    Premièrement les décors sont vraiment beau ! J’aime bien les réactions à la première personne ( personnage parle quand on lui dit salut ).Mais on ne peut pas augmenter le personnage comme les autres far-cry. Les armes sont a chier, les animaux sa fais vraiment dur, aucune ressemblance avec les autres jeux. J’ai l’impression qu’ils ont mixé assassin creed et far-cry.     To be fair, I think the game is good.
    The story isnt perfect, characters seems off and there's bugs here and there.. But the gameplay is entertaining, and thats enough for me in this case. I have my laughs and have not yet gotten bored (~20 hours ingame).

    I got about 4 hours into the game and stopped playing the story dint grasp me enough and the gameplay style is getting old. Its just far cry again, this franchise needs a break from oversaturation.

    maybe its just the island setting but i had a blast, i was so bored during far cry 4 and 5. and those settings were terrible. this is my 2nd fav far cry after 3. but yes the game is very same same as all far cry games. some new additions were good. looked great at 4k with 60fps. at least it worked at release unlike some games these days. story was kinda meh tho.

    To be clear, people here can't elaborate things to say about games. This is a true review. I love sandbox fps games and have played far cry 3 (amazing game) and 4. Lost interest because is always the same thing over and over and the 6th is no different. The progression of this game is insanely lost.     Wish I had waited a couple of years to play this, when it was included as part of bargain bundle in the discount section. So many of the best parts of previous Far Cry games have been pruned or are simply missing. Even flying aircraft has been dumbed-down to the point the physics don't make any sense. I enjoyed far cry 6 for most of the time I played it, but there are some glaring flaws. 1st - There is no ability to recruit human fighters to help you or man your vehicle gun in singleplayer mode. They only included animals that follow you around. About 3/4 through the game there are 2 unlikable characters that are so annoying, it made me nearly quit the game, to make things worse they introduce woke politics into the story via trans rights and claiming American is a racist country. Unbelievable! There are also a number of glitches in the game, like when you shoot a person in a vehicle, then they dive out dead, not fall out lol!

    + some guns feel really good
    + Good size map
    + No drugged out moments in the story.
    + No forced captures like in fc5
    + Lots of detail / gun modding.
    + Very nice water effects.

    - made unlikable characters
    - wasted villain
    - planes and choppers are practically worthless in combat.
    - story in uneven in places
    - Can't recruit human AI

    I think the gave deserves a 6.5.    … Expand

We can no longer pick up weapons, so if you are in an area with no fast travel and have the wrong loadout you're completely screwed. We can no longer hire NPCs so gunner vehicle    1 Step Forward 5 Steps Back

    The fact that you can blend in and NPC are no longer gods that know every person on the planet is great, however they got rid of MANY MANY previously useful and enjoyable features.

    We can no longer pick up weapons, so if you are in an area with no fast travel and have the wrong loadout you're completely screwed.

    We can no longer hire NPCs so gunner vehicle positions are mostly useless

    They got rid of the day night cycle, which means not only can't you play in your preferred time, but you also have to wait for certain missions to be available.

    They added respawning enemies that makes certain areas tedious as you can't plan anything out since enemies will just respawn behind you. I'm all for respawning enemies, but at a reasonable pace, let the next day night cycle begin or something.

    And we can only acquire certain money and (to a lesser degree) items through one of the most atrocious modes in the game, Special Operations, which is ridiculously difficult even at the beginning levels. It's like the developers don't have any common sense when they made this game mode.

    This mode is made much worse by the fact that you could have overcome the difficulty by being able to be patient and being able to pace and plan your route...

    BUT these idiots added a timer by means of a bomb that needs water, which means you HAVE TO RUSH! There's no way to plan out anything and you often end up having to run straight into a group of enemies to try and stop the bomb from detonating and ending the game.

    The difficulty could have been fixed simply in at least three different ways... 1. make the bomb timer much slower. 2. add many more water sources... as it is now the bomb is always about to explode by time you get to the next water source. OR 3. not have every water source be littered with enemies... meaning not only are you running into a group of enemies, but you can't even fucus on them because you must focus on the bomb, leaving the enemies to kill you while you're trying to stop the bomb from exploding. Not only is that frustrating, it's a situation that completely forces you to abandons stealth which a lot of players enjoy.

    Just an awful awful game mode and a pretty disappointing game in general

    and perhaps they thought that further into the game with different weapons may make the Special Operations mode easier (which may not be the case anyway), but regardless, we shouldn't have to wait to play a built-in mode of the game, if it's available it should be playable correctly.    … Expand

Ubisoft has got a perfect recipie for these games, and some people want innovation and new gameplay mechanics, which in my opinion brakes the games, a good example being the AC series from Origins to Valhalla.

    It is so repetitive it gets boring, every Far Cry game is almost the same one. Lots of bugs and I personally dislike this gunplay, specially after playing Call of Duty.

    I didn’t expect much from the new FC6, so I can’t be really disappointed. I knew it won’t be different from older FC. I still enjoyed to play this game and found it very beautiful most of the time.
    I missed though competences trees and real craft.
    The characters are a bit shallow and too caricatural, and some of them victims of IRL lgbt/feminism influences. I have nothing against it, I    I didn’t expect much from the new FC6, so I can’t be really disappointed. I knew it won’t be different from older FC. I still enjoyed to play this game and found it very beautiful most of the time.

But if this part is your first, do not buy and I advise you to try Far Cry 3 and 5 to decide for me the best parts of the game and you must try it, do not miss it for yourselves. Cases that make you feel the character of the villain, while other cases were very normal, frankly, and the end is frankly not the best ending, but as a game for me, it is fun in the way of playing and trying to embody the story… Expand

The villain by the way is incredibly overhyped. The gun play somehow feels worse than far cry 5. There is no recoil, the AI is just dumb, the weapons are ridiculous and the addition of bullet specialisation is pointless. This game also suffers from Valhalla syndrome. It's about 50 hours longer than what it should be, with shallow side quests, boring side characters and it doesn't even try to build upon the foundation of the radio towers that everybody loved. It's honestly a huge disappointment and it just proves that Ubisoft just doesn't care anymore, and they are just milking trends at this point, as the game feels more like a Wolfenstein: The New Blood Peru Ubisoft edition than Far cry. If you wanna see it for yourself, please pirate the game and don't give them money. The project managers at Ubisoft should all be fired at this point and so should many of the untalented people they have hired and promoted instead of people that deserved it. Just avoid the company at all cost and maybe we will see some change in a year or two. It just blows my mind how the worse game ever made ( Valhalla) is this company's best seller of all time. Just don't buy anything from them again till you see something different, at the direction people actually want.… Expand

    I love the Far Cry series. I've gotten platinum on all of the games since Far Cry 3 until this one... and this will probably be the only one I don't platinum because the game began stealing my resources.

    For example, I would spend hours farming to upgrade a camp facility to 3. Then it would degrade the facility's level upon exiting the game and coming back, but it would save the spent    I love the Far Cry series. I've gotten platinum on all of the games since Far Cry 3 until this one... and this will probably be the only one I don't platinum because the game began stealing my resources.

    For example, I would spend hours farming to upgrade a camp facility to 3. Then it would degrade the facility's level upon exiting the game and coming back, but it would save the spent resources. I made sure the game autosaved multiple times after upgrading the facility. It even saved everything I did afterwards, like the weapons I purchased and modifications I made to them.

    If you google this issue you will see others reporting this problem since release and nothing has ever been done about it. Sure all Far Cry's have had their bugs, but one that steals a ton of resources from you? I just can't do it. Not until this has been resolved. I emailed customer support and I will update this review if they solve the issue. Until then, I will cut my losses and not be wasting any more time on this game.    … Expand

    Playing this game is just as equally as bad as watching a rabbit make a dookie and a cat came along and ate it and slowly digested but now a dog came and ate the cats dookie , the dog past a stool only for a human to eat the dogs turd , the human is now sick and has bad constant diarrhea that stink horribly .. that sums up this game worthless and will give you diarrhea of the brain ..

    Отдельный привет человеку, который придумал сделать зоны обведённые красным пунктиром, которые невозможно захватить.

    I'm enjoying this game. Yes it's very much a Far Cry game but I feel like it delivers the most since Far Cry 4. Map is absolutely massive and there's several quality of life improvements to just let you play the game how you want.

    My last favourite Far Cry was 4 and feel like this one is somehow a bit less vibrant than how I remember 4. Other than that mostly what I expected.

    Overall I think this is a good game even with some failures.
    Pros:
    - Good tropical setting with nice graphic - Nice Weapons and a nice Supremo Weapon - Good end boss and a lot of good humor within the game - Amigos, totally love those pets Contra: - KI Spawns and way too many enemies. - Only third person in Camp (at least give us 3 person within a vehicle) - The story is ok but    Overall I think this is a good game even with some failures.

I've played through the whole thing, and there are no political agendas being pushed. The only snowflakes here are the conservatives being triggered and overly sensitive yet again, because they don't believe women or trans people are allowed to exist as strongRating a 10 just to offset the 0's.     I’ve played every Far Cry game including this one. New Dawn was my favorite. This game has been absolutely fantastic in many respects. The graphics are fantastic on the PlayStation 5. I often find myself just pausing to take snapshots. The story, although very similar to most other FarCry games, was enough to keep me interested and moving from mission to mission. I focused primarily on theI’ve played every Far Cry game including this one. New Dawn was my favorite. This game has been absolutely fantastic in many respects. The graphics are fantastic on the PlayStation 5. I often find myself just pausing to take snapshots. The story, although very similar to most other FarCry games, was enough to keep me interested and moving from mission to mission. I focused primarily on the main story, but took on side missions as I happened to pass by them. There’s a nice sense of progress as you rank up and also as you obtain new Amigos and upgrade their abilities. The choice to return to third person for cutscenes feels better than the first person only scenes of some of the past games. I found myself excited to come home from work every day and play for many hours. I’ve played many, many games this year and I would consider this to be in the running for Game of the Year. I will continue enjoying this game for many more hours until the next FarCry game.… Expand

This is just beyond boring, the graphics are not even close to acceptable for a ps5. Not to mention in the first 5 minutes the game tells the player, and I quote " the American dream is not for people of our color". Seriously.....That was fun explaining to my kid.     it's impossible to avoid the feeling this is basically the 5th far cry 3. yes the world is bigger and prettier but this is just another mediocre ubisoft open world with hundreds of objective markers, good for when you wanna turn off your brain and shoot stuff but not much else , recommend to buy at a sale of at least 50&

    I though the game was great. Haven’t played a far cry game since 3. Never had a single bug or crash on Xbox X. Game ran smooth, gun play was fun. Had a great time getting lost in the world for a couple weeks.

    Fun enough without re-inventing the wheel. Tying perks to guns and armor was really confusing, and a huge slog. The story is completely forgettable. If you like un-lockathons, like me, then you'll get a little bit of joy out of it. Otherwise it's a pretty bland experience.

    Uma das coisas que eu mais gostava nos outros jogos era essa dificuldade, você tinha que se virar, arrumar um jeito de invadir os lugares e matar os inimigos sem fazer barulho. Pra isso você pode usar arcos, facas, takedowns e outras opções. Porém nesse jogo, agora tem um sistema de munições específicas, que possuem atributos diferentes, e tem uma munição chamada "munição perfurante", que é EXTREMAMENTE apelona. A ideia seria uma munição que perfura armaduras. Porém essa munição mata qualquer inimigo se você atirar na cabeça dele. Ou seja, toda aquela magia de invadir, atirar com cautela, esconder corpos e etc, agora se transformou num jogo de sniper pra celular, daqueles bem ruins. Onde tudo que você precisa fazer é: detectar os inimigos com a câmera, destruir os alarmes, e atirar em todos eles de longe usando tua arma com silenciador e munição perfurante. Sem contar que a motivação pra completar a história é zero, você mais quer ficar zoando e fazendo missões secundárias do que, propriamente dito, matar o Antón. As missões de história são um saco, bastante repetitivas, sempre seguindo o mesmo roteiro: algum personagem com o qual você não se importa está preso em algum lugar, daí vc tem que ir lá, matar os soldados, e libertar o cara.

    Num geral, dei 7 pois amo essa franquia, a ambientação é MUITO legal, os gráficos não são de nova geração mas são muito bonitos, as side quests e colecionáveis são muito divertidos, principalmente um em que você precisa encontrar figuras espalhadas pelo cenário para abrir um baú, numa espécie de caça ao tesouro, seguindo pistas e pinturas na parede. A fauna é sensacional, tem todo tipo de animais, igualmente nos outros Far Cry.

    As armas de gambiarra são inúteis. O jogo fica o tempo todo te falando "o quão legais elas são, use elas, blablabla", mas você joga por dois segundos com elas e já volta a usar a droga do rifle com silenciador e munição perfurante, que mata qualquer inimigo em um único tiro. (quando digo qualquer inimigo, me refiro até àqueles cheios de armadura, que vc tinha que encher de flechadas nos outros Far Cry.)

    Enfim, recomendo mas que seja por um preço bom. Esperem promoções, ou pelo menos comprem a versão standard, pois jogo nenhum no mundo vale 420 reais (que eu, trouxa, paguei achando que valeria a pena ahushsusha)    … Expand

    I absolutely love this game but I've also always loved the farcry formula. Well except for 4 for whatever reason. It's definitely not innovating in any way but I'll be loving 100 percenting it and I do enjoy the setting a lot more than I have for any of the others since 3.     I am actually quite impressed with the 6th release of Farcry. I think it is a lot better than its previous title. This release just feels more genuine and has a descent story line. They stay on track for the most part in Ubisofts 6th Farcry release. The other releases started to get rediculous. I believe in Farcry 5 you could travel to the moon. Especially because of the trigger effect of PS5. It gave another dimension to the game. However, I felt like I was still playing Far Cry 3. after 10 hours. I think the reason of this feeling is that The mission design is not good. There are like 4 or 5 different type of missions you will encounter during this game. The problem is you will face them a lot. You will be doing the same thing over and over again. For example, I needed to find a computer, then download the data (defend it while downloading) three times in a row in the main missions. In the third one, I was thinking this game is becoming boring. This is the feeling you will get lots of times due to lack of different type of missions.… Expand

    This is a game I was so excited about. Just wanted to a simple far cry game where I can do some easy stealth, clear up outposts like a badass. They had to go and ruin the game with the whole respawning non-sense. Couldn't play beyond couple of hours

    I think this is the best Far Cry in the franchise. I liked Dani (woman) and the story of Anthony Castillo and his son. I liked the gameplay, and the first 20 hours were great. I got high every minute but the game eventually begins to lose its sense of novelty and there are no further challenges to the player.

    P.S I spent 65 hours in the game.

The main protagonist is blend and has nothing to do with the revolution, most of the side characters are absolutely unlikeable (who on earth did design Talia and the rest of the cringe crew..?!). The only decent part, which is unfortunately advised to play at the beginning of the game is Carlos's - at least here is an actual cause of uprising against the regime. It feels like the rest of the game was designed by pre-millenials for what they thought millennials are like. I had to drop the game towards the end as it became way too unbearable to go through the whole plot nonsense so my Dani raced the hell out of the map straight to Miami. What could have been the best entry in the series was simply ruined by the developers trying to stay in trend and mixing a decent revolution plot line with grotesque millennial stereotypes that can be hardly appreciated by anyone.… Expand

The first 3 games in this series were great. Did you fire your storyline producer after 3 cause man it sucks.     I found the game really fun. Setting and story were interesting and the gameplay was pretty solid. I love how you can play co-op for most of the game too. I haven't played a far cry game since 3, and to be fair not much has changed, but for what it is it's a solid game. Definitely worth full price you'll get many hours out of it.

In a guerrilla military manly setting the females take charge in every form and it feels like ubi soft is overcompensating.

    Sadly most NPC characters are very unlikable and at times i was rooting for the enemy. The gameplay is what you expect and it can be fun at times.

    Mediocre plot, mediocre graphics, mediocre combat, just mediocre. Felt lazy. Rinse and repeat. Ubisoft needs to take a SERIOUS look at these franchises they have. Will not be investing in future games from them AT ALL unless serious effort is put in for change, but I seriously, seriously doubt that will happen.

    After getting platinum (100%) in this game I can say its a 7 at best. Story is pretty bland and boring, parts where it starts to pick up or get hype just die in the next mission and the ending was underwhelming, it felt like I didn't accomplish anything.     Gun mechanics are awful, each gun feels exactly the same. Even if one gun felt particularly good, you probably wouldn't be able to use it because they opted to gate weapons, offering clear winners and losers. Gear sets are an abject failure, not because gear sets are bad, but because the bonuses they offer often should be base features or should be allotted to a perk system, not mutually exclusive. I played with the parkour set the majority of the time because to make that gearset viable, they decided to nerf the **** out of movement speed.

    What in the world are be doing with map discovery? No towers removes one of the most fun systems in far cry in an effort to have players go out and explore every corner. The issue with that is this map is essentially vacant. The world we are expected to uncover is just repeated poorly animated trees and shrubbery. Forcing players to speak to NPCs to uncover bases and checkpoints is just poor game design when you consider you speak to the same girl all across the map about 50-60 times just to figure out what you need to do. It is actually the same exact model of the npc. Has she been cloned? Does she just run around the map all day?

    Now let's talk about the story. The story makes no sense from the start. Dani "I'M LEAVING YOU CAN'T STOP ME" 5 seconds later "IM STAYING." Ok? Villain is almost entirely absent from the game. You see Castillo maybe once every two hours in meaningless cutscenes. You have pretty much zero interaction with him throughout the game. All other characters are poorly acted and scripted. There was a level of cringiness in the dialogue that had me question whether a group of high schoolers wrote the script. This game made me realize that with this writing team it probably was a good option for Ubisoft to go with a silent protagonist all these years. In fact, after this game, PLEASE GO BACK TO A SILENT PROTAGONIST, YOU CAN'T WRITE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE.

    Now finally let's talk about gameplay. The only way I can describe it is by screaming REGRESSION. Sure, the bullet sponges in new dawn weren't fun, but they were better than this disaster. Check points are braindead easy, kill 3 enemies and blow up a sign. Oh a tank shows up and you're in combat? Blow up the sign and it disappears. Outpost are somehow even easier than checkpoints. NPC pathing is so incredibly slow, they don't really stop to have conversations with each other, detection speed is ridiculously slow, and you often have about a football field of rooms between one enemy and the next. That last point goes hand and hand with the movement speed nerf. When crouched, you move about a cm a second. When running full speed you move about a foot a second. 90% of my game was probably me just running. Running to enemies, running to vehicles, running to supplies...not because I opted to run, but because there was no other option and movement speed was nerfed so hard , running took up the most time.

    You were looking forward to boss fights? Great, but they die in one hit and behave like every other NPC. I was so excited for a helicopter fight my first boss...then I fired one rocket and he died mid dialogue. Second boss, shot him in the head died mid dialogue. I'm all for realism in games, but in a game where Ubisoft avoided realism and believability throughout why the **** is the only realistic mechanic during boss fights -- a place where realism SHOULD go out the window to make them harder than other encounters...

    Despite what ragers thought about 5 and New Dawn there were some bright spots that may have been implemented to make 6 a great game. Instead Ubisoft took what everyone loved about Far Cry and threw it out the window for 6. What happened to towers? What happened to all weapons being viable, allowing you to pick and choose how you want to play? What happened to meaningful hunting? Where are the funny and unique notes in open buildings and why did you replace them with the same 3 copy paste notes? Where are the hard boss fights? Where is the villain? Where are the towers? Where are the side missions? Finally, where is the writing? This game is the perfect case study of regression in video games, and was one of the worst games I have played this year. I could not recommend this game to people who like Far Cry, nor would I recommend it to someone who has never played the franchise.    … Expand

    I have played every single farm cry game, and while far cry primal is my favorite, far cry 6 definitely is up there. I love the culture behind it, the little side missions, and the story as a whole.

    I've enjoyed every 35 hours of FC6. I disliked it at first because of the overall setting and characters, but finally, this game changed my views on the Spanish language and overall culture for the better. I'm amazed how many bad reviews there are, but I think it's just a thing now, hating everything just because you can :D

Most of the men characters in the game are bumbling idiots or highly flawed. But not the female leaders? Like Lorenzo goes to speak and they shut him up so lucky mama can talk. Trying wayyy too hard to make a point. To extent that it’s distracting and simply just bad character writing and development.

    Not to mention you have people suffering under and actual dictatorship and you’ve got this trans character whining about how hard it is for them. With that kind of suffering. Sexual orientation takes a back seat. You worry about all that kind of stuff after people aren’t dying all around you. The whole woke agenda was really really distracting and annoying. Pretty big disappointment when the most likable and interesting characters are your villains. Next far cry I’m gonna wait before I buy.     I really liked all of the Far Cry games, but this one is really lame. It seems like just a lazy remake of a combination of the other games and nothing new whatsoever. It's not immersive, just your typical go on mission BS, and has no real plot that is worth anything. it's summed up best as LAZY. I was expecting so much more.

    The game is beautiful and the gameplay is solid. The storyline and the characters are so boring and have 0 depth. The writing is lazy and woke as is most of Ubisoft’s games. It’s a cookie cutter game that Ubisoft churns out for its franchises. It would be nice to see some innovations from Ubisoft. Also the story for micro transactions is a bad joke.

There was nothing more satisfying in previous games then pulling out a rocket launcher and annihilating a vehicle in one beautiful explosion. Now it’s a painful, nonsensical experience. The enemies also respawn pretty quickly in this game and it’s beyond frustrating

    This story is beyond weak and filled with hard left politics. The game tells you that the American dream isn’t for people of your colour and drops so much propaganda that you feel like you’re playing “CNN: The Game”. The game will also constantly remind you that women are strong and brave just in case you forget.

    I didn’t mind the addition of horses in the game but why can I call my car over but not a horse? And get this, so when you call the car over, it doesn’t always come to you. You have to run at it and then the guy who brings it over takes forever to get out of the car and then he stands in the way of the door so I always found myself getting in through the other side and just switching seats. This is just BASIC STUFF they have gotten so wrong. Like it wasn’t play tested or something.

    So as you can imagine, all the characters are insufferable, egotistical losers who make you do literally everything. EVERYTHING. There’s a whole mission where you’re basically a roadie and you have to set up the stage for this God awful band that’s going to play some “totally rockin”, “How do you do fellow kids?” rap music. After you do that, you’re also their entire security. So whilst hundreds of soldiers come down to shoot up the concert (and you wish you could as well but you unfortunately have to side with these arrogant posers) they’re up there singing and dancing like they’re making a difference whilst you murder everybody who tries to stop them.

    Are you ever shown a decent amount of respect? No. I genuinely hate games like this where your character has given these people everything and in the next scene, they treat you like dirt again. It’s like your girlfriend’s mate, who despite you buying drinks for all night, says to you “If you hurt her, I’ll kill you”. I would desperately like to interrupt her and say “Yeah? What’re you going to do, you fat lard?”
    You could destroy these people in seconds but your character just takes it so you end up rejoicing instead of being sad when certain characters die.

    The graphics are disgusting for PS5. They had no right to charge what they did for this game.

    Tl;dr:
    This is the worst Far Cry game I have ever played. It deserves the low rating I’m giving it because of the low effort they put in actually making the game. It’s recycled gameplay has been made worse. The characters are hateable, the story is weak and the ending is lame.    … Expand

    A whole two weeks without so much as a hotfix for the awful enemy respawns and jittery cutscenes is absolutely ridiculous. The new ammo types add nothing, and if anything just detract from the gameplay. I'll amend my review if they ever end up fixing the damn thing.

    I don't get what people are complaining about, the game looks good, it's a lot of fun, love the dialog, Giancarlo Esposito is great. It's far cry...if you want a different game, buy a different game, but as a far cry game it's great

    It would be decent if the story had a worthwile villain and not some overpaid overhyped actor plus sex change wokeness **** that is worse than last of us part 2. Ubisoft is really out of touch these days. They've been hit the hardest by the woke nazi mob and it is destroying them from the inside.

    This doesn't really seam like a far cry game as the main element of stealth take downs and prowling a camp doesn't really exist. Its more of a just grab a gun and shoot people from mid range. No point in sniping either. Bows, don't bother.

    Also, most of the map seems really empty. 1/2 of the "trespassing" zones are empty and have no purpose. The mobs are just copy and pastes of each other. Even though the map is pretty empty. the number of times I ran into Captain Cortez across the map had to be in the 100s.

    The story was ok but was a bit childish I guess you could call it. As a person in his 40s I felt the story was definitely not a serious one (even though it was supposed to be dealing with a very serious subject). The most believable character in the entire game was Anton Castillo sadly. People who were actually being oppressed by a sadistic megalomaniac would not act like spoiled children 95% of the time. The dialog is pretty cringe and the things important to these character is laughable.

    The last 2 entries in this serious have both been on the downward decline side. I hope this is not what is in store for the serious. This has always been my one of my favorite franchises.    … Expand

    Très étonné du bashing des joueurs, cet épisode n'apporte pas grand chose à la série mais le plaisir de jeu est intact et l'immersion fonctionne à merveille. Déçu par le scénario d'où ma note, on nous promettait un véritable renouveau sur ce point là mais l'histoire est toujours aussi anecdotique. Malgré tout, les adeptes de FPS y trouveront leur compte

    everything finally turned into a monotonous humiliation of mindless dummies. not a single hint of originality and development of the series. ubisoft did not forget about gays, lesbians and independent feminists, did not forget about the in-game store, but finally forgot what video games are.

    Ubisoft's signature franchises continue to deliver on what the fans have come to expect and Far Cry 6 is no exception. A sprawling sandbox with tons to do and perfect escapism for a few hours… a few tens of hours. Fans of the series or Ubisoft's style, in general, will want to pick this one up, those who haven't ever clicked with them will find nothing new here to change their mind, with only a few changes that just do not push the boat out or move away from the formulaic. Most exciting though, is the upcoming DLC: a season pass that promises to give players a whole different experience. Stepping into the shoes of the villains of the previous games, starting with Vaas.     The new episode of the Far Cry series really tries a lot to find new ways how to enjoy the game, and at the same time it relies on the unattainable depth that the charismatic Giancarlo Esposito was supposed to give to the game. Instead, players again receive a disparate mishmash that is increasingly moving away from both the original Far Cry idea and the Just Cause sandbox.

    If I’m being honest, my frustrations with the marketing’s focus on the worst caricatures of Latinx people made me brace myself for a racist triple-A experience full of gross clichés and awkward attempts to be apolitical. Instead, I was surprised to find that more thought than I expected was put into its depiction of Latinx people. Although it isn’t perfect — those cringeworthy lines! The grind of finding gear! — it’s better than what I initially expected, and that counts for something.
