    EA had the audacity to put pay2win lootboxes in a 60$ AAA title and some people still defend them.
    This move has not the gamer's best interest in mind, they are treating you like a resource to exploit rather than a customer to entertain in exchange of money. Please don't go against your own interests and don't allow this cancer to spread from mobile to PC/console by buying this game, once    EA had the audacity to put pay2win lootboxes in a 60$ AAA title and some people still defend them.

    EA you gave us this big apology about the previous Battlefront game. You even referred to its lack of content. With BF2 you gave us the content we wanted but flooded it with micro-transactions and so blatantly too. My feelings on EA were never great but they have taken things to a new low.

    DICE did a fantastic job but EA came along and jammed their fat money grubbing fingers into the    EA you gave us this big apology about the previous Battlefront game. Listen I understand in order to keep the games the same price they need to recoup their costs but this is not the way to do it though.

    The game was built up to be a cash grab, take a look at other EA titles and how they've handled that. The final nail in the coffin was Star Wars Battlefront 2, where EA believed they could pinch more money out of the community rather than focus on amazing game titles that speak for themselves.     A failed game ..
    The story is short and not beautiful.

    You can't play with all the characters, you have to buy the characters to open them.

    Most things in the game require cash ..

    I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment by not buying this game. EA ruins everything it touches honestly. I still hate you for getting rid of westwood and destroying the C&C franchise. Pathetic!

Almost every aspect from first Battlefront is improved but it is absolutely unacceptable that in the game which cost 60$ , you can spend money for a better cards which means you will have better stats than the others.     And yes, by the way, i DO have a Star Wars™ Battlefront™ 2 tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the Twi'leks’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 60,000 credits of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel armchair developer :sunglasses:

    Could have been one of the best games of the year until they added the bull loot crates that completely unbalance the game. No respect for EA. Unfortunately they'll be rewarded by whales who will give them all the money.

    This game is designed specifically to exploit and prey on Star Wars fans. It literally hopes you will trust the Disney brand and blindly fall into it's gambling pit before you realise how badly hidden the spikes at the bottom are. Disgusting, avoid like the plague.

    Overall: A great game if you also happen to enjoy casinos.

    Gameplay: Fun, fast-paced, exciting
    Visuals: Great! The world is immersive and really takes you to the places in the SW universe.
    Sound Design: Perfect.

    The team at Dice really outdid themselves. If it wasn't for EA trying to suck each and every last dollar out of their customers, this game might have actually done well.

    If you played games from late 90's and early 2000 period you'll understand why this game so bad.
    It's not just about the microtransaction, but the game mechanics itself is flawed.
    This game aims for "massive" (20vs20 lol) online battle, but each map is sliced into smaller sections and you cannot flank or ambush your opponents from behind because game doesn't allows it. Also just like    If you played games from late 90's and early 2000 period you'll understand why this game so bad.

    You were told RNG Microtransactions with cosmetic items only were a way for publishers to introduce gameplay affecting lootboxes further down the line and you didn't listen.

    You were even told these mechanics were going to be combined into a Free 2 Play model whilst still being charged full price yet you still bought them!

    Well now you see the result of just accepting whatever the Publishers throw at you yet you are still going to let this game sell like hotcakes whilst destroying an IP with decades of history behind it.

    I was going to say the next logical step would be to introduce time gated paywalls but EA even went as far as to introduce this into Battlefront 2!

    1. Отвратительная оптимизация. ФПС проседает на PS4.
    2. Сюжет. Многим не нравилось отсутствие сюжета в прошлом Star Wars Battlefront, и боже мой, как они ошибались. Лучше отсутствие сюжета, чем это клишированное нечто. Злая империя злая, ГГ познает истину демократии и прочие розовые сопли недосценаристов Диснея.
    3. Карты хорошие. Ничего не могу сказать.
    Без лутбоксов 6-7/10.

    This game costs £50 / $60. It includes FTP style micro-transactions and encourages gambling. This is not a video game worth your time, it is an addict-geared cash grab aimed at rinsing its consumer base for as much money as possible. Disney and EA are promoting gambling to children. Congratulations, you horribly greedy corporate wankers.

    Star Wars Battlefront II provides a greater ambition than the previous installment. It has powerful war scenes, a brand new single player mode, and shows a much more magnificent Star Wars Universe. But just like the Jedi should be ware of the dark side of the Force, this game also meets some similar situations, such as beleaguered microtransaction elements and character growth problems. The first 10 hours of this game is full of surprises; however, the further you play this game, the more disappointed you will get.
