This is a fairy tale of "hope" and two brothers will bring the weight to the end.

Sense of wonder, emotions and clever approach make for an overall brilliant game that goes well beyond its technical limits.

Brothers is a beautiful tale of love and loss. A marvelous adventure that will hit your heart.

An indie gem that shouldn't be missed regardless of your platform of choice. It would have been ideal to see this re-release separate itself more from previous versions, but it's still a very good and memorable experience.

It's still and enjoyable and original game, although this remake should be considered only by those who haven't already played the original, as the extra content is really thin.

The worldless storytelling is some of the most compelling of the year and the purposefully frustrating control system an outrageously daring experiment.

The best way to play the game on consoles and it's very much worth playing if you're yet to experience it.

Enchanting and unique, this is a very welcome new member of the PS4 family.

The controls take some getting used to, and the graphics could've been a little bit better, but overall, this is a sibling rivalry you should check out.

Style and emotions remain deliciously unchanged, yet this re-release on current generation consoles isn't exactly a luxurious one (and it's even pricier than before...).

It captures a sense of real wonderment and intrigue which is no easy feat. Another positive is how it captures the strong brotherly bond between the two main characters by having the player control the pair of them at the same time. The puzzles are very simplistic but I feel they are just about enough to satisfy most players. The story is solid and never boring while managing to fit in quite a lot considering the game's short runtime. Overall, it's well worth a playthrough. Full Review »

The visual presentation and atmosphere is great. I love the adventure of the sons. The controls can be a little confusing at times because the left side of your controller will be used for one brother and the right side for the other. Although there is not much of a hazzle or dying in this game, so it wont be much of a deal.

The puzzles are nice and not overcomplicated. Most of the time you can discover a secret or two alongside the road which can be acquired afterwards via chapter selection also. At first I thought of this being a cute relaxing game mostly for a younger audience, but I have to revise this. The sub tone of this game has a dramatic note and at some point a dark theme where you can for example rescue someone from hanging themselves. Also you wander through a forest within which hung people are displayed. This irritated me alot because the rest of the game was also suited for under aged youngsters.

The playtime is pretty thin. I guess when you are used to controllers and go straight it ll turn to be a 3-5hr journey. There is no real dialog in this game, its some sort of mumbling and pointing to the solutions.

After all I still suggest to grab this game although I d strongly advise to go for a deal of 9.99 or less because of the short playtime and the overall thin content. Still the atmospheric and lovely art is making this a worthwhile a heart breaking trip that you dont want to miss.

The story is simplistic, and the dialogue is in a sort of fictional foreign language. Yet it's very easy to follow the plot, which progresses and actually becomes more and more fascinating.

The story is very well-done and emotionally driven. I won't spoil any more about it, you just gotta play it. good game, could be longer....but well done.
