    This game reminded me how much I like story driven and narrative video games where your choices play a role in the story development.. I couldn't put it down until I finished it in the middle of a night.

    Dentro de todo un buen juego , eso si , nada del otro mundo. Graficamente muy bueno. La historia es bastante buena, lo malo es que el comienzo es realmente muy aburrido, casi dejo el juego ahi. Una vez que pasas esas primeras horas, el juego va tomando ritmo y al final vale la pena haberlo jugado.

    Heavy Rain is an interactive crime mystery based on human relationships that feels like it was made by someone who has never interacted with human beings, witnessed any sort of emotional responses or watched anything other than cheap B-movie thrillers. Ok at best, laughably bad at worst.

    The motion control is so annoying I wished they could of dropped that in this remaster. The actual story subject material is very distasteful about children being murdered. This game is very dark and this game is in no way fun. It is a intentionally emotionally painful experience to go through and witness.

    Sometimes to much pointless everyday hum drum padding filler slows the pacing all down. I do has some gripes with the Ethan and Madison story line options. No spoilers one point fell rushed beyond belief and the other was a illogical inconsistency. Where outcome should of created the opposite of my first run happy ending. The other characters story lines were fine and I didn't pick up on anything that created a illogical inconsistency. I do believe this game has multiple branching endings.

    Even though the subject material was so far from my taste I was invested in all the characters outcomes. However as a game it kind of sucks to play. The QTE in this game are more annoying than most games of this type and oh boy that motion control is really finicky at times.    … Expand

Your dumb kid Jason was about to get run over by a car, but you, Ethan, jumped in front of the car before the car hit Jason, and Jason died and Ethan left without a scratch. The voice acting was bad, but not that bad, and the music was relaxing, as well as the rain drops. The story sucked balls, and so did the 17 endings, where most of them weren't even that different. The 'remastered' graphics were ****
    Overall, a tedious grinding and unsatisfying game I only played so I could be allowed to review it.    … Expand

    I made an account just to write this review and to warn others of how profoundly **** this game is. I would be thorough but I've already wasted enough hours of my life playing this. It baffles me how people have uttered the word "masterpiece" in relation to this title. It's just a movie where you press buttons sometimes. The killer's identity is unpredictable but only because it's completely implausible and makes zero sense. There is no reward in finishing this except the release from an unfinished game in my library. Do not spend your precious money and time.     This was one of the worsts experiences i've EVER had playing games. The game has such a boring and no-action story, with a weird gameplay (I know it's a "interactive film", even because I played Detroit: Become Human and i LOVED it) and grafics sucks (considering it's a remastered). Here we can see how Quantic Dreams' games have evoluted, every little detail of Detroit is better than this.

    The story is good, no doubt about It, however the movements controls are terrible. The rate could go up with an option to disable these controls.

    And turns out I had reasons for that. What an tremendous story! What a twist! I could never imagine Shelby being the Killer!
    My only problem was gameplay-wise. Sometimes it feels clunky and responds badly.
    Overall, it's a great game. Anyone who say "this isn't a game" should rethink their concepts.    … Expand

    I've enjoyed quite a few of QD's games, and I know this was well received - so had high hopes. However I can't get past both the clunky living-mannequin feel for the control ( seriously which decade are we in) or the over-the-top emotional manipulation with a sledge-hammer. This game sunk with me within the first 3 hours. It's the gamer equivalent of pessimist-porn... how grim can you makeI've enjoyed quite a few of QD's games, and I know this was well received - so had high hopes. While the story has plot holes it keeps you on edge and the possibility of characters dieing and different endings created a whole new genre in 2010. 10 years later the clunky controls and robotic acting are frustrating (especially the motion controls).

    Для меня данная игра останется лучшим творение квантиков. Даже столь нашумевший Детройт не сравнится с ней. Очень сильный, а главное интересный сюжет. На протяжении всей игры вас держат в напряжении и ставят перед различным выбором, который в дальнейшем может кардинально перевернуть всю игру. Больше всего понравилась история Нормана Джейдена.     Не понимаю зачем в финале нужно было делать намёк на продолжение если сиквел никогда не выйдет, но в основном игра отличная!

    It was a bad idea to play this game in 2019. The graphic is to bad for our time, but all other parts of the bame are rather good:

    -great atmosphere throughout the whole game; -the story itself, good enough; -possibility to make the key decisions (not so important, but they are); All this things make you want to play Heaby Rain again.     All this things make you want to play Heaby Rain again. But there are and weak moments - not the best dialogues, very very bad voices in russian version.

    P.S. Recomend to try this one first and just after - Detroit. I did a mistake and played Heavy Rain first, so my impression of the game turned out blurry.    … Expand

    It doesn’t offer anything new for anyone who already played the original. On the other hand, the graphics are significantly overhauled, making this remastered version a safe choice for anyone who didn’t had the chance to experience this excellent interactive drama.
