    The games has something that makes you love it! I think that the only bad aspect it's that it has too much secondary mission repetitive and unnecesary but even with that the game is awesome

    Underrated game, its better then Last of us 2, you gotta play it on the ps5 then its really a very great game. Driving feels very smooth.

    It is a very good game, killing zombies is fun, weapons are cool, small problems here and there, story is a bit simplistic but all these does not break experience at all. Ending is positive, really like it. Don’t trust critics.

    Days Gone has been one of those games that has gone under the radar that probably deserves a lot more love. It combines 2 of my favourite things, Zombies and Motorbikes. Perfect combination for an open world game with plenty to do and no time to rest as hordes are on your footsteps. I would like to have seen more customisation for motorbikes, weapons and gear and perhaps a talent tree ofDays Gone has been one of those games that has gone under the radar that probably deserves a lot more love.     Great game. I really enjoyed this one. Open world is great. Just about every aspect of this game is flawless. I could go into the details but that would take forever. Mad Max - The Last of Us are the 2 games that come to mind while playing this bad boy . Just a very well thought out open world game.

    The truth is, you will love this game. Yes it has its flaws. Some technical issues still remain from its troubled launch, and yes, there are some structural missteps as well ( namely that Hordes are formally introduced to you far too late in the game i.e. 70 - 80% of the way through). That being said, this game is brilliant. It's so good at doing what it set out to do, and while it doesn'tThe truth is, you will love this game. Yes it has its flaws. That being said, this game is brilliant. It's so good at doing what it set out to do, and while it doesn't necessarily bring anything 'new' to the formula. What it does bring and incorporate in its systems and its world are wholesomely integrated.

    At the end of your playthrough, yes, you will have a dozen or so things that stick out as areas of improvement. But that's what sequels are for. Remember Assassin's Creed 1? Flawed game. Awesome foundation. This could be the same here. Sony, Bend Studios, please don't give up on this franchise. Improve it over time until people just know they have to play this.

    I didnt feel like ive played this game before as this isnt your usual silent protagonist in an open world. Thankyou for delivering what you set out to deliver, strong single player story wrapped in hordes of bullet fodder.

    Where do I even start? Days Gone is an incredible zombies adventure. I was blown away by the scale and visuals of this game. The world is absolutely stunning and detailed, especially when playing on PS5. It is taming with dangerous animals, zombies, rippers, etc. The story is also very engaging and well written. What surprised me the most was just how good, fun and important the motorcycleWhere do I even start? Days Gone is an incredible zombies adventure.     This game pretty much gave all what I needed in a zombie game set in a Waling Dead-like world, what with the camps and all, and with a Sons of Anarchy vibes.
    Couldn't have asked for a better result, myself.

    Extremely hyped for PC version, i played it on PS4 and it's one of the best zombie games ever made. Now i wanna play it on max settings / 60fps and with keyboard/mouse.

    I know there are a few negative comments about this game and it's not perfect but oh my I absolutely loved this game. I loved everything about it. It was one of those games that got under my skin and I just wanted to play one more bit. I really hope they do a sequel. It's in your hands Sony.

    It’s almost like exactly like TLoU2, but open world. Graphics are fantastic. The hoard play is great. Story line could use some more mustard.

    I don't know why people gave this game such a low rating when its a great game. Of course the story is pretty repetitive but its still amazing considering its an open world and their first game.

    Haven't even booted up my Xbox 1X, or played anything else (other than when friends are round) since downloading this for my PS5 (not even Spiderman). The world, story, mechanics, bike, upgrades, progression - at 60fps - are up there with RDR2, almost no busy work (cough Ubisoft) and just embarrassingly better than Cyberpunk; technically and in terms of cohesive world building. IfHaven't even booted up my Xbox 1X, or played anything else (other than when friends are round) since downloading this for my PS5 (not even Spiderman). I'm still only 30% complete (!!!!) and it has already had plenty of gob smacking emotions with a cast of characters that are varied, interesting and well fleshed out.     Pero por otra parte es un juego que se hace pesado, demasiado largo, la historia importa más bien poco durante todo el juego, es repetitivo hasta la muerte, las mecánicas y todo lo que el juego puede ofrecer las misiones no lo utiliza... es muy decepcionante ver un título con estos gráficos, tanto dinero y tiempo detrás con este resultado.

    El fallo principal en la historia, el juego es demasiado largo para lo que quieren contar, ya que lo que pretenden contar no tiene tanto argumento, asique la historia se siente como un montón de misiones secundarias que tienen una cinemática muy de vez en cuando al final de estas.
    Si la historia del juego fuesen unas 12h seguramente cambiaría mucho de opinión, pero estamos hablando de un juego al cual le abre dedicado alrededor de 70hrs en modo normal y realmente podría resumir toda su historia en 3 actos o misiones en las que ocurre algo que hace que esta avance.

    No se muy bien que decir de este juego, tiene un mundo y unas mecánicas muy interesantes, el sistema de zombies me parece una locura y sin lugar a dudas es lo mejor del título. He tenido muchas ocasiones en las cuales quería parar de jugar porque no me apetecía seguir jugando para hacer lo mismo en cada campamento una y otra y otra vez.... pero sensaciones como pelearme por algo de gasolina y tener que jugármela con 3 balas frente a un montón de zombies ha hecho que me apetezca jugar más.

    Un juego singleplayer, puede ser entretenido sin ningún tipo de historia ni nada, simplemente jugar por diversión. Pero este juego te pone la meta de su historia y ni la meta, ni la historia, ni los personajes te dan ganas de seguir jugando, y aunque el mundo sea super interesante, realmente el propósito de estar jugándolo es su historia y el papel que tienes en ella, sin la historia Deacon no tendría nuevas armas, nuevas piezas para la moto... no tendría nada, asique losiento pero la historia es una parte fundamental de la mayoría de títulos y si falla, como es en este caso estropea todo lo demás.

    Es un juego curioso y tengo muchas ganas de ver la siguiente parte, porque con la base que tienen aquí podrían mejorarla y hacer un muy buen juego de zombies, pero la verdad es que este primer título me ha dejado bastante frío.

    to be honest i wasn't so hyped for days gone, it looked generic and didn't draw my attention until lately,
    with the ps5 FPS cap unlocked and after 2 years of patches i can say this is one of my favorite Playstation exclusives ever and i didnt know how to continue with my life after i've finished the game
    the pros: - The story is beautiful and emotional, i really liked the concept of    to be honest i wasn't so hyped for days gone, it looked generic and didn't draw my attention until lately,
    with the ps5 FPS cap unlocked and after 2 years of patches i can say this is one of my favorite Playstation exclusives ever and i didnt know how to continue with my life after i've finished the game

    the pros:

    - The story is beautiful and emotional, i really liked the concept of searching for your loved one and while doing it discovering the horrible truth about the virus and how it affects the environment

    - splitting story lines is a grasp of fresh air for me honestly, having multiple missions that each gives engages you with different characters and trying to deal with their problems really keeps you interested into playing more

    - characters are super interesting and likeable, specially boozer and sarah, Days gone manages to make me fall in-love with deacons wife sarah, shes the main reason you keep on pushing through the story and you feel committed into reuniting deacon with his past.

    - survival mechanics and the bike maintenance was super immersive for me, searching for fuel in the middle of the night with a horde breathing on your neck is blood pumping and encouraging you into playing stealthy and reminds you that you're not invincible and danger is always near.

    - driving, they definitely nailed the feeling and the control of your vehicle , the sense of progression and constantly upgrading your bike becomes an obsession and you feel more bad ass at the end of the game when you have your bike fully upgraded and ready to roll

    - shooting doesn't do anything new or exciting, it may feel clunky at first, but once you get used to the recoil and accuracy of the weapons, it becomes easy to use and the variety of weapons is huge, you have a weapon for every situation - taking on hordes, or killing special freaks with ease? its all up to you.

    - the horde is definitely the best part about the game, while at the beginning of the game you feel hunted, and weak to take on the hordes but once you get strong enough, they are the true end-game bosses and it will surely keep you on your toes and test your wits and strategy skills.

    -skill trees are simple yet rewarding, giving you the sense of progression with every activity you do , you will notice how fluently the melee, shooting and surviving mechanics feels, the more you play- the stronger you get

    the cons:

    - the bugs: even now, in 2021 there are some bugs present in the version of the game (PS5) but nothing game breaking or frustrating, in all my 70 hours playtime i only encountered a handful of bugs regarding quest progression or mechanic (such as taking ammo from your bike inventory)
    and only 1 hard crash, luckily with the generous auto-save system, you get back right where you left on.

    - the driving bounties feels off, and the chase is just not fun, for me it felt clunky and a chore to go through : auto locking while driving close and spamming R2 until it blows up just isn't fun and they surely could've improved on that aspect.

    - some of the side missions become repetitive and after a few of those you've seen it all, it mostly consist of either bike chase, killing a bounty at camp, or saving someone from a camp. rinse and repeat.

    - tracking mechanic feels boring and copy paste from The Witcher 3, its predictable and most of the time is unnecessary since you know where you should go without tracking.

    -finally, the pacing of Days gone is really bad, it will take you around 20 hours until the game truly begins to shine and show its full potential , most of the people quit in the first act just because of its pacing but i genuinely recommend you to stick with the game and one you get to the second act, it feels like a different game with all the weapons beginning to unlock, all the bike upgrades available and more activity / story-lines opening up.

    overall, i really liked this game, will begin my second playthrough soon on Survival 2 just to experience the game again on the hardest difficulty without the grind for weapons and bike upgrades.
    my final score is 9/10 , truly amazing masterpiece and its worth a go! especially if you own a PS5 and PS plus you can get this game for free on the PS Plus Collection!    … Expand

    Days Gone is one of the best ps4 games (not saying word "exclusive" anymore because it's not that anymore and it's not ps4 game anymore either, but i'm referring to it as ps4 game until it's out on pc). days gone and spiderman were only reasons i even bought ps4. I guess i will still keep it for spiderman, but i'm so happy i can enjoy days gone in it's full glory on pc already spring 2021.Days Gone is one of the best ps4 games (not saying word "exclusive" anymore because it's not that anymore and it's not ps4 game anymore either, but i'm referring to it as ps4 game until it's out on pc). days gone and spiderman were only reasons i even bought ps4.     I'm super happy that it finally comes to PC. Sony fanboys never gave this game respect that it deserved. Imo it didn't feel like typical ps4 game anyway, it always felt like it was meant to be PC game. It's not your typical walking simulator where half the game is cutscenes, no sir. Days Gone feels like actual game, where you actually can play it lol.

    Un juego excelente, lo disfruté de principio a fin. Los gráficos son de lo mejor, el arte es bueno y con identidad propia, el gameplay es divertido, la historia te engancha y los personajes tienen carisma y el diseño sonido es genial.
    No le doy un 10 porque sí tiene algunos bajones de rendimiento, aunque muy de vez en cuando.     No le doy un 10 porque sí tiene algunos bajones de rendimiento, aunque muy de vez en cuando. Y aunque la historia es entretenida, siento que se extendió un poco (una 29hrs y te se va 50 si sacas todas las misiones). También abusa un poco de misiones secundaria repetitivas.

    I played this game in late 2020, so I didn't experience the bugs, and I have to say that this game is awesome. If you liked The Last of Us, this game gives you a different story with an open map and more gameplay hours.

    Fantastic game. I absolutely loved it. Even though it frustrates me when I'm lost at the woods with no fuel or the constant zombie chases. I loved it because it's grounded.

    This is a masterpiece of storytelling, open world design, enjoyable and diverse gameplay and stunning graphics. It got a bit buggy for me a couple of times, but hard resets seemed to fix the issues. This game also showcases PS5 capabilities better than any other game I have on the PS5 so far too.

    Después de muchas dudas decidí comprar y probar este juego. La verdad es muy bueno! Si bien no aporta nada nuevo más que las otras de zombis es muy entretenido y largo. Deberías jugarlo si o si si te gusta la temática zombis.

    Days Gone is best open-world zombie game ever made. I'm dead serious. It's better than both dead island and dying light. Hopefully it gets sequel, PC version would also be nice, because it would look even more amazing on PC.

    Juego muy largo, muy entretenido de jugar. No te cansas nunca de pelear contra las hordas. La verdad se lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que tenga una ps5, lo empece en la 4 y estaba muy bien, pero se siente increible en la nueva consola.

    I finally finished Days gone today and I must say, it was way better than I thought it would be. I can't remember the last game I invested 80 hours into without taking any hiatuses. Here are my bullet points.

    Pros: - Great story, it hits generic beats typical for the genre but overall a great experience.     Pros:
    - Great story, it hits generic beats typical for the genre but overall a great experience. It was novel-like in its ability to keep me wanting to know what was happening next and often-times I would play much longer than intended simply to see where the story was headed.

    -Good gameplay, it was nothing revolutionary but was never a nuisance in any regard. I loved mowing down waves and waves of freakers while upgrading my guns and skills.

    - The bike was great, It was annoying before getting fuel tank upgrades and prior to clearing most of the infestation zones but was a very cool and unique way to traverse the giant map.

    - The characters were for the most part excellent and complimented deacons insanity and disregard for his own life. Not all hit the mark though (looking at you Lisa).

    - The various sidequests could become tedious at times, but the game gives you a reason to complete each one. For example, clearing infestations made less freakers spawn and frees up your ability to fast travel while taking out ambush camps made the roads safer and filled out the map.

    - Excellent enemies, I loved seeing all the freakers and tainted beasts and... untainted beasts.

    - there's plenty more to say but I'll stop there.

    Cons:
    - The game was buggy, like super buggy. I'm a bethesda fan so I'm used to buggy open world games, but in the last act of the game there were so many game breaking bugs that could only be fixed by restarting my ps4 it became very tiring. I had a cutscene where the floor had disappeared, when the cutscene ended I fell through nothingness to my death. I would also get trapped in one-way invisible walls that would force me to restart my game. The list goes on and on.

    - Ammo capacity upgrades were locked behind level three trust within camps, making them only available far later in the game. I had only unlocked one or two by the time I beat the story and it took me around 80 hours due to always completing areas before moving on

    - The texture loading was god-awful at times, sometimes never loading at all throughout a cutscene. I can recall many times where boozers head tattoos were just... blurs.

    - some of the skills felt meaningless and there were strange additions to gameplay such as throwing rocks which I never once used at all. Then again, I played on normal - they may be more beneficial on higher difficulties.

    - Some of the Skills were useless, like throwing rocks to stun a single enemy or following up a melee attack with a ranged attack.

    - While the enemies that were in the game were great, there could have been a much larger variety, there is endless possibilities of what they could do with this "infection"

    All in all, the game was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for their next open world fix. It wasn't perfect, and there were many flaws, but the things that were done right really made this game a memorable experience for me - 8/10.    … Expand

    Aiming and AI enemy could be better, and as I was playing on PS5 did not have any performance issues as others may have had. Luckily the camp clearing missions were not so frequent they become arduous.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this game and was completely invested in the characters and story lines. I highly recommend playing this game, as you can choose to stick to the main quest or go all out and do all quests and side missions. Absolutely give it a go.    … Expand

    Fantastic game, loved the gameplay with the use of the bike to fuel open world exploration having the player look for fuel if they're low while away from camp. The story is great however has pacing issues.

    The game that I have enjoyed the most this generation. It's the first open world I've ever beaten without using fast travel once, enjoying the environment doing absolutely everything and still wanting more. I'm not giving it a 10 for the occasional performance issues, because stealth missions are boring and for the disappointment that there was nothing when you finish defeating the hordes.

    PS5 version is simply amazing. Beautiful graphic, smooth gameplay, no bugs, glitches etc. Just great story. This game deserve much higher rating. The only bad thing are side quests/jobs. If you are going to play this game first time, just focus on the main story (and nero sites).

    You'll finally be able to competently challenge hordes of zombie freakers--hordes that seemed far too intimidating to take on when you started . You'll be able to sneak around around camps and Nero checkpoints, and engaged while willing Deacon through his harsh world.

    I got hooked. I almost quit the game completely after the first two hours. Glad I picked it back up because it ended up being a 10/10.    … Expand

    I played the game platin. Because ist is so good. The only tiny problem is the story, in the first few hours
    it was a little bit boring, but the plot near the end of the game makes it good.

    One of the best games I have player. Enjoyed the story and the game. The feeling when you take on an entire Horde...pure adrenaline! Yes, there where some bugs but nothing Major. Advice: Take you're bike en ride to the Platinum Trophy!

    I just finished the game and omg it was awesome..maybe a little too long but the story was amazing the characters especially Boozer were great.     At the beginning of the game you’ll feel like you've already played this game... then it will let you go for a while only to return with reinforcements (and lots of bugs). However, Days Gone has a couple of pleasant moments, that can't be denied. [Issue#295]

    I expect and hope for a sequel. Just know that going into this game that there is a lot of tedious nonsense to pad out a really good game to make it feel more worth every dollar, much to its detriment. I want to give this game a better score because the best moments are so good, but the large portion of this game is so bloody tiring that I just can’t.
