    This game, like EA is a disgrace. Buying Madden NFL 21 or even the last three or more games in the series is the equivalent of buying an expensive broken down Lamborghini that's been in a dumpster for far too long, and reeks of rotten food, drugs and rat feces. Please don't waste your money.

Due to a complete lack of any type of understanding on how a game should be, and a complacent attitude from the Executives, the result of 0.0 has been enacted. A complete shamble of just major issues. I have an 80$ coaster, that serves my table safety, more so than my safety. It's money first, new game same frame next year. Wasted money,This is my first madden purchase since 2006. How can a billion dollar company not get the simplest football concepts right??? Save your money! Receivers don't animate. Game is super buggy. I'm just blown away at how they could put out such a bad product year in and year out.

    Not a terrible game on its own. Just the exact same game with absolutely no changes for close to a decade. The fact that EA expects their fan base to pay $60+ for a yearly roster update is beyond insulting. The amount of effort put into this review supercedes the entire time put into developing this game.

It's disheartening to load up a totally different sports game, and see a much heightened level of love put into that game than Madden. This is surprising since Madden 20 ran at a stable 60fps despite looking practically the same graphics wise. I’ve encountered a bunch of game breaking bugs and glitches which shows to me that they didn’t put care or effort into this game.     Don’t expect anything new from this game. Obviously 90% of every sports game is a reskin, but this isn’t a reskin. They made the game worse. This isn’t simulation football. This is NBA Live 14 in football form. If EA is still making football games at this quality in 5 years, NFL games will be dead.

It's been 4 years with the frostbite engine and it's still the same garbage, animations are a mess, ball physics is still awful, playing vs cpu is like taking a candy from a baby, there's 0 attention to detail, players ai is as bad as it's been for the last 15Plain and simple it's advertised as a football simulation game but it doesn't look like football and doesn't play like football.     The worst is that they're trying to pretend it's a game as service that will improve according to users feedback.... this is just infuriating, **** OFF !!! the players have been telling what they want for over a decade and it's the same garbage every year. 10+ years and i still have to turn on my fking ps2 and play espn 2k5 if i want actual simulation football.

    I remember how great this game use to be. Its the same game from the last 5 6 years at least. Its Glitchy, slow and buggy menus. Its the sNs exact game play its just a cooy and last mess. You could at least bring back FRANCHISE MODE already. All they focus on is that stupid card game to make money from dummies willing to pay .

It's pretty clear these games have become nothing more than cash grabs. I'll be playing ESPN NFL 2k5 until EA cleans this bs up.

The new Face of The Franchise storyline is terrible. It’s a step up from Madden 20s FOTF but it feels the exact same. The new Yard mode is basically a mobile game implemented into a Triple A title. Oh yeah, and those mouth pieces that players have been asking for for years, that’s exclusive to this mode. Franchise is still untouched and MUT is still as greedy as ever. Personally, I think 2K would do a much better job with the NFL license. Sure, they’re also being lazy with NBA 2K but at least they have a quality product before they do so. Do I think it’s worth to buy this game? No. Not in the slightest. NFL games from 2005 have way more content and enjoyment than Madden has had in its lifetime. NFL2K5 is a prime example of this. It’s also exactly what Madden isn’t: Simulation. Sure EA might have the contract for a Simulation NFL game, but they completely ignore the Simulation aspects of the game and instead only put their time and effort into microtransaction filled modes. If you currently own Madden 20 and are thinking about getting Madden 21, don’t. Throw that thought right out of your head.     I only bought the game because the next-gen version is included, but good lord is this version a complete pile of steaming dog feces. Constant crashes and glitches while in the menus, gameplay is hilariously bad, and franchise mode is completely forgotten. EA no longer deserves the NFL license, and I hope this tie is severed as soon as possible so 2k can produce a real simulation football game.

    I have owned every Madden game since the first one they released on Sega Genesis. The only one I didn't play is the very first one they released for Mac before Genesis. I am sad to say I am officially done with Madden. Year after year they keep recycling trash and 21 is the one that broke the camels back. Fixed your Franchise EA. So sick of your cash grabs

    For this year's edition of Madden NFL 21, I gave it a 6/10. Most of the points are for graphics, this game hasn't changed much since last year's edition which is why it's only a 6/10. Many have reported bugs and issues with the game, while I am not discrediting them, I am reviewing off of my experience and I haven't seen many bugs in the game. The most noticeable differences are theFor this year's edition of Madden NFL 21, I gave it a 6/10. Many have reported bugs and issues with the game, while I am not discrediting them, I am reviewing off of my experience and I haven't seen many bugs in the game. The most noticeable differences are the graphics, which are better, and the new O-Line and D-Line mechanics which I tend to prefer over Madden NFL 20. Now on to the bad things, if this game was flawless, it wouldn't be a 6/10. Franchise mode feels uninspired as usual, with little to no effort, and no real change. Bugs that have been in the game for years are still there along with some newer bugs piled on there. Commentary feels exactly the same with only minor changes and a few lines that were altered slightly. Face of the Franchise mode is worse than FOtF in Madden NFL 20, the story is cheesy, there are multiple glitches and bugs that take away from the overall immersion. The biggest change for the good in FOtF mode is that you can start the game all the way back in high school, which adds to the overall experience in my opinion. Ultimate Team, like usual is a cash grab that is built on microtransactions and loot boxes rather than real skill and team building. Superstar KO is essentially the same mode as it was in Madden NFL 20. I would say that the biggest addition to the game is the mode "The Yard" but even that mode feels generally uninspired. There is much to be improved on for Madden NFL 22, considering that the biggest changes from Madden NFL 20 to Madden NFL 21 being colorful uniforms, mouthguards, and better graphics.
    In conclusion, if you have Madden NFL 20, I recommend that you stay with that because Madden NFL 20 is the far better game.     This game has just gone down the greedy hole. Copy paste games like this earn billions while hard working triple a titles struggle. It's unacceptable and sad.

    Esse jogo é extremamente horrível seria melhor se não tivessem lançado a jogabilidade parece que ficou pior do que o jogo anterior, o gráficos não mudaram absolutamente nada... A única coisa que se salva foi o modo de jogo novo que eles lançaram, mas fora isso esse jogo é uma merda!!!!

    #NFLdropEA It's time for EA to put more effort in it's yearly title or just drop the NFL license. Maybe if 2k gets it we would have a great new NFL2k game. Year after year is the same stuff, since Madden 18, 4 years of the same stuff! Same cutscenes, same paywalls (now even worse with The Yard). I'm not even going to play Ultimate Team this year, not worth it. Please, EA, fix this#NFLdropEA It's time for EA to put more effort in it's yearly title or just drop the NFL license.     Played the game during the free weekend. After seeing the AI fail to cover simple routes and make completely ridiculous decisions on All Madden difficulty, I uninstalled the game.

    Madden NFL 21 is another blatant recycling of last year’s edition of the „simulation“ of the American football. Sadly, most of the modes remained the same. Gameplay received a few minor tweaks, and in the end it still persists as a cash grab not worth anybody’s time.

    For NFL diehards, there remains hundreds of gaming hours at your disposal in Madden 21. These same diehards – much like players of EA’s NHL and Sony’s The Show – will be left with the impression they’ve played this game before, however.
