    Having played this on both the Xbox 360 and PS4. I have to admit, this was a much needed upgrade. The new content was a welcome addition, especially after being away from the game for more than a year! To be honest, there is just TOO MUCH to do!! (Which isn't a bad thing, there were just a LOT of updates to multiplayer since March of 2015.)

    GTA Online will suck you in, yet at the same time, I kind of wished they would've addressed the loading times between online matches. The wait is shorter than the 360, but not by a whole lot. To me, it has deterred from me playing it on a regular basis again. Although, a HUGE PLUS for me was that I could transfer my GTA character from a Xbox 360 version to the PS4. (As R* uses their own servers to streamline character data to all platforms.) So I never lost any progress and can continue to enjoy the GTA Online right where I left off!!

    As for the main game, GTAV is a masterpiece!! No question about it! As a fan since GTA III, I've seen the games get bigger and bigger sandboxes each time! Yet they never seem to be short of sand and fun toys to play with! As for the story, I loved it, for the exception of FRANKLIN.

    Why?! Because the other two guys get some type of closure or at least a reasonable conclusion to their stories. I kind of felt Franklin was the centerpiece of the story, with Trevor and Michael being his guidance towards and away from his grip on the world he lived in. Sure, Trevor and Michael have their own stories (which are AMAZING), but there just seemed to be very little attention to fleshing out his character. Hell, I thought CJ's character from GTA Sandreas had more depth than him!! By the end of the game, I felt sorry for Franklin, as he seemed just sad and alone...but maybe that's just me.

    Gameplay wise, GTA is the best its ever been. Driving has been drastically improved. (even though, I overcame the "bad handling" in GTA IV just fine when I played it.) Gunplay still remains tight and has been optimized, but still remains the same outside of the special abilities each character gets. And the world is just massive, with tons of diversions and places to explore.

    My only major complaint, NO FAST TRAVEL in the main game OR GTA Online.

    Outside of that, GTAV is a MUST PLAY for any mature gamer out there!    … Expand

    Fabulous game but at late game it may be turn a bit repetitive. Great graphics, great story, an great open world with much things to do, but i felt that it's missing something to the perfection.

    It was brought to the next generation consoles, and gamers were astonished by the amazing graphics Grand Theft Auto 5 has. It has improved textures and much more. Rockstar has added attention to detail in the game like: oil spilling out of a damaged car, flags moving when a grenade blows up near it, and your characters clothes being wet after coming out of water or in rain.

    Probably the most played feature in Grand Theft Auto 5 is GTA Online. This quite obviously lets you play with other people across the globe and also your friends. It constantly gets updated, and snow is seen at Christmas Time. GTA Online allows people to create their own levels and when published people can play it and earn money from it. After completing something like a heist or a mission you will be rewarded with money and RP. RP is what levels you up in GTA Online, and the more you level up the more stuff you can get. A player can progress all the way to rank 8,000. You can do multiple things with your money such as: buy houses/apartments. You can also buy flashy vehicles and customise them at Los Santos Customs, or some vehicles are able to go to the other mod shop: Benny's Original Motorworks and go full out with the customization options they are given. Players can also buy guns on GTA Online just like in story mode. These guns can be used in free mode, heists, missions, or user created levels that allow them to.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto 5 is a must buy game on a gamer's list, and if you are still unsure about buying the game you can watch videos of the game from channels on YouTube. I guarantee almost all of the gaming related channels will have at least one video of Grand Theft Auto 5.    … Expand

    Al fin volvemos al gran mapa ''San Andreas'', un mapa extenso, lleno de vida como NPC, el paisaje, autos, etc. En cuanto la historia esta muy buena, aunque no supera al GTA 4.

    Se puede decir algo que no se haya dicho ya. Un género que a mi no me apasiona pero que sin embargo con este título me engancho a la Play como con pocos juegos de la consola. No es el juego que más me ha gustado pero sin embargo es de los más divertidos y muy bien trabajado. Le pongo un 94/100

    great game as you would expect from GTA series .... story is great and makes you want play ...online also excellent i spent 110 days in gtao so far and yet i always find something to do thanks to the fact online keeps expanding all the time..great overall experience

    What to add. A nice game with an open world. Single-player is great and Online is a lot of good add-ons still being added, for example, Gun Runners or Stunt Race (the old I know but it's great). A large selection of weapons each chooses to be his favorite. Beautiful and fast cars. There is nothing to tell this game is super snort to buy if you think about it. 9/10 IGN

    Definitely a must-play. For me, this is the second best story out of the GTA games, with GTA IV and its DLCs taking the first place. The controls are great and the game just feels right. I didn't encounter any bugs.

    The biggest issue I have with this game is auto-aim system, which is just too strong and feels like aimbotting. Turning it off in the settings means that your character will still aim at the targets almost instantly, but won't lock the crosshair at them after that.     Overall a very fun game, with an amazing graphic. The addition of the first person mode made this game a lot more enjoyable than previous Grand Theft Auto games. Unfortunately the first person mode was not fully thought out and there are many instances where a mission or activity is not doable efficiently in it.     One of the best PS4-Games ever, the PS3-Version of course too. Unbelievable how much free material Rockstar gives everyone for GTA Online. I don't think there is any game out there that can compete contentwise with GTA V.

    The only thing that I thought that they could add in the game is to where you could break in to other peoples houses like you could in San Andreas. I loved the customization they added for the cars as I would spend all day doing that. They could've added more customization options to the houses you are eventually going to own. It was a great game, interesting story and great characters.

    Rockstar at its finest, GTA V is a classic, with a great story. Also, the graphics still look good and the game is already 6 years old. Definitely a must play.

    Grand Theft Auto V is a really good game, an interesting story and characters, fun open world and funny dialog. I like how grown up this game is and how its not afraid to be controversial, but after a while it does become stale and boring but that's probably because iv'e been playing it since it was released on the PS3 in September 2013. Overall its a ton of fun.

The game story is about three men, Franklin, Michael and Trevor. The story begins with these men in a bank assault. The assault was successfully, but, one of them died, the escape driver. From there, the story unfolds with varied missions.
    The game was revolutionary in the 3rd person games, with an open world, being influential to other games in the industry. Still today, the game keeps a good fan base around the world with his online mode.

    After how much I loved Red Dead Redemption 2, I couldn't resist checking out Rockstar's previous highly acclaimed game, Grand Theft Auto 5. This story was absolutely hilarious and I loved the journey of playing through 3 characters with drastically different personalities and somehow forming a story that made everything come together. The game was quickly addicting and was a lot of funAfter how much I loved Red Dead Redemption 2, I couldn't resist checking out Rockstar's previous highly acclaimed game, Grand Theft Auto 5. This story was absolutely hilarious and I loved the journey of playing through 3 characters with drastically different personalities and somehow forming a story that made everything come together.     Story mode was very fun and good story. Online gave me a lot of fun grinding Rooftop Rumble to get a lot of money. Money glitches gave me millions upon millions of dollars and I bought everything I could've ever wanted.

The driving physics were dramatically improved from GTA IV, as in GTA IV cars slided a lot and crashing into things wasn't too realistic. Rockstar finally got it right with that. But, there were some missed opporruntities withFor its time, this game was amazing. The story is amazing. The idea of playing 3 characters is really creative and I hope Rockstar does a concept like that again. But, there were some missed opporruntities with the end of this. You end up with at least 10 million of each character and at most 30 million. But you can't spend that money on much things. Cars and property. And there's only 2 or 3 properties you can purchase from each character. They were planning on adding the addition to purchase houses but just decided to keep that on GTA Online. This game would've been way more entertaining if given a chance to purchase houses. Also, a DLC would've been awesome. Like a prelude when it was just Michael, Trevor, and Brad. And we get to see how Michael made a deal with the FIB. But despite missed opportunities this was still an amazing game.… Expand

    This game is near flawless. The story is great and rewarding. The quests, while mainly just a repeat of quests from previous games, still feel satisfying. The driving took me some time to get used to, but now i really like it.     Cuando gta V salió en 2013 para la anterior generación de consolas exprimió todo el poder de ps3 y xbox 360, a nivel gráfico y técnico, era un juego muy impresionante de ver. Las físicas los detalles, además de su gran mapa lleno de historias. Gta V es uno de los mejores juegos de la década.

    Gta V è senza ombra di dubbio un capolavoro. Sia l'esperienza single player che quella online risultano divertenti ed ispirate. L'unica pecca è la politica terribile attuata da rockstar games per la sezione online, in cui rischi di finire in lobby punitive insieme a decine di hacker per motivi ridicoli. Punire un giocatore onesto che ha pure pagato per il gioco full price è assurdo.

    I love the Grand Theft Auto games and since getting a new game console I had to get GTA5. I cannot believe how bad I am at it now! I had such difficulty getting the hang of playing again but it is coming back to me. I love the storyline and always having something in the game to do. My stepdad even liked it, which I was surprised because these used to not be his kind of games. Honesty,I love the Grand Theft Auto games and since getting a new game console I had to get GTA5.     Я столько думал за игру, "Что написать?", "Что сказать?" и пришел к выводу, что все и так уже знают что это за игра и почему она уже популярнее легендарной Sanandreas. Это вершина эволюции серии GTA, пока что, потом что с таким подходом к играм, не стоит переживать за будущее этой серии, как и за будущее компании тоже, я очень надеюсь что следующие их игры будет не хуже и что на примереЯ столько думал за игру, "Что написать?", "Что сказать?" и пришел к выводу, что все и так уже знают что это за игра и почему она уже популярнее легендарной Sanandreas.     GTA V was arguably one of the most anticipated and best games of the last generation and it's re-release on the PS4 is highly welcomed but I wouldn't say it's an absolutely essential purchase for everyone, even those who particularly enjoyed it on the PS3.

The story is very unique it gets interesting sometimes and it flops sometimes, the gameplay can fun but sometimes the gameplay can be just boring. But the amount of open world freedom in this game is so damn amazing, you can almost do everything work steal destroy everything. However the online is kinda weak, when it works it’s fantastic and when it doesn’t it’s unplayable basically. I’m very conflicted on this game it does everything right but for some reason the easier stuff to do are just forgotten about. Grand Theft Auto Five is a must have to everyone that isn’t under 18, it’s almost perfect open world great story and online, which of course when it works you will be having the best days playing with your pals...If you have pals of course.     Rockstar were able to bring a level of polish to GTA V few can even imagine. Great protagonists, fantastic main story missions and the sense of living in a real city make this one of the best in the series.

    This is a review based on the campaign and not pvp. Great game, I hadn't played a GTA since Vice city and I had a great time with this one. There was a ton of things to do and i'm sure i barely even scratched the surface on post game content. I enjoyed the story and the gameplay.     Had a good time. Good story and fun to play. I've played Vice City and San Andreas and V was better in just about every way. Was disappointed to see things like the ambulance missions and vigilante missions not be in this one. Not that there's a lacking of things to do, it's just that those side missions were a staple of the franchise. The game is also a bit too easy. There's no difficultHad a good time.     The biggest GTA to date. While one could argue the graphics and enemy A.I. isn't better than GTA4, there is no denying the improvements to gameplay, and the online mode. The mere fact that it still has a big player base online over 7 years since the PS3 days, this game still is a money maker and providing enjoyment to players all over the world.

    It's terribly difficult to find anything bad or critical to say about this game.
    If you love open-world, do-what-you-want games -- this may be the best-of-the-best.
    It's real and authentic -- while retaining that Grand-Theft-Auto-cartoon-esque vibe.

    Ya todos lo conocemos, el mejor GTA hasta la fecha, mundo abierto, podes hacer lo que quieras en la ciudad de Los Santos, junto a sus 3 protagonistas, 4 si contas el online que ya practicamente es un juego aparte de todo el contenido que tiene.

    La historia es excelente, esta muy bien contada, de como las 3 personas de no conocerce o tener cosas en comun, a crear una mafia en donde realizan robos millonarios. No tengo nada que criticarle, es excelente.

    La jugabilidad es buenisima, muy al estilo Rockstar, mucho autoapuntado, la conduccion de los autos esta excelentemente lograda y super detallada para el juego que es.

    Los graficos son buenisimos para la epoca, actualmente en 2021 ya se ve viejo, habra que ver como seran las versiones de PS5 y Xbox Series X|S pero no creo que sean la gran diferencia, pero para el momento que salio en 2013 para PS3 y Xbox 360, era increible.

    El mapa es excelente, super vivo, lleno de cosas para hacer, explorar y descubrir,

    Al principio dije que pueden ser 4 protagonistas, es que ese 4to personaje se debe al online que tan importante es que se merece un punto aparte en el juego, ya que cuenta su propia historia, podes crear una mafia junto a tus amigos y realizar golpes en diferentes partes del mapa. La verdad que a mi personalmente no me llama la atencion el online por lo que no soy la mejor persona para hablar de el, lo que si me cuentan los que juegan muy seguido es que los tiempos de carga son larguisimos, cuesta mucho arrancar siendo un nivel muy bajo y de que esta lleno de hackers.

    El juegos en PS4 tiene un framerate malisimo, siendo un juego de PS3 anda super lagueado, a 30 fps o menos de promedio, inclusive en PC tiene una mala optimizacion.

    Justamente por estos problemas de optimizacion y problemas con el online es que no se lleva una calificacion perfecta, pero aun asi es un juego excelente super recomendable, y facilmente uno de los mejores juegos de la decada y de la 7ma o 8va generacion de consolas    … Expand

    GTA5 zeigt jedoch auch klare Gameplay Schwächen. So ist die Shooter Mechanik etwas hakelig. Und auch manch Verfolgungsjagt mit dem Auto kann durchaus mal zur Zerreißprobe werden, wenn man wieder und wieder im viel zu langsamen Verkehr hängen bleibt. Von der unsäglichen, unnötig auf Simulation getrimmten Flugmechanik der Helicopter und Flugzeuge will man gar nicht erst reden.

    Nicht desto trotz - GTA5 überzeugt mit seinem außergewöhnlichem Quest Design, seinen eigenständigen Charakteren und einer der beeindruckendsten Open Worlds so far. Bezüglich des Gameplays hingegen, hat Rockstar dies mit einem Red Dead Redemption schon einmal deutlich runder hinbekommen. Schade. Bei all seinen Qualitäten - für mich ist GTA5 in der Quintessenz daher ein sehr gutes, nicht aber ein überragendes Spiel geworden und muss sich in meinem persönlichen Rockstar Ranking so auch mit dem zweiten Platz hinter den RDR Spielen zufrieden geben.    … Expand

    One of the best games I've ever played. I always replay the story at least once a year since it's original launch last generation. Not a big fan of Online though it was good in the beginning but then it became too much like Saints Row. But I love the single player mode more.

    A beautiful, fun, crazy experience, simply put. I don't play online so can't comment on that, but the game itself is brilliant. An enjoyable story with heists you get to play, crazy missions, likeable and amusing characters with fantastic relationships, secrets waiting to be discovered. Need I say more?

With the feature of switching between characters and seeing short different cutscenes of what was the characters doing, to the best voice acting and good story, to the very advanced shooting mechanics.
