    The game is absolutely beautiful and the gameplay is actually fun and enjoyable but the story I could not get into it I felt no sympathy for the new characters and I felt like this was being forced on me.With a game so based on story the story not being good is not acceptable.

    Un título que prometía una historia digna, o así fue lo que se planteo en TLOU 1 una historia increíble.
    Uno de los temas que hay que tomar bastante en claro y que merece un 10 son los gráficos, los gráficos están pulidos a detalles muy buenos, buenos ambientes y banda sonora. El juego ocupa un excesivo uso de aprobación po la comunidad LGBT+ el juego es    El juego ah dejado más que desear.

    Un juego donde al principio se enseñó a no confiar en nadie, a porque se vive en un mundo desolado y peligroso.
    No sé profundiza en su precuela , claro es más humano y apoya a las emociones eso hay que tomarlo en cuenta ya que en la mayoría de decisiones hace parecer más humano todo con más sentimientos.

    If you asked me 2 days ago (around 10 hours into the game) what I thought of The Last Of Us Part II, I would say it's a masterpiece and one of my favorite games of all time. If you asked me now (after finishing it), I would say I wish it didn't exist.

And by the time I got to the end of the game I just didn't care anymore. I don't hate this game, but I don't love it either. If you're reviewing the "game" part of TLOU2 then it's a close to perfect score for me. The gameplay is intense and fun, the visuals are unbelievable, the sound design and music are amazing, and everything is just top notch. But I play Naughty Dog games for the story, and for me, this story just taints The Last Of Us storyline for me.    … Expand

    Boys, get ready for a wild ride. It was dark. It was deep. It was OUTSTANDING. Get ready to be in your feelings. Also, screw the haters. This was one of the best games of my LIFE! Better than the first one, in my opinion. Phenomenal game play. Thanks, Naughty Dog.

    I'm saddened that I'm so disappointed in this game. This has one of the worst stories in a video game and one of the worst endings. The visuals and soundtrack are the only good thing about this game.

    I tried to go through the game with an open mind, despite the leaks and the controversy. I was met with disappointment in delivery and pace of the game. The environment was good and the combat was fluid but it was missing that wholesome area that always tickled me with tolu.     Genuinely one of the best games I have ever played. Riveting and intense. Graphics are amazing, violence is brutal, and the story grips you. My girlfriend is a bit of a gamer, and begs me to play it so she can watch.

Ho atteso questo gioco per anni, ad ogni trailer ufficiale avevo la pelle d’oca, ho evitato spoiler, non mi interessavano i leak, volevo solo che arrivasse il 19 giugno per giocare finalmente al sequel del mio gioco preferito. Se dicessi che non sono deluso da come hanno gestito la storia mentirei, per me troppo forzata, un personaggio furbo come Joel, che nel primo TLOU non si sarebbe MAI fidato di una sconosciuta, non solo viene attirato in una trappola, ma sembra pure essersi completamente rimbambito da dire il suo nome. Io sono rimasto senza parole. In quel momento ho spento tutto e avevo intenzione di non avviarlo mai più, ma sapete cosa ho pensato? “ok, è successo quel che è successo, ma Ellie gliela farà pagare, avremo la nostra vendetta”. E così le ore passano, Ellie fa fuori gli amichetti di Abby e in lei viviamo tutto; viviamo la sua sofferenza nell’uccidere delle persone connesse ad Abby, ma che effettivamente non sono lei, vediamo il rimorso nel suo volto quando realizza di aver ucciso una donna incinta e poi? Mi forzate a giocare per più di dieci ore nei panni del killer? Mi fate vedere il flashback del papà morto? Mi costringete ad accarezzare i cani e a salvare dei ragazzini solo per farmi provare empatia? Mi dispiace, ma non ci siete riusciti. Durante quelle fasi di gameplay continuavo a pensare: “arriverà la vendetta, deve arrivare, deve”. Ma poi, quando finalmente sembra che tutto stia per concludersi, vengo privato anche del piacere di togliere la vita al personaggio che ha brutalmente ucciso Joel, ed Ellie, tornata nella fattoria dove aveva iniziato a costruire una vita con Dina, resta senza niente, sola e con il rimorso di non aver avuto la possibilità di perdonare Joel.     I thought that the negative critics about the game is just because de fans want fanservice and Naughty Dog give us a real and human history, about the consecuences of our acts and how this affect us in the future. This is really the best game I ever played before.

    Es un gran juego en cuanto a sistema, mecánicas y gráficos, es bueno saber que no se rebajaron a dar fanservice, la historia es la que el juego necesitaba para dar un giro y un lavado de cara al titulo anterior, por que al menos yo no queria mas de de lo mismo.

THIS IS A 2/10 NOT A **** 6 From someone who believes The Last Of Us part 1 Is one of the greatest games of all time (trust me it’s with Batman Arkham City for me) I was super pumped for this game. But upon playing it with no spoilers going into it I was super disappointed with this product. Graphics were fantastic but We all expected it to be. The story however is awful, truly awful. So many plot holes and dumb choices. And no people I haven’t got a problem with there being trans and gay people leading the game or a woman leading it. Ellie is an amazing character or should I say was an amazing character but man how can you do my man Joel so dirty like this. It’s not even the fact he died cause I expected that but the way you guys done it was just awful. Here’s an idea, why couldn’t he go out in a similar fashion to Arthur Morgan from RDR2?? Also **** abbey, honestly the very worst character I’ve ever seen and as for the cringe sex scene.....Jesus we get it and again this isn’t a problem with her being trans. I don’t want to play a game and there be a “raw” sex scene in it even if it is male on female. I just wanna play and enjoy my game I paid £60 for. Este jogo chocou tanto as pessoas que amavam o personagem do Joel com a sua morte, que nada além disso ficou visível para alguns jogadores, o que é bastante triste aliás. É um jogo sensacional, nos detalhes, visual, representatividade, jogabilidade, história principalmente e ainda possui muitos plot-twists. Com um final triste, porém sensacional indicando ainda mais que a Ellie era realmente "The Last Of Us". Só gratidão por esse jogo e por todos os responsáveis envolvidos!… Expand

I mean they had so many chances to make a good story but they bring in someone stupid into the studio, im looking at you Neil and Anita, in order to put in your stupid propaganda you had to ruin a good story. You both knew that if you made a new game and tried to sell this crap no one would buy it. The only way for both of you to make money for this is to destroy a beloved series. Plus look at it this way, no one cares that Ellie is a lesbian, she was in the first game and I thought it was fine. What is so bad is you force your agenda on a story that makes no since. A story full of so many plot holes but hey it makes your stupid politicians happy so hey you win. You destroyed Ellie and Joel, but hey you got Abby which also sucks.     This game has the best graphics to date, the combat is slightly above the original game but the story is awful. Naughty dog missed the heart and soul of the original game, the pacing is off, combat is repetitive and this sequel should not exist because the original was wrapped up pretty well. Am disappointed with the developers.

The last of us 2 is a game that well is quite confusing to review for me, the story is not the worst but it is meant to be the last of us 2, if it was a separate franchise it would be rated higher. the story is meant to be on par with the first game but it doesn't reach the bar. They even kill of Joel in the first HOUR of the game for what seems no real reason. I don't have a problem with him dying in the game, it's just that the way he did is something Joel wouldn't do.

    the game is similar to the first game and doesn't innovate on anything 7 years later. most of the characters are bland and boring, nothing makes me want to care about abbey and her friends, it could have been done better but they just didn't do it. the only people I cared about were Joel, Ellie, Dina, Jesse and a little but Tommy. but then they kill Joel and Jesse, fake kill Tommy and do some dumb things with eille.

    let's talk about the ending, it is the most unsatisfying thing I've ever seen in a game. in the end, you travel to California and are about to kill abbey then you have a flashback with Joel and then involuntary decide that even though they killed Joel, Jesse and made Tommy blind in one eye, you let her live. then she goes off into the sunset and lives happily ever after... I have never wanted more to break a disk, it's not like you can choose to kill her or not and it angers me. it took me 16 hours and 27 minutes to play this just to not kill the person the ridiculous revenge plot is based on. the game is not

    Neil Druckmann made a lot of hard décision i think to make this game masterpiece at my mind, yes the game is Dark and make you emotionaly disturb but that what it take to make a game so original, not a lot of company make things lioke that. The gameplay, graphics and the action are perfect!

Abby was a terrible character and I felt no sympathy for her. Playing as abby and fighting Ellie? Terrible writing. I figured Joel would die in this sequel but as brutally as he did without any fulfillment or remorse on abby’s part was another example of terrible writing. She mentioned guilt as a reason for saving the kids but never mentioned Joel again. She was even willing to kill Dina who she knew was pregnant until she was stopped by Lev. How could I sympathize with her?… Expand

Storytelling is all over the place. We play as the character that kills the protagonist of the previous game and witness it twice to see from her perspective. Because of this the ending feels forced and out of character. Everyone makes dumb choices. Ellie figured taking revenge is not worth it at the last moment, after killing hundreds to get to her. Its as bad as Daenerys turning evil and night king turning stupid in a single episode.… Expand

The twist and turns of an emotional heavy campaign, had me on the edge of my seat & my heart rate up. Originally I wanted to kill Abbie more than anything, after the traumatic scene with Joel. I couldn’t wait to get revenge on the team. As Ellie works through, Nora, Owen the pregnant Mel, you can’t help but feel for them. Then their deaths dawns on you, when the shoes are on the other foot as you playthrough as Abbie, suddenly you don’t want them to die, Abbie herself I ended up warming to her character. As you play fetch with Bear & take Alice on your mission. The little moments that you find yourself smiling. The part where you run into the aquarium & the truly horrific scene of Alice (the dog) lying motionless in a pool of blood on the floor, the room where Owen & Mel lay, it hits you differently. It really is a dark brilliant written revenge story & nobody wins. Story aside, The games attention to detail is phenomenal, the world seems truly alive. The combat mechanics are something else. Every kill with every weapon truly feels different in each environment, never has a game made me struggle to kill, but I genuinely hated killing the dogs. (I’m a dog person) The soundtrack is amazing. The Gameplay on Scar island might just be the most impressive thing I’ve ever done on a PlayStation console.

    In summary for me this game is nothing short of a masterpiece. It’s a must play for yourself, even if you’ve heard spoilers. Turn your sound up high & just enjoy.    … Expand

    Entendo as pessoas que não gostaram do jogo, mas pra mim foi uma experiência que nunca senti jogando vídeo game, se o Neil quis chocar de alguma forma com essa obra ele conseguiu, e felizmente esse tipo de experiência e sensações só é possível graças ao vídeo game.

    Felicito a los programadores, diseñadores, actores de doblaje e interpretación; y demás artistas que trabajaron en el ámbito visual y técnico de este videojuego, hicieron un trabajo excelente. Solo por ellos no me arrepiento de haber pagado los 60 dolares que costó este proyecto. Nada más que decir.

    First off I have never rated a game in my life, this is the first game that ever gave me the urge to since I have just beaten it. The last of us part 2 was one of if not the best game I've ever played in terms of the experience I had with it, so much emotion and twist and turns that I did not see coming. What a rollercoaster of a game. Even though I think Abby's story is amazing and cool, It doesnt fit The main story at all. They should have cut Abby's gameplay from The game, left you to play as Ellie The entire game and turn that whole sequel with abby into a DLC. But The game is incredible after ALL and it is Just not better than The First one becuase of Abby's sequels. Now I think it's time for naughty dog to leave The franchise and try something New.… Expand

    Let me start with the bad side of the game, this game story is not bad per se, but the events in the game might be in a different chronological order than it should be, say for example, when a beloved character is in big trouble, you get to play a little with the character that creates the big trouble to the beloved character, and in that moment you have NO idea what the deal is or what the story behind all of this is, this is where, by placing some background story before the facts can help the storytelling be more justified.

    Theres also the fact that some characters act out of character, Joel is more trustful, even though he's a hated man and he knows it, Tommy is reckless and impulsive, Ellie forgets how to be a warrior, gets nerfed of her strength (both mentally, like phisically), and the new characters, had so much potential to be more close to the player, but failed to achieve the connection to us.

    Ok lets talk about the AI, your AI partner at times, is just useless, let me put it this way, they might as well were totally gone from the scenery and it would'nt matter, sometimes they can save you from enemy grabs, and sometimes (only sometimes), they execute a second enemy while you are executing the first one, but that's it, zombies forget they exist, you're on your own, basically.

    The Controls, yup, i thought my controller was faulty, but no, you want to run? nope, you can't do it in this exact place, you want to jump? nope!... The back and forth controlling system this game has is pretty confusing, allowing us to run when the game wants us to, and jump too. This makes the pacing of the game way slower than it should be.

    The last bad thing to me, are the open spaces with no use whatsoever: Have you ever been in a game scenary and you want to explore it, maybe there is something hidden in this corner or in this room, but no, there's nothing there most of the times, it's just an empty room, yeah, i know, it's a post-apocalyptic world, but hey, then don't create rooms for nothing, just close the door or something right? This point it's just my humble opinion, 'cause i haven't read about it anywhere else.

    ---Ok, now let me talk about the good things!

    Graphics, awesome, the grass for example, was revolutionary to me, the treatment to the snow, every danm footstep was there, i know this might seem like no big deal, but the way we interact with the world is what gets us inside of it, yeah, the graphics are also a piece of art, everything was on point, there was one part in the game where i found an electric fan, which matched every single detail of one that i had in that room at that moment, that **** blew my mind.

    Yeah, some facial expressions were all distorted, but even the slightest movement of an eyebrow, got the message across.

    The gameplay was so good, i loved it, i loved how you could walk in crouch mode at the speed you wanted, literally, super slow, ultra slow, kind of slow, etc... I L-O-V-E-D I-T. I have to admit it was kind of awkward how the "Silent Executions" made so much noice, and how the hand to hand fighting parts had a weird camera angle everytime, but past that, i loved it, it was all about the reflexes and calmness of the player to succeed in a fight. I love to depend on hability and agility instead of button mashing.

    It was nice having new mechanics in the game, i loved the parts where you had to run through obstacles and all, it was so thrilling.

    in conclusion: i dont hate this game, i was rooting for it, i wanted it to succeed like the last one, but even the ending got me mad out of my chair, i really don't think the story is well thought out, but the game is just masterpiece material, you can't say the game is good, only because it plays good, it has to feel good to be great. The combat interactions are so realistic, you sometimes feel a sense of stress whenHands down one of the most emotional and gut wrenching game I ha e ever played. And don't get me started on the horror portion of the game around 3/4 of the game. The game really shows an eye for an eye can make the whole world blind.
