    All three entries are more buggy than the originals. Hopefully they make a patch to fix this. But knowing EA's history with the Mass Effect franchise, I doubt it.

    This review is mostly about the so called Remake and ''fixes'' that EA has done and not for any of the 3 Mass Effect Games ( We don't talk about that abomination Andromeda thankfully)

    Pluses: The 3 games are pretty compact and put in 1 place which saves you space and time.     Pluses:

    The 3 games are pretty compact and put in 1 place which saves you space and time.
    The Edition almost has all of the game's DLC's which is great (no need to buy them)
    There is a bit improvement in regards to how the cinematic looks and some overall Visual Character improvements.
    Some area's with bosses are now better due to added cover.
    Loading times for the most part have been shortened.

    Why the hell are you forced to run EA's crappy Origin to play Single Player games on steam? Bad Move EA no micro-transactions for you.

    For ME1 there have been barely any improvements in regards to the quality of the product I can't even say that its a Remaster to be honest. The entire game is as always very janky and the Mako is still incredibly awful when you control it over terrain, combat is also the same broken mess as the previous version.

    For ME2 Visually it looks great and the missions handle very well for the most part. My only issue is with the Camera angles which are worse than the original ME2 which I did not know it could be possible, characters phase or become fully invisible in some parts of the conversations.

    For ME3 I cant say that there are improvements on it visually and it looks like the original version.I keep experiencing camera issues when having conversations with the characters which I think never showed up on the original game.

    Overall it's fine if you want the entire collection + DLC on your steam Library but I can't say that there is anything really ''REMASTERED'' as they claim. I would suggest buying this on sale ( around 50%-60% off).    … Expand

    I was looking forward to an easy platinum but I found myself running around talking to npc’s for the first few hours.

    Very frustrating you need to manually guess where to go next using the journal and that the game doesn’t indicate where to go to next on these mazes of space ships. Did they pay for good ratings on this game ? It is no way near an 86 !!!! I gave up and am returning    I was looking forward to an easy platinum but I found myself running around talking to npc’s for the first few hours.

    Too much hype, very overrated. Maybe I was expecting too much for an admittedly old game, but I found it absolutely unattractive, and I do not mean the graphics and the gameplay mechanics.
    I really wonder why people find the story interesting. For me it was a complete mess and I simply did not "get" it.
    Perhaps my IQ is too limited...

    This is a Mass Effect fan’s dream. I played through the original trilogy years ago, so I wanted to play through it all again.
    The improvements made to ME1 are night and day, made what was an already enjoyable experience even better. Itching to play ME2 once I platinum ME1!

    There is no normal language selection option! Add the ability to separately select voiceovers and subtitles. For example, English voice + Russian subtitles.
    In Russian localization HORRIBLE voice acting !!! Why add voiceovers to one game without giving it all? This is stupid.

    The graphics are ****, and the character faces haven't even been updated, sure, it looks far better than the version made in 2007, but it still looks like a game made in 2010

    ME1+2 is like a corpse with make-up. No way to skip cutscenes, no new animations, no fixes of the clunkiness, etc. Surround sound is utterly broken. Look at Reddit for info but TL;DR the front speaker sound is in the back speakers. Don't have surround sound? Even worse, now you cannot hear half the game.

    The AI is also either as stupid as in the original or worse (it somehow feels worse    ME1+2 is like a corpse with make-up.     As a huge fan of the origional trilogy and preservation at great games seeing a studio that didnt create the content tamper with the content can be problematic. And unfortunatly there been alot of tampering here. Idealy have this trilogy get 1X enhancement would have been better.Unfortunatly we got a bare minimum upgrade that seems like an excuse for a quick buck and to tamper with theAs a huge fan of the origional trilogy and preservation at great games seeing a studio that didnt create the content tamper with the content can be problematic.     MA 1 was an RPG, now is a generic shooter. I played all 3 game right before this remaster was released and just limethe Sillent Hill HD collection, changes have been made that effect , mood, context, even some conversations have been messed with.    … Expand

    Why i Cant choose English Voices and Russian sub in my Game?! Why when i played on my PC and PS3 console in 2015-2017 years, i could choose this and play with pleasure, but now IS NOT ?
    I've been waiting for a re-release of the game for several years (this is no joke!), And now I can't play it!

    There is no subtitle in Portuguese, so for me it deserves this low grade. And in the middle of 2021 this is unacceptable! Brazil is one of the biggest consumers of games and we deserve respect!

    Its a shame nowdays to not give players a possibility to select VO and subtitles separately. In my case only ME1 has russian VO. This VO is disgusting! And I don't have an option to change it to english VO and leave russian subs!

    It is impossible to highly appreciate a game in which there is no elementary function of a separate choice of voice acting language and interface language. BioWare, add this to the game, stop bullying players in Russia. accidentally wrote this review under the version for x-box, but that's okay, the guys have the same problem there)

    абы что, начал с третьей части играть, моих нервов хватило и на 10 минут. Не стоит время тратить на это, а тем более деньги. В своё время прошел все 3 части, было круто. С тех пор пошло не мало времени, игра сильно устарела, думал это издание хоть как то изменит графику под современный уровень. Я ошибся, разработчики решили чисто денег срубить ничего не сделав по сути. Лучше бы над новойабы что, начал с третьей части играть, моих нервов хватило и на 10 минут. Не стоит время тратить на это, а тем более деньги. В своё время прошел все 3 части, было круто. С тех пор пошло не мало времени, игра сильно устарела, думал это издание хоть как то изменит графику под современный уровень. Я ошибся, разработчики решили чисто денег срубить ничего не сделав по сути. Лучше бы над новой частью бы трудились, а то всё в пустую, не себе не людям.     I just played the ME1 through in a ps4 legendary edition and went to me2.

    Limited ammo. Freaking limited ammo, in the world that invented a mass effect technology, which made limited ammo literally obsolete. It's like shooting flintlock riffle after an automatic. And when the gun is out of ammo("heatsinks")? Yo guess it it stops shooting.

    Because of EA.Why?Because EA didn't do anything with russian language. Why Electronic arts didn't change first part's localisation? And get it to other 2 parts?

    They did the bare minimum to resell you these games again. You are better off replaying the classics with mods than giving EA more of your money. They never learn.

    Mass Effect: Legendary Edition offers the comprehensive experience that the whole trilogy rightfully deserves. Thanks to this, you can easily forgive it all sorts of small ailments associated with the age of individual parts and you drown dozens of unforgettable hours in the game without blinking an eye. Yes, even after such a long time.

    The Mass Effect Trilogy is incredible. The overarching story and its characters are excellent, and each one was better than the last. I wasn’t sure if these games would hold up in the current environment, but they absolutely do. They’re still worth playing, I recommend them, and to anyone about to jump in — play at a slower pace. Do not rush through. Explore everything they have to offer and relish in their richness.
