    Interesting to see so many Russians review bombing this for the bad Russian dub. I feel sorry for them because this is an amazing remaster of an amazing game that still holds up after all these years.

    Do not read negative comments at all!!! its all about stupid language and subs from people who even didn't play the game ever at all!!! This game is legendary and one of the best games ever made, it is worth every $. You wont regret, ull enjoy every minute of it, u have really things to see! I couldn't believe ME 1 was made in 2007, unbeliavable! Masterpiece!

    Easy 8/10 for me and it could be even higher if it had some quality of life additions like being able to skip cutscenes. The controls also feel pretty aged and not as fluid as they could/should be. They're by no means bad, but there is a clear distinction between "good" and "great"
    Other than that it a pretty decent story, but the secret stars of the show are the characters, there are so    Easy 8/10 for me and it could be even higher if it had some quality of life additions like being able to skip cutscenes.     If you are new to this game do not read negative comments, just play the game, there are a lot of negative reviews just because of some local problems that does not make the game worse.

    This is the game that will last me throughout the rest of the year. About 150 hours of bliss to play through, and looking the best it ever has on console.

    The Pros: Over 150 hours of content All DLC The Best the game has ever looked, at 60fps Brilliant new sound design Actually improved Character Customisation The Cons: Bit buggy, only one crash over 30 hours of gameplay.     Great release, ME1 is greatly improved, all three games feel the same as they did before, was definitely waiting for this one since i've bought my ps4. Nostalgia hits hard though, i am almost crying every time i'm playing having flashbacks from 13-10 years ago. Thanks EA.

    Fantastic setting, lore and story. Missed out on Mass Effect when it originally came out but so glad I finally got to it. Sucked me in for dozens of hours. A must play for anyone interested in western RPG.

    Hats off to BioWare on this one, it's one of the best remastered games I played. Top notch graphics, the gameplay feels great and not dated at all. This game blows never games out of the water and has the best story out of any game.     Bioware and EA delivered what was promised - the graphics, mechanic and combat improvements are all very pleasing in the remaster version. Thank you for the opportunity for living the legend of Shepard one more time. Absolutely worth it.

    This game is nostalgic and well made. I'm very satisfied with my own playthrough as an Engineer class. Was worthwhile adding a mod in ME2 to remove the weapon limitations and gain access to all weapons even as Engineer. In my own experience, I'm probably going to play it again as a Biotic.

    Masterpiece in every level. I’ve been gaming since 1996 and nothing even comes close to how epic this trilogy is, and the Legendary Edition is the definitive way to experience it.

    First time i ever played a Mass Effect game for years i just didnt get round to it and thought nothing of the hype but i was wrong so so so so wrong.

    Mass Effect one had the most work done on it from what i have read and for a game as old as it is it plays well kinda. the combat is very clunky but its more worth playing for the story telling side of it just so you can understand who shepherd is where he came from and why hes here. Its short and honestly enjoyable its just not a modern game regardless of what they do with it but i cant say it looks worst than say Skyrim.

    Mass Effect 2 is where it just became amazing i love this game its emotional and the combat had a huge huge upgrade the gunplay is fun and the choices in the game really make you think about what you are doing and how you are doing it. graphically its great and its much much smoother than the first.

    Mass Effect 3 is a Weird one at first i was a little taken back by it because theres parts in the game that reminded me of 1 which i think should of maybe stayed there. and things they left behind in 2 which should of come to 3. for example the whole paragon and renegade system just didnt seem as relevant and important as they did in the first 2 but combat, graphics and voice acting was much better.

    Should you buy the Legendary Edition? Yes.

    For people revisiting the game its the perfect package to relive this series in a way that would be bareable because i dont think i could of played the original first game in 2021 not without all the rework. For new players YES YES youve got to play this if you are into Sci Fi its honestly a dream you will fall in love with your crew i have never in my life played a video game and been so invested in the characters. i genuinely was at a point of the thought of risking one of there lives i just couldnt do i made so many choices just so i could keep my team save even if that meant making decisions that morally i didnt agree with. The worlds and lore of the series is a masterpiece this is the video game equivalent to LOTR and Harry Potter in my opinion the Alien Races, Worlds, Cultures and Shepherd are just so indepth you will lose yourself. When i completed these games the only way i can remember feeling the way i felt was when i finished the US Office. 9 Seasons and for it just to end i had a hole in my chest i could only fill by starting it again at Season 1 Episode 1.    … Expand

Every minor issue pales in contrast to the amazing overall performance. The improved graphics and built-in DLCs of the Legendary Edition are making this Edition even better.     Amazing opportunity for new players to enjoy the trilogy. First game is remastered very well. As for the games the slowly unfolding mystery, good sounds, good written characters and interactions between npcs makes it a good game. Especially the second game, damn masterpiece

    One of the best game in the history got review bombed because Portugees can´t speak human language. I don´t really know how to address that and remain not vulgar.
    Mass Effect Legendary Edition is amazing and I am really glad that same as Fallen Order, this game showed EA´s overlords that single player RPG games are highly desired by us, gamers.

    I remembered that Mass Effect-trilogy was the greatest game-trilogy ever made. It still is!
    Now it is even better. Graphics and physics (Mako) in the ME1 are so much better and ME2 and ME3 are also a bit better. I can live with censored butt scenes although i don't quite understand why.
    Why don't they make games like Mass Effect-trilogy anymore?

Lo jugué en una ps4 slim y no tuve problemas. Me hubiese gustado que diesen la posibilidad de tenerSimplemente debes jugar esta recopilación.     I am just 10 hours into the game (ME1), but I can already see this becoming my favourite game. I never played the original, so this remaster is a great way for me to get into the ME series. I was afraid that the game would feel dated, but that wasn't the case at all.     Three of the greatest games ever made and the greatest video game trilogy out there.
    The first game has seen numerous improvements. Graphically it's been improved quite a bit and the combat is now much smoother. There are a few bugs but nothing game breaking. I will also point out that some of the facial retexture's look a little off but only in rare cases.

    Some Russians are complaining about the dub, sorry for them, but the game doesn't change from 9-10 to 0-1. Just be fair with the score, complain to EA or play it in English. The games are still 10/10.

    Loved the original trilogy and this remaster has tweaked the game to feel more modern and the combat in Mass Effect 1 has been improved greatly! The guns have more punch and sound excellent now! The sniper rifle is actually usable! They added a little sprint mechanic when not in combat now (THANK YOU)! This is a must have if you loved any of the games in the trilogy.

Во 2 и 3 Mass Effectне на то время не получилось поиграть из-за отсутствия мощного компьютера тогоПомню то время как я десятки лет назад играл во всё три части Mass Effect. В 2010 году батя впервые скачал первый Mass Effect чтобы в него играть, но что-то у бати не срослось и играть стал в нее я. Первая часть была интересной, я даже квесты не выпослял а просто исследовал галактику. Во 2 и 3 Mass Effectне на то время не получилось поиграть из-за отсутствия мощного компьютера того времени. В начале 2014 года сгорает старый компьютер и покупается новый и я тут же иду скачивать последний Принц Персии Забытые пески и 2 и 3 Mass Effect. Проходил я на ультра настройках графики (60 FPS), на высоких сложностях. Третью часть проходил 3 раза. Один раз как спидраннер, второй и третий полностью на 100%. Потом я второй сыграл, тоже идеальная и первую часть перепрошёл на ультра настройках (60 FPS). Мультиплеер третьего Mass Effect идеален и игроки которые в него досихпор играли даже после выхода Андромеды это подтвердят. Выходит Андромеда - и это ужас. Оптимизация: ужасная. Mass Effect 3 у меня на ультрах (60 FPS) шёл, в Андромеде жестокие фризы. Андромеда - она недостойна чтобы её даже и с торрентов скачивали. И сейчас вышел ремастер всей трилогии в 4К 60Fps. Я заявляю что перепройду всю игру с большим удовольствием. Ну и в мультиплеер пойду.… Expand

    How do you do a remake? This is how! The greatest Saga in gaming history finally made its way to 4k and 60fps! I'm really impressed with how Bioware upgraded Mass effect 1-3 and made much needed improvements to an already legendary series. I loved mass effect in 2008 and love it even more now. A must buy for any gamer.

I didn’t realize how much I missed these games. This is a great collection- that includes ME2- my 2nd highest rated game of all time!

    Mass Effect 1 Legendary Edition

    This is the first time I’ve played the full game of ME1 in 2021- but I’ve played #2 & 3 many times in the past. I liked #1 quite a bit, although it’s a bit short. There’s only a few main missions. It definitely adds to the Mass Effect story. There’s a bit too much time in the Mako, and too many elevators. The gameplay is much improved to be close to #2 & #3. The graphics are better- except human’s faces in cutscenes. Overall I liked it pretty well- it was better than I thought. I will play it again the next time I want to experience the Mass Effect world.

    Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition

    Simply put- ME2 is one of the best games of all time! In my top 5. Shepard is at her best in this one. It’s great building your crew and going on loyalty missions for them. There’s such a wide variety of missions- never gets boring. It’s a great action rpg. There are great boss fights- but the worst enemies for me are those darn husks! It builds up to a great ending mission- although it stinks losing some of your crew. The 4k graphics look great- especially in several face models like Thane. It builds well off of ME1 and leads well to ME3. It’s the best in the series by far- but you should play all 3 games to truly experience the ME world. I’ve played this many, many times- and I highly recommend!

    Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition

    ME3 ends the trilogy on a good note. Although I like ME2 better, there’s a lot going for #3. It has more action than the other two games. It also has many improvements- such as graphics, gameplay, and little elements like being able to use the omnitool to bypass doors, jumping across gaps, etc. Bioware was at its height of game making with this one. I must say the characters in #2 were much better except for Liara. Most people don’t like the ending, but I don’t mind it- especially with the extended cut. This rounds out the Legendary Edition well- and it’s a must to play all three games.    … Expand

En su día pensaba que este juego era de 9 hoy le pongo la misma nota porque es una reedición si bien buena no es perfecta, no se hasta que punto se podía haber mejorado más pero tampoco noto unas diferencias que me hagan volverme loco y la falta de doblaje sigue molestándome mucho.     This is my first time playing mass effect (1-3) and i personally think the gameplay kinda sucks. It is too easy, sometimes clunky and skills are in all games the same (with the addition of a few skills and weapons). But I still give this game a 10 for the amazing story. I had heard the story was good but playing it for myself I find it amazing. Now I see why Andromeda was kinda bad in comparison..

    Even if you've recently played the games, it's still worth the $50-$60USD for the many improvements.

    This is how a remaster should be made, and other companies ought to be ashamed for full priced remasters months after the game's release. You know who I'm talking about.    … Expand

    It's a full 10. The lack of Miranda's rear is well made up for by the continuation to stick it to the Portuguese 'reading' 'people'. They can't subtitle for every minor language on earth.

    I'm from Belgium and the game does not have Dutch voice acting with Flemisch subtitles. And the subtitles are in white and I want them in light green. How dare you, bioware ! The gaming market in Belgium is one of the largest of the Benelux. Shame on you ! Oh, and otherwise.... great game :-)

    Bioware did an excellent job remastering an excellent trilogy and bringing it to the current generation of consoles. This is a masterpiece and if you haven't played it already you are in for a treat.

Actually ME1’s improvements make it much more approachable. many years ago I rushed my way through ME1 after playing ME2 for the story, leaving most side missions and dlc untouched simply because the game was not as enjoyable to play as ME2. The gameplay is far more enjoyable and less clunky lot and with this remastered I find myself surveying all the planets, doing all the side missions and dlc as the experience os not as frustrating even though gameplay remains quite dissimilar from ME2 and ME3. In this regard I can see how BioWare succeeded , this was never meant to be a remake or a reimagining of Mass Effect it was to make the entire series as a whole
    More cohesive graphically , artistically, and even in regards to the story, ME1 no longer feels like the black sheep of the bunch but part of an exciting trilogy that will lure folks like me who just played ME1 “because they had to to get the ending they wanted in ME3” with its better pacing, leveling system
    and gunplay. There is much less to be said about ME2 and 3 remasters, they look amazing, they were not bad looking games and aged better than ME1, that said the 4K textures are still impressive as well and some stylistic changes here and there round out the changes. All in all it’s a solid package for $59.99. Judging this as a remaster I give it a 9/10, it fails to get a perfect score because of a game breaking bug on Luna, where if your biotic power accidentally hits a closed door in the final facility Shepard will not be able to interact with anything until the game is relaunched. If BioWare fixes this in a coming update I will revisit my review.    … Expand

    Excellent remaster, if you're a fan of the original releases then you will love this entry. ME1 changes are amazing and paired with all the DLC you are getting over 100 hours of content in one package. All in 4k/60FPS if using a next-gen console. Amazing!

    To play these games in such a polished state, with 4K HDR, is a privilege. I loved these games back in the day and I never thought I'd be playing them like this. Not much else to say. These games are masterpieces and with the enhancements and visual improvements, they've knocked it out of the park. You can't ask for much more...

This universe can compete easily with Star Wars and Star Trek, there is so much untold stuff, room for more games even without Shepard.     the story is really really good, some of the best i would say, the charisma of the characters, its unique enviroments, the politics, the depth and atention to deatail still beats some actual games, the gameplay is fun, sometimes frustrating because of the bugs, in ME1 many times the mako wont start or it will, but wont move at all except for the wheels and then will teleport to other place, sometimes i had to reload the game because the AI it got stuck
    ME2 also has bugs related to the companions of shepard, that will fly or move randomly arround mid air, some missions also have to be reloaded because the things that supose to happen wont, hope they'll patch this issues as soon as posible.

    but except that, it is pleasing to see this trilogy updated to the "current gen" it is a must buy if you havent played this masterpiece, it has all the DLCs and it is one of those games that worth $60 for the replayability, the long campaign, the fun that the 3 games has to offer, I already have arround 50+ hours in 1 & 2, and are great!    … Expand

    One of the best trilogies in gaming. Don't let Mass Effect 3's ending controversy stop you from buying it. The journey throughout this trilogy is excellent and has cemented itself as my favorite gaming series of all time. The only downside is the lack of multiplayer which was the most fun I've had in the whole series, the rest of the games are still fun though.

    I haven't played the entire series in over six years, I'm 15 hours in my first playthrough of ME:1 and I can't say how amazing the changes they made are. Where I first had to rush through the game because of clunky controls and boring fights, I find myself enjoying it greatly and even exploring all the planets.     The remaster still stays close to the original with the added bonus of improved graphics and shaders and all the DLCs. It lost the multiplayer element of ME3 but the multiplayer was not really a big deal to me.

    The combat is still incredibly fun and strategic if you choose to play on a harder difficulty. The RPG elements like levelling and the important decision making are still one of the best. The story and how you shape it within all three games is one of the best video game story-telling right now and the characters are super memorable with most of them with compelling back stories and satisfying arcs. I would also have to mention the world-building is still incredible to me, how BioWare has able to handle the history of the different alien races and the historical interactions between them is beyond me.

    If you're an OG fan like me, don't wait, pick it up now. And if you're a newcomer and have interest, I strongly recommend giving this trilogy a try, you will not regret it.    … Expand

This was after playing only 2 hours of the original which i needed reminding that it is the clunkiest games in series... of course. (I've played 1&2 before way back in college but NEVER 3 so I moved on to 2). So shut my Fn mouth. Although there's still plenty of slightlyUgh, hopefully this replaces my original review where i called the presentation 'horrendous' and the gameplay 'hollow.' This was after playing only 2 hours of the original which i needed reminding that it is the clunkiest games in series... of course. (I've played 1&2 before way back in college but NEVER 3 so I moved on to 2). So shut my Fn mouth. ME1 is basically a whole different game and I had just forgotten how old and dated it is.

    My complaint is that the game has performance issues with very obvious frame drops every now and then. I'm playing this on a PS5 and had expected much better performance. I'm not sure if the problem lies with the game though, or if the PS5 backwards compatibility isn't very good.

    I know a lot of people complained about ME Andromeda. Sure it had technical issues. But people were complaining about everything from facial animations to gameplay. Let me tell you this. The facial animations in the original games isn't good. They are down right creepy with staring eyes a lot of the time. They often lack emotion. People simply doesn't remember. As for gameplay, the original games are very dated by modern standards and Andromeda is far superior in that level.

    Overall, the Legendary edition is the best way to experience Mass Effect, whether you've played the series before or not. Just know that you can't escape the fact that the games does feel dated.    … Expand

    So far I've finished the first Mass Effect on PS5 knowing that it had the most improvements. I've really enjoyed my time. I'm fairly new to Mass Effect and wasn't at all interested in it. But the legendary edition has given me a chance to play these games in their "best" state. I knew coming in that the first game was going to be a bit dated so I was prepared for any problems that I maySo far I've finished the first Mass Effect on PS5 knowing that it had the most improvements. I've really enjoyed my time. I'm fairly new to Mass Effect and wasn't at all interested in it. But the legendary edition has given me a chance to play these games in their "best" state. I knew coming in that the first game was going to be a bit dated so I was prepared for any problems that I may have, and there were a few dealing with the rover thing(I don't remember the actual name). And some minor audio bugs. But other than that it was good. So if I only encountered those minor things In arguably the game that need the most improvements I would assume the next two installment would at least maintain if not improve on the predecessor. The graphics do look fine, gameplay was good considering the date it came out and overall I've had a blast finally getting to play these games. I recommend this to veterans of the franchise and newcomers. It is well worth the $60 price tag with plenty of content to go around that will last you hours I'd almost consider this a steal. I believe most people would be pleased if you give this a deserving chance.

    Perfect remaster, couldn’t ask for a better upgrade on the originals.

    Would recommend to any old mass effect fan to buy!

    It is not a perfect remaster, but a much appreciated one! The original game was pretty rough to play so it was nice to see the much needed touch ups. The trilogy is not perfect overall, but I believe this was needed to remind gamers just how epic video games can be and how immersive the worlds and storytelling should be. I love this trilogy and hope Bioware can remember the craft and loveIt is not a perfect remaster, but a much appreciated one!     Can’t speak for Russia and the review bombing but for the American version, this is a solid 10 in every way. The greatest video game trilogy ever remastered, and each game looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone who has or hasn’t played them before.

    The three Mass Effect games are one of the best games ever made. Decision making and the attention to detail and nuances connected to it throughout all three games are amazing.
    This great story with great characters is a must-have for both nostalgia players and newcomers.

    Mass Effect: Legendary Edition offers the comprehensive experience that the whole trilogy rightfully deserves. Thanks to this, you can easily forgive it all sorts of small ailments associated with the age of individual parts and you drown dozens of unforgettable hours in the game without blinking an eye. Yes, even after such a long time.

    The Mass Effect Trilogy is incredible. The overarching story and its characters are excellent, and each one was better than the last. I wasn’t sure if these games would hold up in the current environment, but they absolutely do. They’re still worth playing, I recommend them, and to anyone about to jump in — play at a slower pace. Do not rush through. Explore everything they have to offer and relish in their richness.
