    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Amazing game. It graphics are amazing and the fighting feels very good. I played it on Jedi Master and I didnt have problems. It wasnt to hard, but it was challenging at sime points. I had some technical problems but they werent gamebreaking. The ending is kinda weak cuz I really would have liked to fight and kill Vader, but this wouldnt fit together with the story if the original trilogy so i can understand that. Amazing game. Прям поразился, что ЕА сделали сингл игру. первые 2-3 главы были странные впечатления, постановка вроде бы на уровне, а потом идут уровни по типу метроидвании, не люблю такой тип геймдизайна, надо туда-сюда летать и возвращаться. Потом с миссии в джунглях как-то пошло-поехало и в принципе начал получать удовольствие от игры. Боёвка в игре на удивление средняя, тайминги соблюдать тяжело, сюда бы экшен из MGS Revengeance, инпутлаг присутствует, приёмов мало ибо механика от секиро и соулс, до получения сдвоенного клинка драться скучно. Как-то бредово, что ты джедай, а тебе надо башить улитку/жабу, чтобы нанести урон + "костры" с восстановлением врагов на карте. Картинка в игре красивая, миры фантастически прекрасные, хоть их и мало, эффекты от мечей просто вау, мимика и проработка лиц - отличная, а вот анимации всратые, всё дёрганное , и кривое. Баги спустя год не убрали: падение через текстуры, не цепляние за обрывы, и т.д. В общем достойная игра, но не более, фанатам ЗВ думаю вообще понравится, кроме концовки( она дебильная ). If you're looking for an RPG game where story-line or character building decisions mater, then this isn't your game. The story-line is very static and the character building options are very limited.     Respawn Entertainment have proven yet again that they can make banger games. The combat is like dark souls or sekiro and the force powers are all awesome. The AI is good and it's a good challenge. Story and characters are great, graphics are solid. The puzzles are cool and unique. My only complaint is that some of the environments feel manufactured.

    Like any game, there are problems and glitches, but for the main part, you get an exciting adventure with Cal Kestis trying to remember what the "force" is all about, and also the necessity of friendship.

    Stuff like edges, walls and pipes are just frustrating. The game often misses to grab vines. Regarding pipes if you jump on top of them it is very likely that you will fall, even if you hit it on point! Now imagine that you've just beatten some hard enemies and you are low on health. This happens and now you need to wait 35 seconds to respawn and fight those enemies again... Just frustrating!

    The level design is quite good and the puzzles are fun challenging enough. Completionist elements are fun and not tiring as most of the games. Story is also appealing. Eventually I felt that the challenge was the game technical issues and not the game itself. It's sad because I really wanted to like this one. I almost reached the end, but I eventually just gave up. There are too many good games nowadays to play. I won't waste more time with this one. This is way Bellow the expected standards for this kind of production.     Slightly "above average" game. It has its good moments, very nice Star Wars feeling, but... it looks like work in progress, with lot of technical issues, story is flat, characters also.
    There is many awful backtracking sections in it.
    In overal, it was sometimesa nice expierence, but not very good one.

This for me is worth 8/10 atleast. Thanks for a great game.

I probably will continue to hate this company for many more years to come now, because I'm again reminded of their full potential through Jedi: Fallen Order. I just finished this title (credits are still scrolling up the screen as we speak) and I couldn't help but to immediately write a review.     Short version: This is a mediocre button-mashing arcade nightmare that doesn't even have the common decency to wrap any kind of interesting story or characters around the core gameplay. This game already exists 1000 times over, and has probably been done 1000 times better. The only difference you're getting here is the "Star Wars" label & some slightly Star Wars-ish skins to go over top of the steaming mediocrity.

    A little more detail (but not too much because any time spent on this game is a WASTE):
    It's a pure platformer. For those (like me) who were hoping we'd get something more akin to KOTOR, you will be massively disappointed.

    The story that goes along with this game is flat out boring and superficial, straight out of the "Disney SW for Dummies" manual . Every silly cliche you can think of is smashed together in a haphazard way that ends up giving you a really bad taste in your mouth. Because of the childish and trite story, the characters you interact with are just not that interesting...before any "reveals" happen, you already know their backstory and you also already know the big "OMG" surprises that are to come...and yes, they suck.

    After the disaster of a story, there's not really that much left to talk about. Gameplay is boring and overdone. As many have said, Uncharted and other games have done many of these mechanics better. There's nothing new here and nothing that's actually done well here. Graphics are ok but nothing special, and most of the controls are just clunky. I couldn't even finish this game because it was just so damn boring

    Final verdict...I can usually kind of let this kind of thing slide and say meh whatever, boring, mediocre game, don't waste your time. BUT...the way EA marketed this trash and the way it soils an already hurting yet beloved Star Wars universe is the final kick in the b*lls that makes me say no, this is trash and EA should be lambasted (again) for doing this kind of crap to people. This is an obvious "let's get cash" hacked-together piece of garbage that takes advantage of SW fans who have been hurting for some GOOD material for a while.     there can be a great atmosphere and the lightsabers look cool but that is it. the way this game works is that you can travel to different "planets" and then explore the place and do missions. The maps are designed so that you can go to these save points and doing this will reset any enemies in their original positions (perhaps the worst decision in any game ever, it completely breaks immersion and makes no sense in the world) the combat is simplistic, parry and slash and done. it got boring quick and the game has ABSOLUTELY ZERO replayability. play this once or twice and you have seen it all.

    The lightsaber is the most important thing in any star wars game and in this one it can feel pretty good, you can design it yourself (quite late in the game in my opinion) you have no decision in whether you want a double lightsaber, witch i found to be a childish weapon. Here´s the kicker though, all the parts of the lightsaber are based on a real world experience in disney world or something like that wich gives it a bad commercial feel to it, and it makes you look for parts in the worlds which is a chore to do because of the **** level design.

    Pretty good gameplay, it’s a pitty the game is plagues by stupid bugs, but what can you expect from EA...
    Solid grounds for fallen order 2 running on UE5... only danger is, obviously, EA’s dismaying ineptitude.

While flawed, the devs made the most of what little budget they had and you can tell the team put their heart and soul into it. It's a shame publishers undercut the funding so much, because a bit more resources and time could have made it a solid 10/10. Let's hope EA"Nobody wants to play singleplayer titles anymore".     El videojuego que verdaderamente te hace sentir como un maldito Jedi. La mezcla de Uncharted con el sistema de ataque/contraataque moderno le sienta de lujo. Rendimiento muy, muy pobre con grandes bajones de frames.

    Prós - Gráficos estonteantes, ambientações ricas em detalhes com boa trilha sonora e personagens carismáticos!

    Contras - A falta de "Cidades Populosas" com muitas pessoas, bares, ruas lotadas de npc's, carros voando, ao estilo de guerra dos clones, deixa a desejar, poderiam ter mais planetas, com missões secundárias assim fazendo o jogo não ficar repetitivo algumas vezes por ter que voltar outras vezes nos mesmos locais explorados enfrentando os mesmos inimigos!
    Faltou explorar mais personagens como SAW e a irmã da noite e o final do jogo deixou a desejar.
    O jogo apresentou alguns bugs mas nada de anormal.

    Cons - The lack of "Populated Cities" with many people, bars, streets full of npc's, cars flying, in the style of clones' war, leaves something to be desired, they could have more planets, with side missions so making the game not be repetitive some times for having to return other times to the same exploited places facing the same enemies!
    We had to explore more characters like SAW and the sister of the night and the end of the game left something to be desired.

The lightsaber combat is pure perfection and the levels have been designed in a way that is challenging but also visually stunning. But there are some issues. There are a couple of bugs that will probably fixed in the sequel such as the A.I just staying still and sometimes there is lag but otherwise it is a good game and certainly a game you should play. Although the replay value is not too great but if you want to unlock the Inquisitor appearance and explore the worlds more it is ok. In short it is a great game that I highly recommend.     As a fan of SW, i liked this game and enjoy it from start to end but it's harder to recommend to someone who does not care about the franchise.

    This game is infuriating as hell on anything higher than Story Mode. The parrying and blocking mechanic is the main flaw in this game. It's literally hit or miss as far as timing is concerned. The damage done by your character is also laughably weak and managing force during long drawn out battles is a chore.     Finally a good SW game and good EA game. The story is good (but not great). However, it always kept me motivated throughout the game. The fighting system is a lot of fun. The boss fights are difficult but good. You definitely get a nice SW feeling. It could be bit longer though.

    One of the best Star Wars games I ever played. Gameplay is very interesting: rewarding combat, Uncharted like exploration, cool lightsaber modifications and a good story. Overall performance is okay, although one of the planets have a terrible visible frame drops. Also facial animations beyond cinematics is strange and pretty unpolished. Still, the core of the game gives a very good time.

Like when you unlock the double-bladed lightsaber or finally beat a boss (let's say uh, The Second Sister), those moments are completely satisfying and makes the player feel a sense of pride and accomplishment (heh), and the characters, ehh they're alright and the story was, pretty good.
    But the best part for me was the gameplay and the graphics. Respawn outdone themselves and the games looks fantastic, gameplay feels buttery smooth and impactful, the only major technical issue I had was that it took a bit long to render the land and when you load it up it would look ugly at first and then 20 seconds later it would smoothen itself out.This is a great game, 8/10.

    Very **** from the devs. They also hide the loading screen between planet with very boring and poor dialogue.
    The combat would be good if the enemies were not target locking you following you as you dash aside and still get you. This makes for a very broken combat system where you can ( 2 left click to hit enemy and then right click BACK) and that will take care of ALL the enemies. Every single enemy will let you hit them twice ( with blocking or not)
    The blocking stamina of enemies regenerates to FULL every time you deplete it, making you repeat the whole process to remove another tiny part of their health. Just repetitive.

    The level design is 'ok" maps are pretty straight forward so there is absolutely no exploring around. There are no resources to collect etc, just kill things.

    Overall ONLY buy if you are a MASSIVE FAN and want to bend down for more story. That is it.
    The combat system in the Star wars "battleground" games is 500% better

There are a lot of bugs in the game, platforming controls can be really clunky, and the lack of dismemberment is kind of disappointing. However, the lightsaber battles are really fun to play even if you die 30 times. Possibly the greatest lightsaber focused game since the days of Jedi Academy, if not better.

Я не понимаю, как световой меч не может разрубить крысу (в некоторых моментах это обосновано и написано в описании животного, что он имеет какую-то особую толстую кожу, но не у всех так), также расстроило отсутствие акробатики и визуально боёвка выглядит скучно и нет такой динамичности, как в старых играх серии звёздныех войн (jedi acdemy к примеру). Передвижение по локациям понравилось, бег по стенам радует, но карбкание может быстро надоесть. Также неплохие головоломки, интересные, но не очень сложные. Не понравился момент в начале: почему мы не можем делать какие то определённые вещи? Говорится, что гг ''вспоминает'' способность, но никак сюжетом это не объясняется (да это игровая условность, но хотелось бы, чтобы её показали по другому). Боссы довольно интересные, но не такие чтобы прям заставляли попотеть, ну и то их двое (полноценных). Оптимизация:
    Она просто отвратительна. Перечисляю:текстуры прогружаются прямо перед тобой и остаются мыльными очень долго (секунд 10 максимум), враги появляются тоже на глазах, в катсценах тоже самое с персонажами и текстурами, бывает такое, что локация прогружается прямо во время геймплея и игра просто зависает на некоторое время и идёт загрузка и это нереально портит погружение в игру. Итог: Игру можно пройти, но не ждите от неё что то в духе jedi academy (в плане боёвке) и зрелищности, как в force unleashed. Ну и геймплея там (если проходить на 100%): 25-30 часов.    … Expand

    CONTROLS
    You can tell that this game was not meant for the PC. Pc controls are just outrageously bad. If you connect a controller they are tolerable, but all in all mediocre.

    STORY
    the story ties in really well with clone wars, rebels, and revenge of the sith, and does decently well on its own. the characters are....alright.

    MOVEMENT
    this may not be a regular subject but I just had to bring this to attention. Cal, the character you play feels SO SLOW. when he runs,climbs,rolls,gets up,crawls,squeezes through spaces. He just isn't exciting to play as.

    WORTH THE PRICE?
    no, it is not worth its price...now. I say if you bump the price down to at most 35, it would be worth it. And don't even think about getting the deluxe edition unless it's on sale for below $20. It's just cosmetics.

I often found myself resting at a meditation point so the enemies would respawn and I could fight the again. My only concern is the story, despite of being very good, is also very short. It definitely could have a lot more to do. But it's still a good game and recommended for true believers!     so i love starwars i love it i loved star wars battle front so when this game released i go it and i hated it because i don't like story mode game unless it's call of duty and it had no online and i was so disappointed.

    - Blocking system
    - Basic movement
    - Character and ship customization are just reskins with no details (looting chests is just useless)
    - Story is linear
    - Characters are flat and poorly written
    - Unecessary jumping and climbing sequences with buggy controls
    - Fauna is buggy with undodgable attacks (if you can you want to avoid it)
    - Load times on respawn are way too long (Played of PS5 and encountered more than 2 minutes loads)
    - Fighting more enemies at once is just infuriating (they always interrupt your combo)
    - Fights are very repetitive
    - Behind every second corner there is an enemy who attacks on sight
    - Unskippable cutscenes

    It is Uncharted and Sekiro ripoff, but all the things that make these games great are done very poorly. The climbing is buggy and the game forces you to walk/climb the same path several times over. I am not a fan of the bonfire/meditation mechanic.

    If this wasn't a Star Wars game it would have at most 60.

    This game is difficult and I don't mean challenging, I don't mind challenge, I finished Kingdome Come Deliverance on Hardcore with all negative perks. It is so infuriating trying to block some attacks and the attack still goes through. It ruins the pace of the game and you have to stick to the most basic combos which just gets boring. Once you get L1 Square combo there is no point in using anything else.

The worst however, is having to replay the same 10 minutes of content every time you die. Struggle against a hard boss? Have fun jumping on platforms and killing enemies for 10 minutes until you reach that same boss again.     Joguei no ps4 e tive alguns problemas como o jogo no mínimo fechou umas 5X do nada, fora isso jogo bom para passar o tempo.
    conforme vai desbloqueando habilidades vc tem voltar novamente nos planetas para pegar intens que não foi possível pegar antes.
    Vai na fé compre e se divirta-se

The save point system is ridiculous and outdated, suitable for MMORPG's that require grinding of monsters, not a single player story driven RPG. The lightsaber combat is nice and satisfying-if you are facing a single enemy, which is about 20% of the time. Boss fights are boring and unsatisfying, with dark souls-esque gimmicks and patterns, but the overall lack of refinement makes it feel unsatisfying and unrewarding. I felt myself plodding through, just trying to get to the next area to see if the game miraculously started being fun. News flash, it didn't. Do not buy this game. Get a month of EA Play, give it a go for a few days until the charm of lightsaber customization and cute robots wears off, then put it down and move on to something better.… Expand

    PROS: I enjoyed the story, the characters were okay, the music was awesome; it has that classic star wars feel to it
    CONS: some graphics issues first of all; the lightsaber gameplay is sometimes infuriating

    Foi um dos poucos jogos que me fizeram continuar mais pelo gameplay do que pela história. O gameplay é muito bom, esquiva, poderes jedi, habilitar novos poderes, bloqueio... você realmente se sente jogando com um jedi. Uma coisa que não gostei foi que quiseram colocar muitos elementos de plataforma e backtracking, fica confuso e ofusca a melhor parte do jogo que é as batalhas.

    Obs Spoiler: A ultima parte do jogo , onde você controla o Cal fugindo de Darth Vader é um dos momentos mais legais do jogo, deveria ter mais momentos assim.

    It was one of the few games that kept me going for more gameplay than history. The gameplay is very good, dodge, jedi powers, enable new powers, block ... you really feel like playing with a jedi. One thing I didn't like was that they wanted to add a lot of platform and backtracking elements, it gets confusing and overshadows the best part of the game, which is the battles.

    Obs Spoiler: The last part of the game, where you control Cal running away from Darth Vader is one of the coolest moments in the game, there should be more moments like that.    … Expand

    Man this game had a great story and this gave me a huge challenge , some might say the dark souls of the star wars universe and I agree to an extent because I can't be a dark souls game but I could be this one , I just wish cosmetics were much much better and idk maybe dlc , none of that though

    Fantastic...only reason it's not a 10 is how bad the frames were on PS4....PS5 this game is excellent....imo unplayable on PS4 which is shocking.....great game though gets better and better and ends just at the right time... absolutely loved it

    Como un admirador más de la saga de Star Wars quede gratamente complacido con este juego, se que ya es un poco tarde para calificarlo luego de dos años de haber salido, pero quería decir que me encanto y que ojalá EA saque más juegos de este estilo y Disney permita sacar historias que relaten hechos que ocurren entre las épocas de las películas o cosas así.     If you get over a slower start without powers, we can assure you, that it will only get better and better. An entertaining mix of Uncharted, Tomb Raider and Dark Souls set in the Star Wars universe. You don’t have to worry; the game is worth its full price. [Issue#300]

    As someone with limited time to play games, the shame of Fallen Order stems from multiple frustrations. It’s hard to fight and, worse, it’s hard to move. The game’s timing issues distracted me from both the story and the beautifully constructed worlds; I was too focused on simply staying alive. My many (many, many, many) deaths discouraged me from exploring worlds — all of them beautiful — as did the simple fact that traveling by foot (even a Jedi’s Force-enhanced feet) takes forever.
