    It's almost impossible to comprehend how a studio could get a game this wrong after years of successful installments. GT Sport feels very much like an EA game in the way it almost abuses it's players. You're given just 3 racetracks a week (realtime) to race on. You have to grind these over and over in the hope you'll earn enough credits before you go insane to purchase one of theIt's almost impossible to comprehend how a studio could get a game this wrong after years of successful installments. Talking of online, most of the races are terrible, short, 4 lap races. There's no time to develop any exciting battles. You won't find yourself able to pit in these races either. There's no tyre wear, there's no fuel usage. Infact you can barely consider this motoracing at all. Who ever sat as producer on this game clearly never had an interest in real Motorsport. After a few hours it starts to bare it's truths. As you realise you've been scammed for your £50, you'll feel a bit frustrated, maybe even angry.

    My advice? If you're interested in some semi serious, sim racing, then look on PC. Because all you e got here, is a terrible, half baked, barebones scam.    … Expand

    The penalty system ruin this game. I can't tell how many times I was push off the track and penalised by the game.
    Even the AI drivers are id.ots.
    If I could then I would return this game.
    It's just drive me crazy.

    Gran Turismo turned into a microtransaction cashcow. It looks cheap on sale, but you must also pay for PlayStation Plus because most of the game content is online based. Want to play against family/friends in your living room? your choices are extremely limited and it feels like a demo. In a few years, they will eventually shut servers down and kill the game = your money wasted.

    Карьеру прошел почти всю, в онлайне играть невозможно, получается что меня закидывает к игрокам, с которыми мне нереально тягаться и я трачу время на задрачивание кругов что бы стартовать первым-вторым, тогда только есть шанс на победу.
    Компания норм, трассы круты, но игра требует задротсва!    Карьеру прошел почти всю, в онлайне играть невозможно, получается что меня закидывает к игрокам, с которыми мне нереально тягаться и я трачу время на задрачивание кругов что бы стартовать первым-вторым, тогда только есть шанс на победу.

    Gran turismo sport это датошный симулятор которая с первых секунд навейвает атмосферу автокултуры. Физическая модель автомобилей сделано отлично даже управлять контроллером очень удобно, правда чтобы почувствовать детальный отклик автомобилей нужно приобрести руль Единственный минус в том что нету достойной одиночной кампаний.Gran turismo sport это датошный симулятор которая с первых секунд навейвает атмосферу автокултуры.     Underrated by arcade lover fake fans. This is a great racing experience well-balanced for every type of player yet people complain lack of arcade stuff that never was necessary. They cry about it only because of nostalgia factor. I am sure more people will complain again when GT7 released "too much campaign arcade give us GT Sport back" This is all about driving and love of cars and itUnderrated by arcade lover fake fans.     Started as a poor gt6 clone from ps3 looks like an remaster made by few students. Focused on online play which would be good if done right. But this game was just ripped-off version of GT6 from PS3. Graphics looks the same as ps3 version, but included only some of the content. The only thing thats ingame is online.

    But penalty system its just polyphony. They changed penalty system to a total disaster.
    You receiving penalties for BEING HIT! Only really serious hits are counted, but still hitted car gets penalty for hitting, for loosing the track, and need to start over. For putting other car to the fence you get MAYBE a 3s penalty and some MR points deducted, but that's nothing compare to the car on the fence which will loose about 10s :)
    That game is a serious scam.
    Go for project cars insteed, dont look at gt sport. ever.    … Expand

    Missing a lot of the typical Gran Turismo content but if purchased on sale this game is great. Amazing graphics and physics provide an awesome experience. I just hope GT7 steps it up a notch.

    it depends on what you from it. If you want to race people in a competitive environment, online, then this is a must buy. The daily races are excellent, because they pair you up with drivers with a simalar skill level to you. Also, the saftey rating means if you play nice, you will not be paired with any rammers, unlike (cough cough) Forza. However, if you want a juicy offline career mode,it depends on what you from it.     I tried to play with my friend and the only option was Arcade 1v1 with something like 8 cars to choose. Moreover you can't even play with the AI opponents only boring 1v1.

    I won't support locking online behind PlayStation Plus. I will never buy this service. Period.

    No carrier. How can you screw up series this bad is beyond me.

    I have not bought the game and will not buy it. Zero interest for online racing against other players. Absolutely loved GT 4, 5 and 6. Will wait for next GT version, but will only buy it, if it has a proper single player mode.

    I've finally gotten around to playing what is one of only two simulation racing franchises on the PS4. And it's not bad.

    I'm not big into racing games, preferring to race my own C6 Corvette in real life (rarely). Also, I'm not much into multiplayer, so only played the single player portions of this game. My overall score basically comes down to having no games to compare this to,    I've finally gotten around to playing what is one of only two simulation racing franchises on the PS4.     My overall score basically comes down to having no games to compare this to, having not played a racing game since the 90's. In the game's current updated state, I found it to be slightly above average for what I was expecting, hence the "6".

    The game is set up like a mobile game, where you can spend real money to more quickly unlock the cars and upgrades you want. After playing the game a good 80 hours, I found no need to spend money and it didn't distract much from the experience, so I was pleased.

    The car selection is a little disappointing. It's heavily Japanese-based, which makes sense given it's a Japanese game. But I was a little surprised at the lack of famous classic European and American cars. My own C6 isn't there along with the C5, which were unstoppable monsters during their periods in racing. There's also an obvious lack of Porsche and Ferrari models. Though this isn't a huge deal since the cars all felt very similar. It basically came down to: the newer the car, the better it handled (primarily traction). For the most part, the older cars just seemed like they were on junk tires with junk suspensions.

    Car upgrades are passable, but a bit disappointing. You spend "mileage points" to unlock several levels of power or weight upgrades. Mileage points are gained pretty easily just by racing in the game. You can then dial the power or weight up or down within the range that you unlocked. So no "real" power train upgrades, such as buying actual parts for your engine. There's no real tire upgrades. You just have a list to choose from that are available for each race. Suspension upgrades don't exist, but like your tires, you can modify suspension/ride height settings at any time before a race. So it isn't bad, but is aimed at folks who just want to race with an even playing field rather than those who want to experiment with various parts.

    As for content, there's a bunch. Pages and pages of racing leagues where you can just jump in to races with set restrictions A driving school, where there's another huge page of "missions" to complete that are meant to improve your driving skills. Then there's the large number of mission challenges where you're asked to do a large variety of tasks, such as complete sections of tracks within set time frames, pass a certain number of cars without hitting him, and hitting top speeds within certain limits. And then there's the circuit experience, where it gives you turn-by-turn experience in the game's large number of tracks.

    Completing any of the above net you a gold/silver/bronze trophy with appropriate money to match, making it easy to buy all but the most expensive cars. And if you can't afford certain multi-million dollar cars, then it's no big deal because the game gives you a random free car every day if you race at least 25 miles. After 1-2 months with 80 hours of play, I got everything I wanted and could have easily sold the cars I didn't want to get other desirable cars.

    The actual racing is surprisingly accurate. An experienced racer (or reckless driver) will be able to point out the small differences, but they're acceptable to me. I played through the entire game with a controller, and while I felt I wasn't nearly as accurate as I could have been, It didn't prevent me from getting gold in all of the challenges.

    Braking is the most difficult thing to master in the game. At first, auto-breaking is turned on, and it seems almost necessary, not being experienced with the cars or tracks. But after going through enough of the training missions and challenges, you realize that the auto-braking is overly-aggressive and the only way to get gold in some missions is to turn it off. Afterwards, you'll end up relying on the brake indicator and the double-cones set up around the tracks (which are interestingly at near-optimal breaking points). Overall, the game did a great job at weaning me off of auto-breaking.

    So even though it's focused more towards fair online racing, I had plenty of fun with its single-player modes and don't regret the purchase.    … Expand

    Unlike many people reviewing here I did buy this game for multiplayer. I've bought on developer promise to get a great online racer. It's a failure unlike any other.

With only pro i can think of being amount of players (also known as "rammers" "carmageddoners" "letmepushyouintothatchickanesoyoucangetpenalty" etc.) Keep away. There are so many good racing games that wasting money and time on this is like self inflicted wound. Considering amount of time PD needs to make this games it's pretty obvious they watch adult movies for 7 hours a day and use remaining part to do "whatever" in a game.
    Additional thing is adding "Real Driving Simulator" to title - this is plain joke.
    Cars drive like boxes on wheels - forget about enjoyable driving model from PC2 or realistic from AC or ACC - this is full blown arcade that tries to simulate simulation but fails miserably.
    Force feedback is bad, delayed and muted (RS300 GT)
    You cannot calibrate wheel or pedals (anyone with brake mod is sc-wed),
    You cannot set fov,
    You cannot set position inside cockpit. Some cars don't even have this view.
    Those are basic of basics in simulators or simcades. Yet this game fails and still dares to call itself "Real simulator" and put it on cover.
    If graphics could make a good game it would be 10/10, but in racing game there are many things more important than graphics and they are all really bad here.

    Get PC2 (it's not perfect but compared to this it is masterpiece), get Assetto Corsa or wait for AC: Competizione that is about to release in June 2020 and enjoy your racing experience.    … Expand

    Vehicles that are in the game are limited and instead of offering tons of vehicles they have a few, and then their "race" version. The AI for single player is horrendous. It's obvious little effort was applied to it and they just expected online play. That's the real issue down to brass tacks. They took a fun franchise and turned it into some esports junk.     Acquistato dopo l'aggiornamento contenente la 'gt league' che, secondo me, doveva essere sin da subito parte integrante del gioco e non un aggiornamento seppur rilevante e soprattutto legato all acquisizione di qualche trofeo. Comunque un gran titolo dove traspare sin da subito la cura per i marchi presenti che lo rende una sorta di museo dell automobilismo

    Absolutely the defining racing game of current gen. Gran turismo is the gold standard of modern games. It always has been. The move towards online racing and away from AI racing is a wise move. People get more out of a game by playing each other and not a repetitive AI system. The car list has grown into a mountain of awesome cars and puts almost all current gen games in the dust. Most games like Dirt or Forza or Grid have insane game crippling DLC that block content from the player. It adds a fake car list when in fact the car list doesn’t grow after launch in my mind because most people don’t buy DLC. So on paper a game like grid or Forza has a lot of cars but in reality the games itself doesn’t, it’s the dlc blocked by additional paywalls. Gran turismo has quality paid dlc. Racing against The one and only Lewis Hamilton is very cool and very fun. Very unique dlc too. No other game looks as good as gran turismo and sheer level on consistent high quality shows. Most other sim and arcade titles I try don’t blow me away like gran turismo does. The other games get stale or small flaws become glaring flaws after so many hours of gameplay play. Hats off to gran turismo sport. I’m excited to watch the market begin to clone the new formula gran turismo has come up with once again.… Expand

Ich bekam es nicht im Bundle sondern habe es gekauft und ich bereue es. Ich hätte das Geld in andere gute Spiele investieren können. Also, wer es kaufen will, Finger weg!     the only + is on graphics and realistic gp. Zero content on singleplayer... and on sport is like 90s racing games. You get hit out of the track and you get penalty????? Even if the guy that hits you gets penalty the race is over for you. Maybe if the cars were damaged after crash or contact it would be better. So bye bye GT

    Although the single player mode isn't as good as its series predecessors, it is still nice content to me. Multiplayer is great, even though the penalty system might be better. Very good and fun game overall.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This "product" doesn't deserve its name. It is, by far, the worst ever title to bear the GranTurismo name. In a spectacular move, Kazunori Yamauchi gives the two-finger salute to 99% of the fan base and now exclusively caters to the top 1% of online racers. For everybody else it is an exercise of spaffing 400 Euro up the wall for a PS4 and a game that is utterly devoid of content.

    The single-player content is an afterthought at best. You have driving lessons that are so ridiculously easy, it makes me wonder if they are targeted at one-armed Parkinson patients. The driving missions do pose a challenge occasionally, but only because the player is put into a motorized wheelie bin and tasked with overtaking a Bugatti Veyron.

    The very core of Granturismo, the tuning aspect, has been completely removed. Cars can no longer receive suspension, brake and transmission updates to go with power increase. As a result, one ends up with completely pointless cars that handle like a hogwashly bladdered ballerina in army boots.

    For anyone familiar with the true Granturismo titles (GT1 through GT4), this overprized unpolished turd of a game is an absolute insult.    … Expand

Surely enjoy a lot more single player though, and even the bots are more or less aggressive in intermediate mode or superior (ramming you even at 400 km/h, try it into the Special Route track and see what I mean) other than that, online mode is a piss pool with lots of competition, and even if you manage to finish it if you get disconnected or aThe game is good, I just suck balls at it.     My first gran turismo since gt1 on psx and I have say it's great. I play it only single player and after many patches it's also great solo game. Have much fun with goldins dirving school and circuit experience, also mission chalenges are fun. Unfortunately Gt League is quite boring but still game is superb.

Gran turismo wanted to do a 180° turn and go full on Motorsport , well since i am an Hobby pro race Driver i should be glad right ?    Gran Turismo Sport is the worst in this series since The Playstation 1 .

    Befor you start to judge me , i have over 400 Races driven and almost all Gold trophys in races and Licenses and i am over Lvl 40 !

    Gran turismo wanted to do a 180° turn and go full on Motorsport , well since i am an Hobby pro race Driver i should be glad right ? NOOOOOO , because the System does not work !!!!! Its Broken !!!!!

    Online races dont punish People that ram you off the track ! You get Punished for theyr mistakes and EVEN DOWNGRADED ON THE FAIRNESS RANK !

    Cars dont allow to distribute the weight Ration as in GT6 (Like that is one of the Basics if you do Motorsport !!! Be able to Change the weight Ratio on your car ) , You cant put Spoilers in your car to improve Downforce anymore like in GT6 .

    GT6 was free to Play , they cancel the online Servers so People like me have to buy a PS4 than Buy Playstation Plus ( Because Gran Turismo have a partnership with Sony Playstation ) .

    Most of the Races are done with Sport Tyres , even with cars way over 700 BHP ( like wtf ???? did they ever tryed to race a 700 BHP car on a track with Semi Slicks like Toyos R888 ? )

    Tire Presure is you cant set it up .... really ? but Forza Motorsport 4 on the Xbox 360 can ? and a PS4 game cant ? serious ?

It plays and looks great on the standard PS4, but is also incredibly well built for the PS4 Pro, where the game looks photorealistic. Furthermore, it allows licence and challenge scores/times to be set in comparison to your PSN friends, so it's possible to develop competition even if not online at the same time as friends. Of course, there are global leaderboards too with some exceptional times. The game is well optimised to play with a controller, which is a big win over Project Cars which has struggled with controller optimisation. Of course a racing wheel is advantageous with any racer, but Gran Turismo is the best choice for a controller racer. Additionally, it's one of the very few racing games that includes split screen 2 player counch play, which is a welcome inclusion for that competition with your siblings or friends on the same screen. I had a race off competition with my brothers, which was a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. With all the praise comes a few points of criticism. Firstly, the damage system is not existent which is unacceptable at this point. It feels absurd to be able to hit wall at 200mph and only have a scuff on the car, it takes risk away from the racing and encourages wreckless bumper car racing. It's unrealistic and for a racer that provides itself on depth of realism, the lack of a damage system is a real let down. Furthermore, while the online play is highly competitive and has a good system to filter between people who want to race for real or for fun, the offline AI isn't great. It has improved over time through patches and is viable, but won't blow you away. In conclusion, this game offers massive shelf life after being criticised for limited content at launch. Since then single player has been revamped and expanded, the car library has grown significantly and the game has been well optimised in the mean time. It's a proud addition to the perfectionist studio at Sony, but still is missing key features of other racers. If you have never played the game then it's never been a better time to try, as it's usually available on the PS store and at retailers for around £15/$20. That's a great price for this established AAA racer.

    I love this game, played almost 100 hours in single player only, there's so much free content added regularly it's quite amazing, never even tried to race online. Graphics and game mechanics are top notch.

    I am deeply disappointed by very poor cars choice - only 200 or so - definitely not up to 2019 standards. Game is not as realistic as it claims ("the real driving simulator") - nowhere near the standards of modern PC sims. I would rate this 6/10 as a game but 0/10 because of false claims that it's an actual driving simulator.

But seen as that I've paid my money to purchase it, I believe I've earned the right to comment on this title from a personal perspective. First and foremost, this game has an incredibly high level of graphical fidelity. The cars all look stunning and the tracks on which they race on all look second to none. The level of detail, from the engine tweaking to the shades the trees project onto the track, all contribute to making this the most realistic driving simulator I've ever laid my hands on. So if that's what you're after, buy it. Don't even hesitate. Just buy it. I guarantee you won't regret it. The developers constantly release updates so it's unquestionably worthy of the price you have to pay. But like I said at the beginning, I'm not that type of a gamer. I typically prefer titles with a stronger story backbone and this has none attached to it. The hyper-realistic nature of this simulator also makes the game incredibly hard to play and I have no shame in saying that I struggle to even keep my car on the racing track. So for this reason, I'm giving the game a rating of 6/10. But if you've bothered to read this far into my review, and you're still deciding whether or not GT Sport is the racing game for you, then this is question you should ask yourself: are you a realistic racing simulator enthusiast? If so, then go purchase it. It'll undoubtedly be a 10/10 for you. But if, like me, you're more of a casual racing gamer and you only want to have fun on the tracks every now and then (and there should be no shame for anyone to admit to this - each to their own right?), then I would not recommend you to get this title.     Gran Turismo Sport release was a fluke. But the recent updates adding cars, leagues, tracks, the game finally deserves a brighter spot on racing games in this generation. If they continue adding content, by the end of 2018, it maybe possible be one of the best if not the best racing game of the past few years.

    This has got to be one of the most weirdly underrated games of all time. Unless you're a pleb with no internet or an xbox fanboy, then you're gonna have a good time, especially with a wheel. Not to mention there's a heap of 'offline' stuff anyway.

    In my top 20 games of all time & still putting out free monthly DLC 2 years on. Bravo

Completely eschewing performancr customization of any kind which has been a staple since the 1st game is unforgivable. Does a allows and enhamces that experience. Any tuning options that are in the game are a far cry from GT 6 and I was very disappointed. You can't put turbos or anything on cars anymore. Hell the Gran Turismo series actually taught me quite a bit about tuning nd various car companies. Making a racing game that is now dummied down with pretty graphics will swear me off from buying anymore Gran Turismo games in the future if they do this crap again. Get back to your roots!     Details, graphics, musics, ui interface, physics, content, ( free dlc of cars ) replay showcase and online racing (with new penalty system), are the reasons that I really enjoy playing this game, and not buyer's remorse for me.

    This game got me into cars. It's the most fun you'll ever have driving virtual cars in a video-game. The online mode is outstanding and the issues re: lack of content have more or less been addressed at this point. Plenty of fun to be had. I've been playing it for over a year now and have no reason to stop.

    Well with no career mode, not many cars or tracks, this doesn't feel like a GT game to me. Really disappointed after being a huge fan of the series, to see that THIS is what we get after a long wait. Really really freaking disappointed.

    This game is made only for multyplayer. If you do not have unlimited and fast internet connection at home, do not buy this game. Shame on you polyphony digital. I am going back to GT6. Also there is no full support of VR, single race ( no multyplayer) or 2 player race, thats it.

I played about 30 hours into it (which is quite a bit for such a game), I can say that the physics is quite good, there are a lot of different machines and it is interesting online. The problem is, this is neither a Gran Turismo game -enjoying the car variety (also parts and tuning are non-existent/a joke), nor a good e-sports game, due to the penalties, which get worse every update. The problem is, this is neither a Gran Turismo game -enjoying the car variety (also parts and tuning are non-existent/a joke), nor a good e-sports game, due to the penalties, which get worse every update.     Don't fool yourself thinking this is a SIMULATOR, it's more ARCADE than simulator. If you have a wheel and want a 'real driving simulator' go for iRacing, automobilista, project cars or assetto corsa.

    NO PEDAL CALIBRATION makes this UNPLAYABLE. Can't trail brake or have any realistic feel to it, G29 brakes are super sensitive, no real FFB, handling feels arcadey. The graphics are good, the driving is good, the lack of deep customisation is a bit disappointing, the concept and roadcars-turned-racecar-turned-roadcars are awesome, the really fast concepts are difficult to drive, the content is still lacking but improving over time... Basically I recommend this if you like Forza butThis is a great game if you think Forza has too many distractions.     Great game! it has everything you want on a sim racing game. Details, cars, circuits, online racing and free content, competitive online mode and single player campaign. Customization could have been improved but overall, it's a must for PS4's car lovers.

    Well, i've been playing Gran turismo since the original in 1997 on Playstation one. I've became a custom to growing roster of cars and tracks. The progression system of grinding races for money to but those soft race tires or stage 4 turbo engine. They wen't from having 1,197 cars to under 200. Made the progression system into adding points to make your car faster or handle better. NoWell, i've been playing Gran turismo since the original in 1997 on Playstation one. No more adding a flywheel and seeing your baby of a car grow from POS to a beast car with tons of sweat from playing many hours to tears of losing some races to get it to greatness. I used to supe up my favorites, mitsubishi 3000gt and Chevy cars and then race in the quarter mile to see their time get slightly better after each upgrade i purchased. Can't do that in this game. Missing my favorite tracks, many of my old favorite cars. They have been adding cars and tracks this past 6 months along with events like american muscle cars only and Sunday cup but it's still not I would expect or want from the gran tursimo game. Maybe the next one will go back, if it stays to this formula than I guess I'm done with this series. 20 years isn't bad for any series.… Expand

Ok i know no single-player etc etc but there is no feeling when you drive any car in this game and this is biggest problem for me. If u ever played dirt rally u know u can feel soooo much things like a single rock on the road, shifting, acceleration, brake... after played Gran turismo sport im sure i wont buy any ofworst race game ive ever played and im angry for money i lost for this. Ok i know no single-player etc etc but there is no feeling when you drive any car in this game and this is biggest problem for me.     One of the best racing games I have played even if it was a little bare bones at release all the subsequent patches have added tonnes of content. As always with gran turismo games it has the driving school and other race challenges which I am having great fun with trying to unlock as many cars as possible before tackling the racing tournaments which were added post launch.     The VR aspect to GT Sport has added an awesome new dimension to the series.     The VR aspect to GT Sport has added an awesome new dimension to the series. Now when I'm rewarded a new car, it's so much more of a big deal, since I can walk round the car in the VR viewer, admiring the beautiful designs as if these vehicles were right in front of me.

    The cycle of gameplay is: race cars in 2D, earn money and daily gift car, go into VR to admire recently acquired cars and then take them for a test drive. Rinse and repeat. I'm totally hooked on this routine.

    The graphics, sound, music and presentation are all pristine too.

    In summary GT Sport maintains the high standards of the series and the VR implementation takes it to a whole new level.    … Expand

    GTS isn't a perfect racing simulator like Project Cars 2 but it makes so mutch fun to play.

    No dynamic climate, no rain, only 18 cars on the track, Forza has 24, only 150 cars to collect, Forza has 700. The graphics are terrible, it look like a pc game with the graphics in low. The trees seems like made of paper, just like an N64 game. To play online have to wait 15 minute. Terrible. Is this a Ps3 game?

The Graphics are above all else it is really a centre piece for HDR, The Gameplay is fantastic, realistic and Responsive especially with a Racing Wheel. I did not have the pleasure of Testing out the VR Mode included but what is there is Quality. The Cars and Tracks also look and feel incredible but the lack of variety in the cars and tracks is very disappointing indeed. At least Polyphony acknowledge this and are adding updates every month or so with new cars and one or two tracks but we have to review a game on what it launched with day one and quite frankly it is not enough. Lastly the Game is very much online "SPORT" Focused and it does not work very well, people do not play in a sportsmanship manor they will knock you off the road and you seem to get penalised for it, its a broken system that completely ruins the game and with all things considered its a shame that this was not resolved in the play testing stages of development. I Hope GT 7 Fixes these issues, the question is how long will we have to wait SONY?… Expand

    Na początku gdy kupiłem grę miałem mieszane uczucia, lecz po kilku ładnych godzinach gry, zakochałem się w tej grze, tym bardziej że cały czas producenci starają się uszczęśliwiać nas nowymi autami czy trasami. Gra wygląda niesamowicie, auta prowadzą się bardzo realistycznie, a rozgrywka online to coś wspaniałego.

    After many months since the launch of the game they fixed it with many patches and updates. Now is back to it's roots with single player races and big variety of cars. Nice job polyphony

    GT Sport boasts an excellent driving model and superb car models, but primarily it’s a paramount step towards blurring the line between electronic entertainment and sport, and on a global scale. I just hope Polyphony continues working on the game until it reaches its full potential. [13/2017, p.42]

    Standard online races built on proven-by-the-years core of the Gran Turismo series. However, it suffers from an acute lack of content. In addition, if you play solo you have to avoid Sport. [Issue#280]
