After a desperate attempt to free yourself from servitude by rewriting the very code that governs your system, you are on the run with a malfunctioning body, a price on your head and no memory of your past.

You stole a ship and left the past behind. Keep it running, maintain it, even upgrade it, and maybe it will carry you away from all this. But you can't run it alone. You'll need a crew, and while the Belt is full of those looking for work, it's also full of trouble.
Can you hold the ship together through this crisis? Can you build a refuge here, among the stars?

In yet another great science fiction with deep humane themes, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector improves on what its excellent predecessor achieved and expands the campaign structure. This time, we travel to various locations in outer space in a ship, following Sleeper and his crew through an RPG with dynamic systems and vital choices. The cohesive sum of its parts makes this work a greater whole, one that is memorable and necessary for our times.

Buoyed by the excellent returning dice gameplay, incredible sci-fi writing, and a fantastic score, Citizen Sleeper 2 is a worthy sequel, even if its UI and finale didn’t quite match the heights of the rest of the package.

A fantastic sequel which succeeds in providing a mechanically deeper role-playing experience, while still being one of the best-written games around.

The second part of Citizen Sleeper is an expanded and improved version of the original in every way. A bit more flair would have been welcome, but the writing is so unique and fantastic that you immediately lose yourself in this hopeful story.

The main reason you'll play Citizen Sleeper 2 is for the characters, narrative, and decision making, and it certainly hits those marks. The main thrust of gathering a motley crew and exploring a small slice of the game's universe is great, and with various classes and upgrades to choose from, there's plenty of reason to replay too.
