    One of the best games of this console generation. I hadn't played any of the other God of War games, but absolutely loved this entire experience. The story is perfectly crafted and told, and I loved the seamless transitions between exposition and gameplay. The graphics are stunning, and the environments are well-crafted.     A very enjoyable game. The story is exciting making you think most of the time. Even though a lot of missing information is present and we do not know how Kratos went from greek to norse mythology, how his wife died and etc... The ending itself wasn't that great but then i noticed there is another ending which gives us the sequel. Gotta try it out!

    The story is immense and so fulfilling right to the end. The characters you meet along the way are some of the best branched out characters in modern gaming. Their own personal stories intertwining with each other.

    When a God of War game was announced I was very skeptical at first. Reviving a dead franchise is very risky and very hard, there are many expectations and many challenges.
    How can you possibly continue a character that whole idea is to kill stuff mercilessly? How can you improve a universe that has virtually been destroyed?

    greatly. Even though they are good they keep on repeating the same bosses with little variation. And, in my opinion, the rpg elements felt unneeded and when you are fighting the enemies it also feels so simple and easy if you used the same attacks.     Great game with amazing gameplay and graphics. Since this was my first God of War i thought i would be very disconnected with the story but that wasnt the case - only thing was that the ending was a bit confusing for me. Wouldve liked more bosses though and the boy was a bit annyoing.

What really makes this an annoying game are the horrible dialogs and the permanent stupidity of both Kratos and his son.     God of War, although being both a reboot to a hack and slash series and an IP from a AAA company, succeeds immensely in giving you a story of a man teaching his son to be a god, and a son teaching his father to be human.

    Un des rare jeu ou les combats sont tellement bien fait qu'on cherche vraiment à se battre au lieu d'éviter pour ne pas perdre de temps.
    Histoire prenante et très bon duo entre Kratos et Atreus.
    Les éléments concernant la mythologie Nordique sont bien intégrés et très intéressants.

    I really like this game. I see why it won goty, but I still feel red dead should’ve. This game has such repetitive combat and enemies. The game looks amazing and the story is also great. There are SO many puzzles. And some of them are very, very hard. I like puzzles, but I wish they made them a bit easier and more related to the story

    The Atreus addition was just the right sensible touch.

    One of the best games i've experienced in the last 10 years and perhaps top 5 in my 30 year gaming career.

    Gameplay, Story, Graphics, very well put together. The single shot camera throughout the game really grew on me, and brought the experience together in a unique way. Only thing I could say negatively is, I wish the gear was a deeper system.     I haven’t finished it yet, but I’m really enjoying this game. I was frustrated initially, simply because the combat mechanics took some getting used to. It feels like there is plenty to discover and explore even though it isn’t “open world” in the technical sense. The banter between the dwarves is very entertaining. This isn’t a game I feel compelled to keep playing to further the story,I haven’t finished it yet, but I’m really enjoying this game. I was frustrated initially, simply because the combat mechanics took some getting used to. It feels like there is plenty to discover and explore even though it isn’t “open world” in the technical sense. The banter between the dwarves is very entertaining. This isn’t a game I feel compelled to keep playing to further the story, but it is very enjoyable. I feel that I am out of the loop with this being my first GoW game, and I’ve had to do some reading on the Internet to get some history to feel like I have some understanding.     This game made me buy a playstation, and it gave me a pleasant 3 months, It was the best game I've played in a long time, then I played a lot of games, but none of them took its place, it's ready to be played on the pc side, definitely get it and finish it.

    Everything from the combat to the story is the best I’ve ever seen in a single player game. The game constantly won me over with its cinematic boss fights and brutal combat. The story is just the right amount of awesome and emotional, creating an amazing campaign. Easy 10/10, can’t wait for Ragnarök.

    Delivers upon all its expectations and hype. Really interesting plot, lore and father-son dynamics, with fluid gameplay and great OSTs, which make up a great game overall. The open-world feels a bit empty and the enemies lack variety. Despite these and some other small issues, giving this game a try is a must.

After an enjoyable watch, I found the much-needed itch to play the game again from the beginning and managed to finish it within a week.     The combat is phenomenal! I'm playing on PS4 and it feels soo satisfying the dualshock's vibrations with every hit and slash makes the experience ever so imersive! The world is not too big, everything is there for a reason. The story is also very good and i found myself learning anput Norse mythology more than i actually expected to at first. Really amazing game!

    Fantastic game. Great story, great storytelling and great gameplay. Combat is less hack and slash, more methodical, almost souls like. Good pacing, It is a linear games, but with open world elements, of which are great for fun factor and gaming mechanics but hurt the story. This game sets standards. Enjoy playing.

    Great ''new'' story with our former God of War. Kratos who this time shows us his delicate side as he traverses Midgard with his son Atresus in order to scatter the ashes of Atreus' mother during the journey, the relationship between the two changes drastically.
    It's worth playing the game just for the story itself, but the gameplay is also terribly satisfying.

    An absolute masterpiece of a game. Combat is super fun and mechanically sound. One of the best stories in gaming and a great father-son story as well. Of all the Sony games I've played, this one is easily my favorite.

The character development of the two main characters is incredible. The story opens up with Kratos and Boy looking for a specific tree so that they can cremate Kratos’ wife who had just passed away. The entire mission of the game is to spread her ashes at the highest peak in the realm. It is a very simple premise that is super emotionally rewarding all the way through. When something gets in their way, it is genuinely upsetting.

    Combat feels amazing the entire way through. The pace that you progress through the skill tree matches your progression throughout the game for the most part. So combat constantly feels fresh the whole time. When Artreus starts to get upgraded and can let out a volley of shock arrows that can stun a group, so that Kratos can come in with the Blades of Chaos and wreck everyone feels awesome! Taking down bosses that are 10 times your size is an accomplishment. Especially on the higher difficulties.

    I do not think that the game drags at all either. There are a lot of obstacles that get in the way of Kratos and Boy. They all make sense narratively though. Every time there was a setback. It wasn’t discouraging. It felt like there was just another hurdle that I had to overcome to complete the goal of getting to the highest peak.

    I just really enjoyed every second of this game. The opening cinematic got me emotionally invested in the journey. The exploration and cinematic nature of the camera and gameplay made me want to explore every inch of the world and find everything I could. The opening boss fight of the main antagonist shows off how great the combat can feel. From beginning to end. This game is absolutely incredible!! PLEASE play this game!

    2018 model God Of War; Although not as epic as the old games, this change brought the series back to life. It is a legendary masterpiece that will not be forgotten for years with its magnificent story, graphics, characters, partially open world, references to old games, father-son relationship and many places to explore.

Though I enjoy this game it it's very good, It 100% deserves a 3 star from me not because of the storyline or it's mechanics, but because of difficulty in certain missions/areas/activities you come across, when you finish obtaining the chisel that allows you to open the doors that requires magic to open, and you exit the dead giant on the right hand side, you open a door that reveals to be a prison for a creature called the "Valkerie" not that theirs nothing wrong with the enemy it's self but the major issue is that if I'm playing on "Give Me a Story" difficulty the Valkerie shouldn't be difficult to eliminate at all.

    It's like it's cranks my difficulty from g.m.a.s to realistic instantly without telling me that going into the fight will be tough even on g.m.a.s difficulty. Devs should adjust the Valkerie and other enemies like her based on the difficulty your playing not offsetting it for the player who just wants a story    … Expand

    1.Hikaye gerçekten güzel yani ben tek kişilik oyunlarda genellikle hikayeyi zorunlu tuttuğu için önem veririm ve gerçekten de kaliteli yani geçebildiğim yerleri çok iyi yapmışlar o yüzden hiç geçmedim ama geçemediğim yerleri sürekli de geçmek istedim garip biraz.

    2.Skiller olsun geliştirme sistemi olsun silahınıza skill alma olsun o da çok iyi. Bulmacalara çok tilt oldum ama onlarıda hadi ekleyek bari diye eklemişler yapmak zorunda değilsiniz o da güzel bir detay o yüzden zorunlu tutmuyor.

    3.Oyunun süresi de offline bir oyun için gayet yeterli normal bir insana 1-2 ay dayanır yani günde 1 saat oynasanız hard modda sizi baya bir götürür.    … Expand

    A damn near perfect game that nails both the gameplay and cinematic aspects. It's both one of the most addicting and enjoyable combat loops of recent memory, and it presents a story that drew me in and kept me invested. An easy recommendation to anyone who enjoys gaming.

    I was expecting a great sequel to the third game of this series and I have to admit that my expectations were too low in comparison to what we got. This is a perfect sequel to GoW3 and almost a perfect videogame, the storyline, the evolution of Kratos and all the other characters is simply beautiful. Can't wait to see what the next GoW has to give to us.
