    O primeiro jogo dessa franquia foi o jogo da minha vida e certamente não perderia para a parte 2, uma vez que ali foi o começo de tudo. Apesar de jogar The Last of Us II pensando nisso, não pude deixar de notar o quão boa essa continuação é !

    For me this is an absolute masterpiece because of many things. First, graphics. It was the best game visually I ever played, all of the details are amazing. Second, history. The Last of Us 1 was extremely good and the second part was not behind. I just have to say thank to Naughty Dog for letting me have the experience of playing a game like this.     Perhaps my favorite game in my life, the part 2 does everything it can do on the basis of part one, whether it's graphics, gameplay, plot, narrative structure. The conflict and contradiction between the Ellie and Abby are described to the extreme.

    I'm a little late on my review but TLoU 2 is awesome. It's definitely up there with my top tier games right behind TLoU Part 1 remake. The story is great. The graphics are great especially for coming out on PS4 originally. It's definitely a game you should play. The characters are great too. I love it all.

    My favorite cinematic media i have ever experienced (next to original The Last of Us). LIke in first game story is complex and very original. There are new really good characters including new playable character and instead of playing as Joel this time w play as Ellie. This game will make you sad, angry, upset, happy and depressed.     A lot of the gameplay mechanics and presentation is directly inspired by the Metal Gear Series. The dynamic stealth and the brutality are elevated to a degree that no other game has reached, though. It feels like Naughty Dog is one generation in advance of everybody, just like Metal Gear did before them. There are anthological segments in the later part of the game where you explore an apartment tower and the basement of a hospital. All very dark, gloomy, and skin crawling stuff that's going to make your day if you're into horror.

    The writers at Naughty Dog do really subversive stuff. I remember playing with Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 2 : Sons of Liberty telling myself : "It's not Solid Snake, but this game is freaking awesome!" They go even further than what Kojima did back in 2001. Plus, if you've watched Game of Thrones, you're used to a rug being pulled under you! The chain of events, though, is awesome and every beat in the story is justified, consistent and perfectly paced, considering the history and the mental health of the main characters.

    Best acting and storytelling in gaming. Just like in Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven, the are no heroes, just broken people. It's a hard pill to swallow. It makes us realise that we can really connect with characters who do horrible stuff. That aspect triggered a lot of anger in the gaming community. Ironically, the same people who didn't mind Joel's actions at the end of the first part!

    Again, it's a story written by adults, for adults. Doesn't mean you will love it. But if you choose to put yourself in a position of acceptance, instead of reluctance, you're in for a treat. The best game ever made (that's debatable).

    With the release of the HBO series and the multiplayer game, Part 1 will gain traction and it will push the sales for Part 2 even more. When Part 2 came out, an internal memo was circulating at Microsoft saying that they should try to reach that kind of narrative quality in their games. Naughty Dog also won "Best narrative" and "Best game direction" at the game awards for this game.

    Don't pass up this one because of the haters! They're irrelevant! Never cared, never will..    … Expand

But this does not change anything and does not reduce the success of this game. It is best to keep calm, although those with an inferiority complex are unlikely to be able to relax.     You either **** hate it, or **** love it. There's no in-between. I consider myself among the latter. Tough to accept the way they decided to lead the story, but it's just fascinating. The picture, the story, the sound, the physics, everything is top-notch.

    This game is one of the best i´ve played. The graphics, animations, illumination & shadows, the combat, faces, details, scenarios were ALL OUTSTANDING. As regards to the story, i have a real appreciation on TLOU1, and this game just made me feel depressed because of how the events unfold. I couldn't believe the way i was affected by only seeing videos of people playing the game. I thinkThis game is one of the best i´ve played. The graphics, animations, illumination & shadows, the combat, faces, details, scenarios were ALL OUTSTANDING.     Probably the best game that I have ever played , the storytelling is just amazing , it makes you feel so many emotions , it's a sad story , and no one is really right there, but even so you just accept those realities and care about them , and don't want anyone to suffer anymore.

    This game is a misunderstood masterpiece. It tells an amazing story that most game devs aren't brave enough to tell. It's mechanics, graphics, presentation and other features are all significantly improved over the first game. This game is an easy 10/10. All you need to enjoy it is an open mind, a modicum of empathy and an IQ in the double or triple digits.

    I really don't understand the bad reviews. The story is amazing. The game makes you see how all actions have consequences and how you can change someone else´s life with your actions. Amazing gameplay and graphics. My recommendation:
    - Play it on a PS5
    - Play normal mode not using stealth, use all your resources and have fun.
    - Then play it on grounded. It feels like a new game.

The story was also brilliant, I know everyone was upset with what happened to Joel but I feel like that’s what makes the story so great. It takes you through a lot of emotions and for a video game to elicit that type of response from its fans and critics you know you’re onto something.     Loved the game since the beginning. I was engrossed in both Ellie and Abby's stories. I loved how they made those aspects realistic which elevate the overall experience and paints a real picture of what apocalypse looks like and how people could think of revenge in times so such as well.

    Enjoyed this gane slightly more than the first part. Even through all the hate the game has got i bough and enjoyed it at its fullest. Great story, scenes, characters, gameplay... simply everything. The game is a must play if you have played the first part.

Although, the story isn't obviously as amazing as the first, it is waaaaay darker and scary. What set me off was the character change halfway through. What I thought was just going to be me controlling Abby as a filler for the story (like in the beginning) turned out to be half of the game. I really hated it at first because I hate this character, but it actually ended up being very enjoyable.

    I understand what people are saying that it sucks that Joel was killed off in the starting hour of the game. But, if that's the only reason you chose this game to be a 0 (which in most cases seems to be it) that's your loss.

    Don't listen to these negative reviews telling you not to play the game, don't even listen to mine telling you TO play it. If you want to play it, play it.

    It is a 10/10 for me. What excites me more is if they do it right, this story will be AWESOME in the HBO series.    … Expand

If you're just starting this game and disliked some of the events that took place earlier on, I encourage you to keep playing and see the whole game to completion before you knock on it. The Last of Us Part 2 has pulled out FAR more depth and raw emotion out of me then I ever throught was possible. I can honestly say no game, book, movie, tv show, theatre or any entertainment medium has EVER pulled as much out of me than this game. TLOUP2 has made me feel it all, I laughed hard, cried hard, felt such joy and glee, felt pure anger, felt intrigued, pure fun & satisfaction, felt nostalgic, giddy, fear, pure terror, a lot of adrenaline, blew my mind with its lore and depth, puzzled me only to deliver a satisfying answer, it made me feel sick, impressed me, was unpredicatable, just felt so real and well realised. I've felt it all and am blown away at how deep and how much it pulls from you. It's genuinely exhaustng. I was literally SHAKING at one point in the game. No game/movie/show has ever triggered a physical response from me. It truly is something special, it says a lot about the person playing it. The characters and world are so three dimensional that you just accept them as real people. It's so well done. This is no doubt the ceiling to how well a game can execute on fiction and have every aspect works together to present itself the best as possible. Truly one of the greatest games or entertaintment products in all mediums ever. It may not be for everyone but at the very least if you loved the first you have to play this and experience such a masterpiece. The game asks a lot from you and I am happy it does. It doesn't hold your hand. It will challenge you to think about yourself as well as the game. It's truly a game of the generation and one that can be interpreted and analysed and replayed and only gets better with time, perspective and experience. Truly a game that is special and unlike anything I'll likely ever play. The team deserves all the awards. It's no wonder as of writing this it's the most awarded game in history.     This game is absolutely beautiful, the history could divide the gamers but in my opinion I enjoyed every single minute, the grafics are top o the top, the gameplay is visceral, violent and fresh, just give it an opportunity!

    The last of us part II it's a true game sequel. You can see all the enhancements If you compare with it predecessor. The story is realy dark and gore, the gameplay mecanics are simply almost perfect. Mix all this with the amazing graphics and soundtrack and you Will have a masterpieace.

    The pinnacle of story telling. I’ve never had a game hit so hard emotionally and really made me put my controller down and think about what happened. It took me a full week before I could really process how I felt about the game. To keep it short this game is one of the greatest feats of storytelling and immersion in a game and it will stand as one of the best stories of all time.

    Best game ever!!
    Simply a masterpiece. Nothing less. The low user scores reflects how well the narrative manages to connect with you and really hit you where it hurts. I am definitely a Last of us fan, and this sequel is everything i hoped for.

This portrays her insanity in a beautiful yet brutal way. This will leave you speechless, with tears running down your face. The controls and game-play are comfortable to move around in, and smooth, even on 9 year old hardware. The characters are what get you, though. As you progress through the game you meet all sorts of characters, the storytelling of these people evoke many emotions, as they're all dealing with their own internal problems, some of which could relate to anyone. This game is not only an amazing continuation to LoU Part 1, but it's an achievement that takes the torch from Part 1 and continues to bring adult narratives and themes and REAL FEELINGS into the gaming industry. If you don't read any farther, this game is ART and will make you FEEL THINGS and it's amazing to feel EVERYTHING they put into it - you're supposed to be conflicted...you're SUPPOSED to be affected. Let it happen. This is a trend I'm seeing more and more in mature-rated games and a trend I'm here for. 10/10 HAVE, and WILL, play again and again. For more specific thoughts, read on.

    The gameplay feels comfortable and familiar, but the tweaks they made to ramp up the AI and how you can now fight them were ABSOLUTELY NEEDED! The dodge mechanic alone saved my life more than anything, but the combat differences between characters were such a good touch. Not only are you playing different people, it FEELS like you're playing different people. I tend to play these games the same way because I'm a chicken and get scared easily, but I found myself getting spotted with Ellie and panicking whereas getting spotted as Abby felt like, "fine, you want some?", and that's unique for me. Sneak and stab is my go-to.

    While I know that the narrative is the most controversial part of this game, for me, it was the BEST part of the game. We all fell in love with the characters from Part 1, and to see how their stories progressed and the pain they found after thinking they'd achieved happiness...I was, again, there for it. It's HARD to walk in the shoes of someone that's hurt you...but if you can't find any empathy after the amazing story you participate in...that's a bummer. And maybe a teaching point you should consider learning from.

    If you want to just mash buttons and kill zombies and not have to think too hard or feel feelings (believe me, sometimes this is what I crave), this might not be the game for you. But if you want to conquer feelings of loss and pain and achieve forgiveness and understanding...this is a masterclass I encourage you to take.    … Expand

    I'm being 100% honest when I say that I don't understand the divisive reception to this. It's one of the most beautiful stories ever told that makes you feel for every character regardless of their actions and why they do them. The last 5-10 minutes tore me apart.
