    Th last of us part 2 is not like the first prequel, it has a story of its own. What people want is it to be is the prequel game. I've played few hours yet and the game is beautiful with strong dialogues.people hate on how Joel died at the start, but that just gave me the emotion and anger to play this game till the last to kill abby. The game has great gameplay and visuals. The last of usTh last of us part 2 is not like the first prequel, it has a story of its own. What people want is it to be is the prequel game.     1/10 from me, Great graphics do not make a great game. Some of my all time best games had awful graphics but you could fill in the blanks. This is what I'd call a TURD GAME, it's like a shiny box looks and feels great but it's a box with no purpose. 3hrs done and dusted, uninstalled absolutely no desire to replay. Critics did we play the same game?

    Sorry to have wasted my time with the part time 1 of this game . 30 hrs of my life just to play part 1 again filled with more hate and rhetoric messages with a story filled with faults for a game that rely mainly on story telling .

    Wow. How did this game receive 10 out of 10 from so many reviewers. I have never been so disappointed in in my life. Do these critics get paid by Naughty Dog or something? I felt like I was watching a bad movie more than playing a game that had some interesting bugs in it.

    Bought the game because I wanted to experience it myself. It doesn't feel like the last of us. The gameplay is pretty good bit the story really destroys the game. It seem like they were aimlessly trying to pander as much as possible. I don't know who this game was for. It wasn't for fans

    First :
    Those who are saying we are mad because of the lesbian and trans thing going on. No, we aren't. All of us knew ellie was a homosexual and no one was mad about it in the first game.
    Second :
    Nothing good came out of killing Joel. How the **** could they use him for some cheap shock value. I mean at least they could make up for it right? Nope. Just ****ing killed one of the characters that drives the game and you ****ing expect us to sympathize with a stranger character we don't even know. No amount of understanding will help us empathize with someone who killed one of the crucial character of the game. And then you spit us on the face and make us play that ****ing character.
    Third : It's a ****ing revenge story with no revenge. Nothing good comes out of it. Everyone dies. She spares her life. It's a ****ing disaster. And Joel's last word to Ellie is 'Yep.' Like wtf. Really?!? ****ing lazy writing.

    We are not here to have a woke contest. Naughty Dog spits on our face and disgracefully kills off what could have been one of the best games of all time. All the character development for nothing but to make a point that does no good. Ellie kills hundreds but spares the killer of joel...yeah right. We had to wait 7 years for this **** You guys suck.
    Please Naughty Dog. I still have faith in you as a gaming company. Please make it up for this disaster with your next release.

    Played the first LOFU and really liked its story and Charakters.
    All this is ruined by the shallow and forced story. This awesome franchise was murdered for the sake of inclusion that no fan asked for.

    The story in the first game was masterpiece writing. It seems like they took the secondary aspect of the first game (humans are garbage), and attempted to create a completely unconvincing, very forced story. What happened?

    This game is a joke, stay away if you loved the old characters and the story. Thanks a lot Druckman. This is truly the last of this franchise. cant even go back to the original, complete missed opportunity and way to destroy a franchise, joins the **** with Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Who, Terminator, time to get the gasoline out and roast some marsh mellows.

    Gameplay has not changed all that significantly, if you liked the combat from the first game you will enjoy the combat in this game. The game is beautiful in its presentation, I was stoned when I played this many times I would stand jaw agape at the picturesque portraits laid before me. The story however is flat out silly. If you loved the first The Last of Us game, story and characters, please, for the love of God, do NOT play this game! Naughty Dog does everything possible to ruin and destroy the story, dynamics and bonds earned and enjoyed with the original beautigul The Last of Us story. For example, in the beginning if the game, they Kill Joel (a Trans Abby smashes his head in with a golf club while licking her lips and slurping down the blood, skull and brain matter that splatters on her face, all the while moaning in ecstasy), then, after about 10 hours as Ellie, SJW Naughty Dog has the utter audacity to force you to play as Trans-Abby (the one that smashed in Joel's head with a golf club), and begins changing the narrative by painting Joel and Ellie as the "Bad Guys" while making the "new" Trans- Abby character into a "Superhuman-Superhero", aka "Marry Sue", meaning "IT" is now the most powerful character in the game, all the while painting "it" as a poor, victimized "thing" that has suffered so much at the evil and despicable hands of Joel and Ellie, that we MUST all feel sorry for "IT" and grant "IT" the revenge "IT" deserves by giving Abby the privilege and the obligatory, anointed right of sadistically, maliciously, brutally, maiming, destroying and finally murdering our beloved and cherished Ellie and Joel characters in conjunctionwith the e tire original The Last of Us storyline!     You don't need me to say how you **** up.
    You know what you did, you had your chance.
    Joel is dead.
    Ellie's relationship gets thrown down the gutter.
    She doesn't find true love and doesn't get her revenge because she imagines Joel playing a guitar.
    Which I guess is supposed to mean "He doesn't want you to kill her"
    But people who played the last game know damn well if Ellie died Joel would burn forests and shatter mountains to find the bastard that killed Ellie just to perform every Mortal Kombat Finisher imaginable on them.

    People are now trying to discredit these reviews as review bombers who haven't played the full 25-30 game experience and thus can't criticize the game but that is **** personified. If the game kills off a main character in the first hour, and you give it another 4 hours to get good, why would you spend the next 20-25 hours playing the game if you don't like it. How many chances are you required to give a game before your review is seen as valid.
    They're also saying this is because of the "lgbt and trans characters in the game" but we've been fine with those characters every since that DLC of the first game came out. Also THEY are the ones that ended the only lgbt relationship in the damn game, not me. I would've prefered at the very least for Ellie to find love or someone to comfort her after the game's ending other than a **** guitar. But THEY are the ones that ruined that. Don't say the reviewer hate lgbt characters when the developers don't seem to want those relationships in the game either.

    Don't buy the game. The entirety of the cutscenes are on youtube and the gameplay isn't that much diferent from the last game. If you're so desperate for gameplay then play the last game or play a better one. Because otherwise if you're a fan of the series then the story isn't for you.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Let's start with a good one. Great sound, musical accompaniment, one of the best atmospheres of the overgrown green zombie post-Apocalypse. Great graphics, gorgeous locations, with wildly beautiful and good detail. Everything is alive and beautiful, the weather is great. Models of weapons, animations, characters, infected and textures are photorealistic. Perfect color scheme. It is very interesting to explore the map. And everything except the plot, double morals and other things related to the narrative of the plot, the plot itself, and cheap techniques of playing on the imposed feelings is good. I don't even want to talk about the plot, it's just awful. Joel was made a villain, even though he saved his daughter from death in the first part, though not his own. Because the chance was less than 20 % and the cicadas still wanted to get the vaccine. And given the atrocities they committed, they would have used it for their own purposes. Joel is not a fool, decided to save Ellie. And now the writers are trying to make him look like a monster, making an angel out of (spoiler), even though she's a pure rat. There is also a bunch of moronic plot twists that just killed the plot in the game. So for me, it's just a single-player game with no plot, running for 30 hours.… Expand

    Dicho eso los graficos son muy buenos, las mecanicas del juego literal son la mismas que su predecesor, obviamente se ve muchisimo mejor, pero aun asi, este tipo de juegos se juegan por su desarrollo de personajes y la historia, no es un multijugador, la historia esta desparramada por todos lados y no va a ningún lugar, te dicen que la violencia es mala, te obligan a usarla sin darte otra opción, pero luego de esa acción forzada, te intentan reprimir o hacerte sentir mal por hacer eso, cuando realmente ellos te obligaron por no haber otra opción y por darte esa valiosa lección sobre el ciclo de la violencia,hipócritas, total lo único que considero rescatable del juego son los diseños de los niveles, junto con unos bellos paisajes y su buen soundtrack, realmente solo por ese esfuerzo se merece un 3, y creo que es lo mas adecuado eso.    … Expand

    Yo gameplay of this game is amazing, I really enjoyed the gameplay part. Story is extremely polarizing, either you like it or you don't. I completely understand people that gives the game 10/10, but in my opinion it isn't. Story was unfortunately not something for me, but again gameplay amazing should be the standard in the video game industry going forward

Most of the negative reviews on this game is from people who probably didn't even buy the game, but just going off the leaked information we got about the game a month ago before it came out.

I´been waiting for this game and now that i have it im just heartbroken, first i don't care about Elie being Lesbian(Thing we know from the first game) or about Joel´s Death because we all knew that would happen. I never watch or read the Leaks but the thing is it doesn't matter, the game try so hard to surprise you and i think that's the reason for killing Joel in that way, but why?
    Abby is not a bad character but after what happened with Joel i can't relate with her, if you do something like that first be sure that we care about that character, a 10 minute flashback is not going to make me love her and support her actions.
    The second thing is Joel himself, in the first game he didn't trust in anyone and suspect from everybody but here he just say "Howdy Doodly, my name is Joel i live there i'm gonna mark it in your map for you my friend , oh you want me to go inside that room? ok im gonna follow you to this dark room room and let you close the door because in the lord's land everyone is good right?" and he is not the only one, Ellie acts REALLY different and...is just feels like this game was made by another studio, a study that thought "People like meaningless plot twist, let's show them HOURS OF CUT SCENES, that way they'll love our characters" the gameplay is literally the same and the only good thing is the graphics and the music. my final thoughts are:
    Mediocre story 0/10
    Gameplay exactly the same 6/10
    Amazing graphics, I don't understand how ps4 supports this 10/10

    Where to begin... the only few things that would be considered great with the game would be the graphics and detail that went into the production. Which I'm referring to the gameplay and the scenery. Majestic. And that's as good as it gets.

    Before anyone complains that many people are disappointed with the game because of the LGBTQ+ themes, please get that out of your head. The fact    Where to begin... the only few things that would be considered great with the game would be the graphics and detail that went into the production. Which I'm referring to the gameplay and the scenery. Majestic. And that's as good as it gets.

    Before anyone complains that many people are disappointed with the game because of the LGBTQ+ themes, please get that out of your head. The fact that many characters are LGBT+ has nothing to do with how whack the plot is. However I do feel that the game poorly represents the LGBT+ community in many ways. But that's not the point.

    To describe the plot as it is without spoiling it for those who still want to look into it -- Just look it up on YouTube, don't spend $60 --, the game does a very poor job at presenting a revenge story as it should be. The choices you are forced to make leave you feeling like crap. Death is fine and many games are about killing, but the fact that Ellie goes through the entire game in search of revenge only to not to finish it (take that as you will), makes every other death in this game feel like useless. It makes you feel empty.

    It completely changes Joel and Tommy. No spoilers to their fates (though I feel you may already know), but keep in mind that they have been surviving in such a horrible world for many years. Now imagine having all this training of trusting no one and being careful only to have all of that down the drain.

    This game does no justice to its predecessor. Everything about this game (minus the gameplay) makes it seem like this game isn't even about what it was originally. It's bad. You ever seen GoT? The ending to this game makes GoT's ending seem like a masterpiece. The plot becomes linear, then diverts from what it was. I'm serious, the game goes in depth about a character's past and it truly doesn't help the plot. All it does is shove the idea this into your face for some hours: "This character has a different sexuality! Believe it!" and then it doesn't help the plot one bit. Not only does it poorly represent the LGBT community, it really feels like a political idea rather than the game it should've been.

    All in all, the only good things about this game would be the mechanics, the gameplay, and graphics. The revenge story ended horribly and made everything else that happened in the game feel pointless. The ending to this game feels like what you'd get for making horrible choices in games that have a morale system implemented. You will feel disappointed within the first 2 hours. The rest will feel whack. Everything about what it tries to represent is so bad at doing so. Joel would disappointed in Ellie. We all are. If you played the first game, you will understand that everything about this makes everything else pointless. It's disappointing and you will regret spending $60 on a game with a horrible plot. Sure, the graphics are nice, but not point in playing a game that feels good but has depressingly bad story. You'll feel miserable at every twist. The ending is depressing. Everything you do in this game goes to waste in the end.

    Se creen muy transgresores por acabar con ciertos personajes como lo hacen y dar protagonismo a un personaje salido de la nada y quien nadie quiere, y para más inri encima: "tia, la venganza es super mala tia".

    If you liked the first The last of Us (which was a masterpiece), don't play this one. Seriously, the story is very poorly written. The two only good things of this game are graphics and gameplay.

    Felt hollow with just a political narrative. The gameplay felt smooth and improved but not the main focus. Story and character usually was. It mattered little to care for the beloved characters of prior just to focus on other characters' poor introductions and involvements.

    O jogo apresenta uma história superficial, que não causa o mesmo impacto do primeiro game. Também está presente muitos bugs que acabam atrapalhando a experiência do jogo no gameplay. Como demorou muito anos para ser lançado, estes bus não deviam acontecer. O game não está polido.

The first hours shockingly devastating blow puts an incredibly heart moving story in motion that questions choices, morality and loss. The character designs and environmental locations are stunning and immersive and the harrowing journey is both beautiful and soul crushing. I have to state this game is not happy and is almost magnitudes more violent, gory and depressing than that of the first game. Many reviews are about this issue however what people need to realise is the violence as bad as it is is extremely realistic the LGBTQ+ aspect of the characters is also a refreshing change of pace as whilst front and centre between characters such as Ellie and Dina it never feels forced or unwarranted yet it also doesnt command the screen. There are no plot holes however you are required to read everything in game to understand them there for making for good replay ability. Naughty Dog has created one of if not the best game of all times and i commemorate them deeply ... Well done :)… Expand

Рекомендую каждому и не понимаю почему остальные ставят плохие оценки. Они скорее все даже не поиграли, или играли очень мало.Играл и в первую и в вторую часть.
