    It's a surprisingly good game. I really enjoyed every moment of it. To be honest I didn't have any expectation, because I didn't like the first watch dogs but I absolutely recommend this one and looking forward the next episode of the series.

    After playing GTA V and Watch_dogs, Watch_dogs 2 was a complete disappointment. What makes a good open-world game are 3 things: The story, the gameplay, and the setting/graphics. The story was an improvement from the previous installment but the setting of San Francisco did not feel as lively as Chicago. The gunplay and driving of WD2 felt worse and setting up a Getaway shootout scenarioAfter playing GTA V and Watch_dogs, Watch_dogs 2 was a complete disappointment. What makes a good open-world game are 3 things: The story, the gameplay, and the setting/graphics. The story was an improvement from the previous installment but the setting of San Francisco did not feel as lively as Chicago. The gunplay and driving of WD2 felt worse and setting up a Getaway shootout scenario didn't feel as fluid as WD.     what I like about this game the most is the creativity and it's different from other games.
    you can control stuff, solve puzzles, huge open world filled with life and fun stuff to do.
    good story and character, one of the best Ubisoft games recently.

    I love this game
    While the story in Watch Dogs 1 is better the second improves every other aspect.
    Better hacking, better Open World and more fun to be had.

    I played this game on day release when it first came out, although some reason I didn’t beat it and put it down. I recently went back to it for this first time in like 3 years and wow this game got better with age I don’t know why but it felt so fun and the world felt alive! I don’t know why younger me put it down but damn I’m glad I picked it back up.

    Much better than his predecesor. Lot of new mechanics but driving still awful. However, i like the direction this franchise is taking. Good game after all.

    This may be my second favourite game. It’s so fun. My favourite thing to do in this game is hacking cars, I don’t know why it’s so fun probably because i’m a maniac and i like exploding things. The story isn’t great i don’t remember a lot of things about the story, but everything else is is great.

    I absolutely loved this game, The experience is still great even the main missions are finished unlike other games where it gets boring after finishing the Main missions. The story is good, The game soundtrack is good, The graphics surprisingly still holds up to this day, The exploration is great yet the combat mechanics were a little bit downgraded from the first game.

    My first impression was "Oh noooo! A Will.i.am simulator" - I hated the opening of the game after coming fresh from WD1. Once I got settled and changed my outfit (why can't I create my own character? It wouldn't affect anything at all + would also let my daughter play as a girl) it became my GTA San Andreas for this generation.

    this is also an amazing game, the first one is way better than the second one but they both brilliant, definitely worth buying. story is great, love main character, parkour is amazing and fun, gameplay is sick and I feel connected to the city. this game is that kind of game that you want to buy first when you get a PS4 or XBOX. top quality game

    You can hack transportation, construction equipment. Mechanics are great. Graphics are decent and story.

    One of my most favorite games of all time. I liked the cheesy dialogue. I liked the cheesy cutscenes and storyline. I loved the open world. I loved hacking things and coming up with different ways to do a mission. Unlike TLOU2 that makes you do each mission and each room they way they want.

    Almost everything in this game is great, for real. Nice game Ubisoft, if you didn't had failed in the first game, this game would got the appreciation that he deserved.

While a lot of buildings and houses have unopenable doors, there a few visitable locations like pawn shops and restaurants. The game features several famous San Francisco locations, and a great-looking environment on top of that. There’s a host of vehicles ranging from boats to supercars, and fast travel is available from HQ to HQ. (There’s one in San Francisco, one in Silicon Valley, and one in Oakland). There’s no essential problem with the characters or storyline, but the missions don’t feel nearly as fun as just driving around and doing whatever you want. The variety of the game provides many options for what you can do. You can become a thief, hacking people’s bank accounts and stealing their money, or a gang vigilante, clearing the area from crime.     Viel kritisiert wurde am ersten Teil auch die laue Geschichte um den depressiven Racheengel Aiden. Insbesondere hier wollte man nun alles anders machen, schafft es nun aber gekonnt krachend auf der anderen Seite vom Pferd zu fallen. Denn die Hipster Hacker Gruppe um Marcus ist so übertrieben und stereotyp dargestellt, dass es stellenweise wirklich schon peinlich wird. Um Watchdogs 2, angelehnt an ein GTA 5, vorwiegend als Satire zu spielen, dafür nimmt sich der Titel am Ende dann leider zu ernst.

    Leider wurde auch das Gameplay eher etwas "verschlimmbessert". Vielleicht hat Ubisoft die Kritik am ersten Teil doch etwas zu ernst genommen und deshalb letztlich zu viele Spielmechaniken nochmal in die Hand genommen, eben auch solche, die eigentlich bereits sehr rund und motivierend funktionierten. So wirkt Watchdogs 2 im Vergleich zum ersten Teil durchaus etwas überfrachtet und vom Pacing nicht gut ausbalanciert. Die neuen Gimmicks, wie etwa die Drohnen, mit denen sich nun nochmals mehr Möglichkeiten eröffnen in Missionen auch völlig unentdeckt ans Ziel zu kommen, sind schon eine coole Idee, sie machen aber die Kamerahacks, die das Gameplay des ersten Teils noch so innovativ gemacht hatten, eigentlich völlig überflüssig. Durch die vielen verschiedene Möglichkeiten, die Watchdogs 2 uns bietet, spielt es sich sehr abwechslungsreich, aber auch deutlich weniger übersichtlich und wirkt irgendwie überfrachtet, was ein gezieltes, taktisches Vorgehen, also ein Abwägen der effektivsten Vorgehensweise, oftmals konterkariert.

    Auch die Fahrphysik der Autos wurde komplett überarbeitet und wird nun deutlich effektvoller umgesetzt, nur in Folge dessen eben leider auch unberechenbarer. So sind, bei all der Action, vor allem die Hacking Tricks um Polizeiwagen abzuhängen oder Helikopter auszuschalten nun kaum mehr gezielt einsetzbar und das Ganze artet meist im reinen Chaos aus. Ob ein Entkommen mit dem Auto gelingt oder nicht, entscheidet so oft mehr der Zufall als das fahrerische sowie hackerische Geschick. Da kann manchmal schon regelrecht Frust aufkommen. Defacto flieht man in Watchdogs 2 meist effektiver zu Fuß, was meines Erachtens aber weniger zum Spielgefühl passt.

    Alles in allem macht auch Watch Dogs 2 dennoch eine Menge Spaß. Nicht zuletzt aufgrund der tollen Inszenierung und der wirklich fantastischen Open World, die einem GTA 5 kaum nachsteht und das Chicago des Erstlingswerks der Entwickler sicherlich bei weitem überflügelt. Hoffen wir, dass sich Ubisoft für einen dritten Teil mehr Zeit nimmt, um das Gameplay weiter zu perfektionieren und vielleicht auch wieder ein wenig zu entfrachten.    … Expand

    Didn't pick this game up when it came out as I was a bit disappointed with the first one so picked it up when it was on offer a little while ago and was so glad I did. It's everything the first one should of been. Which is why I think a lot of people overlooked this game.

    It's a lot more fun and the main character is a lot more likeable and has a good story.     I think this game did exactly what it should have after the first game. The first did best at just being a fun game but it tried to take it self seriously which watch dogs 2 fixed by being more goofy. This is a big improvement over the first game although I give it the same score as the first game because at the time I played both of these games I for some reason enjoyed the first more.I think this game did exactly what it should have after the first game.     Very good game, already finished it like 9 times it's perfect !
    There's so much player can do Story had couple of sad moments for me but this does not affect The perfect gameplay! It has several minuses like shooting and couple ofbugs but they are very rare.

I actually got the Platinum trophy for this game, which tells you I put in many hours. It was just that entertaining and enjoyable. I love the quirky and funny vibe the game gives off. It's too bad with the more recentWatch Dogs 2 is much better than the first game.     Much better than its predecessor, but it is not without faults. The game's optimization needs attention 6/10, graphics can be better especially as we played games like days gone they have proven it can be better so 7.5/10, It has a good storyline close to current reality 9/10, playtime or longevity is good 8/10, user-friendly (trophies and gameplay ) 9/10.Total of 7.9/10

    Almost a great game, the multiplayer is very fun and so are the story missions, I always skipped the cutscenes because I found the group a little too hippy and cringe, But a promising direction for the Watch Dogs franchise.

There is plenty of content, the visual component is excellent even in 2020, the gameplay is very diverse and interesting. The plot is quite simple in general, but sometimes there were specific moments when I was a little confused about what was happening (well, maybe I'm just a little dumb).     I have played and have scored more than 90 percent in both parts of Watch dogs game , so i admit that this game is one of the best and closest GTA games ever made ( specially in Ps4 console ) @ThisisJimik

    This Game is so incredible, better than the first one, better mechanics, customize your weapons, your clothes, the missions are unique, an open world, rechargeable hacks, it looks realistic and more. I really enjoyed the experience of this game!!!

    Algo que hizo muy bien esta secuela fue ir de cara y no hacer promesas estúpidas que luego no se cumplirían. Mejora en todo al original aunque la historia no sea nada del otro mundo. Muy entretenido como alternativa a GTA.

    Ottimo gioco con una trama simpatica ma profonda che esplora temi profondi, i personaggi sono memorabili e tutto ciò unito ad un ottimo game play e mai noioso mi ha portato a dare un 8, e a completarlo al 100% MA il gioco non è esente da difetti infatti l’IA dei nemici non è così brillante e i bug sono molti anche se parecchi non sono invalidanti nella partita.

    There is another problem in games physics which no studio can make good physics in Their game Unless the game is based off physics
    The Combat ui is cursed a little because you can lose your pursures when you enter a small closerd area b when the cops see you go there they are just nah we ain't checking there
    Its like that in every game almost
    But overall the game is great
    I suggest y'all trying it
    The ai is exteremly good and developed and the graphics and story and the characters are also great
    The sad part is this games is dead now in 2023 i hope it comes back

    Leaving aside the comparisons with other games, WD2 is innovative, it has a lot to offer, a realistic world where nothing is private, improvable but charismatic characters (wrench) The best game in the saga, it has many details, entertaining gameplay and varied missions, an IP that can give much more and Ubisoft must know how to take care of it

    Es el mejor en ambientación de los 3, la ciudad se siente viva! Con npcs haciendo cada uno una cosa diferente, gráficos que a día de hoy 2023, han envejecido bastante bien, su historia es algo floja y las físicas de conducción son horrendas pero todo lo demás, es fenomenal!

    Despite a few flaws, Watch Dogs 2 delivers where the original game failed. The game has improved on every aspect and provides a vibrant city with lots of hacking fun. The story is dull without any special moments but the immersive open world with lots of quests will keep you entertained.

    Watch Dogs 2 brilliantly solves the main issue the first game had while providing a world full of enjoyable missions. We faced some problems with the camera, especially during the car race. We also faced some issues with connectivity and online play. In the end, Watch Dogs 2 is a game that delivers in most aspects and provides hours of enjoyable content.

    Despite the MP issues, Watch Dogs 2 hacks this series back on track with its gorgeous locales, and silly emergent fun. Marcus isn’t *quite* our cup of tea, but he sure beats the hell out of the last guy. [January 2016, p71]
