    персонаж движется так, будто его кроссовки приклеены к полу, ну настолько сука медленно
    онлайн играть невозможно,особенно в REC ,если ты проигрываешь больше 10 очков, твой персонаж становится бессильным, при любом движении совершено потерю, на пасе, на ведении, и ты ничего не можешь поделать с этим, а зачастую в этом режиме попадаются    это сука худшая часть 2к из всех в которые я играл.

    остальные режимы онлайн такая же лажа, перса качать нужно ну очееень сука долго, тебя выносят просто все вокруг. а хочешь побыстрее , плати бабло! игра превратилась в сплошное казино, огромное количество микротранзакций ещё ни в одной части 2к такого не было! единственное светлое пятно в этой игре, это режим карьеры. да ,история интересная . на этом все. не покупайте эту игру! она того не стоит!
    пусть разрабы задумаются о качестве их продукта, а не только будут думать о деньгах! 2к вы просто ущербная контора, nba live 18 и то намного интереснее было играть, и онлайн адекватный, зашёл в лобби, подождал минуту, игра началась, здесь же блять нужно в парке стоять и ждать пока перед тобой игроки доиграют свой матч!в общем, не рекомендую никому эту игру, только если у вас стальные нервы!    … Expand

    1. Missed layups are the biggest legacy problem of any sports franchise ever--even worse than the terrible defensive AI in Madden games.     1. Missed layups are the biggest legacy problem of any sports franchise ever--even worse than the terrible defensive AI in Madden games. It's simply put the most unrealistic thing in any sports game. They do it to make up for the lack of any form of decent defensive AI.

    2. Passing is broken.

    3. MyTeam cards are ridiculous. By midseason, most elite cards are basically duplicates of each other. Most elite cards start receiving 99s and HOF badges across the board. Then it gets stupid with Alex Caruso and Bol Bol galaxy opals. They could make a much better myTeam mode by simply using cards from each season. Galaxy opals would be like LeBron on Miami, Giannis 2019, etc. Enough with the silly cards.

    4. My God, the unskippable cutscenes. The timeouts, the halftime...what a waste of time. And the wait for the damn ref to give you the ball on a free throw? SMH.

    5. Contracts in myTeam need to go. A nuisance for players with lots of MT and a problem for casual players.

    6. Height is way overrated. This game renders players under 6'6" basically useless in the meta. So, all time greats like Nash, AI, Stockton, and Isiah are worse than a diamond Lonzo Ball.

    7. Pack odds and people wasting money. Stop it. Introduce legitimate box toppers or GTFO.

    8. Story modes in sports games? Who enjoys these? God awful writing and cringeworthiness, but it's the same in all sports games with career modes. Who buys sports sims to play a lousy story mode?

    9. Defensive AI needs a setting to stay in front of your man. I teach elementary school kids this principle, so I'm sure NBA players could get it. On HoF difficulty, my teammates stand around like idiots and let players run by them for alley oops, etc, all the time. It's the definition of artificial difficulty.

    10. Many, many other things. I could go on forever about how frustrating this game can be. I seriously don't know how people can enjoy this game long term. But I'm a sucker who buys it every year, being a massive NBA fan.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I've been a 2K fan since the Sega Dreamcast when the game was actually quite good but over the past few years with the addition of "My Team", it's become nothing more than a cash cow with card packs, etc.

    You can't build a decent team without buying packs and the challenge rewards are awful at best. Once you beat "Domination" in My Team, it's pretty much a done deal unless you like playing "Unlimited" which requires you to win 12 straight games to get the prize something most can't do in one sitting.

    Der Online Modus ist völlig irrelevant für mich. Wenn du dir dieses Spiel kaufst muss dir bewusst sein dass es Pay2Win ist, vorallem in 2020. mein Tipp: kauf es im Sale. Hab es für 20€ bekommen und dafür lohnt es sich. 70€ ist das Spiel nicht wert, aber es ist trotzdem gut.

    The game was fun when it first came out. However the developers and their bright ideas have once again destroyed a game and made it questionable to want to play. In the past week I’ve have easily missed over 100 wide open lay ups with players like Dwight Howard, Iman Shumpert, and even Jeremy Lin. It is extremely frustrating but also an insult to those players who wouldn’t miss a wide openThe game was fun when it first came out. It has been a part of every 2k and extremely annoying. Your PG will literally be dribbling middle of court and then there’s a lag spike and all of a sudden your guy is out of bounds. Since when do basketball players just run out of bounds for no reason. Until 2k realizes that “any player” should not be missing wide open lay ups, so this game is not worth buying. Honestly, Dwight Howard’s hands are above the basket same with Wilt and Kareem. They should not miss 5 lay up attempts in a row, let alone at all. DO NOT PAY $60 FOR THIS GAME! DO NOT PAY $30! It’s not worth it. I would wait for it to be extremely cheap on sale, or wait for it to be one of the free games on the month.     Too depend on animation to get a good dribble or good shot. Unrealistic defense for pass interception if playing online. Some badge have totally broken the game play. Let alone the terrible server from the start.

    Awful game, I’ve bought every single 2k since 2k7 and it just gets worse and worse, my team peaked with 2k13 but now everyone has 99s up and down the roster. That wasn’t the point of my team the point of my team as it started was to develop rosters to fit to your play style and have limits on it not just make 99 teams with a shaq that has 93 3 point rating. My career as usual not a thingAwful game, I’ve bought every single 2k since 2k7 and it just gets worse and worse, my team peaked with 2k13 but now everyone has 99s up and down the roster. That wasn’t the point of my team the point of my team as it started was to develop rosters to fit to your play style and have limits on it not just make 99 teams with a shaq that has 93 3 point rating. My career as usual not a thing for casual players AT ALL either you have to grind 40 hours a week to get your player good or pay a ton of money to make your player good. Per usual the servers are still awful and they’ve absolutely gutted the franchise mode without any sort of improvements. They also took out 2k share which I thought was a super unique and creative way for players to develop and create different all time teams and draft classes. Gameplay wise it’s the exact same thing as 2k19. Like I said 2k7 was the first 2k I’ve bought and I’ve bought every single one since then but I’m done. I won’t buy 2k21 even if they put Kobe on the cover as a form of cash grab. I’d rather play 2k18 than any of this garbage. I don’t know how you make a game WORSE than before but they succeeded in putting out someone who’s paid over 2 grand in games and add ons over the last decade to this company. I refuse to buy the next one and I hope other people do the same so either nba live gets decent or 2k fixes its problem.… Expand

I lag on every single game mode and myteam I can get log into a game before lagging out within the first 60 seconds. The playground is slightly better but i still lag out half the time

    2. FIX THE PACKS ON THE MARKET AND PLAYERS TO START THE GAME (MYTEAM)
    2k needs to stop juicing the packs not to mention the odds are horrible making you spend hundreads of dollars of the game. You need an galaxy opal team to win online which you need to spend a lot of money on. In my opinion NBA 2k17 and 18 had the best Myteam because it wasn't overloaded, You had to work for your players, Packs weren't juiced, Not a pleathra of high overall players, Gameplay was better, and less players. Also the myteam game cannot start with rubys and up. Start with saphires and under for the next game.

    MYCARRER IS TO BROAD AND VERY INREALISTIC

    MyCareer is my favorite mode in 2K. However this year was a complete and utter disapointment.
    Sharpshooters are useless in this game they only have a 3-pt rating on 95 it should be a 99 because its your only skill and the build will be completely useless from everywhere else on the court

    Playmakers deserve 99 ball handle and Passing ratings, also very high speed, accelleration, and algilty and a slightly better shot

    Slashers shouldn't be able to shoot 3s

    NBA 2k should go back to the primary and Secondary skills not the thing we have now which allows Glass Cleaning Lockdown centers to shoot 3s. Also if u don't get a green release it doesn't go in. They need to take out the amount of badges they nobody uses. Also the builds you see "offensive mined wing" thats bad and broad and shouldn't be in the game. Centers should not be able a pure playmaker.

    NBA 2k has gotten more lazy with their game over the past year or so. They forgot to put in the simulate game feature on my league they put no effort in their this year because its the same as last year. The playground is the same everything is identical. Also when playing myleague you get blue screened every 10 minutes. The mygm mode lacks details and they tried to make good and they didn't do that. Currently the start today feature doesn't even work I can't do anything once I'm on the screen. 2k has claimed that they didn't put much effort in this game so 2k21 would be great, thats like saying I'm going to do 7th grade twice so Ill be ready for 9th grade.     At its core is a solid basketball game, but it's plagued by long load times, unskippable cutscenes, and of course the scumbag microtransactions.

    It's a shame. They have the foundations of a really good game here, but they just can't help themselves

    I have a love/hate relationship with this game, but the gameplay has been really improved over previous years. I bought this game for $25 on a Black Friday sale, so the way I'll approach this review will be through that lens.

    Love: -The actual basketball part of this game is mostly smooth, the spacing that the AI maintains is refreshing and reflects actual basketball strategy. You    I have a love/hate relationship with this game, but the gameplay has been really improved over previous years. I bought this game for $25 on a Black Friday sale, so the way I'll approach this review will be through that lens.

    Love:
    -The actual basketball part of this game is mostly smooth, the spacing that the AI maintains is refreshing and reflects actual basketball strategy. You can play different styles (iso ball, just chuck up 3's, old school pound-it-inside) and execute any strategy if you're good enough.
    - The "MyLeague" mode is mostly unchanged, which is a good thing in my opinion. The salary cap rules are complex and difficult, but so are the salary cap rules in real life.
    - I've really enjoyed the "MyCareer" mode. It's fun, challenging, and rewarding. If you play through your first year, do every practice, and end up hot at the end of the year you can quickly level up your player and sign a new contract in order to get paid a ton of VC per game.
    - The neighborhood aspect of MyCareer is fun too. The easy matchmaking of it is well done.
    - I know badges aren't a new aspect of the game, but I moved from 2K14 to 2K20, The badges really bring out every player's unique skillset. I really enjoy them.

    Hate
    - The amount of cutscenes that you cannot skip, even if you turn all cutaways off in the options, is MADDENING especially in modes that aren't exhibition. I don't care what some random opponent player's stat line is. I don't care what my player's stat line is. I can look that up. Bringing the game to a screeching halt to tell me what my opponent's upcoming schedule is or what the standings are drives me nuts every single time. Having to watch blatant product placement (i.e. the "State Farm Assist of the Game") and not being able to skip it sucks. It really takes away from the great "on court" product.
    - On a similar note, any aspect of gameplay where the ball is not in play is super staggered and filled with unnecessary animations. Why does the referee need to take 10 seconds to tell everyone there's one free throw left? Why can't 2K ever fix the "make a basket, the ball bounces away, and the inbounder slowly walks after it, picks it up and slowly walks back to inbound it" glitch? It's literally been in the game since I started playing 2K in the 00's.
    - Having to "quit out to the main menu to update" during a game, only to get hit with a VC ad is super slimy. Like really underhanded stuff.
    - The game is riddled with microtransactions. As I stated above, I purchased the game for $25 dollars so I was cool with dropping another $30 into the game to start out with a better MyCareer player. If I bought the game for $60, I'd be pissed.

    Overall, the on court product is fun enough for me to give this a high rating. But man does 2K do a good job of making me hate this game at points.    … Expand

In the final game I’veThis game is an absolute disappointment and 2K should be embarrassed for the amount of glitches and terrible gameplay within the game. You can shoot very early or very late on mid ranges and make it, you can get the ball poked free even with the highest ball handle and unpluckable, and worst of all, hop steps are one of the most broken game mechanics I’ve ever seen. In the final game I’ve played on 2k20 I played a pure slasher who managed to make a mid range, very early and 33% contested and made it. I had to just turn my console off after that one. Never again am I playing this game or this franchise. This is definitely the second worst 2k behind 2k18. But I honestly enjoyed 2k18 gameplay more. Disappointing… Expand

    1/10. not 0/10 because my league (which has been the same for years) is still very well made and is non stop enjoyment. However I DID NOT buy the game on launch to play one single mode. My career is horrible, story as usual sounds like a 5 year old made it. Graphics outside of single player are so bad it is funny, Multiplayer gameplay is a joke. The neighborhood is absolute garbage. The1/10. not 0/10 because my league (which has been the same for years) is still very well made and is non stop enjoyment. However I DID NOT buy the game on launch to play one single mode. Have to go to the Neighborhood and actually enter shops to buy swag for some reason. The shot meter is utter garbage, you will brick wide open shots if you're not exactly in the green with your release. Getting the green seems to be a random occurrence. Shame on theUtter trash. 2k16 had a better MyCareer and mechanics. The gameplay feels slow, the players can barely pick their feet up.     Oh my. This is the single worst sports game I've ever played. And I've played several Maddens, mind you, so I have low standards. I don't play any of the modes involving whatever gambling folks are complaining about, so I won't get into that.
    Where to start? The AI in this game, a rather important aspect I'm sure you'll agree, is so comically bad I have no idea how it shipped at all, and    Oh my. This is the single worst sports game I've ever played. And I've played several Maddens, mind you, so I have low standards. I don't play any of the modes involving whatever gambling folks are complaining about, so I won't get into that.
    Where to start? The AI in this game, a rather important aspect I'm sure you'll agree, is so comically bad I have no idea how it shipped at all, and is worse by orders of magnitude than anything even Madden has ever produced. You'll play indie iOS games with better AI. Don't believe me? Just watch a replay, any replay of any possession of your choice. The players are absolutely brain dead. They will routinely forget where they are, or simply step aside meekly as opposing players approach, or wander off drunkenly, or run away from the ball on some unknown errand, or slide around in a kind of spastic freak-out. This is only one of NBA 2K's bizarre issues. Under the rim, the game is entirely, and I don't use the word lightly, broken. Any and all players, 7 foot centers included, if there is any player near them, will halt their own progress to attempt hilarious reverse layups or globetrotter-ish nonsense and miss every time. Similarly, dead eye three point shooters have next to no chance of making shots if they are contested. I watch as much basketball as the next person, and I'm pretty sure there is no magic lid on the basket if your shot attempt was challenged by a defender. This is of course because NBA 2k's shot contest system is incredibly lazy and poorly conceived from the start. There is no factoring of ball physics, trajectory or leverage etc. (i.e. the actual shooting of a shot), everything is instead determined by a dice roll and shot contest %, leading to a set of canned animations as outcomes. Play this game for a few hours and these rolls become quite transparent, which is, when you think about it, an embarrassing place to wind up after 20 years.
    What's interesting is that NBA 2k has a lot of frills. It far surpasses other sports games in presentation, is certainly superior to Madden in GM depth for myleague etc., and it looks excellent. None of this matters though when the gameplay is so completely, irrevocably awful.
    I would be included to say that I am stunned that a developer that continues to put out such rubbish retains their official license, let alone one that has had 20 years to improve. But then look around, these yearly sports titles with exclusive licenses are simply cash cows that spit shine the same garbage year after year. It's just that even relative to its sports game competitors, NBA 2k and especially 2k20 does a pretty laughable job of concealing its contempt for its audience.    … Expand

    NBA 2K20 is the worst NBA game series ever. It has too many problems wtih shoots, fundamental moves, fade away, off dribble shots and so on. All are terrible. I have been playing this 2K series since 2006 (NBA2K6) and i played all series on each year but believe me guys 2K20 is the worst. I’ve been still playing 2K19 which is the best ever.

    less and less realistic throughout the years. Monopoly in the basketball gaming market made this **** any reasonable human being can see the corruption of 2K. Damn man, I used to love your game. Batches create unrealistic basketball experience, sorry there's too many to diss, If you play basketball in real life you damn sure knows what I mean once you play this game. 2K pay some effort pls.

    Too much basketball in my casino game. First thing I saw was a pop up ad. Then I found a slot machine in an E rated game. Absolutely garbage. Got it on PS Plus and still not worth it.

They don’t have Latin America servers or Brazil servers.     Worst sports game I’ve ever played. And I’ve played a lot of EA titles. My League is incredibly over-complicated, nothing is intuitive... I’ve payed 0$ for it and I still want a refund.

    The AI on mycareer mode is absolutely stupid. The computer would make 20-0 runs out of nowhere just to make the game competitive and wide open shots from 6 feet for your teammates misses.... It's just dumb to see Steph curry miss a 6 feet no contest shot while on the other end, low rate AI players make 20 footers with good contest so easy...

    I have fun playing in the park and sometimes rec centre with friends however extremely pay to win and basically requires you to pay atleast 30 pounds or so to get your pro to a high enough rating to be competitive, basically looks like simulated gambling at times in my team etc . My career stories get very stale aswell.

    I love basketball, but this is just ridiculous. Each year I skip a game it gets worse.

    The should burn down their offices. It would be a better use of their time.

So many easy jumpers missed with the sharpshooter emphasis that it was only possible to score if it was a literal perfect release. I tried so hard to love this game and its mechanics but it is so terrible to get better that I flat out deleted it off my console and returned the game for credits to preorder The Show 21. If you love basketball, this game is phenomenal. But if you love progressing with realistic adjustments, buckle up and be patient, you’ll be here a while.… Expand

    Way too unrealistic and inconsistent, one game you could be missing wide open shots with good releases, but the same game you could make slightly contested bad releases shots but make those ones, if 2K21 is the same, I'm staying with Madden even tho it has a lot of flaws, just not as much as 2K.

Y en el 4 cuarto ninguno de mis compañeros anotaba, mis tiros no sincronizaban y Atlanta metió 6 triples seguidos (4 de young) y terminó ganando, no importa que tan bien hagas el punteo del tiro en defensa, el rival anotara hasta con los pies para que pierdas... como les decía, el juego no valora tu habilidad con el control sino su algoritmo todo preparado para que gastes dinero en comprar boost bajo el nombre de gatorade... en fin.. una basura
    Multijugador peor aún.. no hay emparejamientos justos.. no hay canchas para jugar con gente de tu nivel.. por lo que empezar es súper difícil... además que los jugadores avanzados no jugaran contigo si eres un rookie.
    TODO VALE DINERO dentro del juego.. todo.

Every aspect from salary cap, trade logic, free agency, gameplay, playbooks, progression and regression is customizable to user preference. Once sliders are dialed in the minute to minute gameplay and presentation is superb. Elite players knock down contested threes. Computer AI is intelligent and down right creative in spurts and each team evolves throughout the year providing unique challenges game to game. Minor issues are as followed. Traveling and charges are non existent and sometimes blatant. No slider set accurately culminates in proper free throws attempted per game. AI coaches rarely if ever use timeouts. Lastly ever half/fullcourt shot hits the rim. One minor gameplay improvement would be the animation regarding layups and overall control when driving to the lane. Bottom line, online aside if you’re looking for a deep and rich offline franchise sport simulation you’ve been deprived of from other titles “looking at you FIFA and Madden” and gameplay/customization and realism is the ultimate factor regarding your experience.     dont expect to win nothing good on the wheel, constantly gives you the minimum, have had games where it removes all my attributes, reached level 99 only to be brought back down to a 95 because game lagged. Logged on and had players missing. Seems like higher the attribute the worse the player perform, **** 2k

    Yo, this is just a DLC for 2k20 which was also a DLC for 2k19 lol. Honestly, the only thing different is the new shot meter. They made the amazing 'innovative' decision to add a shot-stick option which just doesn't work. Major regrets buying this.

    NBA 2k20 feels stunning, the new MyTeam additions, MyGM and MyLeague modes are incredible additions to 2k's beloved basketball franchise. The MyTeam rewards have improved dramatically and the shooting mechanics are incredibly easy to pull off. This is truly a game that all basketball fans will truly love. A solid 10 out of 10, 2K!!!

Computer didn’t miss a shot except for my team; I’ve never seen that many missed LAY-UPS. I wouldn’t piss $99.99 on a new one unless they make changes. If a defender breathes on you it forces you into a layup motion with a shot meter??? When playing on the ball defense it is impossible to stay in front of a ball handler, and even if you do, your teammate will promptly sell you out and leave his man wide open in the corner for 3. Forced animations lead to inconsistency with shots and other timed maneuvers. Passing is one of the most wacked out experiences yet. Without icon passing its completely unpredictable where the ball will go. Youd think it would go to the highlighted player??? But no, it goes to the player who is standing behind a defender playing with his ****. Overall this game is poorly made with very little attention to actual gameplay. I dont even need to mention the b***s*** microtransactions. All i want is consistency. I want to be able to hit THE SAME open shots game to game and not feel like im playing with a totally different player depending on who the algorithm has chosen to win. Crap game and i will not be buying 2k21 unless it goes on a fire sale like 2k19 did or ends up on psplus. 2k has lost a long time customer who has played the game for decades and im sure they dont even care bc theres some young kid with his mom’s CC number that can spend more than you and whoop your ass with his $50 myplayer or $300 myteam.     From the start

    1. Player is deaccelerated during fast breaks so AI can come ahead of you.
    2. Player runs into invisible walls that make it difficult to come up the half court.
    3. Awful animations are randomly thrown at you when you drive to the basket wide open. If you want to dunk sometimes you go into a pull up jump shot, or if there is a defender it's like you throw the ball up just so they can block it.
    4. Mismatches don't exist when you are playing offense. An example of this a center is able to keep up with me (a pg) on the perimeter. While my AI center can't post up their PG?
    5. Mismatches DO exist for the computer. Often example of this is I'm constantly posted up and abused by centers in the paint. While my Center who ever that may be cannot defend the perimeter.

    6. Double teams are almost constant. The AI tend to overuse this tatic
    7. Even if you don't use turbo you are always slowed down so that the AI can get ahead or catch up
    8. The game constantly gets you into stupid turnovers. Sometimes your own teammates committ these turnovers and its counted as yours. It's hilarously stupid
    9. There are moments that even if you are playing great perimeter defense that the AI will just run through you and score. Makes zero sense
    10. I am constantly pushed out of position on defense by either invisible walls. "Inadvertent" screens by my own teammates or just plain deaccleration of my player so that I cannot make the play. Also jumping to block a shot is fairly nonexistant as a guard because the animation will change your position so that you are either jumping away from the ball or fouling.
    11. My teammate AI over time from when I first bought this game till now has dumbed down significantly. I often get double teamed while my teammates just stand there without moving to the basket. There are some instances when I'm on the fast break when I have someone open and throw an alley oop and they don't jump. (These are players who are known to catch lobs) the AI wants to at least wants me to have one turnover a game. There are also instances where my teammate AI passes up a wide open shot for a more difficult shot just so they can miss.

    There are a ton more but I will just keep it at this. 2K has lost a fan with this edition. 2K18 & 19 had me close to quitting but they finally got me with this edition.

    I'm waiting for NBALIVE to come out with something decent so I can get my basketball fix    … Expand

    Game really throws you in and it is very difficult to understand any mechanics or even keys to play with and what they do. Ui of menu is not so good, I have been in trouble to find where can I play some kind of walkthrough. Eventually after I learned some basics I had trouble to draw with easiest AI. Microtransactions everywhere. Poor singleplayer mode.

Micro purchases out the ass which is **** but the only way to get anywhere, slowly. After they take the server down you can't play MyCareer anymore ! Pathetic. Spend 500hrs and 500$ to make your guy maxed then never get to look at it ever again after they cut the server. Waste of time and money. A complete embarrassment to these people. Bad.… Expand

    Il gioco è semplicemente terribile, i comandi sono fatti male, poco intuitivi e non si capisce bene in base a quale logica i tiri siano efficaci o facciano verde. In modalità carriera la valutazione della partita è fatta completamente a caso. In generale il gioco è veramente pessimo, buono solo per una partitella fra amici.

    MyTEAM and MyPLAYER weren't appealing as in 2K19. Same old boring single-player, nothing really special. Launch was a mess-up. Not really good.

What's more likely to happen is that the enemy defender regardless of their players attributes, can slide right over or around your pick. Every. Single. Time. If you try to pass in, there's a 50/50 chance that your pass will get stolen. If it doesn't get stolen, it's useless because post moves get read 100% of the time by the AI. no matter the difficulty, you will always be covered 75-100% of the time in the post. Trying to pass out to an open teammate is also impossible, because your teammates DO NOT MOVE ON THEIR OWN ACCORD. I'm not kidding, they do not run plays or even move unless you stop and don't touch the controller yourself. You'd think that defence would be slightly easier (after all they programmed the enemy AI to play good defence right?) You're sorely mistaken. You're teammates will NEVER SHED THEIR MAN unless you control them yourself. So if the enemy sets a decent pick from the outside, and the ball handler is driving in for a dunk, your PF covering the corner post will just stand and watch as a layup or dunk slams down for 2. It gets so goddamn frustrating seeing AD play the weakest defence ever. When the enemy AI shoots, there's a 50/50 chance that your contesting of the shot won't count. This leads to the AI sinking easy as hell layups on you when you're smothering the hell out of them. This game has no consistency whatsoever. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson miss open 3's CONSTANTLY when they're full bar (slightly early-late) on the shot meter. This would never happened back in 2K15 (the last game I consider to have half decent shooting and defense mechanics). Meanwhile you see no name 2nd and 3rd stringers pulling off 20+ point games because your defense decided to lobotomize themselves that morning. These criticisms have all been strictly gameplay focused and this isn't even touching the rest of the garbage attached to 2k20 like the microtransactions and the casino BS. TL;DR If you want to play the worst basketball game ever invented (until this year of course) play this one. If you wanted to experience what 1v9 basketball is like, play this game.    … Expand

    NBA 2K20 includes fewer innovations than a "copy/paste club", yet manages to still play and feel pretty great. Gambling and microtransactions involved are becoming more and more toxic with each year tho.
