    This game is simply amazing! The graphics are incredible! Is not perfect, the story is interesting at the start, but later it gets boring. But this game is honestly a MUST PLAY!

    Almost every aspect is perfect in the game. The game play, the weapons, the variety of enemies and Visuals and sounds are perfect too. But except for the story and dialogs. A-lot and a-lot of talking of really non interesting subjects. It gets boring I almost skip every dialog. Cutscenes are only boring talks with not much actions or anything interesting.     The story is not as good as Zero Dawn, but everything else was much better. It's a magnificent technical achievement. Could be a little less clunky though.

    horizon forbidden west is such a great game with minor flaws.
    i played the first one and i was stunned. it looked beautiful and the story and characters were so great.

    the only criticism i have is that the story does not feel as unique and exciting as i thought. it's very predictable and does not have this surprising moments as in the first game also Aloy sometimes has uncanny facial expressions and looks weird in some scenes.

    Basically everything was improved compared to the first part, combat is even more fluid and fun. Main criticism is probably the overall story/characters. Gameplay is easily the best part.

    Las gráficas son alusinantes, al principio el juego es lento y puede ser aburrido, pero si le das la oportunidad, con el paso del tiempo es muy divertido y luego no te quieres despegar. Aveces tiene fallos con el entorno pero son irrelevantes.

    Gioco stupendo, l'inizio è un po' lento e vengono forniti al giocatore troppe informazioni. Tolte alcune parti un po' troppo arrampicose stile tomb Raider, tutto il resto è spettacolare. Un misto tra fallout, Assassin's Creed, GTA versione tribal mech. Storia da paura con trama degna di un filmone fantascientifico. Tantissime cose da fare, quest, duelli, prove, giochi da tavolo. Provatelo!

    Wonderful game with some of the best graphics available on console. Side quests are a joy & rival that of the Witcher 3. Settlements are bustling & really feel alive. Everything is upgraded from Horizon Zero Dawn. Companions are a fantastic addition & really help to build relationships & chemistry with the other characters.

    Horizon Forbiden West Is getting insteresting because is amazing, new machines, new lands, new ítems, in my point of view they were neccesary in Zero Dawn, i can tell of you choose 1080 p, 60fps your experience in gameplay improve, quality mode is optional.

    The game improves the base that constitutes the first entry of the franchise, a wider range of weapons, enemies and secondary characters. The narrative is well-paced and side quests are far more interesting and engaging. Outstanding visuals and immersive atmosphere.

    The Colosseum (arena) on very hard is broken and you have to lower the difficulty and it messes up your game. Impossible to pass the 5th challenge. - The mech assault pieces DO NOT DIFFERENTIALLY WELL and makes it less appealing to play.     Such a great game. I didn't experience any performance issues. The graphics are absolutely stunning and Aloy's companions have such developed back stories that it's easy to relate with them. There's so much to explore in the game. It can get overwhelming at first but there's easy ways to track every little bit of progress.     Très sympa, même un peu mieux que le Zero Dawn. C’est jeu classique en ce qui concerne l’open World mais ça n’empêche qu’il est très beau niveau graphismes et détails. Une histoire un peu plus intéressante que le premier mais une fin moins épique (je trouve).

Right from the beginning in photo mode zoomed in on a 2mm piece of moss in high def, incredible. Aloy can be SUPER DRY and biitchy which gets supeeer old. (Look up the glitch to infinite hop over the colleseum wall so you can dupe your entire inventory and upgrade all weapons) The CAULDRONS are insanely attractive... some of the best wall climbing and parkour you have ever played.     Todo lo que se puede pedir en un juego, este lo tiene. Gráficos increíbles, historia interesante, la jugabilidad es muy buena. Para mí de los mejores juegos del 2022 sin lugar a dudas. Fácilmente puedes superar las 50 horas.

    Best graphics i’ve seen on a game on PS5 so far and the setting is absolutely amazing. Gameplay is one of the best, fighting makes just so much fun. When you liked the first one, you will like this one, too.
    There are some minor weaknesses within the storytelling and the quests in my opinion, but overall it was a really good experience for me.

However, the amount has increased considerably, and 50 hours of play time may be burdensome.     Giving that game anything lower than a 6 is pure hating for no reason. The graphics are amazing, rock solid frame rate, still really fun gameplay which got expanded on and the cut scene and dialog quality has been vastly improved compared to the first game. Solid second entry!

    Horizon Forbidden West has an unforgettable protagonist, world, story, visuals, soundtrack and gameplay. Due to minor issues with inventory management and quest selection, I cannot call it perfect but I can say it is absolutely worth your time.

    I wasn't let down in the least. In fact, Forbidden West surprised me by enthralling me even more than the first. The heart of why that is lies in how, in most every way, this second game improves on the first. The visuals are    I had high expectations for Forbidden West. After Zero Dawn rose to be one of my all-time favorite games, I couldn't help but eagerly anticipate the sequel.

    I wasn't let down in the least. In fact, Forbidden West surprised me by enthralling me even more than the first.

    The heart of why that is lies in how, in most every way, this second game improves on the first. The visuals are still more stunning. The machine designs remain striking, terrifying, and exciting to fight against.

    And, of course, we have the stash.

    Ah, the stash! How Aloy loved her stash before the patch that made her stop blabbing about it. (Though I'll admit to spouting those lines myself as I play along now!) Even more than telling such a poignant love story, the stash is just one of the many quality of life improvements for Forbidden West's seamless gameplay. I don't know how Guerilla read my mind, but they addressed just about every pain point I had in Zero Dawn!

    Another amazing thing about this game is its pacing. For me, it was perfect for most of the playthrough, weaving in new elements just when things are beginning to grow a little stale.

    The side quests also helped to keep things interesting. Though Zero Dawn's were often great, I found myself enjoying the variety and characters involved in those in Forbidden West even more.

    The game isn't without its faults. The bugs it suffered from especially at release were far more numerous than you'd want, and a good amount persist even to this writing.

    Additionally, its story doesn't quite reach the emotional highs of the first game, though it has plenty of peaks and troughs in its own right.

    Also, while I enjoyed Machine Strike during my first playthrough, I'm not sure I'll go back to it. It was the same way for me with Gwent in Witcher 3, however, that could just be a personal take!

    Finally, upon reflection, I didn't love the addition of all the gear Forbidden West included. It just became too much, and with its stats kept too vague. Give me some hard numbers and I'd be much more pleased!

    All that being said, Forbidden West will always keep a place in my heart if only for the reason that I was playing it and inspired by it while writing my book, The Last Ranger, whose protagonist was inspired by Aloy. Being able to play in this brilliant world served as not only a fun experience, but a great way to keep in the mind of a like character.

    Forbidden West takes it place in my top 3 games ever, if it doesn't snag first place outright. I'm over the moon excited for the DLC to release in less than a week!    … Expand

    Die Grafik ist herausragend und die Animationen sind deutlich fortgeschritten! Die Story ist wirklich interessant und die Nebenaufgaben sind auch echt gut. Ich mag leider das Dialogsystem nicht und meiner Meinung nach ist das Spiel auch etwas zu dick aufgeblasen. The gameplay is so much fun, I've put at least 100hrs into this game and it still hasn't gotten boring. I think it helps that the load times are practically non existent. You can be across the map in quite literally a matter of 2 seconds. Aloy is a grand protagonist. She's compassionate, funny, sassy, and there's nothing I don't love about her. I guess the spoilers would be that in the latest DLC they confirmed her sexuality and I was able to relate to her that much more. Her "OG" self, Liz, was gay so I mean it wasn't a shocker if im honest. She had hella chemistry with Petra in the first game and I will admit I was a bit disappointed with the lack of interaction and chemistry in this game. They held it back. But I guess they made it up with Seyka. Anyways the DLC adds more machines, allows you to level up past 50, which means there's new skills available. There's also a new weapon! So anyways I highly recommend this game, if you love open world and story driven games with fun gameplay mechanics this is for you!… Expand

    One of the best games in PS5. Horizon Zero Dawn was a great game. Forbidden West turn what was already great in something even more amazing. The lore is getting richer and richer. Can't wait for Horizon 3.

    It is one of the few games that could be said to have many elements of "next-gen graphics" of volumetric light/fog. Great open world and a really huge map with different biomes. Those who like open-world sand box types of games will really enjoy themselves here. There is really a lot on the map and it looks great on PS5 in balance mode.     A worthy successor to Zero Dawn. The story is a little more sprawling, they indulged in a bit of over-padding, and upgrading weapons sufficiently to survive the Ultra Hard NG+ mode is a bit of a grind. But considering I'd rate H:ZD as the best open-world game produced, bar-none, being "pretty good, even compared to that" rates a 10.

    My Dad bought the game, he played the first and was hyped - not really a PS person myself but got caught on the hyped and well. Played the hell out of it, my first Platinum trophy and first was impressed.     this is a big step up from the first one which I already loved, I played it for like 120 hours and I will continue to explore because it's so beautiful !

    a full blown upgrade. The game takes a while to boot up but once it does I was just as hooked as the first game. In my top 5 best games.

    The only complaint is that when I got to the aftergame the game was more chonky than at the beginning. Is it something that has happened to me in many games, too much data for the power of the console?

Side quests have always been an issue with the Horizon franchise as most of the time you are tasked with finding a lost individual and rescuing them from the evils found in the vast open environment which can be quite repetitive. However I found myself enjoying the side quests a bit more than the previous installment thanks to being introduced to a variety of different tribes and characters which make these additional stories and encounters more fun and unique. Main storyline reveals new secrets / enemies and we get a better understanding of the downfall of society and the rise of the machines. Boss fights and enemy encounters are more cinematic and enjoyable thanks to the new tools, weapons and combat mechanics. Overall a great experience and a true definition of next gen gaming, I believe HFW is a great example of how to deliver a proper sequel.… Expand

    freakin MASTERPIECE! This game is top tier amazing. One of the best stories from a Playstation series. The graphics are beautiful. The open world is fun, the controls are tight and responsive. I can't think of a single bad thing about this.

A sequela de Zero Dawn, onde foi derrotado Hades, procura um backup a Gaia, juntamente com os restantes companions. Como é de um RPG, não recebes nada se não deres nada em troca. Mais tarde descobre que não é o único clone, na qual era refém de um grupo de ricos vindos de outro planeta como refúgio. A história acaba com o plot de que tudo isto não passa de uma história de amor e sem ter nenhuma palavra, acontece o boss final, dando ênfase ao terceiro jogo que certamente será ou noutro planeta ou com armas mais futuristas para combater a plague que está a cair do espaço.

    Gameplay: Jogabilidade excelente, bastante fluída e flexível. Vários equipamentos e armas que se pode jogar com adaptações e upgrades. E ainda se pode usar um visual sem esse estar equipado. A nota apenas não é perfeita por ser flexível demais em certos momentos, se não se colocar bem o posicionamento do botão. A nova adição de se poder voar também é excelente e é pena se receber, apenas, na penúltima missão do jogo. Teria facilitado bastante a exploração do mapa sem se tornar um aborrecimento. Tornaria o jogo mais fast paced e apesar de se demorar um pouco mais a ser passado, havia muito mais imersão no jogo. Contudo, tendo essa máquina disponível para voar, tudo o que ficou por fazer, explorar e o DLC, deixou vontade de ser jogado futuramente.

    Música: Banda Sonora de raiz e efeitos sonoros bons.

    Gráficos: É um dos, se não o jogo com melhores gráficos alguma vez criado. Desde paisagens, a sombras, reflexos e subaquáticos.    … Expand

    A fantastic sequel that improves upon the first entry in every way. Characters are interesting and endearing, combat is fun and weapons varied, the story leans further into the sci-fi, and it's _gorgeous_. Would absolutely recommend.

    I have been going through a tough patch in my life recently, and Horizon has been a beacon of light for me. The beautiful world, the engaging narrative, and the inspiring heroine of Aloy have all helped me to keep going.

    I have always been a fan of science fiction, but Horizon is one of the most imaginative and engaging stories I have ever encountered. The world of Horizon is so rich    I have been going through a tough patch in my life recently, and Horizon has been a beacon of light for me. The beautiful world, the engaging narrative, and the inspiring heroine of Aloy have all helped me to keep going.

    I have always been a fan of science fiction, but Horizon is one of the most imaginative and engaging stories I have ever encountered. The world of Horizon is so rich and detailed, and the characters are so well-developed. I love that Aloy is a strong and independent woman who is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She is an inspiration to me, and I am so grateful that I have been able to follow her journey.

    I am looking forward to continuing Aloy's story in Horizon Forbidden West. I know that it will be another amazing adventure, and I cannot wait to see what challenges she faces and how she overcomes them.

    Thanks to Guerrilla Games for creating such a wonderful game. It has truly helped me through a difficult time in my life.

    As for the technical aspects of the game:

    -The graphics and animation are absolutely breathtaking. The motion capture animation direction is perfect. Each cutscene feels like it took a lot of work with its direction. It brings proper life to the characters and makes you care for even the most minor side quest characters.
    -The music and environmental sounds are inspiring
    (There is only one particular minor character whose voice recording had a bit of an echo, but given everything else, this is definitely forgivable)
    -The Combat is intricate, fun, and engaging. HFW now includes in-depth combo mechanics that make each encounter different and highly engaging.    … Expand

    Horizon has enchanted me again. After a slow start, a graphically beautiful, sophisticated sequel comes, polished in every aspect, and underscored by a great soundtrack on top of that. The sequel was simply a success. Everything that worked before works even slightly better now. [Issue#317]

    Horizon Forbidden West is Guerrilla's best game to date, taking Aloy to new heights with a blockbuster release that meets the high standards set by PlayStation in recent years. While it's totally worth fans jumping in on day one, it's perhaps better to wait a few weeks until all the bugs are ironed out.

It has an open world with plenty of things to do and places to explore, fights against some really well-developed machines and stunning visuals. The feeling is that the second game of the series improves on what was already great, and it feels rewarding and fun to play. It is another single-player masterpiece from Sony.
