    i loved this game cuz i loved the story. That's sooo good it's my best game in my life FOR ME. And the gameplay, is good, normal. it's not too much different then tlou1 but it's smooth. (FOR ME)

    The story has awkward and different plot twists but I think it is part of the concept of revenge and reflection.

    It is definitely a story that makes you think, and I personally liked it.

    The game is excellent in gameplay and graphics. Although the music left me a lot to be desired compared to the first game.

Taps into all your emotions and leaves you exhausted with the brutality which is human nature. Your best work yet @druckmann thank you for sharing your story. The gameplay is fluid, intense, dynamic & fun and theSo the emotional rollercoaster has come to a close & I thoroughly enjoyed the ride.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Read if you've seen leaks/spoilers! I would write a longer review if I could but all I can say is this game is brilliant. I can readily admit that the character death within the first two hours shocked and jarred me. I had seen this particular leak prior to playing the game but I did not expect it to happen so soon. After telling myself that it's dumb to not want to continue or care I kept playing and boy was I not disappointed. The type of story that Naughty Dog has set up is ambitious, and it's not one that the fans wanted and to me, I think that's what makes it all the more interesting. This game was made to cause controversy and conversation. It also allowed me to zoom out on Ellie and Joel's story and reflect on the world of The Last of Us as a whole. So many moral questions were posed and in addition to this, everyone in the game seemed to be an antagonist and protagonist at the same time which is what made it all the more interesting. They somehow managed to do this while still allowing me to not love Ellie and Joel any less.

    Further, besides the amazing storytelling, the gameplay was so fun and so much more developed than the first game. As someone who plays games for a cinematic experience as well as a challenge and for fun, I found it absolutely enthralling. The mechanics are so practical and it feels so grounded and real.

    Of course the game has it's flaws, especially during the second half, there were some lull points to the story and gameplay, but once I got through those tiny portions, it was right back into the action.

    Please don't let leaks or super negative reviews from people who haven't played the game all the way through effect whether you want to play this game! Regardless if you end up liking the story or not, the questions you are going to pose to yourself and the emotions you feel throughout the game will be one like no other. Great work ND!    … Expand

    Yo digo que deberíamos valorar el juego por qué está muy adelantado a su época debemos apreciar sus gráficos y sus paisajes y saber que Nauty Dog se esforzó mucho durante 7 años para traernos este juego además no le pondría un 10 por la falta del personaje principal que es Joel y que me gusta que no solo controlemos a Ellie.

The gameplay is never boring while we are playing and the animations are on a whole new level with a massive variety of killing, dying, hitting, shooting, dodging animations. The prone factor is an awesome added feature that helps in many aspects. The sound of every single weapon, music, background sound, explosions, crafting, weapon upgrades, item pick up, infected, ellie's steps on the floor, everything that is related to sound is just flawless and are for the most part really pleasurous to hear giving that full immersion into the game giving us a sound orgasm like feeling. The wide variety of weapons is incredible and larger compared to the first game and we get to experience different weapons with ellie and abby wich is awesome since we get to see that both of them really aren't that much alike when it comes to fighting style and the way they choose to approach the enemy. while I played with ellie i liked to go for a more stealthy approach while with abby I most of the times was the first one shooting my shots and making noise. It's interesting to see that the two characters have different fighting styles according to theyr physical strength and battle experience. Graphics wise there is nothing to complain about it is by far the All PS4 can give and it is amazing to see how much attention to the details Naughty Dog payed because it is incredibly well done. When u shoot enemies or stab them, when you get close to a tree or a wall, the psysics of the ropes and eletric cables, the snow and the clothes. Now for the facial expressions, by far the best ones so far. When u look down with abby on a high place you can tell by her face that she is terrified of heights, the face ellie makes while stabing the enemy,or even when you get shot. It is just incredible what they managed to achieve with the face expressions. Now for the story. I wouldn't say it is bad. I actually think it is really good (this is my opinion, if you didn't like it just don't judge). I think the gore like death of Joel was a litle soon but we get those flashbacks that maded me cry A LOT. As for Ellie's part I have nothing bad to say. The way the story is told up to that part is amazing. Then comes abby. I'm like ok imma have to play as abby, whatever. I understand that with that Naughty Dog is trying to make us see the two sides of the coin and it really makes us think. I think that in terms of environments abby's part was actually much better than Ellie's beacuse while in ellie's part we see much green and plants, even though it is amzingly detailed, it is pretty much the same. But in Abby's part we even get to go to the top of those super tall buildings and go through those amazing bridges. Now my issue with abby isn't the character itself because she did what she did and she had her reasons...That is understandable she did the same ellie did, to seek revenge. But I just think that Naughty Dog made us play TOO MUCH with abby, there were parts that could have not been shown like abby and owen's sex scene and when abby comes back after that night when u go back to yara and lev you could have just taken us to them but ok. According to the end of the game, I think it is very well done. She doesn't get her revenge BUT like, look at what they did to each other, both ellie and abby have lost so many things because of each other. I loved and that last flashback between ellie and joel just killed me. i loved it. So all in all, I think it is a spectacular game, animation and graphics wise it is amazing. The sounds are the best and the story in my opinion wasnt as bad as people say it was. I wouldn't say I liked TLOU PART II better than TLOU 1 but TLOU PART 2 sure was an incredible game with massive achievements. I give it a solid 9/10… Expand

    What can I say about this game? Well I thought it was a triumph like most of naughty dog games. The graphics are spectacular to look at and admire, the game play is s step up from the first and yes I really did enjoy the story. I have recently completed it, and yes I can see myself saying it again.

    For the negatives sometimes the areas are too big to explore just for supplies and now and again you get a little tires of searching every corner but it is essential to find bullets and crafting items to survive the game. In the stealth sections some of the enemies behave the same formula and feels like a repetition of the last encounter but it doesn't dampen the game play too much.

    There is one thing that I would like to say to reviews on here. Some.of them were posted minutes or hours after the games release to give it negative feedback. These are reviews from people who didnt really play much of a game or have never played the game and are just jumping the band wagon from social media. It's worth buying and adding to the collection of playstation exclusives. It deserves to be on the same shelf of horizon zero dawn, god.of war and spider-man. I think naughty dog have done an amazing job with this game do not believe what people from.the 19th of june are saying. It's not perfect but it is an amazing experience to play through and once it starts you do find yourself playing to the end.    … Expand

    I’ll be honest. The first The Last of Us game is my favourite game of all time, having no other game coming even close…until now. Having finished The Last of Us Part II I felt depressed, the game left me in a rough shape, but it was worth it. I strongly believe that It is an experience that caters differently to every single player, so I don’t think    Utterly disappointed…by the fans.

    I’ll be honest. The first The Last of Us game is my favourite game of all time, having no other game coming even close…until now. Having finished The Last of Us Part II I felt depressed, the game left me in a rough shape, but it was worth it. I strongly believe that It is an experience that caters differently to every single player, so I don’t think going over the story would be really substantial in this text. Just remember: Character progression in important in storytelling, and the main characters really end up learning their lesson in the end, with a high cost for everyone. Sure, it's rough and non-satisfactory, but that's the way it should be with a story like the one being told in TLOU 2.
    All I wanna ask of anyone reading this: try to play/watch the game without being prejudiced by the backlash, or even positive comments. Try to get your own opinion. In the very least, if you dislike the story, you’ll get some amazing set pieces and intense combat, plus a wonderful soundtrack/atmosphere.
    9/10 for me. The -1 is due to a weird pacing in the second half of the game and some characters lacking “chemistry”. Apart from that, it was so worth the wait, the hype, and the time I invested.
    Once in a lifetime experience for me. Hope you’ll find ways to enjoy it as well.

I find it hard to believe so many people managed to finish a 20 hour game in less than a day. Don't get me wrong, there are criticisms to be made with the game, but most of them are hidden behind 0/10 reviews submitted by people that haven't even finished the game, have only reached a certain point, and even some by people who don't have the game and only read the leaks. If you take a look at the reviews on the Last Of Us 2's store page, where you actually have to own the game to review, you can see a major difference.

    Overall, I found the experience of Last of Us 2 enjoyable. The graphics were gorgeous, and was every bit the technical masterpiece that we had been promised. It looked beautiful and ran smoothly, even on the original PS4. The mocap technology was insane, and the acting on show here was immersive. I really have to give credit to the actors here, they did such a fantastic job of bringing these characters to life.

    The gameplay was similar to the first game, mostly stealth mixed with tense moments and adrenaline filled combat. The infected and clickers are even more terrifying than usual, and the game does a good job of getting your heart going with a good mix of scares and tension. The combat animations have been improved, which makes the combat feel more fluid and overall more enjoyable.

    As for the story... I have mixed feelings on this one, but that doesn't mean the story was bad. Certainly not to warrant a 0/10. Obviously, after Joel was killed, I was left feeling angry and saddened as most were. From that point, I could tell the story was going to be one of revenge. However, the story then begins to split off a bit in an attempt to change your perspective, which I think was a bit of a hit and miss for some. At first, I wasn't a fan of the change, but it kept me invested in the story and near the end, I didn't know how I was feeling. Once I had reached the ending, i was left feeling kind of unsatisfied and lost. A part of me feels like Naughty Dog wanted to leave players feeling that way. I think they made a big risk that for some, was not well received.

    However, what it all comes down to is whether I think the experience I got from The Last Of Us 2 was worth spending my money on. For me, yes it was. Did the game managed to evoke emotions out of me? Yes. Did it give me happy moments? Sad Moments? Heart wrenching moments? Moments that made me question myself? Question the characters and their motives? Made me disgusted with myself? Yes to all. And to me, that's what makes a good story, especially a Naughty Dog story.
    I was glad to have enjoyed this experience, and I think the ending is one that I need to sit on for a while to see how I truly feel.    … Expand

Partner AI is better than in the original, though still not cutting edge or anything. Where gameplay is concerned I think this is my favorite title across the uncharted + TLOU era of ND games.

    The game has an INSANE amount of options. If you have vision or hearing disabilities: fear not, this game can be played by absolutely anyone.

    I gave it a 9/10, the point i'm taking back is because a couple of the new characters aren't fully realized and felt a bit lacking, and also because of a writing hiccup or two which, while minor, were a bit frustrating.    … Expand

    The gameplay has been remade and it shows. It improves on the TLOU1 mechanics and you can see that very easily, the gameplay easily is the best part of the game.

    The graphics are also improved heavily. Since the game is linear, they tried to make the graphics better then any other Video Games have and they achieved it.

    Now let's get into the story. TLOU 2 has a really complex story that not everyone might understand. I will get into spoilers from now so be sure to finish the game before reading my review.

    The story takes it's place during a few years. There are 2 playable characters (Ellie and Abby). At the beginning of the game we see Abby killing Joel but the game doesn't give us a proper reason till we reach half of the game. The Fireflies are gone and now there are 2 new groups, WLF and Scars (Seraphites). For the first half of the game you play as Ellie, you are on a quest to find Abby and the rest of the group that helped her kill Joel. You will go through Seattle for a period of 3 days. After you reach half of the game you find out that Abby and her father were part of the Firefly group, and that her father was the doctor supposed to make the cure for the virus by killing Ellie. While everyone saw Abby as the antagonist, she has a pretty similar story to Ellie. At the end you are playing as Ellie, everything is good now. Dina has a kid and Tommy is still alive. The last fight is Ellie vs Abby and you are playing as Ellie. At the end of the fight you nearly kill Abby but a flashback with Joel comes up, Ellie lets Abby live because now she understands why Abby killed Joel. Abby escapes and reaches the newly formed Firefly group. Ellie goes back to the farmhouse to find Dina and the kid left. Ellie goes to the guitar but she can't sing anymore since she lost 2 fingers. She leaves the guitar near the window and the game ends.

    Now here comes the complex part that i think everyone missed. When the guitar and window are focused on the screen, Ellie is seen leaving the house but in a blurry vision. It most probably represents that Ellie finally forgave that Joel saved her, and even forgave Abby for what she did. Ellie finally understood why both Joel and Abby did it. The guitar in the window means that Ellie left the house leaving everything that has happened behind and she wants to continue her life without thinking about the past anymore, she knows that rage and revenge won't get her anywhere. The story wants to tell you that we are all humans and that we do things because of our rage, and we don't think about our actions before doing it.

    The game left me speechless. Everyone has a different opinion and everyone should say it out loud.

    The game was amazing in this propose, there is no mistakes, the gameplay is perfect rich in detail and fun, a masterpiece of survivor with a store that show the big problem is really the persons. TLOU 2 continue the story seen before, and the new story even controversy is well written and was not what you want. Please ignore the bombs review, in most case that not played all game.

    I still feel that the first game is better, narrative-wise, but gameplay was improved throughout.

    From animations to gunplay and especially the semi-open world areas. The narrative, although a simple revenge story, does confront the player with quite a horrific question. Is revenge justifiable?

Возможно им кажется что в разработчики пытаются залезть к ним в голову и завербовать каждого из них в ЛГТБ сообщество, но это же определенно не так, если вы прошли всю игру это очевидно. Другое дело когда персонажи добавляются для галочки, но ведь это совсем другой случай – персонажи полностью раскрыты, каждая мотивация очень понятна, отношения Элли и Дины не идеализированы и в целом в игре подавляющее большинство персонажей традиционной ориентации. Но если говорить именно про игру, в ней есть один жирный минус и только из-за него я бы не ставил игре такие же оценки как первой части. В ней отсутствует (практически) огромная часть того за что большинство так сильно и полюбили прошлую часть – это химия Джоэла и Элли. Да в этом можно сказать и заключается весь сюжет второй части, но в отсутствие Джоэла, Элли так и не нашли более менее соответствующего спутника. Из игры сразу исчезла большая часть шикарных диалогов, шуток и её «души». Но тем не менее эта игра это наверное идеальный сиквел, она не взяла работающую концепцию и не паразитирует на ней, а двигает вперёд сюжет и мир игры. Получилось шикарное произведение, огромное спасибо Нилу Дракману и всей ND за шикарные эмоции и колоссальную работу!… Expand

    There is a difference between being a bad game and hating the game. I personally hated the game because I experienced so many emotions while playing it. That does not mean it’s a bad game. This game is a solid 9/10 in my book.

    Fantastic game! Expands on the game controls alot from the original game and and makes an overall improvement on it! The graphics and the art design is next level, this is something you would expect to be shown on the next gen console's. The story for the last of us part two is a simple revenge story and fantastically told for a revenge story. The ending leaves more to be desired from theFantastic game! Expands on the game controls alot from the original game and and makes an overall improvement on it! The graphics and the art design is next level, this is something you would expect to be shown on the next gen console's. This game is damn great i dont understand why people give it so much **** Amazing graphics, great gameplay that is deffinitely a huge imporvement from the first game, a great story even though it has a weird ending. I personally think that the game handles a revenge story in a really unique way in letting you play as the "villian" and eventually it makes you question if Ellie is doing the right thing which makes the Abby sections so much more special. The game has great stealth mechanics (I personally love the inclusion of tall grass where you can hide), new puzzles that are miles better than the original's, and awesome gameplay sequences that remind me of the uncharted games. My only problem with the game would be the lack of character development with characters such as Jesse and Dina who rarely get any screentime and they only work to give character to Ellie. I also didn't love the california section because at first I thought it was kinda pointless but later you realize that its kinda the point and it all works in the end with the final Ellie and Abby showdown. Overall I really enjoyed my time with the game and I think that it really improves on the original game while giving the characters a different approach. I would give the game a 9/10.     Before playing:
    My favorite genre is post-apocalyptic. I loved the first game and have played it several times, so of course I was super excited about the sequel.
    I was one of those people who didn't want ANY kind of spoilers before playing the game. I didn't look at gameplay footage since the announcement trailer last year, I didn't look at the controversies of the leaks. Nothing, nada. I wanted a clean slate going into this game with an open mind. And I'm really happy I did that because now that I've played it I've ventured online to see what other people think and boy do people have different opinions!

    After Playing:
    I think they made some bold moves with the story. Killing off the main character from the first game is a very bold move and I get why people get upset, I was upset, its a very devastating moment. In my opinion it doesn't make the game bad, it sets the tone for the game "Ellie wants to find Abby and get revenge". And I could easily get behind it, I could feel how much I wanted to revenge Joel and kill Abby and her group members. I had true hatred towards her, in the same way you have towards certain characters in TV series or other games. So when the game changed the perspective and it came down to playing as Abby I could hear my inner voice going "I don't want to play as the villain! I want to kill her! Let me kill her!" Again I get why some people would dislike this move, I disliked it to begin with, but again I don't think it makes the game bad. You get to see things from her perspective, how she hates Joel and wants to kill him to avenge her father, so much so that she probably "roided up" and got some huge forearms. Now I get that some people don't like when women look like this, but think of it from her perspective, she wanted to be strong and I mean really f*cking strong, the dedication is unreal. You hear her discuss life choices and regrets with one of the later characters Lev. I think parts of her regretted losing her innocence in the process of becoming a post-apocalyptic killing machine You see her change her view of right and wrong and save Lev and Yara and she even says "I did it for me".

    I think Naughty Dog was trying to show a very "simple" point that is, people aren't simple, there are no good guys or bad guys, or good sides or bad sides. People and causes are a mix of good things and bad things it depends on the perspective. An example is the W.L.F, when you see them from Abby's perspective you first see them as this community where people are getting along with kindergardens and so on, but later when you get to the FOB you see how they are torturing people for information, the good AND the bad. You also hear Owen giving an example about the Fireflies "people thought we were terrorist, and maybe we were, we blew up soldiers and civilians". It is a very bold move, most likely a hit or a miss for most people, but for me it set my thought process in motion; "Am I really sure Abby still deserves to die? I mean Joel did kill her father. But she tortured him, she has to die! But she saved those kids, maybe she is reformed?" and so on and so on.

    I know someone will say parts of the story is SJW forced and leftist propaganda with all the lesbians and transgender characters, but I honestly don't think its that bad. You have the main character Ellie, which happens to be lesbian, so what?... You have the main villain Abby, who happens to be flat-chested and have bigger arms than most guys, so what?... You have Lev, which was a 13 year old girl named Lilly but would rather be a boy, so he shaved his head, so what?... It's not like that's all they yap about. When Abby finds out Lev was actually a girl named Lilly she asks "do you want to talk about it" and Lev goes "No".

    I guess I wasn't as shocked when they killed Joel because I remember telling my friend when one of the first trailers came out: "It's probably going to be about the fireflies killing Joel and she wants to get revenge" and my friend went "There is no way they would dare try that, noway" :)

    All in all I really really liked the game, so I have given it a 9/10.    … Expand

    Very close to perfection, but TLOU part I will always be a 10 for me, story-wise. This approach in part II was more nihilistic, which I did like, but there were some sections I didn't quite enjoy as the first part. Still, that ending and the philosophy, the psychology behind it shook me.

    The gameplay and the overall mechanics are spectacular. I like that for the most part you can choose your path to finishing a level. Guns blazing, silent and stealthy or maybe a mix of both. However, there are a few parts I felt were meant to be no win scenarios where you have to bail out to the nearest exit... Or maybe I just really suck.
    I felt excited to see the game through and finish it which quite honestly doesn't happen a whole lot. I own more games than I'd like to admit and I think I can count on both hands how many I really enjoyed and couldn't wait to finish and when I did I hated that it was over. This game was one of them and I will definitely be playing through it a few more times mainly to bask in it more and play around with the mechanics a bit differently.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The great thing about this game is the way it puts question marks over right and wrong. The way you develop a sense of empathy towards characters that you could label 'good' but they could also be called villains.

    Am I upset that I didn't get to see another story about Joel and Ellie? Yes.

    But instead I got reality. Joel killed dozens of people who were potentially innocent, particularly the doctors. Its no surprise that he made enemies. You could even say he is a bad person, or just blinded by his love for Ellie, or just doing what most parents would do. There's an argument here for all sides. Which is why the playthrough of Abbey's timeline is so good. It opens up a bigger world of violence and death, and raises bigger emotional questions than the first game. It makes you question it all.

    For me this game wasn't about Joel and Ellie. Nor Abbey and Ellie. Its about the bigger picture, the bigger questions that revolve around a world of hatred and violence.

    Is it better than the first game? No. But its definitley a memorable title.

The music perfectly fits every scene adding more emotion and showing whats happening in the scene without having to even look at it. The characters are memorable and get attached to easily with every word feeling right coming from their mouth.The deaths of characters are quick but understandable. seeing as no person in this game is some superhuman being and 1 bullet is all it takes. Seeing Jesse and Joel go out the way they did makes total sense. This game is not riddled with bugs and glitches and the gameplay mechanics feel amazing. if there is anything to complain about its how Ellie left Dina and JJ. I understand why as she is stuck with the memory of Joel dying the way he did.But in my mind i just cannot see Ellie leaving them like that. With the cliffhanger it makes me really shocked and wonder as to what happened to characters like Dina, JJ, Tommy, Maria, the whole town of Jackson, and most importantly where Ellie goes next. I also have questions like who was the guy in command of the crazy people at the end of the game he reminded me of Bill but i dont know how it would be Bill knowing he wanted to work alone.     Solo puedo decir que duele que hallan matado al héroe de la película, tiene demasiadas confusiones (al menos para mi), la compañía de Naughty Dog se la jugo demasiado con agregar Flashback durante casi toda la historia, tanto al principio como al final (solo el ultimo Flashback fue mi favorito :( ).
    Hay varias muertes por ambos bandos muchos de ellos fueron amigos cercanos de nuestras protagonistas, que cada vez te daba una rabia en encontrar al culpable. Pero bue ya sabemos el final...
    Lo único que queda decir es que no me duele... me quema, me lastima que hallan matado a mi héroe. Esperemos que la siguiente entrega o DLC que vallan a sacar sea algo mucho mas que solo la venganza, y tenga una buena historia como la anterior porque si o si habrá otra parte.

    This game is so interesting, I almost felt like I wasn't playing the game, the game was playing with me, is not a perfect sequel, but i don't think it's horrible either, this whole game is a rollercoaster of feelings

    This game gave exactly what it promised, a compelling story set in post apocalyptic America. The series has always been about the stories of people doing what they can to survive, and believe it or not, those are not typically happy stories. The game does a wonderful job telling a story with multiple perspectives.     This game does not deserve the mass hate received by all that have not even bothered to play/watch any of it (you can't play a 25+ hour game in less than 1 day). The game is beautiful and though the plot is a bit predictable with a few holes, it isn't as bad as everyone is saying. And to those saying it's garbage simply because it shows that not everyone in the world is a straight whiteThis game does not deserve the mass hate received by all that have not even bothered to play/watch any of it (you can't play a 25+ hour game in less than 1 day). It does this in beautiful, heart-wrenching fashion. But I have to take a point off because there was no option to turn off the ridiculously annoying film grain filter.… Expand

    Una continuación quizá innecesaria (quizá no), pero que poco a poco va tomando forma y te engancha. Historia simple pero muy humana y cotidiana que al final te deja destrozado y con un sabor muy amargo. Un juego excelente que no debe pasarse por alto.

I'll say what everyone already knows: graphics, character models, environmental expansion and design, dialogue, weapons, combat, stealth, and general gameplay are all incredible. Naughty Dog has once again gone above and beyond to show what they're capable of. I'm not the least bit disappointed in any one of these things.

    I also loved the story and the writing. I think Joel's death, one aspect of the story a lot of people had/have a problem with, was inevitable and, quite frankly, not undeserved. That's not to say anyone deserves to have somebody play golf with their head, just that he had it ("it" meaning death) coming. I love him as much as I love Ellie; they're my two favorite characters in video games and I live for their dynamic in the first game. But he killed so many, indiscriminately and often brutally.

    After an entire game of killing hunters, soldiers, and cannibals (a bit of torture included), Joel massacred a hospital of Fireflies, killed a surgeon, shot an unarmed Marlene, and robbed the world of a possible cure. Yes, attaining that cure meant Ellie's death, but we know and Joel knew that she would want them to do it, even had she known the consequence. The second game only confirms this for us.

    Joel admitted to Ellie that he was once "on the other side," meaning he was a hunter. At one point, he was so bad his own brother had to abandon him, and we know Tommy's no Mother Teresa himself. Joel had it coming.

    And to those who think this game is "disrespectful" to him and his memory: the entire story is Ellie avenging him, despite his misdeeds and lies. We see her love for him shine through in dialogue and flashbacks and especially in her music, despite the fact that he lied to her about the Fireflies. Despite the fact that she eventually found out the truth. She misses him with every fiber of her being, just like we do.

    The only reason I've chosen to give this game a 9/10 instead of a 10/10? Abby. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike her. I sympathize with her (although not nearly as much as I sympathize with Ellie or Joel) and I can see things from her perspective and understand why she did what she did. But I still didn't want to play her for so long. Stepping into her shoes here and there would have been fine, like it was in the beginning, but playing the latter half of the game as her is...questionable.

    The gameplay and dialogue and characterization are still immaculate as we play as Abby. I liked meeting her friends, the nameless faces who were there with her as she killed Joel. I liked getting to know them as people and seeing her in a new light as her loyal companions. But I'd gotten so used to being with Ellie...it just felt wrong. In more ways than one. I didn't want to leave Ellie behind for anyone else, and doing so for the woman who killed Joel made it feel even more out of place.

    Still, I loved the game, and I will be replaying it soon and recommending it to friends and family. I'd also strongly recommend it to anyone who happens to read this.    … Expand

    Felizmente, finalmente, temos em mãos 'The last of us PART II'.

    É simplesmente uma obra feita pra ser admirada em cada detalhe visual e de sua gameplay.

    Existem MUITAS partes frenéticas onde o jogador vai se encontrar com inúmeras maneiras de passar por aquele lugar, seja em stealth, rambo, assassino, forrest gump...

    O gameplay, nada a reclamar, inteligencia artificial muito superior a do primeiro jogo (existem bugs ou inteligencia mal programada sim, mas são raros momentos), movimentação fluida, em pé, abaixado, deitado ou no cavalo. Minha única reclamação vai pra todos os jogos da naughty dog... POR QUE É TÃO LIXO EMPURRAR LATAS DE LIXO OU CAIXAS NESSES JOGOS?????

    Voltando... Em questão de história, senti sim ela se arrastar em alguns momentos, porém é algo que acontece entrelinhas, como as jovens Ellie e Dina fumando logo no inicio do jogo, algo natural de alguém fazer, porém poderia ser facilmente substituido por algo mais interessante, que fizesse parte da história.

    Peguei muita empatia com a Dina, uma personagem que mesmo deixada no começo da gameplay, ela acaba sendo muito importante durante os 3 dias em seattle.

    !!!SPOILER!!! Na parte em que a Abby encontra a Ellie e quase mata a Dina, porém Lev a impede, admito que quase chorei. pois Dina é uma personagem realmente amável.

    O jogo deixa explicito a politica e a religião inteira envolvendo o enredo, o que pode deixar algumas pessoas com raiva e não gostarem da história por isso, porém não me afetou em absolutamente nada, indiferente pra mim.

    A partir do meio do jogo, eles tentam empurrar a Abby como uma pessoa humana também, como qualquer outro, tentam fazer a gente ter empatia por ela, porém é algo forçado que quase da certo, mas na luta final, a única coisa que eu queria era que ela afogasse a desgraçada.

    A morte do Joel pode acabar desagradando MUITA gente, porém era algo que eu já esperava, não tão cedo. Isso da ao jogador e a Ellie a sede por vingança. Funcionou tanto pra mim quanto pra ela.

    Graficamente violento, incrivel.

    Minha nota só não fica em 10 por conta desses momentos arrastados no enredo. Mas é lógicamente uma obra prima igualmente ao primeiro.

    Se me dão licença, vou jogar no Sobrevivente+ agora.

    I enjoyed this game. There were a few parts where it seemed to drag, mostly the sections where you're going from A to B, zigging and zagging through derelict buildings. But other than that, it was a great ride and a cried more than once. Don't believe the trolls. Build your own opinion.

    Please ignore the review bombers and experience this game for yourself. It's a beautifully told story about revenge, and morality. I don't want to say too much to avoid giving anything away, so if anybody is reading this, invest your time into this story. It's worth it.

    Wow! What a journey! Graphics and gameplay are the best of this generation. Amazing and complex story, which make us think a lot about the characters actions during the game.

    The game is good. It takes some risks, and while I don't think people need to be on board with all of them, it is a bummer to see so many people dismissing the game because it didn't go the way they thought or wanted it to go. There is a lot of value here in terms of level design, game design, and story, and while I'd agree that this game is not a 10/10, that doesn't mean it is worthless.

    An often jarring yet beautiful tale of moral relativism. Despite the often overbearing length and numerous pacing issues Naughty Dog have delivered a risky yet poignant tale that will stick with the player for a long time.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Muy buen juego, me encanto de principio a fin. Sinceramente no veo una inclusion forzada. Desde el Left Behind se sabe que Ellie es lesbiana, en cuanto a Lev ella no es un chico. Solamente se rapó porque quería ser un soldado y no quería ser la pareja de un anciano serafita. Quizá el final no nos gustó a muchos. Pero tanto Ellie, Joel y Abby son sobrevivientes y matan por sobrevivir. Joel fue egoista en la primer entrega en salvar a Ellie y así lo hizo. Quizas es mucha coincidencia que Abby se haya encontrado con Joel. Pero tampoco es la muerte. El final nos deja el mensaje que vengarse no nos sirve de nada y se convierte en un ciclo sin fin con puros asesinatos sin llegar a nada. En cuanto a los graficos. La verdad los mejores que he visto en PS4 sin menospreciar a Red Dead Redemption 2. Juegazo, no podemos esperar a que todos los finales sean felices. Hasta le llegas a tener empatía a Abby y entiendes porque hizo lo que hizo. Hay que dejar algo en claro, por mas amor que le tengamos a Joel también ha matado a gente inocente y otra no tanto, quizás lo mataron al comienzo del juego. Para mi gusto lo hubiese matado a mitad al menos. Pero nadie es un ángel en la pandemia. Tanto Joel como los luciérnagas mataron mucha gente. Y lamentablemente a Joel le tocó encontrarse a Abby por el camino. En cuanto a jugabilidad excelente, me hubiera gustado que tuviese más ejecuciones de sigilo, graficamente ya dije es excelente. La mayoría de la gente que lo critica le molesta porque quería un final feliz o con venganza, no todos los finales son color de rosa. En fin, seguro me dejo muchas cosas pendientes pero la verdad que no arrepiento de haberlo comprado. Es excelente.… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
