    This would have been an easy 10/10 if there is no online always bs in place. I really hope Polyphony Digital take this and modify game not to always be online.

    One of the best PlayStation 5 games so far and definitely a MUST to have tried at least once.
    Brings back the nostalgia of the older parts and is really fun.
    The staging of the "story" can be quite dry and tiring, but the side activities are incredibly fun and challenging, as you would expect from a real driving simulator.

    Good looking and fun. If you like race games, then this is a game for you. Only thing is is that van bevond a bit boring after a des hours but with a kittel break it is very fun again.

    so its a review bombing, not actual complaints, because the game plays great and looks great, the downside is always online, but that's been a thing for most games for some time now, the game is solid, and will get better with time, just have to stick it out, and not complain like a bunch of whiny baby's.

    This is hands down the best GT ever, and the best driving sim that I have played. The main point of this game is racing, both off line and on line. Driving Nordschleife with Gr 3 cars or formulas to beat your own best lap time, or competing against other enthusiasts. It seems that a lot people a giving a critique about microtransactions, but you do not need them to progress and enjoy the game.

    Microtransactions are not as bad as ppl are saying they are just hating on an amazing game and the mandatory online is appreciated by those who don't want ppl cheating and always out to beat their friends times

    Visually stunning on a PS5. Fan since GT1. Plenty of content to get the wheels rolling. Controller Haptics are nice if you don’t have a wheel but the DD Pro is worth purchasing for a sim like experience. Plenty of future updates coming just like GT Sport in that regard so review bombing this game is childish and these kids needs to grow up.

    Dou 10 só para combater esse reviewsbombs, na moral, esse site já deixou de ser referência de nota faz tempo, só sobrevive com essas polêmicas, senão eu nem lembrava do site mais, se for ver bem, site de análise séria só deveria permitir análises e notas de quem jogou o game, o que não é o caso aqui.

    Please don't listen to all of the complainers here. GT7 is a proper return to the Gran Turismo numbered series of games. The graphics are beautiful and the weather/time-of-day effects are among the best in the business. All of the traditional activities and car collection is present here including license tests, all of the different series, and tuning. With Polyphony Digital setting some expectations for post-launch support with all of the additions to the car lists and tracks in GT Sport, this racing game is well worth the $60 price of entry.    … Expand

    My score is an 8 out 10. Its a great game. Gran Turismo 7 does an amazing job emulating real life cars. Something that most racing games don't even care to do. I deducted a point, because the game requires internet to play it. If you don't have an internet connection, looks like about 80% of the game is locked. Its irrelevant in this game in my opinion. People always talk about how GT7 looks and it looks great. But im going to talk about how it sounds. And it sounds amazing. Cars sound like their real life versions. I love how you can hear the supercharger whine on cars with superchargers. I love how you can hear the turbos on cars with turbos.     Pros:
    Great driving physics.
    License tests and missions are challenging and fun for the most part.
    Multiplayer is fun, but tuning exploits needs fixing.
    Looks great.
    It's just a joy to play.

    Cons:
    Campaign too short, feels unfinished.
    Always online.
    BoP is exploitable in online races, so they took it out for now. Should've been fixed before release.

    The game is absolutely fantastic. I am new to GT series.. use to play GT in PS2 era and now I came back to play it again.. and this is one of the best racing game I have ever played. The driving seems like real driving. No doubt why it's called the best Racing Simulator. Though there are minor hiccups but that's not going to take away any rating point from my side. Will give it a 10. A solid 10

    Fantastic, absolutely fantastic. Not for a long time have i come across a game that balances "Sim" realism with fun!!!! A sliding scale of assists that you can tailor for the way you want to play and enjoy the game.

    Graphically it's ground-breaking, the visuals are just "next gen" at last. I get rewarded for learning lines, breaking-zones and can grind for my favourite car like the    Fantastic, absolutely fantastic.     Now, the online requirement and micro-transitions are not my cup of tea, but that is absolutely detracting people's attention / review bombing away from the actual core Game Play which is just staggeringly good. It's interesting other games with "micro transactions" such as skins, season passes, additional cars etc aren't getting judged so harshly?

    A game i have thus far thoroughly enjoyed and will sink many, many hours into.

    I just not buy in-game credits. I have no ploblem with the system.
    The game is, as same as all previous GT games, pro-legacy autos, pro-ICE cars, and pro-Japanese cars, but not big problems to me.

    Gra jest świetna. Nigdy jeszcze nie kupiłem tak drogiej gry (319pln), ale nie żałuję. Wręcz przeciwnie, jestem zachwycony. Świetna grafika, fizyka, mnogość funkcji, trybów, samochodów. Gram na T150, wheel stand pro I Ikea poang, wrażeniey dużo lepsze niż na padzie

    O jogo ficou excelente, recuperou quase todas as características dos Gran Turismo 1 e 2 do PS1, mas agora com gráficos e jogabilidade de nova geração. O modo offline ficou excelente, vc joga horas sem enjoar e é rico em histórias automobilísticas. A simulação do jogo é muito boa também, a IA do jogo também é boa, bem melhor do que a média dos jogos da mesma categoria inclusive tenta teO jogo ficou excelente, recuperou quase todas as características dos Gran Turismo 1 e 2 do PS1, mas agora com gráficos e jogabilidade de nova geração. O modo offline ficou excelente, vc joga horas sem enjoar e é rico em histórias automobilísticas. A simulação do jogo é muito boa também, a IA do jogo também é boa, bem melhor do que a média dos jogos da mesma categoria inclusive tenta te fechar e fechar outros carros na disputa por posições. O jogo também tem uma ampla variedade de carros de diversas categorias. O único lado negativo que notei é que não é possíve é vender carros usados (pelo menos até a parte que estou no jogo, lembrando que já tenho quase 30h de gameplay).     Now that the game economy is fixed we cqn really enjoy the game. Still a lot of margin for improvement, as most of the games these days anyway, it will get better at each update. We need major upadtes on the cars available, most of them are still the same since years. It should bring back a lot of tracks of the past in addition to new ones. Bring finally back PIKE's Peak !!!!

    Great game. Was a few issues initially but most ironed out. This game got lots of criticising at the start but I honestly feel the developers have done a great job. Especially like scrapes aspect of it which looks incredibly on the PS5 especially.

Everything about this game is otherwise fantastic. I have not had this much fun in years. The physics of the cars and graphical details alone are simply astounding. The single player provides endless hours of racing exhilaration. The multiplayer will also continue to provide even more hours of fun for the bright future of this game.     This game is probably the best racing you can get but it is a problem that when servers are down there isn’t much too entertain you until there back up. Micro transactions are all optional and playing the campaign you are given a lot of cars. It would be better if they weren’t there but they aren’t intrusive.

    The game is amazing and the economy within which was made an utter cash grab by an update has been since reverted to a much more enjoyable state, so feel free to go check yourself.

    Nearly perfect game overall. The review bombing happened because initially the in-game payments were very low and it was extremely hard to buy new cars, so it looked like the developer was pushing people to micro transactions. Fortunately they realised their mistake and now the issue has been fixed.

    Im about 100hrs in and not a dime spent so far.....i think people here are overreacting. Been a while since a game has hooked me like this and with further tweaks this will only get better.
    People need to actually play the game before reacting.

Note this game isn’t the typical racing game like forza or NFS, this game is for car fanatics and racing fanatics and best played with the wherl although the haptics of the dualsense are some of the best i’ve tried on ps5.     The first GT I played was GT3 on PS2. A great game, and GT7 reminds me a bit of this old game. The licenses, the trials are still great to do. And for me, with    My goodness, this was not a good start for this game. Online troubles, nerfs, microtransactions really harmed this game. Even though this game is quite good. It's not a perfect game, but it's a great and entertaining racing game.

    The first GT I played was GT3 on PS2. A great game, and GT7 reminds me a bit of this old game. The licenses, the trials are still great to do. And for me, with my terrible skillz, quite challenging. The addition of the menu books provides a nice kind of story to follow along and progress slowly but surely. When you've done that, you have some nice cars, a bit of money and are ready to collect more cars. If you spend time getting to know the tracks (since update 1.11 also making you money), you will get better and better. Which is good, because online racing is also nice to do.

    All in all, this is a great racing game. It has that old GT feeling, at least for me, some of the old tracks are back and look better than ever. The cars handle great (for the most part) or you can tune them to make them at least drivable.

    EDIT: the only really annoying thing are the tickets. Why do I only win the lowest possible cash prize?    … Expand

    Люди которые говорят что в игре много гринда просто никогда не играли в ГТ. А я вам так скажу, в игре всё намного упрощенно в этом плане по сравнению с прошлыми частями. Тут деньги зарабатываются очень легко. Просто надо знать где. Тут просто за изучение трассы дают 1 лям, что нонсенс! Такого в играх ГТ никогда не было. И люди вопят по поводу гринда... казуалы.     With 1.07 patch the game has become even more microtransaction intensive. This removes almost all the fun from the game. In a nutshell, you can't progress without paying disgusting amounts of real money.

    Great game with a bright future. Will not buy any mtx and I get that this is a long haul game and I'm here for that. My few issues are:

    The daily challange rewards are bad. It's always the lowest prize! Sp content should be playable during server maintenance. When the servers close in the future is the game unplayable foreverd?

The cars look fantastic and are enjoyable to drive. Tuning is fun and makes a great difference on the performance of your car. Story mode with the menu books is a bit on the short side, but that’s fine with me. I hope they will add new cars and new circuits soon in upcoming updates.… Expand

    Muito rage com um jogo que é uma homenagem ao automobilismo.
    Tem sim um pouco de grind, mas nada que estrague a experiencia.
    Gráficos incriveis, fisica bem aplicada, possibilidade de tunning, partidas online com regras e punicoes claras. AI avançada, nao parecendo um maluco qualquer.

    It's a celebration of cars and has hours upon hours of gameplay. If you enjoyed past GT    I rarely give games a 10, but I feel like this game deserves it. With most of the original complaints addressed, I feel the game is in its best place at the moment. I literally bought my PS5 just because of this game and its also the only one I have a platinum trophy for as I just love it so much.

    It's a celebration of cars and has hours upon hours of gameplay. If you enjoyed past GT games or just love the history of cars and want that unique feel and sound from each one through the wonderful duelsense controller, this is hands down the best experience you will get.

    Grane evolução desde o GT1. De cara percebemos que precisaremos ser técnico no jogo para ter êxito. A cada corrida, nos sentimos com mais vontade de jogar. Dominar o carro é desafiador. Os efeitos do dualsnese no jogo são incríveis. Som 3d fantástico. O verdadeiro simulador de corridas.
    Poderia ter mais capricho nos cenários fora das pistas...

    there's still a lot of room for improvement, but there have definitely been a lot of upgrades and favorable things that came from this game.
    i have finished the cafe mode and it was pretty fun, and im excited to play the online and sport mode.
    although the always online is a bummer.

    Boa Ambientação. Conteúdo ok, mas falta um modo singleplayer onde o jogador possa organizar seu próprio torneio e os sistemas de recompensa e farm são muito ruins.
    Gráficos bons, mas faltou mais capricho e detalhamento com o interior dos carros. Campanha boa. Jogabilidae boa.

    I really don’t understand all the criticism - this is the most realistic and satisfying racing game I’ve played to date. Lots of content, everything oozes of quality. Driving with a wheel is very well done and great fun.

    Sure, they had added microtransactions, but those are not required to complete the game. I’ve finished the game and did not need to grind.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. To start off, I'm a big fan of the Gran Turismo series, so I was hyped to see this game release on the PS4 (I don't have the PS5). There's been 8 years between GT6 and GT7, and 4 years between GT Sport and GT7, so Polyphony had to show something for that time.

    Pros: The driving physics are completely revamped, and feel far more realistic than GT Sport. No traction control on cars are bearable, curbs are a concern, wet weather driving is wonderful, etc. It definitely brings the Gran Turismo series closer towards proper sim racing games like Asseto Corsa. Progression is gradual, and you aren't handed a supercar from the start (unlike Forza). The used car dealership is a really nice addition, as well as the legendary dealership (with real-life pricing from Hagerty, which I'll get into later). There are some license tests that carry difficulty (e.g. final tests from License A and up, especially the final license of the game), the AI has been dramatically improved and are quite competitive at times. Not all the tracks have wet weather, but for the ones that does, it is wonderfully done. You'll have to worry about aquaplaning, tire grip, etc. The realism was increased a lot for GT7.

    Cons: The car list can be a bit sparce. Besides the 324 cars coming from GT Sport, only about 100 or so more were added to GT7. It's a far cry from even the 700 or so that were in GT4, which feels a bit of a letdown, but at the same time these cars are given far more quality than ever. Also, with the car list, car dealerships (including the Legendary one) needs to rotate far more often. There's too many cars locked away with a slow moving dealership. Then there's three big cons:

    Microtransactions and online-only. The microtransactions are overblown in the media, they aren't that bad. You can still easily grind a lot of money to buy new, fancy cars. Going back to Hagerty-pricing, while I find it interesting, I can understand some finding it frustrating. It just means you'll need to grind more for cars, which I'm not entirely angry for since grinding for unique cars has been a thing even back in Gran Turismo 4 days. None of these really-expensive cars are necessary to be competitive, they're more or less trophies for your hard work.
    What scares me more is online-only. Because Polyphony has a habit of shutting off servers for old Gran Turismo games, I'm afraid that either Polyphony would need to maintain servers no matter what, or GT7 would be essentially gone in the dust once its lifecycle is gone.

    I know menus are practically career mode for GT7, but there needs to be more in the game once all the menus are complete. What happened to the A-Spec/B-Spec championships that were around for GT5/GT6? The missions are pretty nice, but besides that, there's a lack of content beyond the menus. I hope future updates rectify this.

    Overall it is an excellent game. There are notable flaws, but that's just expected with new games nowadays. Game-as-a-service business model has taken over and GT7 needs to adapt to survive. It needs microtransactions because $60/$70 for a AAA game is becoming unfeasible, but raising these prices would cause hell with consumers, which is why game prices has been so stagnant since the 90s. And within the changing market, it's a way for not only Polyphony to make more profit but to survive in a cutthroat market space.    … Expand

    - We now have BOTS (lookup clubmanSharp) we can use over remote play from a pc easily if credits are a concern. 10million in one night of sleep. Fine for me, should be fine with collectors as well now. Thats a TON of game money.

    - Fidelity is AAA. No slow downs and not blocky textures. Super clean game

    A lot of the other low scores are reflecting the studio's decision to cut the payout in half for several races under the guise of wanting to stop people boringly racing the same race over and over to grind cash to buy cars. You cant do that, as the (at the time of writing) 2.8 user score suggests. However, I've played GT since the first one. The progression to me has always been win a race, get some money and them upgrade the car a little bit. I can still do that so I don't mind the payout cut.     As a long fan of the GT series I would say this is the best entry since GT4. I was surprised at the overall quality and passion put into the career mode after it was stripped back in GT Sport and long gone are the days of GT 5's and GT 6's premium and standard cars. A really fun game that reminds me of the roots of the series.

    Un excellent jeu de course, un vrai coup de cœur pour moi. Mon premier Gran Turismo et ce jeu m'a tellement surpris à me faire aimer des choses que je n'aimais pas avant comme apprendre à rouler proprement, étudier les circuits, regarder ces replays tellement ils sont satisfaisant à regarder.. Un contenu énorme avec un gameplay aux **** oignons

    I couldnt believe the unbelievably low score on this game . I dont know what little issues people are finding here but i see no apriciation of a new generation racing game that even if its not perfect it is still a game that has lot to be apriciated .     It's my third decade that I play GT series and I should mention it's awesome, of course there are some cons in the game like there is no time trial before starting the race, but I really don't understand why it's got so many 0 scores, by the way those who played GT series know how this game is and 0 scores will not avoid them to experience this game.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
