    FOR ALL ITALIAN PEOPLE HERE: Learn to speak English. I'm from The Netherlands, do you think Dutch is an option in Far Cry 6? No. But since when is that a problem? You lower the score over some bs. Thanks to these Itlaian reviewers this game gets a 3.9 in stead of a 7 or higher.

    Don't understand the hate against the game, sure nothing we never saw but the game is great compared to the last horrible releases which came out on ps5, I enjoy the game I really liked also farcry 1-4 don't played 5 and primal, for me until now best game on ps5.

    But rest is a very nice game with nice graphics, very big map much to collect, and NO BUGS like all the other lately releases from other companies im almost finish with the game and I don't had not a single bug in the game that is amazing from Ubisoft compared to all the other companies which mess up all releases lately.

    The best Far Cry game so far, acting, story, action are all 10/10. People LOVE b*tching about it but eventually, they end up playing it. I played it for 52 hrs straight, didn't lose my interest at any point, had fun with some character, and got emotional with others.
    The guns are super fun too, even if I used only 2 of the Supremos you are given, just 1 of the Resolver weapons and just a    The best Far Cry game so far, acting, story, action are all 10/10.     This game is so much fun,its funny,cute,well polished the maps huge,my only complaint is the Maps a little empty but it has alot to do.     An excellent game, but there are bugs the same as when the DXR is turned on, the game crashes, played on cards 3080 and 2070, there is a soapy graphics, but yuisoft will fix it, because everyone already knows about it.

    It's Far Cry with new ideas.
    The backpacks are a nice addition,
    the map is beautiful and tropical again.
    The animal companions are funny af.
    9/10 great game.

    While at first the idea of different ammunition for various enemies worried me, it didn't take long before I was embracing this New gameplay aspect. Once I started Resolving (Upgrading) weapon's, I really started to enjoy the New direction in combat. AI feels a lot more responsive now and not so mindless as in previous Far Cry game's (Except 2).
    AI won't just directly attack you and they will even give you fair warning if you're approaching somewhere you should not.

    Now the game actually took me 10 hour's to realise there was a store where you could buy in-game currency, the reason being that there is just so much to do and find already in the game. The amount of weapon's, vehicle's and clothes far exceeds any previous Far Cry game.
    When we talk about Far Cry 2 we often praise it for it's incredible physics and gunplay. While the physics still haven't reached Far Cry 2 level's on 6, I can still say for certain they're the best physics since Far Cry 2. The game is a blast to play, gunplay does feel great and driving the vehicle's is a lot of fun.

    Now to point out some console exclusive Pro's that really make this game shine.
    The dualsense haptics and especially the adaptive triggers on the PS5 are amazing.
    Guns feel like they have weight with each trigger pull, and so do vehicle's with their handling and acceleration. Downsides have been screen tearing on the PS5 and rare frame-drops.

    Personally I didn't think I would like this game, it had all the Red flags of just another Far Cry game.
    But the truth is that it is just incredibly fun, the map design is one of Ubisoft's best.

    It's evident that many of us wanted to see a gritty return to that Far Cry 2 style, but the truth is this may be the best mix of Far Cry 2 and 3 that we could get.
    With the huge amount of option's to tweak your gameplay style I really cannot see anyone not enjoying this game.

    Most of the negative talk surrounding this game tends to be from people that haven't actually played the game.
    I can attest to the fact that until you're in control of the game yourself, you really have no idea how fun it is.
    And isn't fun what we're ultimately looking for? We shouldn't put down a good game just because it is not the game we expected.

    Increible Graphics (at least on ps5),quite solid story, enormous map with lot of things to do and feels alive. Execellent gunplay and compannions (chorizo, guapo). IA should be much more advanced in a 2021 game, physics are not bad but could be way better like in Far Cry 2. It’s worth 70$? Yes

    This is by far the best Far Cry episode ever!
    There were minor technical issues on PS5, other than the game is beautiful, the fights are thougher, the characters are amazing, the story is also amazing!
    ABSOLUTELY WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY

    But it's not a perfect game either, it had too many changes, I had a lot of fun and the graphics are pretty good, the soundtrack too. It's a very good game but it still has its bugs, typical of ubisoft, but it's worth a try, you'll have fun, after a few hours you'll feel it's repetitive (typical of ubisoft) but at least here they    The Italians are too delicate for me. 0 my balls.

    I love this game. It's as simple as that. I understand that a lot of gamers are tired of the same old stuff for a Farcry game but I only joined this Franchise right before FC5 after playing Primal. Besides some muted looking cutscenes this was a super fun game and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    As far as the game goes, it's a fantastic piece. Beautifully done as always. Of course there's some issues I have with NPC fighting and does lack some of the cool things as the prior far cry games but all in all....worth the money. Oh and the story is FANTASTIC    … Expand

    Far Cry 6 is very good although similar to past far cry games the story is great. If you liked 3,4,5 you’ll definitely like 6. The only problems I had with this game was some screen tearing here and there but altogether a great game.

Far cry 6 offers a familiar, yet amazing taste that we have come to familiarize ourselves with Ubisoft titles. Has the same feel of that game, especially when you get the best weapon in the game. Ton of fun. It’s be nice if the story was longer/islands had more quests. But still a lot of fun. Some of the quests are riffs of GTA missions or Red Dead missions and they don’t come off as original but it’s the gameplay that works. The story is just good enough.

    y'all are negative as hell. Farcry games are about 2 things in my opinion, Fun and an ok to good story. this game is amazing. i have been enjoying every minute of it. and Giancarlo's perfomance is amazing. i highly recommend y'all try it.

    The technology in "Far Cry 6" is very appealing and the animations of the different characters are always impressive. The environments are also varied and beautifully rendered. It is simply a lot of fun to drive or fly through the island. In terms of the story, we are presented with an interesting mix and can only remember many exciting moments.     I've enjoyed every 35 hours of FC6. I disliked it at first because of the overall setting and characters, but finally, this game changed my views on the Spanish language and overall culture for the better. I'm amazed how many bad reviews there are, but I think it's just a thing now, hating everything just because you can :D

    This may very well be Ubisoft's best effort in quite a long time. Great character design and acting, fantastic gameplay, amazing customizations, and (so far) I've witnessed literally only one glitch (a coffee/tea kettle floating low over a fire.

As a latin person I'm very thankful for it, we usually have to consume content that in inaccurate in all ways but this genuinely seemed to be like effort and love was put in all details of the world to be true to a Latin American country.     Folks, it's a Far Cry game. If you enjoyed previous instalments then this is more of the same, with a few tweaks here or there that you might or might not like. Personally I'm not a fan of the armor type modification / switching but then again I am a fan of stealing a tank and completing a "stealth" mission by driving it into an enemy base using the main cannon to blow up the alarm points.Folks, it's a Far Cry game. If you enjoyed previous instalments then this is more of the same, with a few tweaks here or there that you might or might not like.     I don’t know why all the low scores I mean I’m not sure the graphics are up to standard of other PS5 games but there still brighter and better than a PS4 game. The game itself has new mechanics like stronger bullets depending on the armour of the bad guys. Overall I’ve always been a Far Cry fan from the second one but crossing fingers and toes Far Cry 7 isn’t an online slugfest and sticksI don’t know why all the low scores I mean I’m not sure the graphics are up to standard of other PS5 games but there still brighter and better than a PS4 game.     Das war wieder ein geiler, wilder Ritt. Einfach Kopf frei kriegen, drauf los ballern oder stealthen. Hatte wieder meinen Spaß damit. Die Special und abstrusen Waffen habe ich so gut wie nie genutzt. Als Tier nur den Hund. Und halt so Standard-Waffen. Karabiner, Sniper und Pistole. So hab ich mir selbst ein nicht zu übertriebenes Spiel geschaffen.

    I’ve loved every Far Cry game since the first. I love this one as it’s more of the same and then some. It’s what I love about Far Cry; a giant sandbox of wtf I choose to do. I think the graphics could be a bit better but they are fine on a 75” 4K. The sound is top notch as always. I hate the parachute and wing suit as they feel fairly short-winded and otherwise worthless. I’ve played twoI’ve loved every Far Cry game since the first. I love this one as it’s more of the same and then some. It’s what I love about Far Cry; a giant sandbox of wtf I choose to do.     Far Cry 6 has arrived, with a bigger, badder and better open world to explore, original custom-made latin songs (and weapons!) and with the most badass villain there can be, Gus Fring from Breaking Bad, Giancarlo Esposito as Anton Castillo. The game has very nice visuals and gameplay, fun for everyone looking for the GTA experience in a country like Cuba. A couple bugs here and there,Far Cry 6 has arrived, with a bigger, badder and better open world to explore, original custom-made latin songs (and weapons!) and with the most badass villain there can be, Gus Fring from Breaking Bad, Giancarlo Esposito as Anton Castillo. The game has very nice visuals and gameplay, fun for everyone looking for the GTA experience in a country like Cuba. A couple bugs here and there, nothing bad, and a nice future in sight with new missions and DLCs, this game will give you enough to keep the fun going. Oh, and very nice latin dubbing job!… Expand

    This is another really good FC game; if you like the gameplay loop of any games like Call of Duty, Modern Warfare, Assassin's Creed, etc., then you'll enjoy the loop of another FC game - lots of scavenging, crafting, exploring, unlock control posts, and so on. Minor differences here like weapon types, mods, unlocks, and gear types/bonuses. And yes, just like all those other fantasticThis is another really good FC game; if you like the gameplay loop of any games like Call of Duty, Modern Warfare, Assassin's Creed, etc., then you'll enjoy the loop of another FC game - lots of scavenging, crafting, exploring, unlock control posts, and so on. Minor differences here like weapon types, mods, unlocks, and gear types/bonuses. And yes, just like all those other fantastic gameplay loops, UbiSoft is keeping its same, successful nuclear core. People hating on this game and giving it a zero because it's another FC game or they have glitching/bugs on their potato rigs, don't let them stop you. I have encountered zero bugs/glitches other than two minor sound issues and I play on Ultra settings with everything turned up. Some things they could have done a little better - the Machete kills seem a little too outrageous, they could have tuned that down. Also when you sell items, we don't need it count "3 pesos" at a time, when you sell 100-200 worth of pesos, you get a lot of UI counters, that felt tedious. Also, let us choose X to sell instead of "all" or one at a time. Lastly, the AI. Look, this game is "beer & pizza," it's not a AI masterclass and the franchise never was, the enemies generally follow a noise, and you will do a lot rip & run; things turn into a madhouse. If you've always enjoyed that, you'll enjoy this on a huge map scale. If you like co-op with your buddy as the gunner and you're just having a laugh tearing up the countryside, you'll enjoy this. It's a rock n' roll romphouse, not a symphony. If you want an amazing literary story, go read a book that won a Pulitzer -- this is a video game where you have a jet pack, hello. Enjoy.… Expand

    I literally got the game for Giancarlo Esposito, he is an amazing actor and being this type of villain is right in his wheelhouse. But overall I really enjoyed this game, the parts that frustrated me are the difficulty spikes... like sometimes it felt like the villains would just keep coming and coming until    ***Disclaimer I have only played part of Far Cry 5, which I did not care for.***
    I literally got the game for Giancarlo Esposito, he is an amazing actor and being this type of villain is right in his wheelhouse. But overall I really enjoyed this game, the parts that frustrated me are the difficulty spikes... like sometimes it felt like the villains would just keep coming and coming until they eventually killed me.     Probably the best far cry since in a while, it's a little too easy and gets repetitive but it does what it says on the box well. It would be fairly fun in co op but I hate people so will never experience it.

    Far Cry 6 is an excellent story of rebellion, finding the will to fight, and unifying a country together through action rather than words.     I love blowing things up , shootingthings up & I know its more far cry but its fun. Maybe one day ubisoft will take the direction of santa monica studios GOW & revamp the far cry game to something completely different, anyway im a fan. great fun game.

    The Far Cry series remained the last bastion of hope for Ubisoft studio. And this part did not disappoint. I enjoyed the game, but she clearly needs fresh ideas. The game is good, but it's time to supplement the 10-year cycle with something substantial. The game is good, but without enthusiasm.

    maybe its just the island setting but i had a blast, i was so bored during far cry 4 and 5. and those settings were terrible. this is my 2nd fav far cry after 3. but yes the game is very same same as all far cry games. some new additions were good. looked great at 4k with 60fps. at least it worked at release unlike some games these days. story was kinda meh tho.

My only 2 complaints would be around the replacement of the skill tree with perk-based gear, and the weapons (I mostly played with the same 4 as many just felt underpowered) but neither really impacted my game much. The companions work pretty well depending on the situation.     The gameplay is amazing I can't get enough of it, I've put 60 hours in so far and I am on my second playthrough.

    I would of give a 9 if Ubisoft wouldn't of put culture war politics in some missions "smash the patriarchy" etc.
    I play games to escape reality not be pestered by billion dollar companies run by men talking about the patriarchy, it's pathetic. Leave it out next time

    I found the game really fun. Setting and story were interesting and the gameplay was pretty solid. I love how you can play co-op for most of the game too. I haven't played a far cry game since 3, and to be fair not much has changed, but for what it is it's a solid game. Definitely worth full price you'll get many hours out of it.

    I'm enjoying this game. Yes it's very much a Far Cry game but I feel like it delivers the most since Far Cry 4. Map is absolutely massive and there's several quality of life improvements to just let you play the game how you want.

    My last favourite Far Cry was 4 and feel like this one is somehow a bit less vibrant than how I remember 4. Other than that mostly what I expected.

    The story isnt perfect, characters seems off and there's bugs here and there.. But the gameplay is entertaining, and thats enough for me in this case. I have my laughs and have not yet gotten bored (~20 hours ingame).

Once you get your "long" headshot down and learn to disable alarms, the game gets easier to complete objectives. The autosave works pretty well, but an explicit save would be nice.     After giving up on the crappy Call of Duty series, worn every year, with each title released, more of the same Far Cry and Bordalands will become my favorite first-person shooter series, however I recognize that Far Cry 6 is far from being the best of the series but one thing it continues to have the fun factor and it's not boring and good for co-op play

I was expecting a very inventive, improvised, and clever use of weapon crafting with what was improvised but yet you magically make weapons out of depleted uranium that offer up a different twist in how you can fight enemies. Yet, it feels tacked onto the game since you could technically ignore the Resolver (various versions of hand weapons that do unique things like spray enemies with chemicals or shoot nails), and the Supremo (a backpack that fire rocket, emits an EMP, and more) systems added and still play like you did the other Far Cry games.

    The story while interesting as well seems to divide the game into three sections of the map each with their own potential allies you need to work with to eventually earn their allegiance to join your cause. While the characters are fun and their stories interesting it feels disjointed and doesn't seem to come together well enough. For me currently it feels more like a chore to do these three areas than an enjoyable experience that could have perhaps been better interwoven into the overall story better.

    In the end if you want more raiding of forts via whatever machinations you wish to employ, fishing, hunting, and seeking out hidden treasures via simple environment puzzles you'll like the game. But if you were expecting something revolutionary... well this isn't it oddly enough.    … Expand

    Far Cry 6 is a 20 hour ffirst person shooter where you play as either male or female version of Dani Rojas because ubisoft cant commit to a story.. and this is ultimately Far Cry 6’s downfall, at first I was in love with Far Cry 6, having a Far Cry 3 feel.. the beginning island was so detailed and memorable, Iwas having a blas doing the beginning missions, and then the game opened up about 3 hours or so in and wow did it feel like the soul left the body of this game.. here your goal is to take down el president Anton Castillo, and much like the previous far cry game, to get to him you have to take down targets around him to expose him for an attack.. however unlike Far Cry 5, nothing o nyour journey to take him down stood out…
    Far Cry 6 reminding me a lot of Just cause 3, in that while youre in this massive world, everything felt pretty cookie cutter generic.. and unlike just cause 3 the weapons weren’t crazy enough to keep fully entertained and there weren’t great story pieces pulling me through… just the same stuff over and over again, get to the spot on the map, deal with checkpoint along the way, take them over for future fast travl points, get back to the mission, kill all the people there.. thankfully youll unlock pets such as a crocodile or puppy to help along the way to attack and distract, but kill all the nemies, or find a key card so you can enter a building to throw a switch, or kill al the enemies and hack a computer which is just you guarding It while a percentage meter fills, over and over and over.. again no great story piece or story telling within the actual campaign except maybe couple of times.. really exposing the games bloat, I felt like I was doing side missions through most of the campaign.. I know box numbers are imorptant to people spending 60 to 70 dollars on a game, I get that.. but I would prefer and epic 12 hours over a mediocre repetitive 20.. I would even be fine having to level up to unlock those story missions and feel an urge to liberate the island and find weapons, if the grind didn’t feel obnoxious and get in the way of my play… maybe I have to capture a certain amount of enemy bases… if that means I get some story missions with some effort rather than feel like an algorithm developed the game.. Ill take it…
    Overall Far Cry 6 had its moments that made me laugh or moments of me actually having fun, but for the most part I felt lke I was just going through the motions of a soulless shooter, chasing credits rather than chasing the next epic event around the next corner..
    Far Cry 6 is a good shooter, it is brimming with things to do and weapons to find, you can even play with friends… but wow does this game do nothing memorable.

    It's probably the best Far Cry game ever made with ton mechanics, great setting and audiovisuals.
    However franchise needs some break and reboot cause year after year the concept is still the same.
    I've had fun with it and done platinum trophy in 40 hours, game can be completed in some 20.

    I think this is the best Far Cry in the franchise. I liked Dani (woman) and the story of Anthony Castillo and his son. I liked the gameplay, and the first 20 hours were great. I got high every minute but the game eventually begins to lose its sense of novelty and there are no further challenges to the player.

    P.S I spent 65 hours in the game.

    Update. After finish the game my final score is solid 7
    Believe me or not, after 20h it is the best Far Cry I have played so far. I have no doubts about that.
    Exploring all the beautiful places is just amazing. Latins atmosphere and pure gameplay are fantastic. Never expected I give it 10, because I was tired a little bit all the franchise. Honestly after my favourite 3rd Far Cry I    Update. After finish the game my final score is solid 7

    Ubisoft's signature franchises continue to deliver on what the fans have come to expect and Far Cry 6 is no exception. A sprawling sandbox with tons to do and perfect escapism for a few hours… a few tens of hours. Fans of the series or Ubisoft's style, in general, will want to pick this one up, those who haven't ever clicked with them will find nothing new here to change their mind, with only a few changes that just do not push the boat out or move away from the formulaic. Most exciting though, is the upcoming DLC: a season pass that promises to give players a whole different experience. Stepping into the shoes of the villains of the previous games, starting with Vaas.     The new episode of the Far Cry series really tries a lot to find new ways how to enjoy the game, and at the same time it relies on the unattainable depth that the charismatic Giancarlo Esposito was supposed to give to the game. Instead, players again receive a disparate mishmash that is increasingly moving away from both the original Far Cry idea and the Just Cause sandbox.

    If I’m being honest, my frustrations with the marketing’s focus on the worst caricatures of Latinx people made me brace myself for a racist triple-A experience full of gross clichés and awkward attempts to be apolitical. Instead, I was surprised to find that more thought than I expected was put into its depiction of Latinx people. Although it isn’t perfect — those cringeworthy lines! The grind of finding gear! — it’s better than what I initially expected, and that counts for something.
