    The first one was a absolutely masterpiece, I waited years for the part 2 and I’m very sad and disappointed, what they did to Joel is a joke, how he became stupid and the plot seems to have been created by a sjw teenager, the game lost all his magic, sad.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. In my heart, the little girl who loves to tell cold jokes and her father who is scarred are always living in that sunny morning. Finally, all the writers of survivor 2 failed to match the game and failed to live up to the efforts of all the previous writers. Yes, all. I'm a man who seldom speaks, but after seven years, I can't accept the result. At last, the pattern of the survivors is like this? Why can doomsday 1 be a masterpiece? Is it because of its playfulness? Is it because of its quality? Or is it because a girl with long legs and good figure is wandering there? No, it's because in the end of a desolate world, when people are gradually polished into wild animals, we see the disappearing human nature from Joel and Ellie, which is so lovely and touching in the end. In the end, Joel killed the people in the hospital and rescued Ellie, which was not purely an emotional expression. It's a confrontation between individuals and groups. It is in the context of the end of the collective amplification, the profound discussion of human nature, that the end of the United States sealed a God. So the theme of Joel's killing all the way is love, which is not too much. But what about two? It is the theme level of the third line movie. I won't say how rubbish the depiction of emotion is, because its theme focuses on "revenge". But with all due respect, even in the eyes of a garbage man like me, this revenge is really too low-level. (spoiler alert) didn't even deal with Joel's death in the first place. A generation of protagonists, in the absence of sublimation for any theme, were Yin dead. Joel can't die, but after a lifetime of caution and cold blood, he shouldn't die in the basement. In the middle of the story, Allie fails to rescue Joel in time, increases her sense of guilt, strengthens her revenge motive, exaggerates Joel's death, abuses and stirs up the audience's emotions. It's really well done here, which is like the feeling of urban Internet ten years ago. But in the end? Ellie let go of her father killing enemies, and all the negative emotions of the audience could not be released, making the game a complete disaster. People who write stories may think it's a great story. The audience should wipe their wet buttocks with paper towels in tears and nod their heads while watching in the toilet. They should say, mm-hmm, it's so touching. Ali has grown up and sobbed. But the reality is that such a morally perfect person has always been a complete disaster.     This "game" was horrible. If you enjoyed the game The Last Of Us, do not play this game. Pretend this abomination doesn't exist. It is almost like the developers said "Who is our target audience, and how can we just **** on them?" This "game" has good graphics but the story will leave you uninterested and leave you with no connection to the characters or what happens to them. 0/10.

    This game is pretty terrible. Not because of any "SJW pandering," but simply because the story is pretty garbage. The game is linear, and thus forces you to carry out certain actions in order to complete it. However, it also reprimands the player for committing actions that the player is *forced* to take.

And when the sequel was coming out in 20 years, I was very excited and wondered what happened to Joel and Ellie, who appeared in the previous works.

    But what came out was a great disappointment and hurt and a great deal of discomfort.

    In the beginning, Joel died a ridiculous death, and at the same time, the scene disgusted me and made me feel uncomfortable. Even if Joel had looted and killed so many people in that worldview, it would be a follow-up to the question of "Should I have died like this?" and to the people who played the previous movie, it would have been very hurtful and inconsiderate. Did you forget why we fell in love with Joel and Ellie in our previous work? Or is it just the director who hated Joel? Or is it the problem of the scriptwriter who made the story? It caused a lot of confusion. The character Abby, who can't even get involved, suddenly appears, continues to show us killing Joel, who we were so attached to in our previous work, forcing him to do more than half the game's worth, and even beating Ellie to death.

Yes It can be since we know little about Sara and the probability of the story is very reasonable. But doing the same thing in part2 killing Joel is reasonable? Not at all. Since we know how Joel's Character is and the plot getting to it is very nonsense. Everything we know about Joel and Ellie in part1 was just a daydream in part2 making Joel from Discreet to Indiscreet person.

E em relação a história, as pessoas tem dificuldades em aceitar os acontecimentos e por isso tentam acabar com a imagem do jogo. E em relação a história, as pessoas tem dificuldades em aceitar os acontecimentos e por isso tentam acabar com a imagem do jogo. Porém por minha experiência é uma das melhores histórias que já vi, super rica em detalhes, onde diálogos do primeiro jogo são de super importância para entendimento de fatos no segundo.     Let’s be fair I only grade on story, I see no point marking on graphics as at this point in the current console generation graphics are the same.

    This story is essentially boring and aimed at a certain demographic of society. Funnily enough, it’s not aimed at the majority.

The gameplay is decent it has some interesting stuff yet it doesn’t feel like you are exploring and tends to get boring in a point, the story overall is just bad, the way they killed joel was simply infamy, taking out such a legendary character in a dirty way, they didn’t make any justice for the character, also abby which is one of the playable characters is completely un relatable like you don’t even know why you should play with it, the lgbtiq thing is okay however it feels a little forced but mostly because of the needs of the company to let everyone know how inclusive they are even though no one gives a F about it, but it doesn’t affect negatively the story, however its not a big deal though the real problem its the main plot and the way they told that story and how they ended it. The ending its just an insult, and literally its like spitting in every single thing that the franchise did good with the original story, its just outrageous. I don’t recommend you buying this game at all, don't waste your money and time on this, its not worth it better save up that money for college ps5 xbox series x or other games but not this trash.… Expand

    Graphics 2/10 sorry but they look like a slight upgrade to the remaster.
    Audio 2/10 felt like remixed audio from Part 1.
    Gameplay 5/10 till you're forced to play as Abby then it drops to -10/10.
    Story 0/10 POINTLESS read on to see why.
    Killing off Joel feels as if it was only done for shock effect to illicit an emotional response and set up a WEAK story. In part one Joel kills hundreds of enemies human and infected. We're meant to believe this 1 person, who developers put that moral dilemma on us the player kill as the pivotal one? This was the entire plot for this game?

    You then force us like HALO 5 (and we all remember how that played out) to play as the one person who NO ONE cares for due to her actions. We have no attachment to nor do we want any for Abby.

    Elle then goes on her rage filled killing/torturing journey. She kills hundreds only to come face to face with Abby and what does she do? She lets her go! So all the people we've killed all our actions throughout the game are POINTLESS.

    BTW how can you tell the writing is weak? Elle tortured a person goes back and flirts with her girlfriend (and the romance is so badly written.) Ashley Johnson is an amazing Actress/Voice actress the script is so bad it felt like she was phoning it in waiting for the real script.

    Scenes ripped from Walking dead and Lord of the Rings:
    Frodo Vs Golem (fight for power and Frodo loses he finger, it gets bitten off)
    Elle and Abby fight for who will live (spoiler Elle is winning and just gives up and lets her go after Abby bites off her fingers that is.)
    Glen Vs Negan (Joel is shot in the knee and is in a kneeling position when Abby bashes in his head with a golf club)
    Stuff like this pops up everywhere in the game cause they had no clue how to write this game.

    i had high hopes for this game but after an hour of playing... i'm disappointed. i finished the game in 2 days and it took about 20 hours for me.

    Missed chance for LGTBQ characters to properly be included as main characters in gaming. Their sexual orientation matters more than the plot and is only there so that Druckmann(game director) can push his political agenda into a beloved game. Save your money and act like this never existed.

    It is so sad to see what studio naughty dog became after letting people lile anita sarkeesian in their creative process. I have always been of their game since crash bandicoot and jak and daxter is still to this day my favorite game. But man the last of us make me wanna cry about how politics changed the video game industry... RIP naughty dog, you were one of the best out here

After many years of anticipation are theorizing, we were given the garbage that is The Last of Us Part 2. A gorgeous game with fantastic gameplay was butchered with identity politics / pandering and terrible story decisions. A certain someone died, that isn't the issue. It is how and why he died. He was a complete badass in the first game and almost had a war hero vibe about him. Very smart and careful (same for his brother), you're telling me he just trusts everyone and gives out his name after what happened in the first game? Gimme a break. Then there's another elephant in the room: playing as a complete nobody and a MA'AM with no emotional journey who happens to be the person who kills our hero, you know an actually liked and developed character from the past. There is also the way the developers (a certain one especially) treated the situation of the earlier leaks (thank God for that since I saved my money). Striking down channels for opinions, really? They mad an already bad situation significantly worse. I personally was hoping the leaks were fake, but seeing how Naughty Dog and Sony responded, I knew there was something up. This game is comparable to the terrible writing and treatment of fans that took place with Star Wars: The Last Jedi, along with Game of Thrones S8. It's a shame what the industry is has turned into. All these so-called "critics" giving this game flawless reviews are no more than yes-men and "woke" social justice warriors (who may I remind you don't care about the story and canon). I can probably write more, but let this be a lesson Naughty Dog and Sony. You lost a long time fan. This was going to be the reason I got my PS5 (I sold my PS4 Pro earlier). I no longer plan on getting one thanks to the handling of this. Congrats, you lost money … Expand

After seeing Joel being brutally murdered, Ellie got angry and went to get revenge, although it failed but a year later, after hearing about Abby, she left her whole family to get revenge but then when she was about to finish purpose Joel "appears" and she forgives Abby? what? should at least add a few segments to show that Ellie was hesitant about whether to continue revenge or something like that?     You all know what happens by now. But you know what’s the worst thing? They actually managed to ruin the first game. Imagine how bad you have to be at writing if you’re able to do that. I loved part 1, it’s in my top three of best games ever. I wish I could unsee everything that has happened in part 2. I wish only part 1 existed and it was just an open end.

    TLOU 2 is an unnecessarily long, and overall poorly handled sequel to the much beloved original.
    I felt like every time the story would pick up momentum and I started to take things seriously, the story would take an immediate 90 degree turn straight into a brick wall and I could only roll my eyes at how unbelievably contradictory and often time hypocritical the characters (Both new and    TLOU 2 is an unnecessarily long, and overall poorly handled sequel to the much beloved original.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then...
