    Released "for" PS4, Xbox and PC but does not play well at all on the former two consoles. On PS4 the resolution is around 720p, occasionally managing 30fps but generally not. It is simply unacceptable for a £50 product. Regardless of the age of the hardware, the game has been developed specifically for it.

    I would write a more thorough review but the game is literally unplayable, I've had more crashes than the entire aviation industry over the past 10 years!!!

    This was the only game I ever pre-ordered and I trusted CDPR knowing its "consumer-first" approach. My mistake. There's really nothing like a good corporation (how ironic CDPR making a game now about bad corporations in the future).

    Anyway, I got a Metacritic account just to express my disappointment with Cyberpunk. I tried to play past the horrible graphics and surreal bugs but I    This was the only game I ever pre-ordered and I trusted CDPR knowing its "consumer-first" approach. My mistake. There's really nothing like a good corporation (how ironic CDPR making a game now about bad corporations in the future).

    Anyway, I got a Metacritic account just to express my disappointment with Cyberpunk. I tried to play past the horrible graphics and surreal bugs but I reached the conclusion that this is just a really bad game with a nice story. You can fix the graphics and the bugs with patches, you can't fix bad design decisions.

    Wake the f*** up CD-PR Dev's, you have a game to fix. Bought two copies one for PS4 and one for XB1 sadly i can't play the game on them. It's bad to see that CD-PR scammed us like this. They told us that the game itself is "suprisingly good" at both old gen consoles. But the reality itself hits different. We have a game that runs at 720p and 20 fps.     Biggest scam of all the time. Garbagepunk is worse than FarCry3's graphics on PS5 and other consoles. Full of bugs, stupid AI's... What a disappointment! Frauds. I want my money back.

    I'm not going to give a protest score of 0. There are some redeemable qualities in CP2077, but they're almost impossible to see past the the bugs, glitches and poor console optimization. If CDPR put as much effort into optimization, polish and fleshing out the game's systems/mechanics as they did in marketing it, there might be a 9/10 or 8/10 game in here somewhere.

Разрешение низкое, баги, графика просто отвратительная. Не подгружающиеся текстуры, пустые города, просадки фпс. Я понимаю, если бы игру делали для нового поколения, а так игра изначально планировалась на уходящееОчень ждал игру.     Well, the game has a lot of content. Awesome weapons and gear to equip...but the framerate and visuals on console are really not good. I can't recommend until a few patches

    Maybe masterpiece on PC. But on PS4, it is a buggy, blurry, low-res mess. CDPR is silent about the issues and they purposely kept this version from public sight before release, because they knew how bad it is. It is a scam, they should have canceled oldgen versions, if they cant make it run on them. Wait for PS5, or buy on PC, but stay away from PS4 version.

    The game may be set in the year 2077 but it looks like a game made in 2007. This review is as half baked as the game is but don’t worry cd project red promises to give us a free upgrade all we have to do is wait another year and pay 500 for a ps5 or Xbox series xto finally get a working version maybe. 1/10

I have requested a refund for this game and anyone who bought it should be eligible for a refund. This game was originally meant to release in april, before next gen was a thing. So any argument this wasn’t meant for last gen is a pathetic excuse. The majority of the players are on old consoles and CDPR is trying to sweep it under the rug like these issues don’t exist. Even on PC the game is still a very buggy mess, its clear that the game needed another year in development at the very least. I’m so tired of companies releasing unfinished games and people are okay with it, because ‘don’t worry they will patch it’ its tiring. This is a full price £50 title and this is what is served up. Its false advertisement.

    Game is almost impossible to enjoy on PS4, graphics looks horrible. FPS goes down in dynamic scenes and shooting scenes are bad. As a fan od CDR Im disappointed and probably I will Wait for opportunity to buy PS5 or some fixes from Studio.

    I liked the story but after 7 hours I can't play that, and devs said that on base ps4 "it's performing surprisingly good"

    There is also a ridiculous amount of bugs.

    It's time to wait to for that GTA 6 in 2025, because pretty clearly Rockstar Games is only company who knows how to make actual next-gen open world modern cities. Everyone else is either "just okay" as Ubisoft with Watch_Dogs (2014) or absolutely terrible as CdProjectred with Cyberpunk 2077.

    Bad optimization and blurry graphics makes it extremely unenjoyable on consoles. Very disapointed overall, the game wasn't cheap and it's not a good experience at all. I feel ripped off. If they somehow fix it i will change my review.

    I remember waiting for this game for almost 7 years after seeing the trailer in 2013 regarding this game. I was so hyped for this game and excited even after playing the masterpiece Witcher 3. Then I played this game for the base PS4 and I was left in a world of shock of how the "next generation of open-world gaming" was the way it was. This same's bug is mind-blowingly everywhere causingI remember waiting for this game for almost 7 years after seeing the trailer in 2013 regarding this game. I was so hyped for this game and excited even after playing the masterpiece Witcher 3. Then I played this game for the base PS4 and I was left in a world of shock of how the "next generation of open-world gaming" was the way it was. This same's bug is mind-blowingly everywhere causing so many problems, my PS4 has crashed 5 times and I only finished the prologue so far. These bugs are so apparent and usually, I don't care about graphics but the graphics are incredibly bad. Textures pop out after 15 seconds. The resolution is 720 P with 15 FPS, which is not acceptable for any game. If everyone is saying the PS4 is slow ancient hardware then why can it run Red Dead Redemption 2, Ghost of Tsushima, GTA V, MGSV without any problems of crashing with great resolution. Besides the awful performance on the base PS4, I want to give credit where credit is due. The story is amazing so far, the characters are great, gunplay really picks up into addicting, the perks, the choices, the dialogue, it truly feels like a next-gen RPG but I feel so restricted because of the awful performance to the point I don't even want to play despite being so hyped. I will be waiting to get a PS5 after they become available to play this game because first impressions are everything. I recommend to everyone to either buy a PS5 or PC to experience this amazing RPG which is getting unshined by the awful performance on the PS4. As of rn, it's a 5/10 on PS4 so please purchase it on next-gen hardware.… Expand

    Overall cyber punk2077 is a fun and enjoyable game but it's major downside are the bugs. Lots and lots of bugs. From game crashes to enemies seeing you through walls and objects and props popping into view. I recommend this game maybe after 2-3 months of patches or on a sale.

Плюсом играть мешает постоянные вылеты игры с ошибкой (CE-34878-0), за 15 часов игры было 9 вылетов, в среднем это вылет раз в полтора часа. Абсолютно неиграбельный кусок кода. They worked for years only on the Ps4 version and had time to decide not to support it if it wasn't looking good. We wait the patch. December 10. The game is out. And now we are here, waiting for other patches, after too many years of development, a few MONTHS from the release of the ps5, which is nowhere to be found. The game doesn't run well. To say the least, it doesn't run at all. It is unplayable. A fraud. Cyberpunk 2077 for ps4 is a pretty good scam. CDPR has not took any compromise: just to give everything there is on the other platform (to wink at those who play it on Ps5, who are currently playing it in early access since the game is CURRENT-GEN until next year, when the NEXT-GEN patch will be released), CDPR has given a game that does not maintain 30fps even in closed space, with Pop-in problems and even 3-4 crashes in an hour of session. Do we remember the latest gameplay released? The ones where there were sarcastic comments about aiming. Perhaps that, among the many lies that CDPR said on the PS4 version there was the truth: keeping aim on this game is impossible. Due to the fact that it is not controller-friendly, due to the fact that only by holding the weapon you lose 5fps, in the missions where there is action, the only thing you can do is put V behind a wall. The city is empty, and when it isn't, the AI is stupid. 720p... in 2020.
    Driving? On the mechanics, the game has given more than it probably expected: it is fluid, beautiful and pleasant. Too bad that driving on this platform means going back to the ps2 era. The lights, the shadows ... Non-existent, graphic glitches that haunt you in special parts of gameplay where you will be able to play above 27fps. Endless bugs, NPCs behaving abnormally, mission that are a waste because of the low Fps and drain.

    The game can take up to 10 seconds to render a single object on the ground, and I'm not kidding. The feeling is that this is a PC port: what's the point of giving me graphic details such as the 'pins' on the road if I see them appear when I am practically on them? One of the many mysteries of this version. The feeling is that CDPR only worked for a few months on the title on this platform, doing it reluctantly. The free upgrade to next-gen does not justify the fact that this game is incomplete and that it looks like a tech-demo. I doubt that with the patches anything important and concrete will be solved: this game became next-gen when CDPR decided it, after lying for years about the PS4 version. Cancel, return your order. It's not worth it. It's a waste of money. The Cyberpunk experience on consoles, for me and many users, ends here. See you next year, when perhaps the game will no longer be in Early access. And until then, 10/10 for concept and story, NC. For the rest, it was just hype.

Didn't expect such a scam trick like this from a highly-praised developer like CDPR. This whole marketing was fake, as they state that Cyberpunk runs "surprisingly fine" on base consoles.

Don't blame it on PS4 being an older console because Assassins Creed Vallhalla looks amazing and so does Red Dead 2, The glitches ad bugs are also very prevalent and it crashes all the time.     I can deal with downgraded graphics but if it looks SO MUCH worse than, for example, a 3.5 year old Horizon: Zero Dawn, you're doing something wrong. Worst part is, they apparently knew, as there were no console reviews allowed before the release.
    The game as such looks promising, the atmosphere (from what I've been able to tell) is convincing and the voice acting is great. However, the flaws on last gen are overwhelming and I just can't give this a better score.

CDPR even did the scummy thing of hiding the bad console versions by not showing game footage and not giving review codes. Now I'm pretty sure that if EA did such a thing we would have an army at their doorstep in the next morning, but again CDPR can't do no wrong, and so just keep your head down and consume.
    Don't buy the PS4 and XBox versions, not even for the "free" PS5 and Xbox SEX updated version. Just buy PC or wait for when the ACTUAL Ps5 and Xbox SEX versions comes out.

The entire marketing around this game was deceptive, as CD Projekt Red never showed the way game works on the original Playstation 4, but assured gamers that it works "surprisingly well". Avoid at all costs.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
