    For me it is 8/10 game, but When I know that it is made by 20 people, my rate go higher. It is realy great game!

    First at all: All the game magazines didn't played the game for hours. All the the points of critics will disapear after serverall hours of playing. Example: The puzzles are too easy, but getting more difficult later the game!

    This game is made for teens, for the Fortnite genaration. It's not in a direct competition with Skyrim or Witcher 3. My son (12) really like it.     The strong point of the game. - beautiful open world. So much love. The Grafik are not like horizon, but the world can compete with this Titel. But u can discover so much everywhere.     The strong point of the game.
    - beautiful open world. So much love. The Grafik are not like horizon, but the world can compete with this Titel. But u can discover so much everywhere. Sometimes assets repeat themselves, but it's okay for 20 people, crating this.
    - combat can be fun and frustrating at the same time. But man Kung fu racoon. That's a beautiful funnything. Also u can gain tribal weapons with different combos, that are different than the normal guns and weapon.
    - dressing up, and crafting. Often I find myself lost in crating some new cool weapons and must lough about a new find. A head with rabbit ears or other stuff. So much loot and everything can be useful in its right. Maybe selling, destroy or for materials or use it to revamp a new weapon.
    -interesting element system. U can also combine for example electro and fire, and u create a lot more damage than only with one element. And with ur gun u can stack a 3rd type.
    - wonderful creative stuff. Not only the animals ore enemies are sometime so cool designed. Also ur vehicals can be changed in look and are useful for boss fights and certain situations
    -this game is so different and also the same in questing, as we know from other games. But u search for funny things, that humans needed, and the narrator explaining these things. That can lead to some funny moments.
    - everything is cute and the language of the animals make me lough a lot.
    - the world isn't empty, that's a lie. Their are parts of the world empty, but that's only realistic because in some parts u can't breathe or u are high up in mountains. The only thing that I can say is-a bit more epidemic life would make sense sometimes

    Negative things

    - the voice acting is great but also boring sometimes. Also some lines are repeated. Also in mainquests and side quests.
    - the narrator is a strange thing. Because he is the only voice u can understand in this world.
    - fetch quest are in their. Repeat this, and do this. Bring me wood to re build a city and so on.
    That isn't for everyone. But it's definetly not so much as like in AC games.
    - no lock on camera. Makes fighting harder, but u can get used to it
    - the healing menue isn't intuitive. And the time do not stop, only goes in slow motion. That is tricky in the beginning.
    - ur bad and good behavior do things in the world. But not as much as u think.
    Other villages get destroyed or some people talk differently to u. 101 could do a bit more with it.
    - some decision must be made without any warnings. And can't be changed. That's okay, but not mine.
    - playing the game nearly 30 h now, and I got the feeling u have to play it a 2nd time. NG+ times are not mine either. I am from generation. U can get everything in the first run    … Expand

    This game is definitely meant for a niche of fans that miss the Rareware games of old. The combo strings are fluid and the crafting is fun. My only two complaint is the narrator when I could understand the language. After switching it to Russian I immediately started enjoying it more and just read the subtitles.

    Been having such a blast with it. Its isn't going to blow you away narrative wise. But its just good, amazing fun of a game. Confused by all the negativity surrounding it. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. It has things that can be improved upon. But as a new IP. Its amazing and I can't wait to see where it goes. If you're on the fence and all you have to go on are the majority of reviews.Been having such a blast with it. Its isn't going to blow you away narrative wise.     A grand open world experience! Biomutant is an open world, action packed adventure game loaded with rpg elements and a innovative crafting system. This game combines so many things that make games of this genre unique and excels on all but one aspect. From the combat, to the story, to the art direction and soundtrack this games hits all the notes and draws you in immediately. But it doesA grand open world experience! There are so many places to explore and things to experience in this game that you'll be playing it for 50+ hours in no time. So in closing I recommend going out and experiencing this game with no prior knowledge or spoilers so you can get the full experience.… Expand

    I have put 30 plus hours into the game playing on hard. the first three hours of this game is atrocious with constant stopping of gameplay for dialogue and janky cutscenes and an endless amount of tutorial boxes popping up.
    but after leaving the tutorial area and going into the actual world I was having a blast. the exploration is fun finding loot to craft into stronger    Played on PS5

    but after leaving the tutorial area and going into the actual world I was having a blast. the exploration is fun finding loot to craft into stronger weapons or scraping for more materials to craft. I haven't been this intrigued by loot since borderlands. the way you can customize the weapons give it a unique look that make it feel more personal than most games. I wish more games can adopt this crafting system like dying light 2.
    The world is gorgeous in motion and have really foo draw distance it was cool seeing an area then realizing i cant o in there yet till i required the right gear for the element. I felt like so far I have been always working towards something. the music is enjoyable to and enemies have been nicely scattered through the world(although i dont think they respawn in certain area but i believe they are working on a patch).
    the combat is where i have had the most fun. it was really janky and bare bones at first but once i unlocked the wung fu combos for the gun and weapon i was using and earned a few abilities that complemented the way i play combat became a lot more smooth and fun. I do warn that this game isnt a hack and slash game or it will feel janky. once you are in a attack animation you have to finish the attack so you should be more methodical with you button inputs.
    The story is probably the weakest aspect with it being straight forward and there just to string you along the world. if you are playing just for main quest story the game is not for you. I personally have enjoyed some of the character I have came across exploring and usually found worth while upgrades, loot, mounts or mini bosses through exploration.
    the game has some jank and flaws but if im being honest I am having more fun with this game than the last few openworld I have purchased for 60$ (AC Valhalla and Fenix Rising) so I dont mind the price point comparing it off of those AAA games    … Expand

    It has some bugs and is laggy on my ps4 pro but besides that its a beautiful unique game which got me within 20 minutes. Beautiful open world, very cool crafting system and very cool skills and upgrades. Additionally very creative level design, story and especially the creatures and enemies. I love this game. I hope for a second Part in the future :)

I haven't seen a single bug or glitch and all the systems and activities are fun. It's repetitive like ANY major open world games out there, but there is a lot of charm and I'm having a blast.

    I really hope this game sells well and that the devs keep supporting it with patches. The game is not a "No Mans Sky". It's pretty much the same game from the trailers.     Traversal of Bio-Mutants open world is an absolute joy, character movement, abilities and mounts make what is normally a monotonous open world experience one of Bio-Mutants greatest assets, a feat few open world games can claim.

    The combat is simple to pick up, it's fluid and satisfying, although familiar in many ways clearly taking inspiration from multiple popular action games, Bio-mutant still maintains a uniqueness in it's execution. A large selection of weapons and abilities offer a variety of ways in which you can approach combat. Your arsenal consists of Melee and ranged weapons as well as offensive abilities (Psi and Bio), there are multiple types of melee and ranged weapons allowing for the creation of very unique and numerous playstyles.

    The extensive crafting system is a min-maxers dream allowing you to heavily focus your stats around your chosen playstyle, it's not revolutionary, however it is very well implemented, easy to use and also affects equipment appearance.

    If you long for a time when games were made to be fun and not to be some attempt at high "art" Bio-Mutant may very well be the game for you, I'm thoroughly enjoying my time with it and I'm sure you will too.    … Expand

    It feels like a saints row game, which I like. Just because it plays like an older game doesn't make it a bad game. The critics rated Returnal high because it feels new, even though it is overly difficult and frustrating with zero accessibility. The Returnal developer's justification for this is unacceptable and pretentious. Biomutant would have been a great game 5 years ago, and it's aIt feels like a saints row game, which I like. Just because it plays like an older game doesn't make it a bad game. The critics rated Returnal high because it feels new, even though it is overly difficult and frustrating with zero accessibility. The Returnal developer's justification for this is unacceptable and pretentious. Biomutant would have been a great game 5 years ago, and it's a great game today. Many critics who rated it poorly or said it is boring also say that it's easy to lose hours in playing the game, to get completely lost in it. That's a good game, not a bad game.     Having a blast so far. I don’t mind the narrator, the gameplay is actually quite fun, the world is beautiful and enemy design isn’t bad either. Lots to do in way of quests and crafting. It has a charm. I love the exploration. Overall it isn’t bad at all. Perhaps expectations were too high from that one announcement years ago?

    I don't entirely agree with a lot of the critic reviews. I don't think the game is hollow, I feel like it is a vibrant and oddly both dark and uplifting world that THQ Nordic has created. I'm astounded that such a small team was able to make such a big vibrant world. The combat is so-so, definitely some fun but not very rewarding, and some of the early game plot stuff was a bit of a drag,I don't entirely agree with a lot of the critic reviews. I don't think the game is hollow, I feel like it is a vibrant and oddly both dark and uplifting world that THQ Nordic has created.     Really fun I enjoy every second of it. It’s not perfect but it’s more enjoyable than many 3A games. I recommand it without hesitation.

    Un juego muy bonito, la historia me ha encantado asi como la exploracion. cosas que no me agradaron mucho fue la musica (que no es sobresaliente) y los combates. pero fuera de eso es grandioso y me atrapo mucho una vez pasado el tutorial.

    Great exploration game. Im doing all side quest while slowly doing main missions because I just want to be lost in this world. The negative reviews are B.S. in my opinion, you need patience grasshopper

    I bought the game with second hand 35e and had very little expectations.
    +Pluses
    + fast moving and running (if u choose agility +150) + As fast as u would ever want to set aim sensitivity. + Fast and fluidy mounting on/off of vehicles and animals as u need to do it million times so its very important. +Beautiful world considering it runs about 50fps with some dips but its still colmpletely    I bought the game with second hand 35e and had very little expectations.

    -Every enemy has the same two moves. -Separet outfit and gear options sucks and confuses. Should be on one tab.
    -when u loot or buy there should be compared stats what u have on or own already.
    -Imo there should be few more hit moves or combos.
    -lack of meaningful npc's, they all r the same.
    -Game is way too easy even from the first try extreme difficulty so it quickly becomes just run and shoot everything without really fear of dying or little dodging.

    Afterall great excellent game from very small group of people and budjet and its a huge step for to continue future games.    … Expand

    Nice indie game with a lot to do. Some what repetative missions and at start repetative combat. But when you start to use a variety of combos and skills the combat is a blast! Recommended :)

    Side Quests are far better than the main story line, the world is big and beautiful, there are mounts and flying mounts and gimmicks to explore. I like the Environment so far. For me its an 8/10 but its an absolutly like about. There are many options like the narrator I can understand he can be annoying sometimes but for me it was just fun.     Ahhh Biomutant such a great game after playing for over 100 hours on my xbox series x I have gone ahead and purchased this game again for my Ps5 .. One key differences I have noticed from playing this on the Xbox series x the world looks a bit more detailed not a drastic change only noticeable if you look .. I feel Thq did not put as much effort in to the PlayStation 4 /5 version of thisAhhh Biomutant such a great game after playing for over 100 hours on my xbox series x I have gone ahead and purchased this game again for my Ps5 .. One key differences I have noticed from playing this on the Xbox series x the world looks a bit more detailed not a drastic change only noticeable if you look .. I feel Thq did not put as much effort in to the PlayStation 4 /5 version of this game as it suffers from slight frame rate issues such as lag and stuttering , but I will say it is not as bad where it will ruin your experience .. also they choose not to add a 4K option for the Ps5 which the Ps5 is fully capable of handling it is laziness from thq Nordic .. I will have to rate the PlayStation copy slightly lower than the Xbox version

    Overall biomutant is a great game that is worth being picked up    … Expand

    Мне интересно бездумно бегать по миру и делать квестики. Игран е сложная и вечерком расслабиться после работы вполне даже. Сюжет примитивный, боевка тоже. Но интересная идея с пушистыми хорьками. Мир красивый, но на PS4 графика хуже чем на ПК, просадки по ФПС бывают. За 15 часов багов не встречал.

    Самая главная проблема игры это дисбаланс разнообразия. Вроде как лута очень много, а вот приемов боя и сценариев захвата аванпостов мало. Масштабности при захвате аванпоста нет.
    Крафт: нашел вещи в самом начале, периодически обновляю заплатки и на другие поменять и не получается, эти имба.
    Система кармы не работает в сюжете. Био и пси приемы слабые..
    Диалоги....я иногда вообще не понимаю, что несут за чушь эти ушастые.

    Но в целом мир красивый, спецэффекты сочные, разнообразие примитивных головоломок.
    Рассказчик иногда говорит что-то не в попад, но при условии, что наш ГГ всегда молчит, то без комметов рассказчика было бы вообще скучно.
    4000 руб за PS4 версию дорого. Игра уровня мобилки. Надеюсь будет Биомутант 2 и там будет маштабнее все, что есть в этой игре.    … Expand

Its aesthetics are a bit all over the place but it has a clear theme of messed up evolution on top of the ruins and junk of the now extinct mankind.

    The introduction phase is quite long because it crams a lot of tutorials in narrative style. The dialogues can slow down the pace a lot, so it takes a while to get into the game. But the core of it kicks in and the paths open up once you are free to choose your quests, find your mount, build your character, wander anywhere you want given you can survive the elements.

    Skills and weapon types have different learning curves so they feel unequal at first until you find your favorite play style. After a while using the first thing that worked on most mobs it gets boring, but the character development is open enough so you can change directions and there is no need "respec" to keep your build viable. Sometimes the combat gets messy when there are too many mobs in the same fight, especially when there are two opposing groups involved in a fight.

    I'm not giving 8/10 to counter the review bombers. It's a good game. Biomutant isn't perfect but it's not a botched release, it runs very well a. It does what many open-world action RPG's have done up until now. It combines many recipes of what made the genre popular but it looks like people suddenly decided to raise the bar sky high for story, originality, content and variety in a genre that rarely stands out in those aspects. I bet the bar will be low again on time before the next Ubisoft releases of sequels of upon sequels if you know what I mean.    … Expand

    this game is FUN fun FUN !!!!! one of the best games of 2021. who knew being a rodent in a post apocaliptic world would be such a hoot !!!1 a must play !!!!

    Fun, quirky, and colorful world mixed with creative, sandbox style combat allows your imagination to run wild in a Wung-Fu fantasy adventure. Definitely has 80s era Saturday morning cartoon vibe. Recommend for people who have a soul and enjoy having fun

    For on open-world action RPG developed by a handful of people, Biomutant makes a very striking impression. It’s hard for me to imagine someone not falling in love with the beautiful, unique world conjured up by Experiment 101. Sure, the game as a whole is not perfect, but if a sequel is ever created, I’ll be the first in line to play it. [07/2021, p.38]

    From creating your own character to a wide array of vehicles and a unique world, there’s a lot to love in Biomutant – which makes its shallowness all the more disappointing. The inconsistent battle system and the amount of bugs doesn’t make things any better. While the game certainly knows how to hook you, the fun doesn’t last very long.

    Biomutant tries to do a lot of interesting things. It offers a potentially captivating world and unique crafting mechanics. Even the combat's fine, on the surface. The game, however, doesn't exactly play well, with clumsy controls, repetitive missions and an overemphasis on drawn-out dialogue that bores instead of inspires. This really could (and should) have been a lot better than it is.
