    I miss the days when Telltale actual made games. A friend recently talked me into "playing" Wolf Among Us where I watched a movie and occasionally clicked my mouse. There was a time when Telltale was the potential saviour of the Adventure Game genre with Sam & Max and Monkey Island. Then, Walking Dead changed all of that.

    Now I don't blame them one bit, this is the far more profitable    I miss the days when Telltale actual made games. A friend recently talked me into "playing" Wolf Among Us where I watched a movie and occasionally clicked my mouse. There was a time when Telltale was the potential saviour of the Adventure Game genre with Sam & Max and Monkey Island. Then, Walking Dead changed all of that.

    Now I don't blame them one bit, this is the far more profitable way to go. But calling these games is a touch on the misleading side. Yes, the story is well done at points but if I wanted to watch a marginally interactive movie I would have looked for one.    … Expand

    Total Trash! Constant graphic problem, hick-ups, frame rate drops, crashes, your choices don't matter (as always), ugly graphics with zero anti-aliasing, textures that fail to load - this game is a total mess. The story is kind of ok, but very predictable. The classic telltale thing of "choose who to save" - boring after it has been in EVERY game they ever made. Hire new writers!

    After played the whole game in a single day, as a batman fun, I have to say that the game story is not bad. I'm happy to see a Batman with a different background of Wayne family and finally somehow acting like a detective.

    HOWEVER, this game in its PS4 version is AWFUL. I'm not asking for a landscape-game like the uncharted, but Telltale is ruining its talents with low quality textures,    After played the whole game in a single day, as a batman fun, I have to say that the game story is not bad.     HOWEVER, this game in its PS4 version is AWFUL. I'm not asking for a landscape-game like the uncharted, but Telltale is ruining its talents with low quality textures, frame lags, glitches, and crashes! I've brought my PS4 for 4 years, and this game contributes the crashes of the console 2 of 3. Also, the control of game is weired compared Telltale's previous products. And even worse, the official translation (in Chinese) subtitle sucks! Google translator could do better! How could it happen that the Arkham asylum is translated to Selina's house in Chinese, and that the family names of Vale and Wayne are massed up in Chinese? The missing parts and the frequently-appeared English subtitles are not worth to be mentioned.

    Just awful. Incoherent plot and characters, about half of the voice cast is awful, terrible writing, boring action. None of it makes sense, it's just a sloppy, poorly executed mess. And these graphics are just not enough anymore, these ugly mannequins and their terrible facial animations are just so off-putting. Even at the price of Free on PSN right now - avoid this game.

    A predictable, boring, and technically inept game. Good voice acting and slight interest in some of the beginning parts didn't help much.

    this is one of tje worst games i’ve ever played the story is bad and characters are very different from thier comic source visually i understand there is multiple batman universes but this is by far the worse
    regarding gameplay there is little effect for your actions the story is weak and thier is little gameplay in the game

    Review that concerns PS4 version 1.08

    It is a shame that a game with a "goodish" story is full with so much technical issues that make the experience a drag. From Chapter 3 and onwards characters became invisible and part of the image or all the characters became blurry.     It is visible that very little QA has been done from Chapter 3 onwards and it is a shame and not acceptable for such a short and easy to test game like a Telltale game.

    The restrictions to move or change angles in this game are incredible even for a Telltale game.    … Expand

    The game itself is pretty entertaining, despite some flaws. The story is entertaining even if a bit predictable if not really stupid from time to time. There's a specific plot twist that I didn't really like and an obvious action that would have solved many problems and was not taken, but it's still a solid experience. It would be easily a 7 or 8 out of 10, especially now that's 5€ on theThe game itself is pretty entertaining, despite some flaws.     The reason why I gave a 4 out of 10 is the technical issues. This game never give you a break. The framerate is not solid, loadings everywhere, audio glitching in someway in basically every scene, characters not loading properly or at all, camera going through them, shadows and light casting glitching... Not to mention that the graphic is not solid at all, crowds are comprised by 10-ish immobile people, animation-wise it looks like a PS2 games. Presentation is not good in a game in which it should be.    … Expand

I went through the first part. this is a complete disappointment, very boring. a crime against humanity. how can you dare to release that? no decision affects the plot. although we are persistently told about it from every corner. it doesn't really mean anything.     Animaciones muy esqueléticas, horrorosas.
    El juego es muy lento de por sí, poco dinámico para ser de Batman. Tiene cortes extraños, las decisiones no influyen en prácticamente nada, tiene muchas bajadas de frames... Está mal hecho. La historia es un fail, quizás aporte a esto el que no esté doblado. Cosas buenas: Personajes bien construídos, y que es muy    Es bastante mediocre.

    Telltale games are the worst. Not sure who is enjoying a barely interactive visual novel. Theres a better medium for what theyre going for, theyre called BOOKS.

    Batman: The Telltale Series started strong and ended the same way, and with many characters’ fates left undecided and new characters appearing in the final act, a second season seems inevitable — I look forward to it.

    With so many Dark Knight adventures in our movies, TV, comics, and video games, you have to do something special to stand out. In the first few episodes, it looked like Batman: The Telltale Series might actually bottle lightning and create something excellent. But as the finale rolls in, it series fails to separate itself from the many Batman outings we’ve already experienced elsewhere.
