I loved the last of us - easily my favorite game ever (I bought both the ps3 and ps4 versions when they came out) and arguably the best game ever made. I bought Part II deluxe edition, and decided to judge the game for myself; I intentionally avoided the leaks so I wouldn't spoil the experience.

Spoiler free review! Pros: Score: 10/10 (as good as before, tense and brooding) art:

    Pros:
Score: 10/10 (as good as before, tense and brooding)
art: 11/10 (the most beautiful game I have played on the ps4)
gameplay: 10/10 (similar mechanics as before, LOVED the accessibility options).

    Cons:
Story: 1/10 (I gave +1 stars to several "moments of clarity within the game that made me feel the same emotions from the first game"

    ---------------------------
Why did I give this such a low rating? Easy - Neil Druckmann and
Halley Gross fundamentally missed the mark on understanding what made The Last of Us special: Joel and Ellie. Their journey/bond together was the game - that was why I was waiting to see the continuation of their story after the cliffhanger in the previous installment. How did they cope with what happened? How will this change their bond?

Unfortunately, this game spits at the legacy of both characters by sidestepping an actual narrative; instead, Druckmann and Gross focused on hollow, nihilism as a substitute for actual emotional depth.

Ellie and joel don't feel the same - their personalities fundamentally seem off outside of brief moments within the story. While I liked Dena and Jesse, I couldn't get over that ellie, joel, and tommy were out of character almost the entirety of the game.

Moreover, the game attempts to force sympathy on characters who aren't capable of sympathy themselves. Manipulative tactics as well as the forced narrative in story telling made the game wholly unsatisfying to play compared to the first.

This game changes characters and situations from the previous game to drive this story - that was Gross and Druckmann's biggest error. I feel as though the game's story was designed to intentionally challenge my love of the previous game which is why this review probably deserves 0/10 stars. I don't know if I will ever connect with the first game and dlc again, knowing that this is where the story leads.

What happened to the hopefulness? What happened to Ellie being special? I believe this game did immeasurable damage to the franchise. I won't support any future Last of Us projects - which absolutely breaks my heart.

I don't believe this is a bad game. A bad game implies it wasn't worth playing based on the merit of the artists and designers. I believe this game was intentionally divisive which makes it not worth playing for fans who loved the first game. Ellie was so special and strong - but the devs decided that in this new world you play in, other people in this game are even more special and stronger and more justified in nonsensical actions they take.

Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross, your "boldness" ruined one of the greatest franchises in history. I can see that Bruce Straley was crucial to the success of the game, the Last of Us franchise, and Naughty Dog's future. Good luck with the future Naughty Dog - I'm out.

This game is bad to say the least, first there is the part of the soundtrack, TLOU2 has one that in my opinion is excellent, I will give it that to Naughty dog, but anyone will agree that this is something that TLOU2 cannot hang on as games such as Undertale, which despite having a great story, its strongest point is the soundtrack that gave us as many memorable pieces as Megalovania.

Now we go with the gameplay mechanics, TLOU2 has practically the same game mechanics as TLOU1 so there is not so much to analyze, except that they are good / decent for the genre, however, it does not shine here either as it could be the case of Sekiro, Mirror's Edge or even Dark Souls at the time that due to the lack of a clear story or the level of many other installments, they sought to shine with phenomenal game mechanics for their genres and that gave immersion.

Graphics, here if I have to accept it, Naughty dog really showed off what they can do, however, graphics should not be, in any case, something that a game can hang on, unless you want to be a kind of advanced simulator of some style. There are many incredible games that do not have the luxury of showing off with their graphics and still give incredible quality games such as Undertale, Limbo, celeste, etc.

Finally, the most important thing in this genre is the narrative / story, in which TLOU failed miserably, the story is of the revenge format, however, in the end Ellie ends up forgiving Abby which is the main reason why her odyssey began and don't take it the wrong way, that's a good idea, if it is executed correctly, but the problem here is that Ellie killed all those who stood in her way to reach Abby, like, perhaps they had families, friends, etc(?) So there is no point in Ellie's final decision, at least end what you have already started, plus, people didn't want to play like Abby, they wanted to kill her and help Ellie do it, they essentially forced the player to do something they didn't want to by half a game and with a flat character with little or no evolution throughout the game. Looking for a good story of revenge or redemption? Look at examples such as God of War, Red Dead Redemption 2, Shadow of the Collosus, Assassins Creed Origins, among many, many others. So yeah, overall, the game doesn't give justice to what its predecessor was, it is just plain bad in the most important camp it had to shine. 2/10 I would like my money back

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I think this would be a good rating for the game. You really must play the game before you make assumptions on it. The ending isn't a **** revenge story. It was the end of a story where you lose everything. She has nobody and is left alone. While the person who had even and started the revenge cycle and put all of her friends in danger gets to walk away with somebody she cares about. A truly sad ending. I will not be going back for a second playthrough because of the way that they naughty dog handled certain things like the deaths of characters like Joel of course. If you stopped playing the game because of that. Don't finish it. It doesn't get any better. Other than the story the gameplay is really tight and just like the old last of us. If you liked the first games combat then this is right for you. Everything from the first is implemented into this and then some. I really enjoyed this games combat and the way you can go about killing people. It has a little bet of everything for everyone. Overall this is ok game worth a purchase. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Major spoiler alert!

OK. I absolutely loved TLoU Part 1 and was really looking forward to sequel. Got my hopes crushed!

Gameplay: more or less the same as the first part. Yes, they added a few details here and there, but it's not game changing. It's not why you play the game anyway. It's bearable, though sluggish controls don't make it easy. To be fair, sluggish controls are there for the most of 3rd/1st person console games.
Graphics: awesome. It's one of the best-looking games out there. Landscapes are breath-taking, animations are realistic.
Music: great. Not as atmospheric as the first part, but still very decent.
Story: pure, absolute **** It's not that the game gets hatred for LGBT characters, no. Or Abby's appearances. It's because:
    1. Joel gets killed in the first few hours in the game in a very cruel way by a nobody. Which he helped to survive. Which, for some reason, he starts to trust enough just to end up in a trap with her whole group. Joel. The guy you (I) invested in 3 playthroughs of TLoU, the guy that survived a metal fitting through his stomach, dies by hand of a nobody. Snap!
    2. Ellie loses her father-figure and is out for revenge, whatever it takes, she's willing to put everything on the line.
    3. Ellie is fierce, cruel and determined. She's like an icebreaker, doesn't much but her ultimate target. Just goes forward killing everything that stands in between her and that nobody.
    4. Just at the point where it all may end, you're forced to spend 10 hours exploring the nobody that killed your beloved character. The simple fact you're playing as Abby makes you puke, as you cannot possibly justify her actions - she has no backstory at all at this point.
    5. Yeah, Joel killed her father. Yeah, he had it coming. No, it's not enough to sympathize Abby.
    6. You get a bit of Abby's backstory with bleak supporting characters. Some of it just directed at making you emotional. You as Abby have to play with a dog that already know you as Ellie will kill in a couple of game-days.
    7. ...and it still doesn't make you sympathize with Abby. Even the fact she changes her mind about two innocent kids that belong to a rival faction, which she's supposed to kill on sight, doesn't help.
    8. When Abby confronts Ellie, you just want to break your controller in order not to hurt the character you've spent the whole first part, and the half of the second part. Do you have any choice? Nope.
    9. Fast-forward a few months, Ellie, having escaped death's hands in form of Abby, is having quiet, happy life. Wait, did I say happy? Sorry, nope, she still has flashbacks on Joel's death. She's still willing to put everything on the line, including her partner and their child to kill Abby. Determination!
    10. So she spends months to travel to California. And she's very set to get her revenge.
    11. She kills like 50 people to get to Abby in the last hour. Who knows how many has she killed before.
    12. When she gets to Abby, she just unties her and walks her to boats to escape. Is she letting her go? Looks like it...
    13. Nope, she has another flashback and she decides to get the revenge finally!
    14. Nope, after her two fingers are bitten off, she has ANOTHER flashback and lets Abby go. All determination is thrown out of the window.
    15. The great return: Ellie didn't get her revenge, lost her partner, her child, lost her quiet life, worsened her relationships with Tommy, and lost the ability to play the guitar. So she ditches the guitar and goes off wandering.
The message: Revenge is bad, mmmkay?

Unlikable characters, plot that sometimes doesn't make sense, desperate tricks to make you emotional and total failure to get the player to sympathize anyone but Ellie.

During the second part of the game, I lowered the difficulty to novice just to make Abby rush through the plot.

Ellie's decisions are driven by flashbacks.

    No, I won't replay this.

The game has an extremely repetitive combat system. To me its a downgrade from the previous game. The graphics were, well, the best I have ever seen. The story though, is what killed the game for me. I don't know if some of the plot decisions made were purely for shock value or if some other reasons were involved as well. But the story was horrible. The new characters were bland and uninteresting. The old ones were out of character. The plot twists did not make any sense. A mess of a story.

I pray there won’t be a third and honestly if you haven’t played it yet just pretend it doesn’t exist. Let me save you the money. Last of us part 2: Ellie = sad angry emo teenager who’s upset her dad saved her life from a maniac. Abby= daughter of maniac who is equally crazy and literally never gets what she deserves. Joel= dead in the first two seconds and never should’ve been in the trailers Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So, where to begin? Well, lets start with the good.

Graphics and sound desing is amazing, for a console. But we dont play games for their graphics now, do we? That would be like watching adult movies for plot. We all know we dont watch adult movies for plot.

Gameplay seems to me mostly unchanged from first game, with few minor tweaks. Not necessarily good or bad things, its just how things are. In story driven game, its really not that important, unless its infuriating towards the user.

What matters most in story driven game is story.

And oh boi, here we go.

Fact that they kill such major such as Joel for cheap drama, in such unsatysfying way, with that character acting way differently than in the last game, is your first indication for whats in store for you.
Then we have Ellie. She cant forgive someone who makes her "bigot sandwiches", or those 100 henchmens which she kills on her quest for revenge, but she spares the one person responsible for all her pain. Bravo Niel.
Abby is just... unlikable and hypocrite. Lets leave it at that.
And entire message of the story just falls short. Revenge is bad? Abby got her revenge and even though she faced some hardships, she got away in the end AND killed person responsible for biggest emotional loss of her life. She won.
Ellie? Ellie kills 100 henchmen on her way to Abby, yet when she finally is so close avenging Joel, she sudenlly thinks that "revenge bad". ffs.

And then we have all the controversy around ratings on metacritic.
People screamign that 0/10 ratings are not valid becasue people couldnt have played through entire story, yet people giving 10/10 ratings, those are totally valid and believable.
Then we have metacritic deleting bad ratings, because they are given by bots, yet they leave 10/10 ratings which are copypasta of těo sentences saying "Amazing game. Another masterpiece from Naughty Dog."
I bet you, go into 10/10 ratigns and browse for 10 minutes. You will find at least 50 of them.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. As someone who studies literature and writes very often this game saddens me to an unmentionable extent. In stories weather it be books, movies, video games, or any format of entertainment, the thing that drives people to continue watching is the fulfillment of promises that are implied to the consumer. This game not only breaks the promises they make, but the plot is seriously inconsistent, forgetting about promises that have been made entirely; leaving the consumer with this feeling of emptiness. Not to mention, the character arcs are just piss poor writing basically being non-existent. Outside of the writing and story, the game follows has a very dated gameplay system and combat system. It feels primitive at times, even borderline inorganic. To me, this is unacceptable in a triple A studio with the amount of manpower that naughty dog has. The world is beautiful, and the graphics are incredible, but it's overshadowed by lazy story writing, and some message (that isn't even clear by the way) being crammed down your throat. I'm not talking about the LGBT stuff, I couldn't care less about that, there are plenty of fantastic television shows/movies/books that have awesome characters that are LGBT, the problem happens when you make a character LGBT for the SAKE of having an inclusive character. Smh, everyone can tell. You can try to ignore it, but it's like having a scratch you can't quite itch. Why? Because it's forced! If you have a screw, you're not going to pound it into a wall with a hammer, that doesn't make any sense. It's the same thing as characters in any form of entertainment. The characters MUST be consistent with the setting. Your characters are your driving force in whatever plot archetype you've decided to use. These characters also have archetypes that were inconsistent throughout the entire game. Joel's death makes no sense because he is not trusting of other people, as is demonstrated multiple times in the first game. That doesn't mean that trait can't change, but it was never even hinted towards that Joel has changed in such a way. The whole game gets my gears grinding. I'm also pissed off because of the good reviews the game has received. I don't get it. Genuinely. I'm also mad because metacritic blocked the negative reviews of this game for a time, I'm tired of censorship. So, my 0 comes from the terrible story writing in combination with how naughty dog responded to the negative player reviews. This is my personal protest. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It's not hard to subvert expectations, it was done with The Last Jedi to ill effect. If a game can be a 10 out of 10 and not perfect, then by the same logic it can be a 0. Characters from the second half of the game were very unlikeable and I could not bring myself to empathise with them no matter how hard I tried. This was due to poor pacing and execution of story elements (Joel's death) early on in the game. Naughty dog decided to take a massive dump on beloved characters, trying really hard to make them unlikeable. This is especially true of Ellie. Pandering and pushing an agenda in a post apocalyptic world was another draw back which I will not get into because it has become a very exhausting issue in recent years. The fans wanted one thing and the Studio another. Expand

So the last of us was a masterpiece on the PlayStation 3, so just like Terminator two, any sequel will fall short in comparison, but this game exceeded my worst expectations, the gameplay and graphics were incredible, however the story was atrocious, this was obviously a politically motivated video game and it was distracting from within the first hour of gameplay all the way until the end, it honestly turned me off of the game to the point were I didn’t even care about the story, and just rushed all the way through sothat I can finish the game, they couldn’t have done a better job at making it this uninteresting, I feel that this game was a direct job at any true fan of the franchise only to appease the SJW community Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The story is just lazy, this whole revenge plot is a decent idea, but the way they did it only pisses the players off. Why have a revenge plot to teach the player that revenge is not good after killing dozens of people to finally achieve your one goal, to kill the main villain! Yes, Abby is the villain, she's a psychopath that willingly smashed a person's skull after a person lying on the ground helplessly begs her to stop. The game tries to show the players her perspective but fails to have the connection that Joel and Ellie have. They spent a whole game on Ellie and Joel's relationship and expecting the player to have the same feeling towards the person that literally ends that is such poor and bad writing. This game can NOT be enjoyed when the story makes you cringe so hard, it's hard to focus and survive when you are playing Abby. Thoughts that come up are just letting the game kill her. This revenge plot could've been an interesting one, if Joel maybe died in a better way, and actually focusing on Abby as the villain. We kill her and realize that revenge isn't the best way to cope with someone's loss. Instead, we just got a blue balling ending which made the whole player base pissed. 0/10, can't even focus on combat without thinking of killing my self. Expand

Story - TLOU2 is a dumb revenge plot which anyone can find a dime a dozen in any B list movie .The studio tries to shove a political agenda down the gamers throat and doesn't even bother to make the cancerous pc agenda bearable. The story would have been average if not for TLOU , in the context of the first game it is terrible with characters doing things which would have gotten them killed 30 years ago and how they have managed to survive all these years is the true miracle. The game even fails to execute the simple revenge plot properly by "making us sympathize" with the antagonist and not even finishing that up properly.
Characters - The characters are generic and one of them looks like they have been taking steroids for 10 years. Hate the character progression.
    Graphics - Great
Gameplay _ TLOU was never a game you would play for the gameplay and the story was the main draw this game falls flat in that regard still credit where credit is due it's" better" I guess.
This should have been a standalone game and maybe just maybe it would have succeeded moderately.

The original Last of Us is my favorite game. The story was legendary, and even though the gameplay was lacking a little, the plot carried it.

The Last of Us Part II managed to address the gameplay issue. On a surface level, the gameplay might seem like small iterative changes. For the most part, I think I would agree that the changes themselves aren't all that big. However, the way these small changes affect that game is huge. The new prone mechanic adds so much to stealth. Crawling through the grass to get a better angle on an enemy was very satisfying. In the original last of us, AI would only stun enemies, and in infrequent scripted sequences, they would kill enemies. Now, AI can kill enemies for you. It may seem like a small thing, but the feeling of getting helped by an AI made you genuinely glad they were there. The enemy AI was also very much improved. Runners are incredibly debilitating, and getting caught by one won't necessarily kill you, but getting caught with a clicker nearby most definitely will. The clickers themselves work slightly differently. Before, they would patrol an area and react to you if you made too much sound. They still patrol, but they have a scanning method now where if you are in front of clicker even without moving. If the "Click" to see you, they will notice the human shape and attack. This made for stressful engaging moments when an approaching clicker makes you relocate.

Human enemies are also much improved. They call out their dead comrade's names if they spot you killing one of them. It adds to the immersion in the middle of a fight and makes you reflect on what Ellie is doing. The new human enemy type is also fantastic. Scars will communicate with each other using whistles. You never really know what they're saying to each other, but hearing any whistle will instantly put you on edge. They also made a significant haul to the stalkers in this game. In the previous game, stalkers were just stronger runners. Now stalkers live up to their names. Once they are spotted, they run away and track you. You can't hear them even with your listen ability, and the only way to find them is to search unless they find you first.

I will say the new shambler addition was lacking for me. I think the reason for this is because they are blind. The ability to throw projectiles are not scary unless you get spotted. And even then, it's so simple to hide away again. Shamblers were a very disappointing addition. Not as strong as bloaters and not that scary due to their blindness.

The game also looks gorgeous. That can't be understated. The amount of work that the developers put into this game shows. The controversy surrounding the overworking of developers seems to be true when you see how much small detail and nuances put into every aspect of this game on a technical level. Some have mentioned glitches, but I have not run into anything notable.

The leveling system was also improved. I liked the concept behind this change, and overall I would say it was positive but nothing really to get too excited about. Finding books now unlock entire trees and pills are your upgrade points, just like in the first game.

Up until this point, I've only said good things, and I want to make this very clear. The game is one of the best games on a technical level. The gameplay works, however, a horribly written story surrounds it.

Decisions made at the beginning of the game serve to shock. After the initial hit of shock, you're just left with confusion. I didn't feel sad or mad. I was just confused. The amount of respect they give to characters is shockingly low. The disservice they did to even knew characters was so high. At one point, they leave you on a cliffhanger and don't give a release until hours later. There's a time jump, and you're waiting to get back to the cliffhanger, but it drags on for so long. You end up not caring for the new characters that they introduce during this time jump. The characters make decisions that have no bearing at all to who they are. It seems like they make decisions, so there can be a story. The amount of lampshading that happened in the second half of the game was so incredibly high, and the fact that the writers thought that merely stating the issue would fix the problem is incredible. Character motivations are weak. The story feels extremely contrived at points. But the worst part is that there are genuinely great moments in this game. But instead of enjoying them, it feels like a spit in the face. This is what the game could've been, but you don't get to see it.

The same way its fantastic story carried the first game's lackluster gameplay. This sequel's amazing gameplay is weighed down so heavily by it's disappointing, non-sensical, contrived, **** story.

People playing games, play games for fun - a game should not be used as a tool to brainwash someone. Its actually quite pathetic, because it isn't even subtle. Games, movies and entertainment allow suspension of disbelief, because the audience just wants to have a good time. It doesn't matter what the story is about - aliens, mutants, whatever. But audiences are not stupid - they can see a blatant attempt by someone to push an agenda. It is unfortunate, that the "powers that be", choose to sacrifice a franchise for their political motivations.

it makes you wonder if there is any point playing games anymore ? Where is the fun ? If gamers just wanted to be brainwashed, we could turn on our favorite news channel and watch it all day for free, instead of shelling out top dollar to get disappointed.

The question is, why is there such a discrepancy between critic scores and users scores ? Critics care only about where their bread and butter is coming from. Users care about other users having a good time, and avoiding wasting money. Now media outlets are saying it doesn't matter what the fans think. If the fans think the game is terrible, then who is the game being made for ?

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The gameplay improvements to this game were amazing. Additions to stealth, differences in enemies, and optional areas made this game shine over the first game. The visuals are amazing and you find yourself always looking into the distance.
The downside is that this is a narrative driven game, we aren't here for the gameplay or the graphics, we are here for the story.
Joel dying was understandable, I honestly expected the cult to play more into Ellie's story judging by the pre-release material. Via that I expected Joel to give his life for Ellie. His death was grossly done, the revenge plot poorly handled. You spend far too much time playing as Abby. Looking into her past and a little of the life as a Wolf would have been fine, however, half the game was a bit much.
Characterwise, Jessie and Dina were wasted slots. Jessie existed literally only as a means to get pregnant just so that Dina could have a child. Dina's relationship with Ellie was sad as well. Their first two amorous moments are under the influence of alcohol and weed. Not the best way to start a relationship. I feel like Dina would have had more impact if she was a steady girlfriend to Ellie instead of a fling.
Her anger at Ellie leaving was honestly inconsiderate, Ellie is having PTSD, and struggling. Instead of allowing her closure, she tries to emotionally manipulate Ellie to stay, further hurting her. I was glad to see Dina gone, and not surprised by Jessie's death.
Abby, **** Abby. If we were supposed to sympathize with her, they failed. Her section dragged, it only proved further that all she enjoyed was killing.
Ellie's vengeance took a toll on her, she hurt each time she killed them. She looked sick. She wanted it to be over.
Abby just killed and barring the two people she spared from the seraphites, just kept killing without remorse. Cultists, Her own people, and Ellie's group. She had no care in how many lives she took, no remorse. She **** her Ex despite him having a pregnant girlfriend. They were all awful. I wanted them all dead.
Not killing Abby in the end, just was the icing on top. I feel like you should have had a choice. Kill Abby or don't. If you spare her, you get a better ending. A vengeance ending may leave the player personally satisfied, but perhaps give Ellie a worse ending, such as Dina leaving.

Joel's death could have been more impactful. If it had happened mid game, we would have had more feelings for it, instead of just anger. Example, if we had the characterization that Joel and Tommy had to be cautious like they were in the first game, perhaps Abby and her group could have tried to earn their trust by helping them clear out the swarm of infected where Abby was found
Speaking of, why was that not tied up. It was such a loose end and it bothers me personally.

TLDR Game pretty and works good. Characters and story not so good.

Probably one of the worst games I’ve played. The story ruins it for me. The graphics are like putting lipstick on a pig. Don’t waste your money on these piece of garbage.

Amazing gameplay let down by a poorly written storyline with plot holes.

Since this is a single player game, story is quite important so without it, it's a mess

Stupid story line. Character build is poor at best. And the mechanics are not smooth, it's like a wanna be TR but not as believable. I gave a 1 because the graphics were pretty good. But very unsatisfied with the game as a whole.

Soo, I love the Graphics, mechanıcs and all of that, but not the story line. This game was had some much potentıal. They really risked the game, even we get a equal story to the The Last Of Us 1, we love it either. But no. Make the Joel dumb for his Dead. 25 years of pure apocalyptic survive experiance at the first game he was like, '' I trust nobody, being extra leery'' In the Part II like, '' Hello my name is Joel Miller and this is Tommy Miller, we come here from Jackson''. And then Like '' Oh you have friends in a place, nevermind I don't have experiance let's go'' And instantly dies. We don't care about Joel died. I already waited lıke few years thinking '' Probably they are going to kill Joel'' but we care about how he died. Like dumb, 15 years old boy won't do that and Joel like Nevermind let's go! He would be killed next to Ellie because of saving her.Another thing Neil showed us Joel in State Of Play first, I was like Let's go! Joel is here. And he died in first hour, Jessie says Joel's exactly same lines like Bruh. Waited 7 years to play this game and they created a Netflix story line. Like showed a muscular woman, girlfriends you showed Okay! I do not want more but no in 2013 Netflix was not that popular so we get a masterpiece story, now 2020 Netflix storyline. What about Abby huh? They did not show her. I was playing, 20 minutes later some woman showed up like Hello. We played she like more than Ellie. When the half of the game showed up like you are going to play 10 hours of Abby Really. And then play 30 minutes of Ellie and Abby again REALLY. They showed a npc dog, we forced to kill the dog 5 hours later We see the past of the dog, I really do not care! Joel should see some Sarah flashbacks. They forced to hate Joel and Ellie. But no, not Joel. This game had soo much potential... They ruined everything. And they like we did not expect that much hate Really. At the First game killed that doctor with flamethrower, I did not think a second. They forced to kill him and then, Joel be like. '' Oh, I killed a man, hope they don't have daughters or something.'' They forced something, we all did. Ellie killed the pregnant woman they don't give us a change ıt was cinametic and then they expected Hate Ellie look what she done. Oh look Joel he killed his father what would you do? Hate Joel bruh. They tried this in Uncharted 4 to Sam like he showed up like nothing and let's go he is my brother where he been for 4 games, but they ruined in The Last Of Us Part II . Second game that I was hyped after God Of War. God Of War was a masterpiece but not this one. Joel said Literally in The game '' See, There was a sequal, Wasn't as good.'' Good old tricky Joel. The second director said we open the gap for The Last Of Us Part III, please don't do that just don't ruin anymore. Naught Dog was a hero all his games was unique, absolutely amazing but not this one. One more, The Walking Dead Season 1. Joel was Lee, Ellie was clementine. Lee died, Joel died. Telltale make a incredible storyline even the Season 4, they don't created a Netflix story they created a masterpiece. No more things to say.

    Directed by Neil Drunkman.

I give this a 1 for the gameplay because it is incredible, but that isnt why I play games. The gameplay doesn't matter of the story is horrendous, which in this game it is unfortunately the case. I've never seen such neglect for beloved characters as well as the fan base. The last of us 1 is one of my favorite games of all time and it really breaks my heart with what they did with this one.

The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
