    This type of attitude, towards specific nations, drives me, and evidently majority of other people, nuts. The main idea of "grey shade of war" that was supposed to be shown in the game was not displayed in the game whatsoever. If that had been the case, russian soldiers would NOT have been portrayed as the only freaking evil on Earth, while the NATO soldiers and rebels would NOT have beenThis type of attitude, towards specific nations, drives me, and evidently majority of other people, nuts. Dear humans, it is time to understand that there can be no way of reaching global peace and prosperity through hate and negativity, even towards those, who had been in a rival position to you for centuries. You should understand that this kind of disgusting propaganda ONLY plays the role of a collision point as it can, and will be used to show how bad the West hates Russia, or be considered by different ignorant people of the west as a realistic portrayal of "the terrible things that come with Russia existing on this planet". Games are being used frequently as an easy way of influencing the making of, of poor judgement and evaluations, this cannot be a good sign, as the originally neutral Internet space is converting to one more political range.     The campaign is fairly decent but probably one of the worst out of all the modern warfare games and spec ops can be enjoyable at times. But the multiplayer. The multiplayer is filled with campers and spawn killers who will take advantage of the games mechanics to make you end up throwing your controller out the window. The maps are terrible with a few decent ones like Hackney yard andThe campaign is fairly decent but probably one of the worst out of all the modern warfare games and spec ops can be enjoyable at times. But the multiplayer. The multiplayer is filled with campers and spawn killers who will take advantage of the games mechanics to make you end up throwing your controller out the window. The maps are terrible with a few decent ones like Hackney yard and azhir cave. I would not recommended this at all as it is a waste of £40-£50 depending on where you get it. At first I was hyped for this game because black ops 4 was mediocre and because the mw games were amazing but I was severely disappointed and let down by campers and a bad game design.     Multiplayer is really good, Spec ops although hard is fun but the obvious black sheep is the campaign. Some things are really good about it, Captain Price being just as badass. But other things such as the war themes are just so redundant and stupid. In the other CODs you could understand the villains motivations. (Even AW had a better villain for **** sake) but in this one you can't think for him or understand him. It's just that he's bad or something like that. ****ing hell, how could Infinity Ward **** up this bad? Why can't we have a Chinese or North Korean threat instead of a basic, by the books, Russia is bad. What I do like however are the moments where you play as a young Farah, the mission where you watch a ****ing town get bombed is so ****ed up, glad to see Infinity Ward pissing people off again.    … Expand

    If you like running and gunning give it a miss. If you love to camp, pre-aim doors and one hit with a shotgun this is the game for you. I've been a cod fan since the first and this is by far the worst multiplayer experience i've had on a COD game. The perks are imbalanced, the weapons are a mess and the maps are sh*t.

Additionally the game is not well optimised and the borderline wooden gameplay mechanics not the flexible. It got to the point where i just skipped all of the narrative cutsenes to finish the game.     so many bugs that are not getting fixed, too busy nerfing the same gun 3 times in the space of 1 month.
    Campers paradise! the maps are specifically designed just to sit in a corner and camp all game. Most boring and slow paced multiplayer game ive EVER played.
    The new field upgardes are broken and wont let me use them half of the time in game.
    Hit detection is broken, i shoot a full assault rifle clip at someone and 90% of the bullets go straight through them taking no damage at all???
    You spawn and you die straight away due to the new mechanics that wont let you shoot for the first couple of seconds of spawning in and the spawn system is also broken due to very bad spawn loacations.
    The game is that slow paced on FFA and TDM due to campers that the timer runs out in the majority of games rather than hitting the score limit
    Overall the game is slow paced, boring to play and very frustrating, really not worth the money imo.
    I wish i never bought it, really isnt the game they made it out to be    … Expand

    Multiplayer is broken. The respawn system is awful and will constantly spawn you right on top of killstreaks or right in front of enemy players. Map design is extremely poor, especially Piccadilly. Worst multiplayer FPS out right now.

    The game seems amazing when it comes to mechanics, animations and systems. But the plot ruined it for me, I am not a Russian myself, but even I can obviously see how it is meant as anti-Russian. Perhaps the company needs to be more neutral politically and make actually 'fictional' stories instead of pitting good guys against bad guys which in this case is Americans against Russians. 'Highway of Death' is one of many examples about how the game twists the real history and makes it Russia's fault, disgusting. In the previous games, it was different but this is just taken to extreme level. I am an old player of COD, and I actually had hope in the COD's future when I learned about this new game. But now they totally lost my interest. I haven't bought any COD for many years due to how ridiculous their recent games have become and now I am gonna not look at COD anymore.

    You could have tried a plot of aliens taking over the soldiers and there are civil wars all over the world etc, you could have had invented a story where you play in Middle East, and you fight Americans as well as Russians. So much potential to make a good story. But nah, they won't do that. So many companies that used to make good games now make usually **** games. Go keep copying Battleroyal or WW2 from Battlefield, yeah, COD sucks now    … Expand

    El mejor en cuanto a sonidos de armas, y variedad de armas y en cuanto a gráficos, el peor en todo lo demás.
    - Minimapa no es el de toda la vida, lo han querido innovar y les ha salido como el culo y para qué van a escuchar a la comunidad? Ellos se han empeñado en que su nuevo minimapa es mejor y no nos van a hacer ni p*** caso, básicamente es un minimapa con más zoom de lo normal, y    El mejor en cuanto a sonidos de armas, y variedad de armas y en cuanto a gráficos, el peor en todo lo demás.

    - Skill-based matchmaking (sbmm), muchísimo peor que cod advanced warfare, aquí estás jugando un torneo competitivo en todas las puñeteras partidas, desesperante, que aunque no digan nada, no hace falta ser un experto para saber que lo hay, todas las partidas igualadas o la gran mayoría te mete en partidas perdiendo y de paliza.
    - Incitación a campear, los mapas con tantas ventanas, puertas y esquinas, solo se les ve la cabeza, hasta los desafíos de camuflajes te piden bajas agachado, apoyando el arma, básicamente que seas un paralítico a la hora de jugar.
    - Desvalance de armas por completo, en las partidas solo verás la m4, y antes solo la 725 de escopeta, pero eso si que lo han arreglado.
    - Silencio mortal como especialidad en vez de como ventaja...
    - Sonido de los pasos elevadísimos, dicen que los han ido tocando, pero por lo visto solo para cuando vas agachado y apuntando, para incitar más a campear y fastidiar las partidas, parece un desfile de elefantes cuando corres.
    En resumen, si quieres jugar la campaña, las operaciones especiales y supervivencia, pues está bien, no es nada del otro mundo tampoco, pero tienes un rato de distracción, pero pagar mínimo 70€ para esos modos de juego porque el multijugador ES INJUGABLE, déjame decirte que prefiero jugar al Mario Galaxy de la Nintendo Wii.    … Expand

    Top 3 for worst call of duty’s of all time. Gun play is great, but everything else is atrocious. The campaign sucked, multiplayer sucks, and co op is a complete joke. I would suggest NOT wasting $60 on this piece of garbage game. Joe cecot and the infinity ward crew needs to all be fired. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t listen to the community.

    Game will not play. It claims the PS4 is overheating and shuts it down immediately even though the ps4 is ice cold. Call of Duty Modern Warfare is the only game that does that

After ruling out every fixable solution including contacting activision support, I am stuck with a $60 I can't play.     Говно. Ничем не отличается от BF4, хотя BF4 вышла в 2013 году. Но в отличии от BF4 этот кал пингует, вылетает и весит 170гб. Зря потратил деньги, но больше жалею, что проспонсировал этот плевок в лицо игроиндустрии.

    I think this Game is excellent - im a tough reviewer and 8 is an outstanding score for me. The single player campaign is blockbuster mind blowing graphics and varied gameplay for a FPS.     This game is terrible. Spawns are some of the worst I have ever seen, the maps are terrible too. And the cheating system? They might aswell not have announced one. All in all very very happy that I did not pay anything for it. My god I would have felt cheated if I payed for this. Campaign is pretty good, but the multiplayer is the worst multiplayer game EVER.     The game is so full of bugs and horrible balance that it ruins any fun there is to be had with it. It runs like garbage for how it looks and it looks pretty poor compared to other games. I get significantly less FPS that I will in comparable games, and it feels much less smooth than for the framerates the game reports.     The UI is probably the most bug ridden element of the game. As with all CODs, there is misinformation presented by the UI. The UI also constantly freezes; most menu clicks incur some brief freeze. The game has crashed more than any other AAA title I've played. Loading maps will sometimes stall out the game and disconnect you from the servers.

    The netcode is a joke and the player animations are jerky and unsmooth. It gets almost unplayably worse if the enemy is far away as the server will drop the tick rate to slideshow level low for even remotely distant enemies.

    The kill streak balance is atrocious, particularly if you play ground war. Ground war is polluted with high power kill streaks almost all the time. I hope you enjoy being constantly randomly killed if you want to play ground war.

    The sound in this game is also poor. There are dropped sounds all the time, and the positioning seems a little off no matter what sound settings and headphones I try.

    The VOIP chat is the most toxic I've encountered, but a fair margin, in any game. Full of people screaming obscenities, racism, and homophobia. In this day and age it would be easy to run the VOIP audio through a transcription AI that could ban people using using hate speech, but that gets to my next point.

    The devs could not care less for feedback from this game, they completely ignore the community. The suggestions and feedback for improvement that is universally lauded rarely makes it into the game. There are stealth nerfs and buffs all the time. It is futile to believe that Infinity Ward is at all invested in making the game better.    … Expand

    The game feels fundamentally broken. While I have 13 days played and feel like it has a lot of potential... Ultimately I feel punished for being a skilled player with their match making system, when coupled with lag issues 50% of the time games are unplayable..... Overall it feels broken and the more I play the more tedious it becomes.... I haven't experienced this before with any other COD

    Everything is upside down. Call of Duty has a better solo campaign than multiplayer after many years. We will remember a perfectly scripted war with a dense atmosphere, but we’ll forget about the unbalanced online multiplayer. [Issue#298]

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
