    Good graphics and soundtrack but the story is overly pretentious and the overly long slow cutscenes take away control from the player too often and for too long. I have been playing for 15 hours trying to rush to Ch. 3 but it's just too boring and buggy

Потрясающая графика, атмосферная музыка и трогательный сюжет в сочетании с затягивающим геймплеем - строительство дорог ещё никогда не приносило столько радости и удовлетворения от осознания, что сделал что-то полезное и значимое.
    Возможно, для кого-то "симулятор курьера" - это скучно и однообразно, зато "симулятор    Death Stranding - самое яркое и запоминающееся событие уходящего года. Потрясающая графика, атмосферная музыка и трогательный сюжет в сочетании с затягивающим геймплеем - строительство дорог ещё никогда не приносило столько радости и удовлетворения от осознания, что сделал что-то полезное и значимое.
    Возможно, для кого-то "симулятор курьера" - это скучно и однообразно, зато "симулятор бота" в самый раз - ставить 0-1 так интересно и так маргинально.    … Expand

    MGS V's open world was barren and had no reason to traverse by foot. Death Strandings world and traversing it is its gameplay. Rout planning, loadout planning.     The people parading this game around as a walking simulator, are really just proclaiming their attention spans are so low they need constant explosions and killing in their games to stay hooked. Death Stranding proves AAA games do not need to be focused on violence and can attempt to do new unique things at the same time.

    A Brilliant atmospheric masterpiece. Take your time with it. If you love exploration games, you'll love Death Stranding.    … Expand

    Tudo o que se faz no jogo é andar e andar, ritmo muito lento e pouco desafiador.
    Focaram tanto nos atores que deixaram a desejar no gameplay. Quase consegue ser pior que Days Gone.
    Desperdício de tempo e dinheiro.

    Boring as **** takes the worst aspect of an Ubisoft open world game and make it it's core mechanics...
    i guess if you like making shores with little payoff you might like this game...
    still amazed so many do...

    O melhor game que joguei este ano até o momento. Não terminei o game pois o lançamento dele foi ontem, e só joguei 8 horas do game e estou encantado. Como a galera pode dar nota baixa se foi lançado ontem? Esse site deveria ter uma forma de dedectar pessoas mau intencionadas para prejudicar as vendas de um game, por outros gostar de outra plataforma e nem ter jogado o game.

Kojima is overhyped and doesn't deverse all the praise... with more testers and magazines would have called him out on this crap... any other games filled with nothing but fetch quests would have been ripped into pieces, no matter how pretty it might be. This doesn't evenIt looks pretty but the gameplay is soooo dull and boring... I really hate this game. Should have trusted my feelings.     Obviously not for everyone but personally found this game to be quite a masterpiece. I couldn’t put it down until I beat it and even after I’m jumping back in from time to time. The story was just wonderful and moved me the way I was moved by games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Horizon Zero Dawn. The world is just so unique and mysterious. A great entry point for me as this is my firstObviously not for everyone but personally found this game to be quite a masterpiece. I couldn’t put it down until I beat it and even after I’m jumping back in from time to time. The story was just wonderful and moved me the way I was moved by games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Horizon Zero Dawn. The world is just so unique and mysterious. A great entry point for me as this is my first Hideo Kojima game. Not everyone will like this sort of game, but it’s an experience you really can’t find anywhere else.… Expand

    I think there was too much hype for this game as I was expecting a masterpiece. Even with that said I have found most Kojima games to be way over rated and try to be more than they are and this game is no exception.     If you’re looking for an insightful deep game with wonderful game mechanics, an awesome story (yes you’ll get some mails to read ...) and very good written characters: than this is your game.

    I got more than 20 hours now and Im in chapter 3. The delivery topic which other reviewers seen in a bad way is of course a main characteristic on the game, but: the faster you move forward with the story, the easier this will be. So don’t waste all time in the 1st area and leave with the ship as you get the offer.

    What I really like a lot, is the way the multiplayer working this game. Instead of putting all gamers in a overfilled world, you can participate in the buildings they made and build streets and bridges together with materials everyone spend. It’s such a great pleasure to run through an rough terrain and find ladders, ropes and bridges other players left for you.

    This is one of the best games of the last years! I enjoyed once the story of the original mafia and gtaV is still one of my favorites. But death stranding got now my number 1!    … Expand

    The story was interesting. The gameplay was downright not fun. This is an actual walking simulator. An open world with nothing in it but bump mapping. The cities are empty. The vehicle physics are last gen. I would recommend watching a YouTube movie of this game if the story interests you, but the time sink involved to know it is not worth it.

AAA blockbuster story , repetitive in the beginning but , you will gain accomplishment when you continue the journey .You will acquire weapons lethal and none lethal , building structures and vehicles also online collaboration to achieve goals with players to overcome hardship and strangles, breath taking environments . We feel that Kojima has cinema ambitions and no longer hesitates to sacrifice the gameplay in favor of the narrative. When the first 3 Metal Gear Solids had a gameplay of genius to accompany a scenario sometimes wobbly, Death Stranding hasTake the worst open world missions and make it a game based solely on that.     For people that is saying it is a "boring game, walk simulator" they did not got the game, maybe they are better with a no story, racing, sport or just shoot them all game.

    Every time you got a new package to deliver and then you see the distance, weather and that you cannot go there with a vehicle you start planning your routes and trying to take the most quantity of weapons and climbing tools but also to go as lighter as possible (so you are less likely to fall and damage your packages or exhaust Sam completely before reaching your destination AND RETURN), this is a game for someone who likes to take it slow and plan stuff carefully.
    The satisfaction of delivering a package that took you a hard, long and risky walk is really good.
    It took me a while figuring out the menu, due to all the info in it, but once I did ist pretty easy to understand.

    Para las personas que estan diciendo que es "un juego aburrido, simulador de caminata" uds no entendieron el juego, quizas esten mejor con juegos sin historia, carrera, deportes o en el que disparas a todo lo que se mueve.
    Cada vez que recibis un paquete nuevo y ves la distancia, el clima y que no podes llegar ahi en vehiculo, comenzas a planear tus rutas y tratar de llevar la mayor cantidad de armas y equipo de escalar pero sin cargarte demasiado (asi es menos probable que caigas y dañes tus paquetes o que agotes a Sam antes de que llegues a tu destino Y VUELVAS), este es un juego para alguien a quien le gusta tomarse las cosas con calma y planearlas cuidadosamente.
    La satisfaccion de entregar un paquete que requirio de una dificil, larga y riesgosa caminata es genial.
    Me tomo un tiempo entender bien el menu, pero una vez ahi es bastante facil de entender y bastante completo.    … Expand

Un juego en el que la historia y la narrativa son sus puntos fuertes , así y todo la historia y la manera de contarla no me parecen la gran cosa, un gameplay aburrido y repetitivo, por lo que en su apartado jugable es malo.Lo unico que resalto son sus gráficos foto realistas para los paisajes y la elección de buenos artistas para la música pero sacando eso el juego me parece mediocre. Kojima se quiso hacer el raro por hacerse el diferente y quedar como genio incomprendido. En mi opinión este juego como película es pasable de un 7.5 o cercano, como juego es mediocre.… Expand

    Porting brings a peace that is not found in most games. The story is interesting, though there were times when it was over simplified and others when things were poorly explained. Overall it was an enjoyable and refreshing gaming experience! Zip lining is the most fun I've had in a game in a while!

    Death Stranding is creating a new game genre and therefore paves its own path towards more interactive experiences. It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
