    Garbage graphics even by 2014 standards, super laggy, horrible controls, they took out such important improvements from previous titles. As a whole Assassins creed 2 runs smoother and has better gameplay and about the same graphics. Waste of money and I only spent $8

    Assassin's Creed Unity is by no mean a 5.4. On the contrary, it is one of the best stealth games I have ever played, and my favorite in the Assassin's Creed universe by far. Ubisoft brought the city of Paris alive, more than it has in any other city in any other title.     Monotonous missions. Boring so much that they make you want to sleep. An interesting beginning slides further into a greasy grind. Apart from the graphics and beautifully recreated Paris, there is nothing else in this game.

    People give this game a hard time for the bugs and stuff but i just played it a few months ago and this long after its released i didnt really encounter that many bugs at all. I love this game for its amazing gameplay . It has the best combat in the ac series in my opinion thoygh it does bug out a little sometimes and u get unfairly damaged.     One of the greatest historical games that have best parkour ever. Just cause some bots downvoted it back in 2014 means nothing. It's great game and most people already know that.

    Unity it´s a good game, it looks great, the combat , i´s cool; the parkour ,it´s the best of the saga and the story it´s good as well.
    And the new phantom blade it´s really usefull.
    Also the end is really good.
    Nowadays in 2020 it´s a game that you can play perfectly , no bugs

    What's with this extremely low user score. It must be lowest user score for any major actually good video game and possibly lowest user score for any AAA game of 2014. That makes no sense, because i just finished Unity and it's not nearly as bad as this score tries to indicate. Maybe not 9 or 10, but 8 at least.

But in AC Unity after bug fixes, there is really fun and beautiful looking game. I'm confused why Cyberpunk 2077 has higher user score than Unity, while Unity is million times better game.     You can tell there was true passion behind this whole game. Huge thank you for whole team who worked on AC Unity. Amazing work. It is true talent and i really mean it. Don't feel bad just cause some low IQ gamers didn't understand this absolute masterpiece you made. Amazing game and i'm going to play it until the day i die. This is real art.

    This game is absolutely amazing. It's most fun i have had in very long time (and yes, i play tons of other games as well, but that doesn't mean i can't compliment stuff i like). To elaborate, it's not like when Red Dead Redemption 2 is amazing game and obviously better game than AC Unity, then by some logic i can never say that I absolutely loved AC Unity. It doesn't make any sense, but sadly there are actually people out there, who think that way (certain youtubers even, but i'm not going to name them, because they simply don't deserve it).

    People who say that this game is boring and simply delusional and i mean it! I could spend hours just parkouring around Paris, climbing etc. Just as i could swing around in Spider-Man (2018) for hours. And it's not only parkour obviously, city is full of things and places to discover. I was shocked how many hidden entrances there were, where you can randomly climb inside some houses and only entrance would be on rooftop, so you literally have to search for them and that's cool in my opinion. That's called exploration. AC Unity has by far best combat animations and combat is very brutal in this game. There's also tons of famous landmarks of Paris, Catacombs etc, it's all there.

    So people who said that this city is empty and boring, were either lying or didn't even care to look for these things and places. Of course it's not Black Flag level exploration, but there's just so much you can do with city game. Could it have even more content? Sure. But in my opinion it has already enough. Graphics are absolutely phenomenal, specially on PC. It's easily top 3 best looking game of 2014 and still holds up amazingly. Even tho it's obviously best on PC, even on PS4 it's still great. Overall conclusion : It's amazing game, i absolutely love it and i'm highly recommending this.    … Expand

In general, Unity could be rated 7/10, but balance kills. Also, the attempt to promote donate in the game for $60 is simply disgusting.     Disappointing launch, but very good game. Would recommend to anyone who wants to Parkour around 1790s Paris. Way better than older games like Revelations or AC 3. Unity has almost none of this annoying modern day story that was completely pointless. Only reason people play these games is going back in time, not some modern day bs.

I didn't update the game so yes, you'll find some glitches but you can stand it. I only did 2 or 3 sidequests and I recommend you to only follow the main story unless you want to earn money or experience. The main story takes you about 17 hours depending on how many times you die or if you spend time looking for money to improve your equipment.… Expand

    comecei jogar este game em 2020 portanto depois de já terem consertado os diversos bugs que vejo na internet..... eu particularmente gostei do jogo ..... eu comecei na saga com creed 3 em diante ...... e ele no combate é pouco mais difícil que os antigos mais eu gostei pois você não é 1 homem derrota um exercito sozinho ........ é interessante ter tantos npc na tela deixando o jogo vivo ecomecei jogar este game em 2020 portanto depois de já terem consertado os diversos bugs que vejo na internet..... eu particularmente gostei do jogo ..... eu comecei na saga com creed 3 em diante ...... e ele no combate é pouco mais difícil que os antigos mais eu gostei pois você não é 1 homem derrota um exercito sozinho ........ é interessante ter tantos npc na tela deixando o jogo vivo e não cidade fantasma com uma ou outra pessoa no canto outra coisa legal que boa parte das casas você consegue entrar nela bem interessante, você sem duvida vai usar bastante cura e bombas de fumaça que te ajudam muito no combate.... talvez se tivesse jogado o game na época de lançamento talvez minha nota não seria essa mais no atual momento essa minha nota é sim bom jogo para jogar atualmente.......... eu comprei a saga ezio e logo logo vou conhecer e ver se realmente é boa trilogia.......... bom que atualmente você compra unity bem barato ...........… Expand

Best combat, parkour and overall feel of the city. Everything feels and looks realistic. It makes you feel like you actually went back in time to 1700s Paris. It has one of the most beautiful cities from the actual past recreated, insanely amazing visuals for 2014. Absolutely amazing parkour. I remember how people whined about Ubisoft games and acted like "Cybermiracle 2077" will be flawless and amazing and we all know how this turned out. Now all CDproject fanboys are quiet. Good. Unity is solid game, better than 3, Odyssey, Rogue, Syndicate (even thoUbisoft has always made quality games, they are obviously no Rockstar Games, but neither are other companies and that's a fact. But that last one is about personal taste, because Origins is very well made game and looks stunning.     This game’s animation, graphics, and sound design are amazing. It’s a return to form for the franchise. Dead kings is free and a great continuation of the arch.

    Another AC game. It's good but it's almost the same as many other AC games. I still enjoyed it but it wasn't anything mind blowing. I didn't try multiplayer, and im not planning on doing so.

I bug però non inficiano l'esperienza più di tanto e non sono nulla rispetto alle migliorie di Unity: un sistema di parkour totalmente rimesso a nuovo, un impianto di personalizzazione mai visto (praticamente la stessa meccanica di Odyssey, solo applicata ad un gioco che non snatura la saga) e delle meccaniche stealth modernizzate. È un gioco in tante cose mediocre, basti pensare ad una trama a dei livelli di qualità ai minimi storici o a tutti i tagli nel gameplay a paragone con Black flag e Rogue (il top della saga, senza contare Valhalla in quanto non l'ho giocato). Su questo punto però, si può spezzare una lancia a favore di Ubisoft: al posto di inserire forzatamente un sistema di crafting legato alla caccia ed un mondo in cui navigare più liberamente, gli sviluppatori hanno preferito rispettare l'ambientazione storica in disaccordo con questi elementi… Expand

    I will support Ubisoft until the day i die. I bought AC Valhalla Day 1 and i will do same with Far Cry 6. I want to play Assassin's Creed Unity as last thing i ever do, before i die. Ubisoft (alongside Rockstar Games, Remedy Entertainment and Capcom) is one of my favorite game developers of all time and i mean it.     An interesting story and time. As we are used to, famous figures from history come by. The only negative thing about this game were the bugs. Fortunately, I was able to look through it to discover everything in this beautiful world with impressive NPC crowds. The world felt really alive. I think this was the last true Assassins game.

    The concept of game was very interesting, although, You can finish most of activities solo and most likely you will so, because of "random" players unless you have no friends to play with. Story is weak and gameplay is a little bugged and very poorly optimalizatied in term of my ps4 fat, was working really loud and was very hot.

    I played this game in 2020, apparently it was optimistic of me to assume Ubisoft had ironed the kinks out of this game by now as I still faced countless bugs, glitches, and crashes. The story in this game was completely boring and the characters lacked anything memorable. My least favorite game in the series, cannot recommend.

    I just finished playing this game and I must say: it's the most underrated Assassin's Creed. After this many years it still feels like a next gen title since great detail has been put into it. The reviews are unfair, give it a try and play for yourselves. This is a true AC game unlike the recent games.

Очень жаль, что на старте были проблемы с оптимизацией. Ещё хуже, что их отголоски заметны и сейчас. Именно за это я снимаю 1 балл игре.
    Лично я играю на PS4 PRO с boost mode, игра выдает стабильные 30 fps. Однако это решение не оправдывает разработчиков, потому что 1 - оно не доступно на fat и slim версиях и 2 - дыра в оптимизации затыкается поднятием частоты процессора, что ведёт к перегреву. Без boost mode игра работает нестабильно и неиграбельна.
    Касательно сюжета - лично мне понравилась линия Арно и Элизы, но все касающееся истории Франции - трэш. В сюжете огромное количество исторических ошибок, он ужасно однобокий (тамплиеры подстроили революцию, король и представители знатных сословий - жертвы обстоятельств). Большинству игроков побоку, но удручает отношение Ubisoft к собственной истории.
    Геймдизайн и паркур бесподобны, создававшие Париж художники и дизайнеры совершили чудо. Иногда могут происходить ошибки из-за кривой механики входа в здание (когда персонаж лезет вверх, а не в окно, и наоборот), но это мелочи.
    По поводу квестов - они делятся на две категории: с историей и подай-принеси-убей. Однако лично я получал удовольствие даже от примитивных заданий, потому как каждое из них связано с перемещением по городу, а паркур, как я уже сказал, бесподобен.
    В игре есть донат, абсолютно любой игровой предмет можно купить за очки Helix, а очки - за реальные деньги. Безусловно, это недостаток, и Ubisoft за такое дизреспект. Однако у меня не возникало ситуаций, когда денег остро не хватало. Большинство сюжетных квестов неплохо вознаграждают игрока, особенно в бесплатном дополнении, а некоторые однокнопочные дополнительные задания и вовсе дают деньги за пару минут (за контракт на устранение цели можно получить 3500, просто выстрелив с крыши). Тем не менее, снять 1 балл за донат я обязан.

    Итого получаем 8/10. Игра хороша, особенно по скидке. Напоминаю, игра работает идеально только на PS4 PRO в режиме разгона процессора. Если у вас оригинальная PS4, не советую брать эту игру.    … Expand

    Most forgettable game in the AC franchise. Despite all the crying fanboys do about the new games, you can clearly see why Origins, odyssey, and Valhalla are a step in the right direction when you get to play **** games like this and AC Syndicate.

    +1 point for the historical beauty of this game. +1 point for the Nostradamus's riddles. +1 point for detective missions. So, overall it's 7... Because this game has absolutely the WORST controls. Maybe Tallion from the Middle-Earth was as clumsy as Arno. My Dualshock suffered a lot of kicking and throwing because of this game. Even writing this makes me angry.

    Everything about this game is average the story and side content and I didnt experience any major glitches although the game struggle with frame rate. What I really enjoyed about this game which is why I gave it a 8 is that the graphics which were best for the time and most importantly the parkour. Best in any Ac game I have played and I loved it

    7/10 is for ubisoft for screwing it up. Unity was to be the game to bring the core AC idea back to it's glory self. But I guess we have to settle for comical, fake and mediocre RPG games. RIP Assassin's Creed, unfortunately you fell into the wrong hands :((

This game has none of that. Assassin’s Creed 2 я запустил и понял, что эта часть будет для меня мертворожденной, так как в игре совершенно не изменили    Скажу сразу, я считаю Assassin’s Creed Unity лучшей игрой из Assassin’s Creedов "старой школы". И вот почему.
    Я начал своё знакомство с серией с самой первой игры в 2007 году. Мне понравился сеттинг, но ужасная боевая система заставила меня бросить игру на середине. Assassin’s Creed 2 я запустил и понял, что эта часть будет для меня мертворожденной, так как в игре совершенно не изменили боёвку! А терпеть её из за "шикарного сюжета" я был не в состоянии!. Третья пройдена была полностью, боёвку изменили, но сюжет меня как то не зацепил.
    Дошли до Black Flag. И игра в принципе ничего, но. Меня просто убили морские сражения. Ненавижу всякие покатушки в играх. Короче отстой.
    Rogue мне понравилась больше третьей части. И сюжет запутанный, и боевку, наконец, допилили.
    Но вот вышла Unity (Так же позже вышла Syndicate, но после Unity она выглядела очень бледно во всех отношениях) и как у 99% писишников играть в неё было практически невозможно. Вспомнил про неё только когда купил PS4.
    И ё мае, какая же это прекрасная игра.
    Сюжет меня просто завораживал, сеттинг французской революции, мне очень понравился. Молодой Наполеон, в качестве нпс. К тому же сюжет игры очень тесно связан с Rogue, третьей, а так же Black Flag частями серии.
    Боёвку довели до идеала. Из игры, наконец то, выкинули эти грёбаные морские баталии и заплывы!!!
    Появилась (не только здесь, но всё же) система оружия, одежды со всякими модификациями.
    Стелс. Не очень люблю стелс, так как в 95% случаев в других играх он просто ужасен, но здесь достигнут, на мой взгляд, высший уровень качества всей серии Assassin’s Creed.
    К тому же игра выглядела на PS4 просто великолепно! В отличии от той же Syndicate, которая выглядела на PS4 как какой то порт с PS3, что очень странно!
    Вообще игра прошлась, не смотря на свою большую продолжительность, на одном дыхании!
    Позже вышла Origins, а так же не имеющая никакого отношения к серии Odyssey. Но это игры уже совершенно другого поколения.
    Так что Unity, на мой взгляд, это вершина развития тех самых "старых Assassinов", особенно по сравнению с невзрачной Syndicate!
    Хотя в игре есть кооп. режим, убедительно прошу проходить игру ОДНОМУ! Кто пропустил, мой совет, пройдите даже сейчас. Не пожалеете!!!    … Expand

    I wish this game had a better performance at start... The first 6 months it was uplayable and still suffers of drops.. Aside from that the story,the gameplay,the setting, the character and in overall as a game is absolutely Stunning! Loved every single aspect of it...

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Amo a esta franquicia de videojuegos como ninguna otra, pero este juego me decepcionó bastante. Empezando por la calidad grafica que en comparación con Black Flag deja mucho que desear, la muerte de los Élise no fue bien argumentada, el que Arno traicione la orden de asesinos solo demuestra el poco desarrollo del personaje y que el mismo mate a su maestro solo encadena una secuencia de malas decisiones del director por forzar una identidad al asesino. Le quitan la hoja doble justificando que es parte de la hermandad francesa, pero no justifican el hecho de que hay un retroceso en las armas y el equipo que se emplea, eso sin mencionar las fallas del propio juego por los bugs en cuanto al gameplay. Lo mas notorio para mi fue el hecho de que trataron de resumir la vida de Ezio en un juego, primer punto, ciudad europea, segundo un joven moreno de cabello largo que pierde a su padre y un sujeto carismático loco que conoce cuando por problemas con la ley esta en apuros (en este caso la cárcel, y Ezio a su tio Mario cuando lo buscaba Vieri en Florencia) y después muere, una pelirroja (como Sofia, la esposa de Ezio) de la que se enamora, pero en este caso muere igual que el primer amor de Ezio, los problemas con la hermandad (Ezio no quería ser asesino y busco a Rodrigo por su cuenta en el segundo mientras que Arno los traiciona descaradamente), y a diferencia de la trilogia de Ezio, en el Unity desaprovecharon bastante los personajes históricos hasta parece un mal intento por emular la desaparición de Da Vinci pero ahora con Napoleón Bonaparte, una decepción de juego.… Expand
