've never played any other game of this franchise, but now my eye is spot on it. Instant masterpiece of this generation. Sony is really nailing it so far.

    One of the best 2d game i've ever played and also the best new generation game yet
    It's a pleasure to find an old style of gameplay with so many new features.

    Beautiful cutscenes, perfect mix between puzzle, infiltration and platform, a very good revisited story, and the views and atmosphere are sumptuous.

    I love this game.

    El juego que todos los fans de la saga Oddworld han esperado mas de 20 años, es una experiencia increible no solo gracias a un gameplay que respeta el juego original e introduce nuevas y muy creativas mecanica, la historia es la mas oscura y profunda de la saga y las cinematicas tienen gran calidad.

    What a masterpiece, truly speechless! Stunning cutscenes, graphics, storytelling and environments; the sound, voice acting and animation is unbelievably well done!! (I would love to see a movie or a TV series based on Oddworld) Love the dark tone, humour and the cinematic feel. Some little bugs here and there (not too bad) but overall: amazing game, 100% recommend! Better challengingWhat a masterpiece, truly speechless! The art style is beautifully detailed, the gameplay is a kind throwback to its original tale (Oddworld: Abe’s Exodus) that has been expanded on to bring it into a new era of gaming. Despite a few minor bugs on launch, patches were extremely swiftly provided to improve quality of life making this game a total 10/10. Not seeing this game through to the end would be a big mistake on any gamers part. The new gameplay elements, crafting of equipment and fluid movement only emphasises the great growth of this title, and the potential of future sequels.     Oddworld Soulstorm combines everything what Old School Odyssey/Exodus Fans always wanted in a new Sequel and adds challenging new Mechanics. The Graphics are stunning and it is a great 3D comeback for the Oddworld Franchise! Don't listen to the Zeros and Low Ratings because this game is awesome and it deserves a much better score!

    Incredibly hard however keeps you captivated to go back and replay the levels for the bonus content.

    This is a triumphant return to Oddworld. Soulstorm does fantastic things with Abe's story and shows some real advances with the developer's designs. Utterly excellent look, and a world that oozes with consumerist evils make this the definitive new Oddworld experience. There are absolutely no obstacles to heartily recommending this game to all players new and old. Can't wait to see what comes next!

    Soulstorm is old school and it’s for you to decide whether that’s a flaw or not. You can definitely feel the spirit of the old Oddworlds, but for me the devs were to conservative. I would really welcome a touch of madness, some variety to spice thing up. However, if a solid, challenging retro platformer is what you’re looking for – go for it, you’ll be pleased. [06/2021, p.50]
