Jul 22, 2015It's a decent game, but it's less than 2 hours long and offers no replayability. The gameplay is solid, albeit extremely simple, and you can tell it's been designed to be played once and put aside. Not BAD, but not great.

Feb 3, 2017Journey is more interactive art than a game. You don't really have any real challenge and the gameplay is simplistic. It does however have an outstanding art style and soundtrack. It's brief but poignant and somehow creates and emotional impact, especially when adventuring with a random co-op player.

Aug 19, 2016Красиво, расслабляюще, но историей проникаешься как-то слабо. Ожидал большего погружения.

Sep 10, 2018Pros:
+ Graphics
+ Soundtrack
+ Puzzles
Cons:
- Boring
- Wouldn't classify this as being a "game" but more of an experience
- Little to no replay value whatsoever
Verdict: 5/10
Artsy games like this are not worth your time or money. If you want to be emotionally invested, go watch a movie. -

Jun 1, 2020In my opinion not so great game, like all critics and players say. Yes, it is very beautiful in some moments, it is rather meditative sometimes, but there are nothing else. All this beauty and senses you have to find by yourself, and it is right, but i dont think that it's enough from game to give you only textures and music.

Aug 17, 2016Interesting idea - walk around doing nothing. Watch the views. Enjoy the atmosphere. Also quite boring when you get to think of it. But hey, I enjoyed it for a while.

Aug 18, 2015Really don't understand what all the fuzz is about. This is an extremely short (2 hours), mediocre game. There is nothing out of the ordinary here, apart from that it's heavily overrated. Disappointing.

Sep 12, 2015Journey is a good indie game, with good visual, nice music, simple gameplay and unique atmosphere, but still this game is the most overhyped indie game ever

Apr 18, 2020Cute but awfully short and simple.
Visuals and art are good.
Content is so little that this can barely be considered a game. -
Sep 12, 2015Don't get me wrong, I love Journey. I really do. But this was a weak port. There's a visual downgrade (somehow...) from PS3 to the PS4 version. Nothing is as detailed, vibrant, or shiny in this version. And that is REALLY disappointing to me. The underlying game is basically the same, but it still can't hold up against the original version.

Oct 16, 2015What made Journey for me was essentially that, the 'Journey' itself. I had issues with other players basically messing about and not following the direction of the game so I had a much better experience following my own path. The landscapes and environments are simply stunning, Journey wasn't a thought provoking social bonding experience for me but it was a beautiful and fresh game to play.

Oct 27, 2015Boring, repetitive, one of the most overrated game. It has some art, but this is simply not enough. There is no reason to buy this game, I think. I understand, why it has to be hyped, but do not get fooled.

Aug 25, 2015The game is good. But who needed a remastered? If you want to play all PS3 game, then you have to buy the AMAZING PS3... I bought the PS4 and all I got is replaying the indies that were on the PS3... That's not cool at all..

Dec 30, 2015I'm totally disappointed !
the game length is 2:30 H and the game-play need more details and mechanics. Despite of the beauty of the environment i haven't enjoy playing journey. -

Sep 18, 2015Definitely worth a play but way too short - finished it in around 2 hours and took my time. Simple but satisfying to explore with diverse landscapes and no UI. Not much else to it. Cool game

CD-ActionOct 17, 2015It’s a disgrace not to know this game. [10/2015, p.61]
-
Oct 11, 2015It’s a simple remaster, but it makes a work of art all the more beautiful and immersive.

Sep 24, 2015It’s as much a part of the PlayStation legacy as Ico is, as Shadow Of The Colossus is. Its place in PlayStation legend goes beyond its similar presentation and taps into something more sublime, something more exhilarating.
