    A broken, mediocre game that squanders its opportunity to bring something new to the table, resting on the laurels of success from The Witcher 3 and knowingly deceiving its userbase. An extremely juvenile presecence throughout that sacrifice depth for the lowest common demoninator of edge. This is without touching on the absolute bug-ridden mess that it manages to be, somehow succeeding in beating even Bethesda when it comes to day-one jank. This alone would bring the score down but when met with repeat transphobia and dubious representation of minorities it's hard to see anything redeeming here. Every facet of the game fails to meet any form of bar from what we've come to expect over the past decade of games. Missions are shallow and monotonous. Barely any of the numeros stalls, shops and businesses are interactable with in any sense and the numerous promises of unique NPC's in this vast city fall completely flat.

    A complete unredeemable mess that is most disappointing in its determination to reject any form of depth or substance.    … Expand

    It’s unplayable on PS4. Such poor optimization. Open world looks like joke with many bugs. Low fps and often crashs.

    This game is so badly optimized for playstation4! It should not have been released in this state at all. Save your money and buy something else. I can't believe they're allowed to sell this game full price, it should be illegal.

    It's time to wait to for that GTA 6 in 2025, because pretty clearly Rockstar Games is only company who knows how to make actual next-gen open world modern cities. Everyone else is either "just okay" as Ubisoft with Watch_Dogs (2014) or absolutely terrible as CdProjectred with Cyberpunk 2077.

    Shady business decisions and an unstable launch plague a game that truly had so much potential. I plan to play this game in the future when these issues have hopefully been worked out but until then I do not want my first experience playing this game to be in this state or I may never come back to it at all.

    One of the most important things in this life before we die is enjoying your time on this planet. Doing things that you actually like and enjoy. You don't need to listen Youtubers who are trying to tell you what games you need to play and what games suck. Cyberpunk is unfinished, boring and buggy. Whole city feels empty. There were so many npc's who i tried to talk with and their mouthOne of the most important things in this life before we die is enjoying your time on this planet.     I only sing up on metacritic for comment this. Sadly full of bugs, a blur vision, not NPCs, popping and a long etc. Nobody was expecting the graphs of a PC, but this is completely broke.

    Do not buy this game for current gen. One x and ps4 pro either. It is simply unplayable and a huge disappointment. Full of bugs and with 160x160 textures. I had like 20 crashes on ps4 pro. Bugged saves and autosaves.... It is a disaster on consoles. And it ment to be released for CURRENT gen. And they have even made a limited edition one x for cyberpunk. A game that runs 16-20 fps and 720pDo not buy this game for current gen. One x and ps4 pro either. It is simply unplayable and a huge disappointment. Full of bugs and with 160x160 textures.     Disaster, so many bugs that i cant even play properly. They have planned this game for ps4 so long, and its not playable bcuz of glitches, bad animation, freezing and other bad stuff.
    Never seen anything like that before in my almost 20 years of playing games.

    The game runs (sometimes). That’s the only good thing I can say about the technical aspect. It crashes hard and often.    In the current state of the game I feel scammed.     The story is really solid, but not entirely top notch. Though gameplay can’t decide whether it’s an RPG or not. Your choices matter untill they actually don’t. Your stats don’t matter untill they actually do. It has the clunkiest shooting I’ve ever seen and the weirdest driving I could imagine. It’s as if CDPR asked themselves how they can cut out as many promised features as they can while also breaking every single one that stays.

    It’s a solid „DO NOT BUY”, with a really loud „CDPR LIED”. I’d give a zero, but the soundtrack is really dope and the story isn’t that bad.    … Expand

    Un optimización mala, para una consola que corre gráficos como Rdr2, Gow y Last of Us 2. Un juego que tiene 7 años de desarrollo y no corra bien ni en las nuevas consolas. No vale la escusa de los Pcerdos de que es un consola vieja, porque mejores gráficos corren en esas consolas

    They even removed most of the night city population. Its a ghosttown. Can barely reach 30 fps. Most of the time its running at 20.

    «мы не знали, что получится то, что получилось» - самая тупая фраза. тестеры есть? есть. консоли им выдали? выдали. играли? играли. стопроцентов они знали, какой у них исходный продукт и поэтому давали ключи они так поздно (хотя все издания говорят, что ключи им не давали до последнего, а конкретно в день релиза). прожекты специально замалчивали и прятали пс4 слим версию с демонстрации«мы не знали, что получится то, что получилось» - самая тупая фраза. тестеры есть? есть. консоли им выдали? выдали. играли? играли. стопроцентов они знали, какой у них исходный продукт и поэтому давали ключи они так поздно (хотя все издания говорят, что ключи им не давали до последнего, а конкретно в день релиза). прожекты специально замалчивали и прятали пс4 слим версию с демонстрации консольного геймплея. я вернул деньги, да. я вернул после того как закончил игру, да. но когда ты играешь в игру, а у тебя пушки прогружаются по десять секунд или когда ты целишься в оптику, а тебе вместо прицела пишет "вейтинг", то разве стоит это 4 тысяч? стоит ли денег подгрузки текстурок? или когда ты подбегаешь к заказу, а звонить тебе начинают не сразу (как должно быть), а через секунд десять? мне кажется, когда ты играешь в игру ты должен в нее играть, а не собирать баги и отправлять баг репорты разрабам на постоянке, выполняя работу тестера (мне должны платить за то, что я сижу и отправляю баг репорты, а не тестерам, учитывая финальный продукт). игру я очень ждал и на пк выглядит как конфетка и сюжет очень классный без выбора платформы. но техническая часть - убожество и именно за неё я деньги вернул, а не из-за того, что халява предоставилась. если ккд прогружает текстурки лиц/персонажей/вещей, но остаётся играбельным от а до я, то лучше его купить за 649 рублей со всеми длс как я и сделал. киберу 14/10 вылетов. 3/3 критических багов, мешающих дальнейшей игре. 5/5 врезаний в то, что появилось из-за прогрузки, но ты этого не видел. по 10/10 секунд ожиданий прицела в снайпе, открытия меню радио, ожидания звонка для выполнения заказа и прочее, прочее, прочее.… Expand

    It doesn't matter if they fix bugs or not, this game is still amateurish trash at best. Open-world is empty and lifeless. One of the worst npc's i have seen in any open-world game ever. This game makes Watch_Dogs (2014) look like game of the year and now that i think about it, it wasn't even that bad, specially compared to Cybertrash2077.

    Honestly.....it wasn't worth waiting for. The graphics are BAD, The gameplay is so slow I'd almost say it's boring and you have to put up with countless bugs on top. I'm playing this on a ps5 just for reference so I can only imagine how much worse this game is on ps4. The worst of it all is that I cannot get a refund.

The developers pocketed my money and I didn't get the game that I bought. Instead, I received a hundred gigabytes of garbage

    the game cant even handle 720p 30fps with an extremely blurry graphics, in combat you can't get more than 20~25 fps the game is extremely buggy, NPCss pop up right and left, textures don't load up, the worst performing game I've played this generation hands down

My score for the BC compatibility would be 6/10, since the game is actually enjoyable and playable (60fps most of the time, looking a bit better than the game running on base consoles -    I am playing this game on the PS5, but from what i have seen, the game is literally unplayable on the base consoles.

    (Let me be clear, the performance is mostly fine running the PS4 version on the PS5. My score for the BC compatibility would be 6/10, since the game is actually enjoyable and playable (60fps most of the time, looking a bit better than the game running on base consoles - but you are still stuck with various bugs, controller stick drifting and low graphical settings)

    The game on the PS4 is a mess, sub 20 FPS in heavy scenes is not playable at all. Comparing base console footage to PC footage shows a generational leap of visuals. It really takes out your enjoyment of the game. The image quality is so bad, it's like my glasses need glasses.

    I knew that this game is one of those games, that is meant to be played on PC. But the majority of people are gaming on consoles and have to actually play this mess, it's really sad. If the game is really not able to run at all on base console hardware, even optimized (we will see how this turn out in the long run), they should have just canceled the last gen version and instead put more dev time into the next-gen and PC version.

    It's sad that i have to rate this 1/10 in it's current state, because behind the buggy mess the game is actually good. The story so far seems great, animations and characters are great, the combat is great.

    You are lucky if you are able to play this on the PS5, where it's actually playable. But if you are in the majority of people, who don't have a next-gen console yet, i'd recommend you to refund/resell/wait out this game, until CDPR actually fixes the majority of issues. If Bethesda would have created this game, it would have been treated like its the next Fallout 76.    … Expand

    on ps4 pro, everything works poorly, constant bugs with textures, crashes when you are in the city feels like about 20 fps, there are bugs in missions that cause you to replay the mission. I do not recommend buying it.

    This game is unplayable on PS4. I don’t even want to talk about this piece of garbage because i don’t want to curse... CD Projekt RED want to be Rockstar but they turn to be Bethesta Fallout 76 style. DON’T BUY THIS PIECE OF CYBERPOOP!

    Lo había comprado con toda la ilusión del mundo, tenía muchísimas ganas de jugarlo pero no he podido aguantar más de 30 minutos jugando, va a una tasa de fps y una resolución tan mala que se me hace injugable, me mareo muchísimo.
    Me da mucha pena poner esto, pero menuda decepción.

What we were shown in the previews was a lie that was deliberately hidden from console consumers before release. Todo o marketing e promessas feitas... Nada disso corresponde ao produto final! Se o problema era o hardware, simplesmente não lançava o jogo para o PS4, apenas para os consoles next gen. Mas lógico que isso não poderiaÉ uma falta de respeito. O jogo é lançado totalmente quebrado, com uma performance pífia, resolução terrível e gráficos que não eram dignos nem no início da geração. Todo o marketing e promessas feitas... Nada disso corresponde ao produto final! Se o problema era o hardware, simplesmente não lançava o jogo para o PS4, apenas para os consoles next gen.     A lawsuit waiting to happen. Where do I begin... frames as low as 15fps, blurry graphics, consistent hard crashes, plethora of immersion breaking bugs, false advertising and much more. This shouldn't have been given the green light as it is utterly unplayable. Give this game a HARD pass on Ps4.

Story is incredible and definitely a experience for everyone that loves cyber punk tales (Neuromancer, Matrix, etc). I love the pace of the main quest + side quests. Soundtrack is also worth mentioning. But that`s it. Anything else is just bad. Visually the game looks like anWay too Punk, not so cyber, tho. First, let`s talk about the positive side of Cyberpunk running on a base PS4. Story is incredible and definitely a experience for everyone that loves cyber punk tales (Neuromancer, Matrix, etc). I love the pace of the main quest + side quests. Soundtrack is also worth mentioning. But that`s it. Anything else is just bad. Visually the game looks like an average PS3 game. Terrible textures - it`s so bad that you can easily see the difference when you pause the game - that way you can see what a high quality looks like. But even to load the menu your PS4 will have some trouble. It takes seconds to load the menu buttons. Never saw something like that. The in-game is horrible. Really. I`m ashamed of how they had courage to release something like that. It would be way better to just cut off the old generation from the release. The game is also ridiculously buggy - the kind of bug that mess with the whole experience - I`m not talking about a person sitting in a invisible chair - I was in a combat that my enemy just got stuck inside an open elevador, I just shoot him a lot of times until he died. He didn`t even saw me. This was supposed to be a hard fight. Believe me, if you want a good experience, try something else. I just can`t see a patch that can resolve this.     Fabuła jest cudowna, ale sama gra to tragedia. Grafika jest bawet gorsza niż w gta V. Jestem bardzo zawiedziony. Jest mi smutno. Na tą chwilę nie polecam. Polecam kupić grę na dobrego PC.

    A versão dos consoles apresenta muito bug, isso atrapalha muito a gameplay, a de Pc até dá pra esconder se a pessoa tiver um PC muito bom mas quem não tem peças tão potentes fica mau otimizado... O mesmo nos consoles, estão mau otimizados, 8 anos anos desenvolvendo e não entregou o jogo 100% pronto.

    Game full of bugs, crashes, with very poor fps (not even 20 while driving or fighting on a streets) and with graphics from few year ago. I have no words to describe this, what they've released and how they f**ked us, players on PS4 and Xbox One. This is my biggest disappointment in my gaming history !!! Just when I was thinking that Covid is the last crap in 2020 :/

    Cyberpunk 2077 is no win for anyone. This game is unfinished, buggy and empty. "Doom" (1993), "Resident Evil 4" (2005) and "GTA IV" (2008) were some of the biggest revolutions in history of video games, Cyberpunk 2077 will be forgotten by summer 2021 when some new "cool" game will be hyped up.

    I kind of feel bad because I trusted CDPR on this, but being honest. The game is trash. The story is boring, the dub is home made, the gameplay is clunky... And the PS4 version is even worse: can’t play 2 hours without crashing and can’t even play on 25 stable FPS...
    Goodbye cyberpunk, I’m getting a refund.

    Extremely overhyped average video game that was in development over 7 years. Open world is empty and lifeless, not recommending. This not this "true next-gen experience" that they literally lied about in final trailer. It's just extremely buggy average open world and nothing else.

    A TON of bugs. No traffic AI at all. No Police/enemy AI. Constant crashes. No things to do in the city besides    The game is clearly unfinished, and underperforms even more for console players like me. It should be delayed for at least one year more. I couldn't imagine how it was in the original release date back in April! First, let's start with what doesn't depends on last gen hardware:
    A TON of bugs. No traffic AI at all. No Police/enemy AI. Constant crashes. No things to do in the city besides the quests. Quests that bugs and requires restarting the game to continue. Nothing interactive in the world. Configurations that are lost everytime you load the game. NPCs and ambient textures that don't load. Bad and unresponsive driving physics. Unresponsive and lifeless NPCs. Poorly implemented and inconstant lights and shadows. When dialing the Radio, it constantly freezes the game for a moment. Slow and unpolished menus. Bad implemented audio, like for example: when entering/exiting a car, the radio sounds are at 1 or 0, no realistic transition of sound.
    Cars that pop up glitching with the floor, other cars or NPCs. NPCs that spawn in the middle of the road, frozen, or going through the ambient/cars. A lot of other stuff, that others are posting everywhere and I can't remember right now.

    Now lets talk about graphics. I know that in a base PS4, it would be realistic to assume that graphics should not be like new gen, but man, its awful:
    Poor, blurry and glitchy textures. Blurry textures on buildings on very close fow. Panoramic views that relies on fog to not show long shots, and even then some surfaces bugs.
    And blaming the consoles is simply laziness.
    This is the same hardware that GTA V, Red Dead 2, Death Stranding, Last of Us 2, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima and other open world games were competent. Even Fallout 4 and Mafia 3 looks better, by a long shot.

    I will not refund, expecting that in a year or two, the game that was marketed as revolutionary arrives. But right now, this game is my biggest disapointment in games. I do not recommend buying at the moment.

    CDPR, why you selling alpha version? 15 fps, 720p and low pc spec on console? Crash every 10 minutes playing game and more bugs. You could push the release date of the console version or mark it as Early Access (though not Steam). Do not just say that the hardware is weak, on the last generation of consoles there are quite beautiful and well-developed games. Even the witcher was better optimized

    Literally unplayable on a PS4 and what is more important – seems like it will never be. This version should have been cancelled, but CDPR chose to get all the money. Moreover there is no official statement yet (it is 12.12.20), so they even didn't admit the problem. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

That's as far as I ended up getting, because I put it down before I could even experience the game; that's how bad it was right now.     I am unable to even complete the first mission of this game on Ps4 due to a Quest objective not triggering rendering the game unplayable for me. Not to mention the lack of RPG elements and horrible AI that I have witnessed in gameplay videos and testimonies of other user's experiences. This is far from the game that was advertised.

Even worse is the way the edgy twitter account has bred these incels to defend a game they inexplicably preorder Ed years ago, when they know full well cdpr has turned into. To everything it pretended not to be. A greedy corporate mess.

    But you guys let this out on older consoles knowing it was this bad?? Look at games like Detroit or Red Dead 2. The Witcher 3 even.     Story is great. However, the game looks horrible. Blurry graphics and low frame rates are extremely distracting. Gun fights are choppy and unfulfilling. A piece of garbage masterpiece best describes it. Can I get a refund? This game has been a bigger let down than the No Man’s Sky debacle. Now I’m going to have a lame merry Xmas season.     Ближе к выходу я начал интересоваться, вокруг чего возник то этот хайп, пересмотрел все трейлеры, обзоры прессы, чтобы было понимание, что это за игра все таки.
    За    Всем здарова. Скажу сразу, я вообще не ждал игру, на протяжении всей разработки, кучи переносов, я вообще не следил за ней. Конечно, попадались новости про переносы, мемы связанные с ними, но мне было глубоко не интересно.
    Ближе к выходу я начал интересоваться, вокруг чего возник то этот хайп, пересмотрел все трейлеры, обзоры прессы, чтобы было понимание, что это за игра все таки.
    За пару дней до выхода, начитался отзывов, насмотрелся видео с сырой игрой, ну думаю, ладно, игра еще не вышла, щас выйдет сразу все пофиксят.
    10 декабря- день x. Пришел в магазин, чтобы купить дисковую копию, так как в душе понимал, что игра может не зайти (не из-за багов, а из-за сюжета и сеттинга в принципе) и ее придется продать. Купил. Запускаю. Скачался сразу патч, ну думаю давай, удивляй меня игра.
    И что в итоге? А в итоге на ps4 slim мы получаем 100 гб скриншотов.
    Ну, а если серьезно, то как человек, который вообще не ждал эту игру, и купил ее потому что хотелось понять вокруг чего весь этот хайп, могу сказать, что игра скорее всего по сюжету не плохая да и по геймплею тоже. Вся проблема данной игры в том, что ее просто не доделали, просадки до 15 фпс, вечная прогрузка текстур, вылеты. Когда я играл, все больше и больше я задавался вопросом, а точно я играю на пс4, а не на слабом, древнем пк?
    Люди которые пишут, что им пофиг на графику, пофиг на вылеты, пофиг на отсутствие оптимизации, которые пишут, что несмотря ни на что игра отличная и играбельная, вы серьезно? Когда я вижу такие отзывы, складывается мнение, что пишут их не люди с собственным мнением, а жертвы маркетинга. Игра продается за 60$(4к руб.) и за эти деньги, вы получаете сырой кусок кода. Браво сдр, браво.
    После всего того что я увидел, даже после патча 1.04 ( который слабо исправил ситуацию), я все равно не могу назвать эту игру той игрой, которую хотелось видеть после просмотра трейлеров. Нет желания играть в скриншоты.
    Уже выложил диск на авито.
    Вернусь в игру, когда закончится открытый бета-тест, когда решат все эти проблемы ( если решат).    … Expand

    This is unplayable **** for me, as well as for the millions of other players who own older generation consoles. Turned it off and deleted it after an hour of patience, the vaunted plot does not save you when your eyes are corroded by graphics, and gameplay is killed by bugs. If the humiliated like this, then I absolutely do not.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
