Well for sure not everyone will like this game..i don't hate it but im content with how it ended..there is a deep meaning of why it ended that way why ellie had to let abby go if you will focus on that last exchange of words of ellie and joel..where she said she think she can never ever forgive joel for what he did..but she could try..that part right there and maybe she realized that abby had spared her for 2 times now at the joel scene and at the theater. She knows abby is a good person and ellie killing a pregnant person is what really strikes her as abby spared her girl who is pregnant. And if ND never showed abby's part of the story this ending will be much worse or this gane will be much worse it will not justify joel's death..im not saying joel deserved it..but he had it coming since the end of tlou1..im glad we got to play as abby..it shows that part where ND always says there is no good guy or bad guy in this game..and that is the truth in life too. It is our own belief that makes us believe about tye good guy and bad guy oart..and that part is wrong.im content with how this gane ended hope for a sequel though. It's a fresh kind of story for me and im glad it is not ot what i expected… Expand

    Honestly, I don't understand why everyone is bombing this game. If you expected a carbon copy of TLOU you were wrong. It's a sequel and it's going to have a different storyline! I believe it is well put together and made. The cinematics paired with a strong storyline makes it a worthy sequel. Also so glad to see LGBTQ representation in video games! Yes they kill of Joel in a HORRIBLE way and they obviously never cared about him in the first place, but the actual gameplay is amazing, like really top notch, the graphics make the first game look like it came from 2005, and the level design is fantastic. They really paid attention to detail on the small things too like Ellies face changes when she’s killing an infected or when the weather changes, just wish they put that level detail into the story where the game really needs help… Expand

    One of my all time favorite games. Everything about it was good. Don't listen to all of those 0/10 scores on the first day. You have to actually finish the game, Imagine if you played the first one but never saw the end. There were parts where I considered giving up but I didn't and am super glad. Anyway it's a profound work of art in my opinion.

The story is SO intense, I cried, I got angry a lot of times, and I felt like I really was the character. Some decisions are unpredictable, and the ending was tough and cruel, but totally understandable, considering all that happened.     There's no way these thousands of reviews less than a day after release give an accurate representation of the product. Mostly giving a 10 to counter the negativity since I'm not that far in. But everything I've seen so far has been immensely positive for me. I liked the opening of the first one more, but that sequence is damn hard to beat.

    I’ve played just as much of this game as most of you have, so virtually none of it. And as someone who hasn’t played the game, this 10/10 review is worth just as much as the thousands of 0/10 reviews that complain about sjw’s. The game is probably really good though, I might try it out when I have time to.

    6 hours into the game have already felt anger, sadness. Literally dropped a couple tears during a scene. I can't wait to see what else waits for me. Just like the first game the last of us part 2 is going to be a emotional roller coaster

    Have spent the least 10 hours and the Game is absolutely one of the beste Games I ever played. It feel like Part 1, only the story get continued and many parts a little bit better then before. I love it and I am excited about the rest of the game.

Bem, eu estava esperando esse jogo por muito tempo, e conseguiu me dar oque eu queria e ainda mais, a jogabilidade do primeiro jogo não era A INOVAÇÃO, mas era incrivelmente bem feita e gostozinha, e eles melhoraram isso, adicionando mais coisas ao mesmo tempo, outra coisa é o áudio q é incrível, os cenários e level design, em termos de gameplay é incrível, mas e agr, a história. Bem, isso varia muito de opinião, eu amei a história, o primeiro game é uma história de amor e tem mensagens que vc leva para a vida inteira, e o segundo faz isso, com um tema diferente, o ódio, se você só jogar por jogar, não vai aproveitar de verdade, precisa pensar e refletir, e é claro, estourar umas cabeças juntos, resumindo, esse jogo vale o dinheiro? I finished this game months ago and wrote a review but unfortunately it was too long for Meta Critic, so I felt like I didn't want to post a review because so many things need to be said and my review need to be shortened so much that it missed important points about the game....so I had some time to think about it and re-wrote it.
            The Last Of Us Part 2 reflects the news before launch, where one half of the studio wanted to make TLOU 2 and the other wanted to wanted to leave the franchise and make something new. This game essentially meets those two ideas together, it gives a true ending to the TLOU 1 whilst starting a new story in same world and having a few familiar faces along the journey to comfort you.         If you're feeling hate, anger and pain then Neil has done his job. Neil Druckmann said that this game was about hate all those years back at Paris game week and he has delivered on that, the idea of this story is to make you feel grief but then conflicted by Abbie's story at the same time. I need to play this game one more time to platinum it but I can't do it emotionally because the pain I feel seeing Joel, not just dying but in the happy moments, challenging moments and his worst moments portrayed via flashbacks, is just too hard and this is how powerful the storyline in the TLOU part 2 is.
          Its unfortunate that Neil Druckmann had to endure Antisemitic tweets after doing his job so well and this NOT acceptable. Same goes for Laura Bailey receiving death threats. Such a shame the horrible people out there and controversy around the game has tainted my memory around this beautiful game.         All in all the Last Of Us 2 is incredible, its a true modern day masterpiece bought to us in a new form of media. Its up there with other media masterpieces like Shaw Shank Redemption, Green Mile, Titanic,Forest Gump, Harry Potter books or The Lord Of The Rings books,  in that they are all experiences you need to experience before you die. 100% Recommend    … Expand

    El juego la verdad me encantó me tiene fascinado y si claro tal vez la muerte joel fue algo forzada y abby también metiendo su historia sin un pasado bien desarollado

La gente que piensa que el juego es malo , lo más probable es que no lo hayan jugado o visto completo, tengan criterio propio y saquen sus propias conclusiones, el juego es una obra de arte de principio a fin , al principio si acepto que hay uno que otro hueco argumental pero el resto es perfecto, el juego nos muestra la perspectiva de lo supuestamente es el "villano"y cono nuestras acciones pueden cambiar el mundo, por ejemplo Joel condenó a la humanidad por no haber dejado que ellie muriera porque tenía el trauma de perder a otra persona como su hija , y esto condenó a toda la humanidad , joel no es el héroe que tanto tiempo percibimos como tal y no , nada que políticamente correcto , la intención de Neil es que esta obra tuviera la mayor cantidad de etnias ,esta historia tienes su bases y argumentos bien estructurados , en cierto punto toda está locura ocurrió por Joel y por eso merecía que muriera , aunque no fue una muerte " HONORABLE" el debía morir para que la trama se basará en su asesinato, Ellie perdió la cordura poco a poco mediante el transcurso de el juego y al final se da cuenta de lo que hizo y trata es expiar sus pecados , ellos hicieron cosas terribles y su visión no fue para nada buena , este juego esta claro que no es para todo el mundo porque hay personas que no tienen criterio propio y se dejan manipular sus frágiles mentes por algún influencer u celebridad opina algo y quieren calcar esa opinión , este juego nos deja claro que la venganza puede ser nuestra perdición miren no más el caso de kratos , el mismo dijo que la venganza no te dará paz en el último Gow , ellie madura al final de este juego y lo hace con los fundamentos adquiridos a través de los años ,también he visto algunas personas decir eso y me da risa la verdad , el juego fue pensado para ver la naturaleza de el ser humano , como puede que actúe dependiendo de la situación y ahí esta el caso de abby y ellie a las cuales les ocurrieron cosas similares pero como ya dije el culpable es Joel , Jueguenlo completo por favor , es una obra de arte total… Expand

    Entiendo el punto de vista de la gente que no le halla gustado el juego pero a mi en lo personal me encanto, no pare de jugarlo, lo disfrute muchísimo a todo nivel, desde la historia, los gráficos, el sonido, el ambiente, los personajes,etc. Para mi 10/10

    Unglaubliche Details, purer Realismus. Es packt einen sofort und man findet sich direkt im TLOU Universum wieder. Nur Rockstar Games und Naughty Dog schaffen es diese Atmosphäre zu schaffen - vielen Dank für die ersten unfassbaren Stunden

    Started playing this game today and it's awesome so far (5 hours in) and couldn't do anything but pause it and give a first time score. When I came here and saw the reviews score, I was shocked. A 3.3 for a game like this? How can you play this game and give a such low score? I always trusted the reviews but this time it looks really fishy.     These reviews look saddening. Neil Druckmann said the game would be decisive. That people might not like what happens to the characters and people might not like the game. But you were warned to ready yourself. I did. And I loved the game. Thank you very much.

    What a game at the first 2 hours, it’s just WOW, but I can’t keep playing After “that” happens... for me i finished it. Graphics are the most sopectaculars of all the times, músic same.

Es dificil de asimilar la historia, puede ser que a muchos no les gustara y perdera el interes en la historia desspues de las primeras 2 hroas despues de la muerte de Joel, pero es imposible negar la calidad que posee este juego. En mi opinion es una obra maestra, con una historia muy dificil de digerir. Para gustos hay colores y cada quien tiene su opinion.     Joel is killed and people are mad. They leave bad reviews on the game, because they don't like story progression. He is killed to progress the story. This is a very heartfelt and emotional moment that was well-acted and made.
    The plot is about revenge, justice, and hate. This fits well with it's story, world, and characters.
    The game is very detailed like, you ride on your horse over a stream and your horse breaks the ice.
    Game Mechanics are very detailed, thought-through, and well-made. You can now dodge, prone, hide in tall grass to avoid being detected, break windows, climb and jump using a rope, etc. These mechanics make TLOU2 feel like a whole new game rather than a sequel.    … Expand
