    Понравилась боевая система, графика и, конечно, мехазавры. Для старого железа PS4 игра работает отлично. Кроме немного затянутого вступления все на высшем уровне!

    I knew Horizon Forbidden West was gonna be a special game, but I didn’t expected to be this good. I think that the story is more interesting than Zero Dawn. I really like it. The environment is breath taking, I love exploring and getting lost in this huge world. The characters are realistic in their looks, voice and behavior. Gameplay and combat are really good. A lot improvements whereI knew Horizon Forbidden West was gonna be a special game, but I didn’t expected to be this good. I think that the story is more interesting than Zero Dawn. I really like it. The environment is breath taking, I love exploring and getting lost in this huge world. The characters are realistic in their looks, voice and behavior. Gameplay and combat are really good. A lot improvements where made, so you have way more options to play the game exactly how you like. The game runs perfect on a playstation 4.     I don't understand the negative reviews saying the characters are ugly or that its super buggy or theres too much dialogue in side quests??? You don't have to listen to all the dialogue if you dont want to, most of it is behind dialogue choices you can choose, and you can skip that by selecting the choice with the quest marker next to it. I have a base PS4 thats 8 years old, and I've run into only 2 minor graphical glitches abt 20 hrs in, which is amazing compared to many other AAA games where the glitches are game breaking and crash your system. I really like the character designs as well. They aren't ugly at all. They just look like real people. Not every character has to be a model. I'll admit the overall main story hasn't been as interesting as the first game, so I didn't give it a 10. But I am thoroughly enjoying my time in this game and I have no real complaints about it.… Expand

    This game is looking extraordinary. Guerilla made this one better in every way. Better graphics, better story, better gameplay. It has some glitches regarding the graphic like collision missing between Aloy and various objects. But the game feels so good once you get the pulse of the environment, and the story is glued nice also. I'll invest many many hours to complete it without rushing anything.

    Only negative thing about Forbidden West is the negative vibe the game has. Aloy too, is rather sarcastic and cold when compared to Aloy in the first game. And so are many of the people Aloy meets on her journey. And this negativity and 'maturity' is something that puts me off when compared to the happy trails of the first game.
    Still, that moan aside, definitely worth getting for PS4Pro. Just be prepared for a very long tutorial. There are two tutorial areas you have to play thru before the main map opens up, and it takes hours to trudge thru them. (took me around seven hours). But persevere and you'll eventually get to the good stuff.    … Expand

    This was worth the 5-year wait for me. Graphics are beautiful on the PS4 Pro and, so far, no bugs for me 10+ hours in. Smooth and snappy controls and combat is great (better than the first game) as usual. IMHO Guerilla Games knocked this one out the the park.

Квесты стали "объемнее" и более навороченными. Тормозов, лагов пока не ловил. В любой "мясорубке" управление очень отзывчевое.
    Если не играть а изучать картинку с лупой, то можно увидеть    Играю на ps4 pro. Картинка по сравнению с HZD сделала огромный шаг вперед. Но это неизбежно, слишком навороченная графика и достаточно слабое на сегодняшний день железо. Но при этом оптимизация на высшем уровне, ничего не тупит. Единственный момент что мне не понравился, это почему то именно в инвентаре плойка начинает идти на взлет, при этом в соседних вкладках как и в самой игре этого нет.    … Expand

    The game is awesome! It's the first game I bought on release day and I did not regret it! The graphics are improvised, vegetations are far better than Zero Dawn, the map is bigger than Zero Dawn (excluding Frozen Wilds), the combat is quite fun (still requires more improvement), and overall a 9/10 game during this review. I purposely added 1 more points to combat the review bombingThe game is awesome! It's the first game I bought on release day and I did not regret it!     Now, why a 9/10 you may ask? Simple. Bugs. I've not encountered as many bugs on other games before. The last time I noclipped out of a map is on Lifeafter (Mobile) and Horizon is the most recent as of typing this review. Though the game may be a little buggy (it's not that serious for me really), I believe Guerilla is really committed to put an end to it and fix every bugs for this game in the future. Other players experienced a bug where the ruins in "Las Vegas" did not load for some time. Frankly, I did not experience the same thing even on a PS4 Slim. The worst one I got so far is the noclipping I mentioned earlier.

    This paragraph is about the review bombing. Do NOT believe them. Whatever they may say, it is most likely just to alter everyone's mind to not appreciate this beautifully crafted masterpiece. Most of them are probably just Microsoft/Xbox fanboys just trying to ruin everyone's fun. If the same review bombing happened a day after GoW Ragnarok releases, it proves my point is correct.

    Do I suggest buying this game? Yes. Very. Is the bug really that bad? Personally, no. Do I think Guerilla cares to fix the bugs? Yes. CDPR has shown their effort, why Guerilla wouldn't? Is the game an improvement from it's predecessor? Yes. Not a big improvement but still an improvement. That's all from me. Good hunting everyone!    … Expand

    Saw this game was getting review bombed and had to post my honest review. It’s the best game I’ve ever played and I’m on a PS4 Pro. I’m only at about 40% completed at last check. The game crashed once but that’s because I rush through loading zones and push all the high computational load buttons at once, hehe.     I had high expectations for this game and it has exceeded them so far. That’s hard to do, especially at game release.

    If you’re new to Horizon definitely play Zero Dawn first. (I’ve played through that one at least five times and have the platinum trophy.)

    Started playing it today on PS4. About 3 hours in and loving it just like the original. Yes it is a little glitchy but these are all things that will get sorted with future patches. Yes Aloy is still Social Justice Warrior-ish. The graphics are fantastic. The gameplay is awesome. A great single player game in a Battle Royale world.

    - constantly improve gear to be able to backtrack and open previous roadblocks, or go to new areas unable to reach before
    - greatly improved skill trees give a more personalized experience and better RPG feel
    -plenty of weapons and better crafting system than before, die your gear, give weapons additional traits, more outfits, more special moves
    -cooking buffs, more quests, more tribes, more NPC’s, more machines
    -immensely improved melee combat with wicked combos and special abilities
    -simple well laid out buttons and HUD
    -mini games like hunting trials, fighting pits, a board game, time trials …..

    Game has plenty of content, I am currently 26hours in and have been focused on completing side quests and random tasks and am at 30% completion. I don’t write reviews often but needed to simply because I am having such a good time with this! Hope this helps!    … Expand

    This is the game that proves the PS4 is still a very viable console with a lot of steam left in it. Though there are a few texture pop-ins and transition stutters here and there, there is no denying that Horizon Forbidden West on the PS4 is still a visually stunning experience with an amazing soundtrack and gameplay to match.

    The first was good but this sequel is great.
    The dialogue in HZD wasn’t all that good but this has been much improved and tightened up. The combat is excellent and the variety of machines is bigger and better. The lowest rating I could see this game fairly getting from a subjective review is a 7 maybe 6. Anything else lower in these user reviews is completely bogus and should be deleted. This game is easily one of the best if not the best open world game ever made. So beautiful, so much to do. Ironically one of the only downsides I can think of is how overwhelming everything is. There is so much to do and learn that you might stress out over where to start. At every level it is a better and deeper game than horizon zero dawn was. If that game deserves an 8.4 user score, this one deserves an 8.9 or higher. I just left the daunt which is technically the secondary tutorial section and I’ve played for over a dozen hours. There’s just so much to explore and do. The tower climbing side tasks are better off left for when you get a flying mount though.. those can be a bit DAUNTing and monotonous if not for the gorgeous scenery. There’s also a lot of settings that fix many of the superficial or ridiculous issues some reviewers are bringing up. This is one of those game you’ll think about playing all day until you can get back on it, don’t miss out.… Expand

    The game is much better then I ever expected it to be. So much fun that I am 10 hours in and still not crossed into the forbidden west. Doing everything 100% on ultra hard and having much fun :)

    The game has so many details in details and never saw something like this in a linear game, so other open world games can not even compete.

    Metacritic debe revisar el tremendo review bombing que se está llevando este juego por parte de la peor comunidad de la historia del videojuego, la de Xbox. El juego es excelente en todos sus apartados y se ve gráficamente por encima de todo lo mostrado en la competencia incluso en ps4

    Giving the game a 10 to counter all the stupid people giving the game anything less than a 7. This game is phenomenal. I’m genuinely extremely impressed with how well this games plays and looks on the BASE PS4. If you liked the first, you will like Forbidden West.

Although, with some of the stories, I do feel as if they trying to put some political factors with the woke culture, but with how the gameplay is, I can let it go.

    Now, what makes this game better isn't much of the story, but it does help, but the new tools that they give you over the gameplay. As they'll help you get around easier but also helps you get into areas that you couldn't get to earlier.

    The only problem I have is the climbing, as it won't allow you to climb everywhere as you would like. I understand that there are some areas that if you're not high enough level, you would have big problems or going there before the main story isn't wise to do so, so preventing people from going to these areas is understandable. But that's not true for most areas, it's like they want you to get where you're going by the longest route possible.

    just so ppl know i am playing this game on a base PS4 and yes i have seen a few bugs but they are few and far between and have e a few friends that have the game on PS5 and they say the same thing

    the graphics even on a base PS4 are great and from what i have played of the story that is also leading to great things as well i would highly recommend this game to anyone

    EDIT: I have just finished the story to this game and it is very good, after the credits, the world changes to show what you have done in the main story quests which were not in the first game and I think is a good addition can't wait for the 3rd game to come out and see what happens in the story still would highly recommend to anyone    … Expand

    If you liked the first game you'll love this. Improves on everything that was great about the first game and fixes everything that was wrong with it, I can't think of a single problem I have with it. No filler and the side quests are fun and unique.

Being the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, I have to recommend playing the first game before Foribidden West because you’d be pretty overwhelmed for most of the game trying to understand why this post-apocalyptic world is overrunIs this game worth buying? Absolutely. If you’re a big fan of open world adventure games or you enjoy games with a great story arc, you don’t want to miss this one. Being the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, I have to recommend playing the first game before Foribidden West because you’d be pretty overwhelmed for most of the game trying to understand why this post-apocalyptic world is overrun by killer robot dinosaurs. It’s also worth mentioning that Zero Dawn’s story arc really toes the line between fiction & reality to the point that the story is almost believable, whereas Forbidden West takes a much deeper dive into the Sci-Fi realm. That’s not to say that it isn’t a great experience, but the devs weren’t quite able to recapture the magic you felt while playing the first game as you pieced together the greater meaning of Aloy’s existence and how it connects to the mystery of the robots and why all life on earth was nearly eradicated. The stakes couldn’t have been higher as we slowly learned that humanity’s existence was threatened for a second time, and it really made you feel for this incredible character and how far she was willing to go to prevent it from happening (again). Forbidden West is a fantastic continuation of that story as we venture deeper into the series of events that led up to the impending apocalypse of Zero Dawn. The stakes don’t feel quite as high this time around, but they more than make up for it with improvements in combat, world building, & engaging side content. Forbidden West is a hell of an adventure and one of the most stunning, awe-inspiring games I’ve played in years. I ran into very few bugs playing on a standard PS4, and although it doesn’t compare to the visuals of the PS5, it is still a high quality game that I strongly recommend.… Expand

    I'm giving this a 10 to combat the trolls, it's really a 9

    I play on the PS4 pro and have yet to encounter any game breaking bugs other people are posting about. This game does not have fetch quests and it's fully fleshed out. If you liked the original you'll like this one

    The most unique world design in ages continues in this second installment. Prettier, with old friends popping up as your rush onward to save the world. Minor issues have been a couple graphics stuttering but nothing a save and restart didn't fix.

    Ive been playing fot a bit after work everyday this week so far and im loving every minute of it it feals and like horizon zero dawn on steroids and i love that. The combat is smooth and flows perfectly (Imo) wether your fighting one enemy or several at once. The story so far both main and all tge side stuff keeps my attention. It looks beautiful and the cutscens are wonderfully done

    It plays so smooth on normal PS4 and it looks amazing, Guerrilla and Sony did an incredible job of supporting the PS4 players with another masterpiece with great performance on such old hardware!!!

    There’s nothing wrong with learning from your competitors, but what’s the point of copying stuff that’s mocked even by Ubisoft fans? Hopefully, next time Guerrilla will focus more on Horizon’s own strengths: unique world and mechosaurs that are so fun to take apart. [Issue#259, p.72]
