Feb 22, 2015Very weak fighting game. In 2015 will come out Mortal Kombat X, Tekken 7 and Street Fighter 5. Every fighting game is much better than DoI 5 by graphics, sound, gameplay and characters. Most unnecessary game of the year.

Jan 11, 2017Story mode is fine, online mode is extremely hard if you are a beginner to the serie. The game does a great job introducing you to the basics. It looks great and feels smooth.

Jan 21, 2017sigh yeah this game can be fun but mortal combat x is way better
but attacks are cool
nice combat
but will only keep you interested for a week
in general a nice fighting game but nothing more nothing less -
Apr 28, 2019A well-made fighting game, and much simpler than the other titles. The graphics is honestly prev-gen for today's standards. Too bad the story mode is lackluster and the DLCs are overkill for sure.

May 3, 2015Put up with its farcical levels of misogyny and you'll find an approachable, satisfying fighting game that feels smoother and looks sharper than it ever has before. [Issue#160, p.100]

Playstation Official Magazine UKApr 22, 2015Judged purely on its mechanical merits, Last Round can be considered a narrow success. [Apr 2015, p.94]

Apr 7, 2015Dead or Alive 5: Last Round is an excellent ending point for this chapter of the series. It takes all of the groundwork laid in DoA5 and polishes it off in the best way possible. Armed with an excellent roster of characters and a ton of modes, this is a great introduction to 3D fighting on the new generation of fighters. Just be prepared to be smothered with DLC options.
