    People said that The last of us part 1 did not need a sequel and I agreed, But they made a sequel and they made a Great one. This game adds to Ellies story and adds more feelings and emotion to her character. This game is the cherry on top to The Last of Us franchise.

    I really don't know if I like it. It's been 2 years since I played TLOU2 and I'm still undecided and I don't know if that was their intention. I think they tried to make a controversial story but the execution I think is more negative than not. It didn't make me think or longer on the story, it just made me think this game could've been cut in half and still been as effective.

    The gameplay is very solid. Guns, melee, stealth i.e. all the combat is very satisfying and fluid for me. However that's kind of all there is. Story sections with characters walking and talking and then combat sections. It's nice that there's more combat in this one and less puzzles but it's story feels so forced.

    I could see what was coming ahead and when I hoped to be surprised I was not. They force you to spend time with the opposing side to make you feel for both of them however I think it just wasn't done naturally. It feels forced like they are cramming Abbie and her very odd personality down your throat. Showing her pros and cons for a very long section of the game where all I wanted was to get back to Ellie, the character I had followed throughout the last game and expected to do so in this one. If we had smaller Abbie sections, I think it could've hit us much better but forcing 8 hours of Abbie actually makes me feel less for her.

    The game itself is a technical achievement. Incredible visuals, awesome combat but the experience is let down by the forced story moments that outstay their welcome. 5/10.    … Expand

Por la historia que es el punto principal es que esta flojo. Pero cumple con todo lo demás que debe de tener un videojuego de single player. Buenos gráficos. EN PS5 puede ir a 1440p/60hz constantes. Unos gráficos buenis y en PS5 son mejores ligeramente. Esta optimizado y es con 24+ horas de juego además de que vale la pena más que nada a 20$ o menos mejor. Pero es una maravilla de videojuego y no te dejes llevar por la crítica. El juego es un 10/10… Expand

    Simplesmente perfeito. Roteiro perfeito, método de contar a história perfeito, direção de arte perfeito, jogabilidade muito boa, enfim. Um dos jogos com uma história e profundidade na narrativa dos personagens mais pesadas e grandiosas que já vi.

Yeah, I agree that is a strong and hard beginning, but i must say that they were brave doing that.     Un juego sobreodiado por una bola de nieve de hate por no ser el juego feliz y satisfactoria como se pensaba. Toma riesgos constantemente que, a mi parecer, lo hace tan realista y orgánico que puede llegar a hacer el dolor, algo encantador. Una ola de emociones (malos o buenos) que en pocos juegos se llega a sentir.

    Графіка - найкрасивіша гра до сьогоднішнього дня яку я знаю на консолях.
    Сюжет - хочеться щось сказати але це вже спойлери, він цікавий та відповідає питанням першої частини. Персонажі - безсумнівно персонажі як були добре прописані у першій частині так і тут, за ними цікаво спостерігати.
    Штучний інтелект - зомбі стали хардконішими, люди стали більш розумними, але до ідеала далеко.
    Звук та звукове сопроводження - шорохи, клацання від шаркунів, звуки нестачі повітря після удушення людини - все це дуже сприяє на атмосферу яка у цій грі ще більщ крута.
    Атмосфера - зелений фільтр гри моментами надає «вау» ефект, велике місто дає ефект самотності..

    Штучний інтелект - став плюсом якщо порівнювати з першою частиною, але усе ж не ідеал.
    Українська локалізація - відсутність.

Tries too hard to be original by putting you into the shoes of the antagonist; most players hate the antagonist, has a story that has as much grace as a piece of chewing gum stuck under your shoe. The biggest fumble in the history of gaming sequels. Audiences overwhelmingly agree. The story was just god awful. No one sympathized with Abby and we were forced to play her for 10+ hours. Such a disappointment. How the professional critics saw this as a good good, only leads us to believe they were paid off or received some type of perk. The writing is just undefendable.

    Obviously the show wasn't as good as the game (Part 1), so we can only hope season two strays far away from the plot of episode 2.    … Expand

    Brilliant world. Brilliant gun mechanics. All in all what you’d expect from naughty dog. Absolutely abysmal storyline, a shell of a game compared to its predecessor. I will never ever forgive naughty dog for butchering one of the greatest gaming franchise character’s of all time just conform with Woke societal crap Shame on you naughty dog. Shame on you.     Played on Playstation 5 for the first time, so enjoyed it with 4K upscaling (not sure if it's native) and 60fps. Part 2 is simply Part 1 but improved in every way. For me it is impossible not to give it a 10. An unprecedented and equal play experience.

As pessoas ficaram amarguradas com a morte de um personagem tão importante e carismático como o Joel, e descontaram isso na avaliação do jogo. eu dou 10/10 pela qualidade gráfica, gameplay, história, e a abordagem sutil, mas persistente do sentimento de vazio deixado pela morte de quem amamos. O sentimento de pai para filha da Ellie com o Joel é também presente na Abby com o Lev, por isso ela deixou Abby viver, e levar Lev com ela. Com o tempo, as pessoas vão ver o quão complexo e bonito esse jogo é, mas até lá, vamos ter que esperar. Obrigado Naughtydog por essas duas obras de arte.… Expand

    I have beaten this game more than 10 times and will play more. There are not a lot of decent single-player games with this attention to detail and with no greedy microtransactions and broken everything (hello EA). The gameplay is fantastic, and the story is not as good as the first game, but it is still one of the best.

    The game is so boring and they made the characters look weird or ugly. Abby is an abomination and must be on steroids and they kill the loved main character off in a trash way. Nobody likes that. If you like the game and the way it is play it.

Yeah the last of us part 2 had the best story I've ever played, it was an amazing game, if Ellie killed Abby she would have made the same mistake joel and Abby committed, as Abby's revenge didn't fix any if her personal problems going on internally and externally, in top of that ellies story mirror's nathan drakes pursued of treasure as nathan drake puts the people he cares about in danger for worthless treasure, in the end nathan leaves tge treasure in the past in order to care about his family, just like ellie leaves her revenge nehind. Abby's story mirror Joel's from the last of us part 1, the story starts with losing a loved one and growing as a person after meeting a little kid that sufferes from external and internal problens as lec lost his sister and ellie lost her best friend before meeting joel. Ellies decision in the end shows growth and selflessness as she acknowledges that every person makes decisions based on circumstance and how Abby has so much in common with joel and she would be committing the same action Abby committed that affect ellie in the begging of the second game. Joel's decision in the end of part 1(2013) serves as an opposite to Peter's decision in the end of Marvel's spiderman(2018). It is all about putting other people's circumstances into consideration abd growing as a person and lifting your self abd the people around you rather than harming the world you were brought into.… Expand

    Extremely cinematographic game, the most exciting and dramatic possible, an incredible direction.
    With moments of twists.
    It's basically the ultimate post-apocalypse drama experience.
    the gameplay is beautiful from the graphics, the animations, the sounds, perfect. The biggest flaws are in a lack of pace in the second half.

    A story of revenge that becomes a lesson in obsession and forgiveness. It's a rehashing of violence begetting violence, but also showing that good deeds can be contagious.

    On top of that it improves stealth, AI, and some of the mechanics from the first game. And it looks amazing

    Felt like watching a good tv show with minimal in-depth gameplay. it felt great, lots of varied gameplay and the story was awesome, if there were parts in part 1+2 that felt samey. The twists were awesome and compelling and the death of the characters very liberal. Abby wasn't as bad as others said, but her RBF and steroid body was distracting. FInal item to note was that some of the obvious gun battle scenarios you can simply run through the very linear level design to the door(or similar) open it and totally skip that section.     One of the best games I've ever played. A very well-designed and heartfelt project. Of course, it also has its downsides, but after finishing this game, you simply don’t have anything bad left in your head, but only the thought that it was wonderful.

    Disagree with a number of things Neil Druckmann did to the story. HOWEVER, you can't ignore the great things sprinkled throughout the game. Gameplay is smooth, acting is phenomenal, graphics are sick and the set pieces are breathtaking. You can't deny that view

    Destroying both main characters is not just a disaster but vadalism of a franchise after just 1 game in order to further the political views of Neil Druckmann. Naughty Dog and Sony should be ashamed of themselves destroying a franchise and dumping on fans of the game just for a far left agenda.

Bollocks. Gameplay mechanic that is 15 years old. Irritating main characters. It's good that indie games are getting better and better. AAA games are crap.

All the new characters were boring and I couldn’t care less about any of them. All the female characters look like **** purposely created to be unattractive. The gameplay barely improved and you’re forced to fight more which is one of the weakest parts of the game as I play largely for the story. Unfortunately, the story is terribly written here as well. It’s basically someone’s angry fan fic. Let’s destroy everything we love from the first game and leave you with no feelings of satisfaction, that’s what gamers want! Don’t waste your time playing, just watch someone else stream it if you can stomach it after the first couple hours. Just realize it never gets better. 2/10 fingers.… Expand

    Cons: story is what I disliked most. It’s such a spit in the face of Joel and Ellie. This game tries to make you sympathise with the enemy and I think it fails.

    The gameplay is great. They have really evolved since the first installment. To bad they force feed you woke-cookies throughout the run. It’s so extreme that it ruins the game completely. I want a good story, I don’t need to be lectured by a game. Can’t recommend to anyone I’m afraid.

Visual, auditory, and control customization makes the game easier for anyone to play. I had a blast playing the game and planning strategies for dealing with certain enemies.
    That being said, this game is majorly hindered by its own story. It's a clunky, overly ambitious setup with shallow side characters and unsatisfying storylines that really make it a chore to play through, especially considering how many more cutscenes you have to sit through compared to the first game. Without spoiling any of the individual plot points, this game's story is a 180-degree turn from its predecessor, trading in an organic, beautifully developed relationship for a hodgepodge of flashbacks and inconsequential side missions that attempt to feed the players context in piecemeal doses while developing virtually none of its characters and giving the player very little reason to care for anyone, its protagonist included. Considering Neil Druckmann also wrote the beloved predecessor to this game, the sloppy pacing and static characters are astonishing if not outright offensive. While I expected to have some complicated feelings after its conclusion, I found myself mostly annoyed and frustrated at its lack of compelling motiviation or satisfying conclusions.
    In short, I did have a fun time with this game in the thirty-some hours it took me to complete it. But around the halfway point, the story took a turn for the worse and I found myself annoyed at having to play through more of it just to finish the story. It left a bad taste in my mouth and for that reason, I have to rate it in the midrange because as technically impressive as it is, it's hard to enjoy a story-driven game with such messy writing.    … Expand

Kills & maims the characters you loved in a juvenile semi-literate story that's is like a jock thinking they've written hamlet. Shallow, callous and unremitting it's it's contempt for the player whose actions are forced through an on rails non branching story.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Does someone at ND believe the players don't know what a narration is? It's not Abby who kills Joel, it's ND. And it's ND who kills Joel in the way he's killed, defenseless and disgraced. Why present us a character we have to play for about 6 hours as an ungrateful coward who draws pleasure from hurting others? And it makes absolutely no sense to let Ellie and Tommy live in that moment. ND just does because they're needed later to continue a bad story. And they do this again at the end to be able to use Abby in part 3 which I won't buy.
    It's ND who makes the player do all the violent things, because the player has no chance of playing the game other than ND wants them to. And then try to make the characters we love look bad for all the violence they've done? I felt nothing after Ellie killed the pregnant Mel. Why should I? The game gave me no chance to handle the situation differently. Jesus this story sucks. And a girl who likes dinosaurs ends up with a girlfriend called Dina - seriously?
    The Last of Us is now the game series that has both the best and the worst story in gaming. Including the most unlikable character you've ever played. The game mechanics are better, but who cares if the story is bad? The technical aspects are a 10/10, but who cares if the story is bad?    … Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.
