    Cons first:
    - only a handful of tracks with a couple variants each; where's Nuerburgring, Spa, Monza, Suzuka, de la Sarthe, Laguna Seca, Monaco?
    - same goes for racing disciplines: barely any open-wheel or A-to-B sprint, no drift or drag, and endurance is there in name only. I'm guessing Codemonsters are holding back for DLC. - barebones multiplayer - poor performance despite mediocre

    - pointless teammate system, since only your personal results matter.
Just one upside: unexpectedly large number of unlockable cosmetics (car liveries, profile designs, etc.) If this is supposed to be their norm now, I wish we could still buy TOCA Racedriver 3 digitally.

Pre-ordered the game in the hope of it being similar to their first GRID game from 2008. Man I'm disappointed...
No touge, drift or demolition derby events. No starting from the bottom and only being able to be hired by other teams. Limited sprint and open wheel races. Even the damage system is crap. There's no damage at all that impacts your driving ability unless you hit a wall head on,

The only good thing are the slightly better graphics compared to the original Race Driver: GRID. But that was to be expected after 11 years...

720p and 30fps on PS4, are you f kidding me? Driveclub have 1080p 30fps, but he has great lighting. GTS have 1080p 60fps! This game is just disgusting. Primitive career. Boring. Awful.

I feel stupid i pre-ordered this game. Online is lacking. There are only quick matches. You can't play with a teammate. Statistics are missing in this game. You don't have a parking garage. In online mode the starting grid seems bugged. Some players count downs are quicker then others.

In offline the AI is really stupid. It's good to be aggressive, but this ain't aggressive, just plain

I payed € 90,- for this trash. Even the original GRID is better.

Such a big disappointment for Grid again, there was no need for a "Reboot" and i can say for sure that they cannot even achieve the success of their first Grid 2008 game...

The damage system looks stunning but the physics ruin the whole experience.

The thing is that the original price is 54.99 but the actual price should have been 19.99...

    I will skip this.

I purchased Grid looking for the thrill slick driving simulation that came with Grid 2. What made that game a little different was its brilliantly balanced simulation which was accompanied by other features such as the "Overtake" mode. This isn't a scratch on the Grid name which it was then. Having been forced to take part in three races before I even get to the menu screen (one of which being drive in a circle...boring), I was let down by once again no Overtake mode. Only Time Trials and Races. Limited. Desperately searching for a reason to keep playing I chose a tuner vehicle which I thought would be a bit more nimble around the corners... nope disappointment strikes again. Sorry Grid, I've been let down too many times by this franchise now. I'll stick to playing the exciting and different Grid 2, a remastered graphics would be nice...probably the only thing I liked about this GRID. Expand

This games only runs at 30 fps in PS4 and lacks the option of a performance mode. Every racing game that is not capable of running at 60fps is unacceptable. Just forget this dissapointment exist and get GT Sport, looks much better, runs at 60fps, has three times more content and it´s better in any aspect.

overall a pretty big disappointment. Driving feel is still amazing as it should be.......but the AI is horribly dumb. Very small track variety, online is barebones (like something out of a ps2 title), graphics are outdated, career mode is bland and boring. Feels like little to no effort was made in this game. Most of the games assets are just copy and pasted from other titles. Not tooverall a pretty big disappointment. Driving feel is still amazing as it should be.......but the AI is horribly dumb. Most of the games assets are just copy and pasted from other titles. Not to mention its chock full of greedy macro-transactions with plenty more to come. Ill still play from time to time because the racing feel is so good, but its gonna get old quick. Somehow we've come to a time when NFS is better then Grid....what a sad reality. Expand

The worst GRID game ever played. Cars are floating on the road. Worse than many other arcade games. worse than the origin of Grid and Grid 2

As a fan of TOCA and GRID series i can tell that variety of tracks and cars is good, unfortunately crooked gameplay between sim and arcade driving not bringing positive emotions, lack of fps and optimization ruined totally this game. Codemasters could do better, as they did in the past.

I don't like to pay for a full game and then buy paid seasons - it's not a free to play game codemasters.
I've played all previous parts but I was disappointed to see how this game looks and feels. Graphics for a 2019 game is so bad. It seems like cars don't have a weight model.

A solid reboot of the popular racing series, which is strong when it comes to driving, but it suffers from lack of content and rushed development. The game could have used a few more months of development, so that even the biggest perfectionist wouldn´t have any issues. [Issue#299]

The incredible visuals don’t (quite) make up for the unbalanced racing, and the kinetic feel, pit radio, career mode, and damage modelling are all inferior to the 2008 original. [Issue#169, p.86]

Codemasters managed to create the perfect racing atmosphere, utilizing a top-notch driving model and excellent AI, but then they kind of forgot about everything else: the car pool is tiny, the Career Mode is non-existent, the team management is lacklustre.
