    Eines der beste Spiele, die ich je gespielt habe. Die Story eines Spiels hat mich noch nie so mitgenommen wie diese. Die Handlungen der Charakter sind für micht total nachvollziehbar. Die KI ist deutlich besser als im ersten Teil, Grafik und Musik sind top. Das Spiel könnte etwas kürzer sein aber das wars auch schon was mir nicht gefällt.

    The script could be better, we should have played with Ellie more and also we should have seen Joel more even if he would die eventually. Abby scenes was unnecessarily too long and it killed the emotions that we need to feel. This story could be a better revenge story

I was a bit hesitant at first after reading all the reviews, but I really enjoyed the experience. I think killing Joel was a bit extreme, but it really helped us feel the anger that Ellie felt. The ending could’ve been better, so I hope we get some Abby closure in some sort of DLC where Tommy goes after Abby or Dina goes to look for Ellie or something like that.… Expand

    Tudo no jogo foi feito com os mínimos detalhes, nos garantindo uma excelente porém longa jornada com a protagonista Ellie em busca de sua vingança, mesmo deixando exposto eu não reclamo do quão longo foi a experiência, afinal em muitos jogos atuais se tiverem quatros    The Last of Us 2 é uma obra prima com um erro, um erro fatal e filho da puta o suficiente para irritar muitos fãs da série.
    Tudo no jogo foi feito com os mínimos detalhes, nos garantindo uma excelente porém longa jornada com a protagonista Ellie em busca de sua vingança, mesmo deixando exposto eu não reclamo do quão longo foi a experiência, afinal em muitos jogos atuais se tiverem quatros horas de duração já é muito, com toda certeza TLOU 2 merece SIM pelo menos boa parte das indicações a Game of the Year, mas seria este jogo o ganhador.
    Vamos ser honestos, entre vocês que odeiam e amam este game, a história vacila em muitos momentos, falando de experiência própria, em muitos momentos eu não sabia se continuar a vingança seria algo bom ou ruim (claro que seria ruim), mas para ambos os lados (Abby e Ellie) fora tomadas razõess diferentes, como posso defender as razões de Abby ao matar Joel, mas condenar o desfecho de Ellie como " ela é a culpada por querer vingança".
    Erros no roteiro são comuns mas Joel se "entregar" a estranhos sua identidade fora muito esquisito par a engolir, a Redenção de Abby com certeza foi a melhor do jogo assim como a personagem também é a melhor, o que sentimos ao controla-la é o mais puro ódio até entremos suas semelhanças com o falecido Joel (dois personagens que foram cruéis por uma vida inteira até encontrarem uma razão para viver , e assim defende-la até o fim de suas vidas).
    Mas o Final é o que resume a confusão geral e a má construção da historia do game, imagine que vc acorda e bate o pé na quina da sua cama, você não respira, conta até três e sai andando, VOCE XINGA DEUS E O MUNDO PARA ALIVIAR SUA DOR, afinal o ódio faz parte vida assim como o amor, agora imagine-se no lugar da Ellie( personagem querida), e no lugar da quina da cama vc tem um mundo pós apocalíptico cruel e injusto cheio psicopatas , fanáticos e criaturas malditas, matam sua figura paterna de maneira brutal, quase assassinam seu "tio", quase matam o amor da sua vida, destroem sua vida, e no momento em que seu ódio está a flor da pele ainda lhe arrancam dois/três dedos da sua mão na dentada e tudo que você faz é "vá embora". É humanamente impossível o desfecho deste jogo, o perdão nesta realidade é falso e inexistente, e mesmo assim ele acontece com dizer saúde, após alguém espirrar.
    Enfim, o jogo é facilmente um 7/10, inovador e incrível de ser jogado, mas peça em parte de seu principal fator - história.
    - Baseado na minha experiência e opinião, se vc pensa de forma diferente saiba que sua opinião merece ser escutada, mas sempre respeito o próximo, não é pelo seu ódio ou prazer pelo jogo que o seu colega seja um completo idiota por pensar diferente.    … Expand

    Amazing, truly amazing. I didn't think they'd manage to come close to the original but they've done it. Ignore the homophobes and sexist twits who've never even played the game. This is a must buy game.

    Es un muy buen juego en todos los aspectos, aunque decae un poco en la historia por como fue contada, pero aun asi merece cada centavo y cada minuto que te cueste.

    This game takes you into darker places and messes you up mentally. The gamelplay is amazing but I will say it leaves you feeling empty. Its not for everyone and I'm glad its not.

    i didnt finish this game. i think this is the only game i didnt merely dislike but actually hated. The game play is bland and everyone is awful while the plot is nonsense that exists merely to deliver obnoxious social commentary.
    environmental graphics are nice and the only reason i didnt give a zero.

The characters are turned 180 degrees and pretty much unnoticeable. Post apocalyptic doesn't mean anything in this game.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last of Us is one of my absolute favourite games of all time. What made it such an enjoyable game was not only the graphics and immersive gameplay, but the evolving relationship between Joel and Ellie. They are the heart and soul of the first game and what I expected of part II was to keep that heart beating, not rip it out with such barbarity as they did. The problem here is not Joel dying. It's how he died and why. You're forced to play a big portion of the game as Abby (Joel's killer) and it is as if Naughty Dog kicked you in the gut and laughed. The storytelling is shamefully weak and backwards, like next level character assassination which is apparent to anyone who played the first game. I don't care for any of these new characters and no matter how amazing the gameplay itself is I will not be able to enjoy it because its justtoo aggravating! 2 points for how stunning the game looks (which was to be expected anyway) and 0 points for the butchering of beloved characters.… Expand

In the previous game it explores the grieving feelings and depression of being unable to do something about losing someone (Sarah), control of your life and the reality that you live (20years of smuggling and stop caring about his brother and life ) ; and in this sequel, Ellie handles her grief for Joel with anger, retaliation and dealing with all the pain that she knows she will have to do ( to her enemies, her friends, partner and herself) and willingly lose her life to avenge the one who gave her a new meaning to her existence (joel was a pretty good almost-dad to her). I really don’t enjoy shooters or survival games but the story keeps you going.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Ok so, I’m putting this out there, I liked The Last of Us Part 2. However I do see it as lower than the original and could’ve used a bit more work story wise.

    Gonna start with what I liked:
    -Story overall was pretty good and left me pretty satisfied in the end and feeling feels (To an extent), I’ll touch base on what I didn’t like in a bit
    -Loved the variable difficulty settings, made supplies a bit more scarce towards the middle/end of my playthrough.
    -The new AI is pretty good and caught up behind me a few times and everytime I did die from them I knew it was because I screwed up in some way.
    - It was very interesting getting to play from both Ellie’s perspective and Abby’s perspective of the events.
    - Loved all the new weapons and crafting you can utilize as well as being able to crawl/go prone in really tall grass -Some characters I initially hated at first kinda grew on me as I hung out around them and explored more. (Still some I didn’t like though)

    The cons/Stuff I didn’t super like:
    -There were two or so beats in the story I did. Not. Like. And super, duper major spoilers. 1. Killing off Joel fairly early in the story. Yes it is later touched on why Abby did it but it was super bittersweet especially right at the beginning and definitely felt more style over substance. 2. The ending/epilogue. I grew attatched to Dina x Ellie having a happy ending/life in the mid-point of the game and Ellie just... loses it all at the end. All for her revenge against Abby which in the end she doesn’t even finish her off, instead she lets her go.. makes the entirety of the Santa Barbara section of the game feel completely moot. Not too mention the downer of an ending, I’m all for depressing endings but that needs to be earned.

    - I did have a few moments where their backpacks kinda bugged out but nothing super game breaking

    - Some movements like horse and boat were a little janky and took a bit too long to get used to.


    In all, solid 7.5 or 8/10. Below the first game yes but TLoU 2 is a damn solid game and is a fairly worthy sequel, unfortunately some beats of the story do leave a bit to be desired. The critiques I understand and can see where some people are having issues, I will say hypothetically, out of 20 people, maybe 2 or 3 that ACTUALLY play it will not like it.    … Expand

    The game was not as good as the first part but still a must-play for last of us fans. i enjoyed every bit of this game when it comes to gameplay and cut scenes. The story was the only downfall in the 2nd part but still, i think you will enjoy the game because some of the game elements and gameplay is improved as compared to the first part.

    The game is absolutely amazing with turns you can’t see coming. Easily the most beautiful graphically and story of any PS4 game. Reserve your judgements until you have finished the entire game because it is well worth playing all the way through. This is a sequel that surpasses its incredible predecessor. What an achievement.

El juego es bueno en varios aspectos, la historia tiene huecos que al principio son pequeños pero después te das cuentas que si le pudieron dar un empujón al juego, la muerte de el protagonista del anterior juego pudieron haberla hecho mas elaborada, también me parece algo sumamente tonto que Abby se encontrara con Joel de pura casualidad y que Joel no desconfiara, también entiendo que no tenia otra opción el y Tommy, pero pudieron haberlo hecho más interesante. El gameplay esta muy bien hecho, los combates tienes que hacerlos mas estratégicos en dificultades altas, guardar recursos, explorar lo mas posible y hacer uso del sigilo. Si la historia no hubiera tenido esos huecos pudo haber sido el mejor juego. El juego me recordó mucho a Metal Gear Solid 2, como si Abby fuera Raiden. Personalmente quiero que haya un DLC donde Ellie mate a Abby, al estilo de God of War como con poseidon xd. -navimh… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I have some pretty mixed emotions about the whole story for this game. However, I think it’s important to note that this was a great story, despite people who want to trash talk them killing Joel. What did we really expect? Ellie and Joel would live happily ever after? Since the beginning of the outbreak, Joel had been racking up a list of people that would want him dead, and eventually it would make sense to catch up with him. However there was some missing pieces that I wish we would’ve gotten. I.e. doesn’t Ellie feel guilty because she was inadvertently the reason Joel dies? Prior to finding Owen & Mel, does Abby have some regrets of killing Joel? It’s lightly touched and hinted that the reason she goes back for Yara & Lev was to atone for sins in a way, but it could’ve been touched on more. As always, the graphics were beautiful, the voice acting and music was perfect, and the gameplay was mostly great. The biggest complaint being it got to a point where it felt like you were drudging along. That you just needed to get to the next scene, to the next piece of the story. The never-ending barrage of running all over God’s green Earth began to get agitating. I even felt like I appreciated the game more after beginning Abby’s section, which added some depth other than the jacked **** with the braid who rocked Joel’s world. Overall I think the game is great, however, I think Naughty Dog has some fixing to do if there is to be a third. Perhaps Abby reuniting with the FireFlies and Ellie eventually being able to give a cure with the help of Abby. It has a lot of potential from here to finish the series on a bittersweet note.

    TL;DR: the game is not for the faint of heart. It is definitely a set up for a softer sequel similar to the first game. If you are easily offended by plot lines that aren’t generic, run the other way. But if you’re open to it, there’s a lot to be said, and a lot of places to go from here.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is one of the most beautiful and well crafted games I’ve ever played, it took me a good few days to complete, mainly due to being side tracked soaking in all the beautiful surroundings and side notes that are hidden away.

    This game has been getting a bad reputation because of a certain character and “poor writing” This game does not have any bad writing in it, everything in this game is perfectly placed and well presented if you have the patience to find it.

    After playing the game I felt a great deal of emotion and was left with some burning questions, something that is a hard task for game developers today due to lack of originality.

    The character of Abby is an amazing addition to the world of the last of us, because she teaches us a lot, she teaches us how we mindlessly kill in games and never face the consequence of the actions. Joel faces these consequences, something we never expected because it never happens.

    Abby is a perfect mirror to Ellie, they both set out on a quest of vengeance to avenge their father figures, they both have pregnant companions, Ellie has time in a museum where as Abby has time in an aquarium. Ellie’s love of space and Abby fear of heights.
    It is all so well thought out and planned and I beg that people ignore the hate and play this game with an open mind, for you experience alone.    … Expand

Spoiler alert ladies and gentlemen, I hated it, and let me explain why. The introduction of a completely new antagonist that upends the lives of our characters Joel and Ellie works in theory, but it’s poorly executed in the writing in this game. The antagonist isn’t truly built up enough before the death scene of a universally loved character. The death scene was, in my honest opinion done the way that it was done to induce shock and garner hatred for Abbie. The problem is, once that hatred for Abbie settles in, the game shoves you into playing as her, to fight another beloved character. I don’t know what naughty dog and company were smoking when they came up with this, but I want a hit of it. As a huge fan of the original game, and coming into this one open minded and spoiler free, I can safely say... don’t waste your money folks.… Expand

    Die Story ist realistisch und sehr spannend. Mich ließ das Spiel nicht mehr los. Anhand aus Ellies Erlebnissen kann ich verstehen, dass sie sich verändert hat, das würden wir alle an ihrer Stelle auch. Grafisch ist das Spiel eine Augenweide. Sehr viele Details und es sieht einfach schon aus

    God Awful Story telling, takes the perfect formula developed from TLOU with Joel and Ellies relationship and completely spits on it. DIE HARD FAN of the first one and am telling all my friends to save their money. Somethings should never get a sequel. Angry and time wasted.

I was hurt by the death of a legend like Joel who accompanied us and we loved so much in the campaign of the first game. In everything based on the game I loved it in each part, the naughty dog ​​did an excellent performance in this game they took great care and I admire the determination of each team of them. WTF was this mess... if this got that many 10/10 from those so-called game journalists/reviewers, either they are bribed or they are simply retarded. There’re many things wrong in this game — the more hours you spend in this story, the worse it gets. The dev and the publisher are crazy enough to let the player to go through this story to not just waste their time but also destroy their experience and memory from the first game.

    The story writing and arrangement were some of the worst I’ve seen in years. None of the new characters was interesting or charming, and yet the dev decided to force the player to control one of the most hated characters for hours and to tell a story that no one cares. I recognized that many players probably can only feel connected to those characters from the first game, but the writing was done so poorly that these characters got so much different than the ones in our memory. The new characters are also changing quite a lot that it feels they don’t have fixed personalities which guided their actions. It almost felt like the characters (i.e. the writer) betrayed us by changing that much every, like, 3 minutes.

    Every flashbacks were awkward and out of place, and sometimes felt like the dev found a loophole in the story and then just added the information through a flashback. In my opinion the game was already pretty bad at nearly the end, but after the dev forced us to beat up Ellie, it got to the last “episode” and that’s when the game truly fell apart into a 0/10 crap to me.

    Gameplay-wise, it’s ok but also feels unexceptional. It was supposed to be a story-driven game after all. I’d have probably given it like a 2/10 simply for the mo-cap, map design and gameplay, but now it’s 0/10 considering how the dev replied on this mess and how this game left no feeling or even took all the connections to every characters from me.    … Expand

    This game is a masterpiece in my opinion. I stayed away from all the spoilers and was better off for it. It's my view that most of the negative reviews I have seen are from people who didn't get their fanfiction realized in the story. You won't find better videogame craftsmanship than The Last of Us Part II

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When I played TLOU part one, I kept thinking, what a tragedy that even when the world ends, we still find reasons to kill one another. During part two I kept thinking how pointless revenge is, that it destroys you as much as it does them.

    In both games, a person's inability to let go has devastating consequences - Joel dooms the world because he can't bear to lose another 'baby girl'. Ellie burns everything good remaining in her life to avenge the traumatic death of Joel.

    A lot of people have left bad reviews here because they rejected that death - and this is exactly the point of it. We can reject that death, we can demand a rewrite of a story. But Ellie can't. Because for her, this story is real life, and you can't rewrite life when it doesn't suit you. Thus, we feel her trauma deeply ourselves - how dare they make this happen to olur beloved Joel?

    But does that mean the story is bad? No, I don;t think so, on the contrary.

    First of all, let's face it, of COURSE Joels actions at the end of part one would have consequences, who really doubted this? I so dearly wished Joel had survived, but I can't deny the simple truth: he had it coming.

    TLOU2 drives this home in a masterful way, by switching perspective to the bad guys halfway through. Seen from the perspective of Abby, Joel is the bad guy. We learn that Abby has been affected by the death of her father in much the same way Ellie was by Joel's. We learn that even Abby's friends were shocked by how she killed Joel; and as we see Ellie's actions from the other side, we get the uncomfortable feeling that maybe Ellie is the bad guy here. Once she did to Nora what she did, she basically became Abby. And if we can empathize with Ellie at that point, we should be able to empathize with Abby too.

    Ellie as the bad guy. That is a hard pill to swallow, and a lot of the bad reviews reflect this. But again, that was the point - Ellie lost her way. And even though at the last moment she spared Abby, pulled back from the brink, and saved her soul, it is a pyrrhic victory, because she lost everything else.

    I don't think the bad reviews here are being fair to TLOU2. For me, the story worked. I was dismayed by what happened, but I compeltely accepted it. And I did empathize with Abby. The ending of TLOU1 was ambiguous; here the entire story is. Who is the good guy here? Who is the bad guy?

    Don't let the bad reviews discourage you - this game is a masterpiece.    … Expand

    Para empezar No hay enemigo en este juego, Abby no es villana y se darán cuenta en las 3 horas que la debes usar, solo es una sobreviviente más como lo era Joel y Ellie, llegó un momento en que llegue a encariñarme con Abby por todo lo que hizo, ella solo vengo a su papá y pues Ellie se vengaba de su compañero de vida, fue algo muy cruel ver a Ellie quedarse sola y ver a Abby derrotada y delgada xd, esta lleno de sentimientos y decisiones chingonas, sin duda es un juego que te llena de emociones y te hace entender que no siempre vas a terminar con un final feliz, espero sin duda que haya tercera parte para saber cómo estás dos avanzan y aquí les recalcaré algunas cosas que son mentira
    -Abby no es Trans solo hacía demasiado ejercicio y es una chica fuera de lo normal a lo que se supone que la sociedad dice como se debe ver una mujer, sin embargo su compañera Lev si es mujer y se siente hombre (nose como se les llama a la sexualidad estas personas)
    -El director si se integró en el juego pero jamás tuvo relaciones con ningún personaje y tampoco se puso como el más inteligente al contrario en el juego esta muerte xd, aunque así lo fuera no tiene nada de raro jajaj

Voice acting is good, but the story sucks and Abby is a very unlikable and unsympathetic character. Joel's death makes no sense when you've played the first game. In the first game Joel runs a guy who is pretending to be sick just because he didn't trust a stranger. But in the second game he just gives his name to a group of strangers who he just met which leads to him getting killed. They try to force you to like Abby and make Ellie look like the bad guy. Example, Anby is shown playing with a dog while Ellie is killing dogs left and right. Abby's crew are also unlikable and uninteresting characters. There is a pregnant woman in Abby's crew that insists on being on the frontlines instead of staying at base to care for her unborn child. She is needlessly putting the health and wellbeing of her unborn child at risk for a reason I'm not sure, I find this to be a very stupid thing to do. Just stay at base until your baby is born.… Expand

I found the story to be deeply powerful, and while it may look like the majority of people don't like it I guarantee you that they're just a very vocal minority. As I get older I've been finding it much harder to get really into a game, but this one had me right from the start. The visuals are incredible, the game play is engaging and intense, sounds design is best in class, and while some may find the story and its ending to be upsetting I found it to be very natural and realistic. I mean who actually thinks you can have a happy ending in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, especially after all the traumatic experiences these characters have gone through? Anything else would have felt forced and out of place. Go out and get this game!!… Expand

Natürlich ist es tragisch und auch traurig das ausgerechnet Joel so früh sterben musste und dann auch noch so grausam, aber wäre ein anderer Charakter an seiner Stelle gewesen hätte es nicht so eine Auswirkung gehabt. Man fühlt mit jedem Schritt den man in der Story macht das Bedürfnis für Gerechtigkeit um Joels Tod zu Rächen. Als man dann Abbys Seite kennen lernt staute sich noch mehr Wut an, da man jetzt ausgerechnet mit der Mörderin von Joel spielen musste. Der Story Abschnitt mit ihr zog sich und ich war echt erleichtert als es zu Ende war. ich habe diese Erfahrung ich möchte da nicht mal Spiel zu sagen nun durch und hab so auch meine Meinung gebildet. Wie schon gesagt ich finde Naughty Dog hat dort ein Meisterwerk hingelegt es zeigt einem das Gewalt nur Gegengewalt erzeugt und das Rache auszuüben nichts bringt außer noch mehr leid. Deshalb fand ich auch das Ende sehr gut gelungen da endlich die Einsicht von beiden Charakteren kam. Das Speil spielt so sehr mit den Gefühlen ich hab geweint und gezittert vor Wut es war einfach grandios und ich würde mir gerne mehr davon wünschen.… Expand

    - Gameplay can be repetitive and boring over time (almost 20 hours over duration)
    - Can be buggy at certain moment
    - False advertisement giving a false expectation to player
