    Pretty good campaign, I really don't care about the whining about "Russia bad America good", it's a game, not some evil propaganda designed to kill Russians.

    Elsewhere, spec-ops is a major downgrade and survival is very underwhelming. Over- and under-powered guns in Multiplayer make this game a 0 for me. The recent full-auto "Sorokin" pistol with 80 rounds is just laughably unfair.    Pretty good campaign, I really don't care about the whining about "Russia bad America good", it's a game, not some evil propaganda designed to kill Russians.

    This game is nothing but russophobic propaganda. I could understand when americans depicted soviet's as something bad, under ideological reasons of course, but this is completely different. This game depicts the modern russian army and russian people as somewhat cold-blood barbarians who enjoy killing in every possible evil way.     Bought the game 2 days before this review. One thinks that the game should have a smooth, bug-free user experience because it's been almost 2 years since its first release. Anyway, spent 3 hours to figure out which packages to install to play the campaign mode. Finally managed to do it, 30 seconds into the game I got hit with a black screen on my PS5, just stuck. Restarted the game 3 timesBought the game 2 days before this review. One thinks that the game should have a smooth, bug-free user experience because it's been almost 2 years since its first release. Anyway, spent 3 hours to figure out which packages to install to play the campaign mode. Finally managed to do it, 30 seconds into the game I got hit with a black screen on my PS5, just stuck. Secondly it takes all the space of your 500GB PS4, stupid as f**k! Last but not least, they have obviously done it this way so that you can be the testing guinea pig. So you pay 100 pounds (50 game, 50 PlayPlus) and then you test the game for them after days of downloading. If I stumble upon the Blizzard headquarters I gladly would set it on fire.    … Expand

    MW multiplayer PC review: just don't. Probably less than 10% of players are PC players so forget turning off crossplay if you want to play fair. Your mouse and keyboard will be outclassed by console auto-aim, which means the enemies who headshot you from across the map are the same as the ones who can run past you and do a quick 180 degree slide to kill you - all because the console doesMW multiplayer PC review: just don't. The meta is stale - people say "any gun will work" but that's just not true, and even less true for kbm users. On the most recent patch and for many before it, I often die around corners, or as I hear the first bullet hit because of how **** the network code is Playing against consoles running at 60fps make the experience dog dooky for PC players because of this: if you try to peek a corner and go back, your hitbox will stay around that corner for twice as long in the eyes of a console player because their console updates half as fast, and because the game honors the shooters - not the shootee's - hitbox, you'll die faster than you can react, because favor is given to slower consoles. Just in general, this is a stellar graphical and gunplay experience ruined by a lot of poor multiplayer implementation decisions. Get this game off the shelves and into the garbage heap where it belongs.… Expand

    As usual and excellent graphics and great game mechanics. This game should also get special award as the most realistic game of all times, because the way they pictured russians is more than precise. The way the story depicts murder of unarmed man, women and children, lynching, mass graves and other atrocities and war crimes is precisely what is now happening in Ukraine.     Why do i need to download 90G of useless update for f warzone? Then register in activision services, then download additional 10g of updates to play f offline campaign??

    This game is garbage. Looks nice but sadly that's where it ends. Gunplay is ok for Call of Duty and campaign is too short and loses it's pace at times. But the simple fact that I couldn't play through the campaign without a constant internet connection is a enough for me to hate it, but you can't practice with bots without one either. Which I like to do when I don't have online. OverallThis game is garbage. Looks nice but sadly that's where it ends. Gunplay is ok for Call of Duty and campaign is too short and loses it's pace at times. But the simple fact that I couldn't play through the campaign without a constant internet connection is a enough for me to hate it, but you can't practice with bots without one either. Which I like to do when I don't have online. Overall was a terrible experience and the multiplayer blows too due to constant bombardment with micro transactions.     Installing the campaign is an absolute nightmare. I just want to play the god damn campaign, but I have to install all kinds of manure before I can do this. Complete disaster of a model. Activision shame on you!

    I'm playing on PS4 and the game throws a blue screen error that didn't happen before, since the addition of warzone the technical problems were rising, but with the last update, the campaign practically came unplayable, I've reinstalled the game, even i test with another HDD and the same history.

    Played for 40 minutes. Couldn’t stand it any more than that. Horrible racist piece of ^^^^. As usual, Muslims & Arabs are the terrorists. Russians are villains.

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
