    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The ending killed any chance that I'll ever boot up this game again.

    ---{ Story }---
    You're a lil dude wandering the desert and some ancient ruins, on the way discovering what happened to a lost civilisation i guess.

    ---{ Gameplay }---
    This is at best a walking simulator with light platforming. The reason I've given a low score is the end. You make your way through most of the game and when your each the mountain at the end your lil dude gets cold and loses his scarf and starts walking slowly, and... it's so bloody slow. I keep reading how it's supposed to portray the hardship of old age, or the struggle or whatever, but it DOESN'T because you're SITTING at HOME, PRESSING a BUTTON. For TEN. MINUTES. And quite frankly that's some hipster ****

    Very pretty, cool art style, lighting was nice.

    Amazing. The music changes with what you do, love that.

    None whatsoever.

    There are some collectables.

    Dull and pointless sum up the game. It looks OK for an indie game, but it could have come out two game generations ago. It's short, there's no replay value and there's very little first time play value.

    This game has high reviews purely for one reason- people view it as abstract art, not a game. If you want to spend a few hours admiring art- by all means, you might consider this game a    Dull and pointless sum up the game.     I have played this game on playstation 4 and 3 and I don't know why is getting so much positive stuff! It's not that good its only like 2 hours long and at times it can be really boring!

    I like art, story and meaning beyond just gameplay but this game is such a disappointment for me. I don't understand why all the love it got from the critics. There are some pretty parts but overall a dull boring game. It tool me about 1 1/2 hours to complete and I could not wait for it to be over. Don't buy but give it a try since it's free on PS4 this month and see if you agree.

    Thank god I didn't buy this game. If I didn't get it for "free" (PS+) I wouldn't even buy it. But since I got it for free, why not to try it. And I was disappointed. I don't know if I didn't get the story and the whole game or something, but it was an incredibly boring experience. And the snow section. Oh god, the snow section.     After years of reading rave reviews and suggestions that Journey is "one of the greatest games ever made", I finally played this game and I feel like I'm taking crazy pills because it's one of the most bland, boring, unrewarding experiences I've ever sat through. It's visually pretty enough, and the music is very nice. But aside of that I have nothing good to say about it. There's no real challenge, no bosses to overcome, no real puzzles or problems to solve, no story or plot to be had, and it's extremely short, it took me less than two hours to finish.

    Ever play a poor game with fantastic graphics(Crysis)? Ever play a fantastic game with poor graphics but you go so engrossed in the game that you ignored the visuals? This is neither.
    If this game was made by a student, alone, you probably congratulate said student on churning out ok work.     One of the most hyped games ever. There are not dialogues. There are games with better graphics than this game. It felt more like a walking simulator than an actual game. I do not understand the hype. I don't feel it poetic either. It's just a game where I had to walk for 2 hours doing nothing. May be others might have loved it, but, for me , personally, this game is way over hyped.!

    Stopped playing at tutorial. This game looks too boring to be true. Maybe later there is some sense, but from start it's boring you will fall asleep...

    Most overrated game ever. Seriously, people's standards have dropped so low that we accept a boring POS game where you run around in a desert collecting scarfs. Yeah I'm glad I wasted money on this junk.

    Ranks very highly on the list of most boring games I've ever played. Terrible graphics, annoying co-op and puzzles that are either babyish or impossible.

    I can't believe how over hyped this slow walking simulator is. incredibly boring. couldn't stand playing it for more than 10 minuets. people talk about art and inspiration because on one sunset scene, so what , other games like the witcher3 and MGS5 look 1000 times better . this garbage is aimed at hipsters who pretend to be artistic and try to find meaning behind boring nonsense .

    This is not a game. It is a dull and boring 90 minute film. I do not understand the hype. There is no challenge, no story, nothing... Thank god I did not pay for it. I would not recommend it even for Play Station Plus players who can get it for free this month.

    Really?!!! This is game? No way. This is Nothing with big "N". I like play RTS, FPS, Adventure but this is only nothing. I dont understand this Score. Dont waste time with nothing. Concrete genie is much more better. Because it is Game.

    Купил я эту поделку в конце 2015, начитался "отзывов", игра года и т.д. Я честно её прошел, наверное, посидел, подумал, а что это ваще такое? За что я деньги отдал? (хорошо скидка была 80%). Это поделка на коленке, без сюжета, без.... да без всего!
    Я искренне не понимаю, почему эту парилку игрой называют? Может я от моды отстал, но называть это "игрой года"?    Видал я дерьмо, но такое!

You just walk from point A to point B in a desert, sometimes there are ruins around and a dude joins you to overcome the tasks (and by tasks I mean: WALKING). A complete joke! I got this trash as the free game of the month at PS Plus and even then I feel like I was cheated.
