Nov 9, 2022The ending hurt my soul. Gorgeous from start to finish. The original was one of my favorite games. Requiem outdid my expectations.

Nov 5, 2022A great story, fun gameplay. One of the best games I’ve played in years. From start to finish I couldn’t stop playing. All the characters are written fantastically and you feel for them as the story continues and was saddened by the ending. If they ever release a 3rd installment I’ll buy it in a heartbeat.

Feb 26, 2023Loved it! Beautiful ending! A very nice ending to both games! I've read that there may not be a third one, that's OK, but if there is, I'm going to buy and play it immediately.

Dec 2, 2022It's a really masterpiece. The story was really powerful and the ending was amazing and heartbreaking at the same time. Also the soundtrack and the landscapes was amazing. The only flaw was the AI that never conviced me.

Mar 29, 2023awesome game! the history may drive you to the tears. The game-play and graphics were improved since a plague tale innocence

Jan 16, 2023Story, Landscapes, ambient lights and characterisation of characters are masterpiece!
a worthy sequel to the first game.
the gameplay is nice but they could have added more weapons and more freedom of action and the basic resources more accessible! I HOPE SO MUCH FOR A THIRD GAME IN THE FUTURE! -

Jan 16, 2023A Plage Tale Requiem has a really good Storyline and beautiful Characters/Design. The Graphics (like the chapter with rain in the kingdom) was pure performance and perfection. I Play it on PS5.

Oct 23, 2022beautiful graphics, great voice acting & well told story with plenty of tears shed through the story. My game ran well on the PS5 but a higher frame rate would of been nice. I also liked the menu's UI and the use of the dualsense controller was perfect. 70% through the the game the stealth and sneaking around gets old.

Oct 23, 2022Absolutly amazing. The story, the graphics, the jogability, everything is Fine. The game runs at 30fps, it's bad no doubt, but it does not compromise the experience. Totaly loved it.

Oct 24, 2022it's simple , it's a masterpiece .
if you like narrative or immersive games like "last of us" , you have to play to this one .
as a reminder , it's the sequel of a plague tale : innocence. So , go first on innocence and then deep dive on requiem . you will not regret . -

May 30, 2023By the time A Plague Tale: Requiem concludes, it will feel like being dragged by a pick-up truck, across miles of concrete. The world depicted is a bleak and cruel one with no light at the end of the tunnel. Players will be getting their money's worth, as this is a very long game that is punctuated with lots of gimmicky sequences that add value to the package. The story does have a lot for fans to discuss, and the visuals are amazing, even if they came at the cost of a high frame rate. The gameplay is technically better than the first, but it was never amazing to begin with. The over reliance on prebaked contextual actions and the rigidness of simplistic stealth is something most could expect from a seventh gen console title, not a ninth gen console release.

Dec 13, 2022If you are on a quest to find a video game that could make you cry, may your quest end right here. A continuation of a story that was fine on its own, Requiem delivers one of the most powerful stories ever conceived in a video game. But be wary of the framerate drops on the PlayStation 5 console, which bring their own set of unforeseen despair.

PLAYNov 30, 2022An essential purchase if you enjoyed Innocence, and an imperfect but gripping starting point if you missed it. Hopefully not the end of the tale. [Issue#21, p.80]
