    This game sucks. A game Made for campers with seasons like Fortnite, so you can spend all your money and 2020 you have to buy the new COD 2020. They just want your money for a piece of trash.

    trying to find the balance between arcade shooter and realistic gritty military game is a fools game only idiots pursue. shame really.

    This game is based on the same old Id Tech engine as back in the old days so basically a heavily modified q3 engine. So not only is this a rehash of the same old game over again it feels like a moneygrab like the fifa games which are copy pasta from last year. They always reintroduce exploits and bugs that where fixed and ironed out in older COD's .     I’ve ran into 4 separate performance issues, none of which have been resolved. When you pay $120 for a game and are not able to sign into your account, contact support, or submit a support ticket, it is aggravating. There’s plenty of games out there that allow you to avoid this one. Do that.

    American heroes save the world from evil Russians. All this looks very ridiculous, because of this you can not perceive the game. This fact negates all the positive aspects of this game.

    Multiplayer: Mind numbingly slow. I am a level 65 with a 1.98 KDR. You know why? Because I camp. All I have do is, pick a room, use my unlimited claymores and camp. Works everytime and I rack up killstreaks with ease, killing people probably way more skilled than me mechanics wise. Many matches end because of the time limit.

    This company is fraudulent, they put so much attention to detail only to give us propaganda and a sluggish game that even the first boots on the ground CODs couldnt rival in camping.

    Multiplayer guns shoot very unsteady even with all the attachments on. Sound is horrible. They're war zone game type not fun. The whole point of Battle Royaleis is to scavenge and find the best attachments, weapons and equipment, This game eliminates all that. Black Ops 4 had a way better Battle Royale system

В техподдержке игры на официальном сайте, тебя автоматически кидают на страничку с решениями проблемы в духе: обновите драйвера. С подписью "вылетает? ничем не можем вам помочь."

    Loving the game sl much until a week ago ( April 6th) , the game has been fulfilled with cheaters either in multiplayer and WarZone which are ruinning the game experience. Neither Activision nor Infinity Ward are taking measures to solve this.

    I expected Spec Ops to be split screen like modern warfare two. It's very annoying that multiplayer is but spec ops isn't or that there isn't any split screen offline playability.

    Gameplay is generally pretty good. But the game is plagued by regular, over-sized patches. To add insult to injury, the patching servers have been faulty for weeks (Meaning if you do get to download the patch, it is incredibly slow). And there seems to be no sign of these servers being repaired anytime soon. Good game / Bad infrastructure and support. I'd give it a miss.

    I loved all the call of duty’s but what a waste of £60 this game was, doesn’t load, crashes all the time, warzone is broke. Not angry just disappointed. Buy something else

    This game literally almost gets worse with every single update is over 100 gb and counting. This game alone has taken up my almost my entire storage. This wouldn’t be a huge problem if I could actually play in one of their **** servers half of the time. I have yet to talk to a person who doesn’t constantly have problems with this game. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Figure it out.

    Looks good and guns are quit good balanced.
    Maps, uav, camping, matchmaking,missions,carmos,battlepasss,spawns these things are all messed up and after 6 month they still havent fixed these issues(most of them they didnt even tr to fix.)

If this was the only game I had to play on a deserted island I would bury it and then feed myself to the sharks to make sure it was never discovered.     This game had serious potential, but the online matchmaking is among the worst I have ever played in my life. They need to go back to basics and keep it simple. SBMM single handedly killed this game for me.

    Amazing graphic but worst game movement and playing ever. Gun damage is unrealistic like it is in fortnite and every update only makes it worse.
    If u want a good and realistic shooter buy battlefield.

    The campain is cool, graphics feelings of the guns, There are a lot of positive things about this game but infinity ward has just been banning innocent players left and right, guns are always the same, no meta changes, and the support is literally non existant.

    This game has so much potential but it is sadly super wasted..

    The game play is absolutely shocking! Spawn killing is a major factor in this game! I play hardcore and unloading a clip into someone and still not die is almost guaranteed at least 10 times a game. There is no gunlow perk which is strange for a cod game. The maps are ok, but there is no lobby

    Who codded this game? The **** is real. Bullets damn near don't matter. The jumping is horrible, why does it show us putting the plates in? So we can get **** up but the guy shooting us before we can put them in and aim? What hot damn garbage. Only thing that makes it fun is playing with friends.

Multi-player at the very beginning was beautiful but now i am so disappointed at the new update. Be warned everyone now uses the new marksman rifle and everyone is a god a quick scoping. YES you have ghost bullets in every multiplayer mode, even in coop. they cant and wont do anything about it. they just give you more and more cosmetic content, and payed cosmetic content to try and fill the gaps they just refuse to care about, like the feedback of the multiplayer community. if they put in a new gun, just prepare for the grind because that gun will be the most dominating in every mode avaliable. they usually fix it in 4months when every one is running that abusive loadout. Unfortunatley only guns get to be "fixed" that "fast". usual game breaking bugs get fixed in more than 4 months or not at all. its what season 6? or so. still you cant cash in contraband contats if you reclaimed it after you got killed while carrying it. bugs on bugs on bugs every day, since launch. it could be a great fastpaced battleroyale, only if it was not by activison. the campaign is flat, bitter, and unintresting. pls cod dont try to be a mil. sim. you are not that realistic.

    As you would believe this is just another COD game that has little to no changes from the others. The campaign was pretty decent but extremely short. The game is just to similar to the other games to justify buying it. If you want a different COD experience then play Warzone its free and much better than this.

    piece of s$hit.i was lucky i didn't pay for this but i feel sorry for the people who bought this crap.the campaign mode is small and not interesting, battlefield has better stories and the multiplayer is full of cheaters. also first fix your problems with cheaters ,sound, jumping etc and the make new games and try to sell them. last i see the critic reviews are really good but the userpiece of s$hit.i was lucky i didn't pay for this but i feel sorry for the people who bought this crap.the campaign mode is small and not interesting, battlefield has better stories and the multiplayer is full of cheaters. also first fix your problems with cheaters ,sound, jumping etc and the make new games and try to sell them. last i see the critic reviews are really good but the user reviews who bought the game are not,why is that?… Expand

    I read from a poster this game is called Claymore duty modern campfare LOL. People camp more and more by the day. I just spent a whole team death match being spawn trapped at the same spawn that never flipped while the opposing team just rained down all kill streaks on us. WTF

    It's funny to see how US developers try to transfer failures made by their government on Russians in their game. It's very strange that this game doesn't have some sort of Abu Ghraib or some guy like Julian Assange pursued by the Russian government for saying the truth about tortures and murders. This game is fiction... fictional Nazi-like propaganda. Good job Activision and Infinity Ward.

    Singleplayer is nice after a long time, but to be honest nobody buy COD for campaign, so I will not score per it at all. After announced there will be no Blackout (only good part of previous game) we expected at least good multiplayer. What a fail. First, you need to wait 15 minutes "connecting to server" and then after all that time you get into worst COD multiplayer for long time. ShortSingleplayer is nice after a long time, but to be honest nobody buy COD for campaign, so I will not score per it at all. After announced there will be no Blackout (only good part of previous game) we expected at least good multiplayer. What a fail. Short time to kill produced game where 95% of players camp at same place. If you camp you get good score, if you are not no chance to survive. From same reason nobody play for objective. Graphically it looks terrible even on PC with maxed out settings — the final product is nothing like it's trailers. Location's design is also unmemorable. Developers are trying to hide the game's ugliness in the dark (80% of the game is taking place at night or in dark buildings), but it isn't working. Also, there isn't any music playing on most levels. What the hell Activision?

    And, yeah, Infinity Ward also lied about "grey morale": all Russian soldiers are evil in the sake of being evil. They are killing civilians, women and children without any reasons or logic behind their actions. If you are trying to make an interesting enemy — at least give them SOME motivation or ideology. Even Nazis in the COD: WW2 wasn't such monsters as Russians in new COD: MW. The Americans and British soldiers, in contrast, are heroes that even in the "torture" episode aren't actually torturing anyone. You can't even shot the terrorist's wife in the leg to make him talk — the game won't allow you to. Because Americans never tortured any terrorists in Guantanamo or Iraqi prisons, of course. Or 'cause USA and UK are the most important markets for COD games. It isn't the game about the dark side of war as they promised. It isn't a fun shooting gallery as previous COD games. It's the stupidest, tasteless propaganda I've seen in my entire life. Activision is trying to be provoking, but they don't have balls to do it properly. For example, we all understand that this fictional Urzikstan country is meant to represent Syria, but devs are afraid to say it out loud.

    If you don't give a ..ck about the singleplayer campaign — I have bad news for you, 'cause multiplayer sucks too. It's trying to be the COD, Battlefield and Counter-Strike at the same time... and it fails to be anything. It's too laggy, unpolished and unplayable.

    Modern Warfare (2019) is the worst part of Call of Duty. Actually, it's the worst shooter I've played in years. And it's one more disappointment in a neverending chain of disappointments from modern Activision-Blizzard. I'm just too sick of their s..tty games, microtransactions and politics, so, I've deleted my Battle.net account.    … Expand

I've had single player progress/achievements wiped clean, can't complete time-limited challenges/missions due to design flaws (such as common weapons not spawning during the second half of the Rebirth Island event), and so many other annoyances. I also hate how the in-game store has a FOMO aspect to it, just let me buy what I want!Bugs introduced with every patch ruin the game for me.     I love this game. I really love it. The campaign is great, the multiplayer is great, the gunplay is phenomenal one of the best modern FPS that I’ve played.

    This game deserves an 8-9 score if IW wasn’t cheating their console customers with the forced crossplay and allowing controllers to be dominated by KB&M. Before the release of the game they said that it is optional to participate in    I love this game. I really love it. The campaign is great, the multiplayer is great, the gunplay is phenomenal one of the best modern FPS that I’ve played.

SBMM is completely stupid, all COD fans started off being terrible and getting killed all the time, but because there was no SBMM, we could actually see and feel our improvement. Now since you're always up against people of your talent, it always feels like you can't get ahead. The maps are the worst of any shooter of all time by far, they have no flow to mildly put it they encourage savage camping, cross a street and you're dead. The terrible maps plus the worst spawn logic of all time equals total chaos with no flow, you can't read a map, speculate as to where the enemies are because they could literally be anywhere and the odds are that they're camping. On top of that, the absence of shooting enemies showing up on the mini map makes the whole map flow experience the absolute worst, it couldn't be any worse if they tried. It's a real shame because the visuals team at Infinity Ward did a truly spectacular job, the game is gorgeous and the gunplay is the best feeling of any shooter I've ever played. But because of just how unplayable multiplayer modes are, I can't even give any credit for that. Why would I care about good looks if I'm not having fun? That's what she said.

    Also the campaign is despicable Russophobic historical revisionism and it's so aggressively trying to lie to you (blaming Russia for the highway of death when it's actually the USA that did it in real life) that I just can't play through it. I can't believe they'd do that to the Russian people, passing the blame for American war crimes to Russia. This seriously crosses a line for me. For this total historical insult trying to turn public opinion against Russia even further than it already is, on top of the worst online experience of any type of game I have ever played of my life, this game is a total big fat sloppy 0 and I wish I could have my money back. Thank god for Warzone though, which I'm absolutely loving. I feel bad for Infinity Ward because I'm pretty sure all the **** pro-noob anti-russian **** comes from Activision. So F U Activision. Infinity Ward's Campaign Gameplay Director Jacob Minkoff promised players "You can have characters you’re rooting for, but you’re only rooting for them because you’ve been presented their side of the story."

    So what's Barkov "side of the story", what's his motivation on commiting war crimes? That this is revenge for the death of his soldiers? No, he started shooting and gasing civilians since day one of invasion (mission Hometown).

    Minkoff promised "moral gray area", while this is the most black and white CoD game. Seriously, previous Modern Warfare games had more gray morale than this one. Back then both Russia and US had their bad guys (Zakhaev, Markov, Shepherd), each with their own understandable motivation.

    Here Russian forces (again, those are legit government forces, not Ultranationalists, not Inner Circle or some rogue general) doesn't have any viable motivation, just some cartoon villain logic: "We're doing evul thingz cuz we're evul!" It's like watching Rambo 3. Looks like IW tried to hang on them all the war crimes that they could remember (funny enough, including the ones US did in real life, like Highway of Death or Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse), all that just to make players hate them.

    There was some many ways to push the story into moral gray zone. Make ULF actual terrorists, with suicide vests and officially declaring Jihad, making Farah more of a spiritual leader in the same time, so that players had their doubts on helping them. Do not actually show those war crimes, instead make Farah only mention them, so that players could guess is all she saying is truth or just propaganda. Show Urzikstani Government Forces, with their own affiliation. Justify Barkov's actions, show that he want to defend both loyal locals and his men alike. Et cetera, et cetera...

    Russians are not mad because Russians are main bad guys - they were in every Modern Warfare game. Russians are mad because Russian army is protrayed as literal animals, worse than in any other MW game, while CIA and SAS are all white and clean, only making some "questionable" (actually not, all of those are easily justified) actions from time to time. All of that while talking that "any of the characters in this game are wholly right or wrong" (again, Minkoffs quote).

    Trying to blame all war crimes that happened recently in real world only on one side of the conflict makes this game one step from legit propaganda.    … Expand

But this is not a grey and grey morality, this is hyperreality! First of all, when every side is bad and US and brits are heroes, it is not a grey and complex story, it's a propaganda. It was stated that good and bad will be from both sides, actually that means one good third plan Russian (because he helps cia) and other bad soldiers (which you have to kill during the game), one "nasty" US general in HQ, while the others are heroes. Oh yes and bad "syrian" brother which makes good things with bad actions. I am sure that the script writers are cynical manipulators. Let's take a look at the plot, whole world under the threat from Al-Qatala (something familiar isn't it?) , and Russia decided to occupy terrorists origin county. What is the original of this simulacrum? US, brits and others invasion to Iraq in 2003. The Russian army behaves itself as an SS troops in "Syria", what is the nearest history analogue, with civilian and cild violence and sexual assaults? "My Lai Massacre", i guess, or Fallujah operation. The moment, when rebel troops under air strikes while retreating. I remember only one such moment in modern history, it is the 'Highway of death' in 1991. There were so many moments, when it might be grey morality, terrorists among white helmets (sorry, volunteer organizations), US-trained rebels, become AlQ renegades (ref to Osama), USAID supplies in the hands of terrorists. Well, you can say it's just a game and just a fiction, but why in this case it is necessary to turn everything upside down? Why do we need the lines from main positive characters like "Russian are terrorists", "Can you kill Russians?". My score is 0 for misleading marketing, "pure Jingoism" and "Rambo 3 inspired" more like the truth.… Expand

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
