    What can I say? Wow! I found out about this game by chance, this gem came out of nowhere, and what an experience it is! The story is fantastic, the gameplay, the dialogues, everything is very well put together. Also the setting really draws you in and the world exudes with art and really makes you feel the unsettling feeling of plague as you roam around the village. Kudos to the developersWhat can I say?     The game is beautiful and amazing it is a story driven adventure which is thrillinh and fun! I feel like this is super great and the studio deserves a lot of support this is a very good game they've made!! It fell a little bit short in story as for me but a great game and worthplayint nonetheless!

    I tried this game out since reviews were really high and I enjoy emotional narratives. The graphics/atmosphere were breathtaking. That was my favorite part of the game. I also liked how the game was split into chapters which were usually evenly paced. It felt good to progress forward and beat the game. The gameplay was something different and unique as was the plot. The plot developed nicely though and I wanted to keep seeing what would happen. When I first started the game, I thought the game was not going to be that good but it got increasingly better as it went on. I like how they fleshed out all the different gameplay mechanics to create different scenarios. I think the highlight of the game was the gorgeous vistas though.… Expand

    I can see the developers put a LOT of love in this game, and because of that it is very sad for me to admit that is need quite a few improvements. The story, worldbuilding and characters are mostly great but the game holds your hand WAY to much.     HOLY **** is this game BRILLIANT????

    The story had me in awe. It’s actually beautiful how well the devs managed to put together such an intimate, raw narrative with super unique combat and cutscenes sprinkled throughout. I cannot recommend plague tale enough. It made me laugh, weep and feel so many emotions. A true masterpiece of a game

It is a stealth game set in the medieval age in the year 1348 during the plague which can also be considered as survival horror with puzzles. It is a stealth game set in the medieval age in the year 1348 during the plague which can also be considered as survival horror with puzzles. It is the story of 14 year old Amicia de Rune who lives in the French countryside with her noble family. Her life changes drastically when the Inquisition arrives and wants to arrest her estranged younger brother Hugo. This is the start of an odyssey as both are on the run without help and support against a powerful organization with well armed knights, huge numbers and influence like no other organization at the time. The story is engaging and completely nails the feeling of dread and fear. I like how the story enfolds when you get more and more answers. It is also believable and immersive. The well written characters enhance this. You can feel Amicia’s struggles as she must protect her little brother and make harsh decisions or her approx 5 year old brother Hugo who struggles with the understanding of the whole situation. They are also a bit estranged as Hugo was ill since childhood and she has barley contact with him because of this. It ends not there as the other characters which I wont spoil have all their own motives, character and world views. There is no out of character moment and I can relate to everyone. For the gameplay: It is a great stealth game where you are up against superior enemies. Amicia just has a sling to defend herself which is a joke against a fully armored knight. However there is stealth, distractions, items and things in the environment you can use for advantage. You can always find a good tactic to outsmart or defeat your enemies. During the game you gain new tools or better said receipts that open new possibilities. This keeps the gameplay feeling fresh. The equipment can be upgraded in a system that reminded me of “The Last of Us”. You find items like for example leather, sulfur, stones or alcohol. With these you can create special ammunition with different effects or upgrade your equipment, weapon or inventory with them if you have a special item called tools and reach a workbench. I must mention that some upgrades are incredible useful. However there are rarer items you need for upgrades that are more hidden offside the main path in the levels. Then there are the puzzles. You have some to reach different parts of a level, continue the story or defeat enemies. Those are creative and enjoyable but follow often the same concepts. Fire and light play a big role in them. In total I really enjoyed the gameplay and will praise the game here too. The survival horror elements are (scare) item management, powerful enemies and scary situations that get you killed in ways I want not to think about. I must warn you here as some scenes are maybe a bit to much for some. Especially if you fear rats. Also the Inquisition does some pretty messed up things like they did in real life and there will be some awful choices the characters must do to survive. Presentation wise the art style is truly convincing. It looks like the medieval ages and gets the feeling of a plague ridden region right. The towns, locations and castles are immersive. The graphics look excellent and especially the characters feel alive and realistic. The soundtrack was really good and I often thought during the game how it enhances the atmosphere. There are some negatives: The levels are not that big outside the main path. Some will make the hallway walking simulator argument. You run into dead ends quite fast if you explore the levels. Also backtracking is not possible. Often I took the path that lead to the next part of the level and could not explore a branching part from before anymore. For me it is not a problem as the game does a good job to make the most out of the levels and it is satisfying for me. There is still a lot to explore but not on an open world game level. I had a bug in chapter 10 that left me in an unwinnable situation as a scripted event did not start. I replayed the whole chapter to continue. Lastly the variety in the puzzles might be not that numerous enough for others. Again I had no problem with this but it is valid enough to mention. Overall this was a remarkable game and I consider it an insider tip. The great story, characters and presentation are worth a 10/10 for me despite the flaws. I am hyped for the sequel and fully recommend the game… Expand

    I love this game, the relationship between Alicia and Hugo was memorable, and I liked Rodric as well. My favorite parts were when Alicia and Hugo were running away from the rats under the tunnel, also I think it was unique how they used Hugo’s POV for a chapter. The way they used rats to kill enemy and the main concept of the game was also very unique, usually during the Black Death. The only thing I wished improve with the aiming, somethings the auto aim was very good or very garbage, I aimed at a soldier but just goes through them, it sometimes feels like it’s me against, but besides that the gameplay and story are amazing, This could be seen as a very good PlayStation game with the controller haptic feedback, it feels like a game people would buy a PS5 for. For me like RE7 and Until Dawn, it feels more like a PS5 game then Xbox or Nintendo. 100% would recommend for someone who is into strategy games like Uncharted or… basically like Uncharted. But the main thing in the game is the story, amazing, adding with the amazing voice actors, especially from Charlotte Mcburney. A Games like, created by a group of 45 shows me hope in a incredible future of small team game creation. Something I love the most with small teams or indie games is that they usually don't get pressure from money, it's about making good game where you can get respect by making good game after good games. While other games like Fifa, Madden or other games are just cheap ways on getting money. I just hope Asobo Studio doesn't add politics in anythings. I think companies should just be companies, bot humans, kinda like a robot having an opinion on where you eat because everyone other place is bad, just don't make it political, or be brought by EA...     My first problem with this game is that it is way too scripted, you can't really solve anything without following exactly what the game tells you and sometimes it makes zero sense. It's also way too linear and the gameplay soon becomes stale after a couple hours, since there is no room for creativity at all. Most of, if not all the enemy types can only be killed in one way.     Beautiful story, many AAAs should take this wonderful example, no dlc to finish a great story, very good level design, refined gameplay alot of innovation mechanics especially towards the end. Just a shame the "gamer" journalism didn't give enough credit where it deserved

    Pros: excellent artwork and environments, challenging gameplay, well written characters, well written quests, decent crafting system. Cons: extremely scarce crafting materials, the entire game feels like it is one huge escort quest, extremely limited "ammo",    This game is dark with overtones of the black plague so I really enjoyed it..     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Absolutely amazing experience and an incredibly touching experience. The story showing these characters progressing, specifically being hopeless against the rats in the beginning then at the end of the story being able to weaponize then shows the growth of the characters beautifully. The story absolutely blew me away and I enjoyed it so much more than I thought.

    I would sometimes find the mechanics a little annoying, however, once I figured out I should probably focus on upgrades a little bit more than I had been I had a much more fun time.

    Definitely a game that I will recommend to friends and family and play over and over again.    … Expand

    For once I’m agreeing more with the critics. It was definitely a fun game with good story, but it wasn’t amazing.

    Little variations in combat, and I noticed the game was a bit glitchy at times.

    It truly has potential though, if they ever choose to make a similar game.

    Story: 8/10.

    Gameplay: 6/10.

    Graphics: 7/10.

    All of the components come together beautifully. The Performances by the voice actors, the musical score, the level design, the story, all of it.

    I wasn't a fan of the gameplay at first. To be honest this could have been an interactive movie about a brother and sister being pursed by the inquisition, and I would have been fine with that; but as it went on, it grew on me. By the end, when some revelations happen I was very much enjoying the sneaking-taking-cover and taking inquisition guards out silently.
    It is a small game, but it is told beautifully. The voice actors, devs, and the music composer all came to create a heart-touching, wonderful story of growing up, innocence, and love.

Stealth, striking atmosphere, and a relatively nuanced soundtrack drive player progression and passionately aid what at first feels like aA Plague Tale: Innocence by Asobo Studio, surprised me. The 10+ hour jaunt through medieval France delivered an engaging mix of gameplay and story telling. Excluding animation, most elements come together nicely to facilitate a memorable experience. Stealth, striking atmosphere, and a relatively nuanced soundtrack drive player progression and passionately aid what at first feels like a foray into 'B movie' territory.

    On the surface, A Plague Tale appears inspired by Naughty Dog's The Last of Us and reminiscent of Resident Evil 4 or even Dishonored. Dark Souls-esque embers define traversable boundaries while hordes of vermin run rampant across grotesque and poigant scenery. A supernatural force subdues the land and propels the main characters through a plague stricken realm of decay, while a megalomaniac and self-proclaimed 'saint' pursue with haste the blood of a very special (afflicted by a primeval curse) young boy. This curated journey reveals depth by the light of well-paced gameplay mechanics and a remarkable level of immersion.

    I'm generally impressed by the use of light in this game, be it formed by flame or the intermittent day/night cycle. Misty fog, dust spots, detailed textures, reflect nicely and the character dimensions blend well. Unfortunately, jarring animations break the immersive atmosphere, and a total lack of motion capture disrupts the impact of other well-crafted in-game elements. Strong gameplay loops save face for budget animations. Stealth works well, while the most suspenseful encounters occur via slingshot combat. A David vs Goliath vibe rings round my mind when the main character defends herself against the pig-headed henchmen of a holy inquisition. With odds stacked against you, ultimately destined to die and succumb to Hell on Earth, you sling for your soul.

    Hopefully this ambitious alchemical marriage garners enough positive feedback and sales to see a sequel emerge soon. This eclectic emulation of some AAA gameplay loops has set itself apart as a bold storyteller.

    Gameplay 8 - Pros: Well-paced skill progression, fun mix of light puzzles. Cons: Repetitive combat.

    Graphics 7- Pros: Detailed environments, picturesque horror-scapes. Cons: Poor character animations and lack of motion capture.

    Sound 8 - Pros: Nuanced soundtrack, supplements suspense. Cons: Voice acting can sound a bit static and lack dynamic undertones. I thought the script wasn't delivered by the voice talents in a way that made dialogue flow smoothly.

    Story 7- Pros: Resident Evil like story that manages to balance grim or bleak archetypes with hope and faith. Hugo needs his mummy. Rats used seamlessly throughout the game for atmosphere, gameplay loops, story-telling, etc. Cons: Predictable plot and lack of enemy variation. Hugo needs his mummy.

    Amazing storytelling, great scenery, atmosphere, direction and graphics. The best parts of this game are the soundtrack and the unique way it has to keep you on your toes and create a series of emotions. A masterpiece, can't wait for a sequel.

    Got this game free from playstation plus, one of the best free psplus game recently! In overall a game with great story especially with awesome dynamic 4k graphic, characters interaction is simple and just nice not too lengthy, it really make u feel the sadness of plague outbreak historically back then during 1300+.
    Might not be a game for those hardcore fast-paced RPG players like GOW,    Got this game free from playstation plus, one of the best free psplus game recently!     The gameplay here is extremely restrictive. You are often forced to do things a very particular way, and should you not you will run into very sharp difficulty spikes. The game makes you feel like an actor following a script and not a player in a simulated scenario. And I don't mean stupid decisions that is understandable for the characters to make, no I mean that they make purposefully dumb decisions that no human being would ever make, undeveloped or otherwise, just to justify the next scenario. And in the end it is in service of a terrible story which truly fly's off the goddamn rails at the end. Not really sure what it is I'm supposed to see in this game besides a strong presentation.… Expand

    Giving it a 7 as a sign of support. If you like sneaking around, great visuals, babysit a kid and don’t mind repetition then this game is perfect for you.

    On the other hand, if you prefer to wreck a town with heavy swords fromsoftware style then this game will disappoint you. My heart gives it a 4/10 but that’s my opinion. Holistically it’s a nice game and thanks to the Devs for    Giving it a 7 as a sign of support.     I really like games with good graphics and a good story. it kind of reminds me of Hellblade because the focus is not on combat as much as enjoying the story and the environment. It does have a number of stressful moments dealing with the rats and enemies however it never gets punishing.

    I literally signed up for an account just to give love to this game. Studios making original, unique single player games are too rare in 2019 and we should all be thankful and encouraging when something this gorgeous and thoughtful is released. From somebody who doesn't generally love linear games, all I can say is "This game is as perfect as it set out to be." I love it so much.

    The game started off with a great setting, interesting plot and good skill curve. At some point everything starts to crumble it seems: characters act inconsistent, the story seems too foreseeable and the gameplay is the same, combat also too easy. It seemed to me like they wanted to finish the story off quick. For short, it's a moderate game for me.

    It's definitely not as good as all the reviews said. The graphic and atmosphere was really good, but the story wasn't a big deal. At the and of the game, the gameplay was very frustrating. You had to fight, but it was originally a stealth game, so the compulsory fighting sections just didn't work. It's not worth 45 Euro.

    i thought the last of us was tense, but this game made to re-think the concepts of being tense. The game started simple and mysterious, im close to the end, and i couldnt help, i had to come here to say that this game was a surprise to me, i knew it would be good, but not that good.

    - Environments feel very real & well created. Despite the game being fairly linear it’s worth ‘soaking in’ as much as possible & stepping off the obvious path whenever possible.

    - More ways than I expected to approach each area (using tools as well as the environment to your advantage).

    Cons:

    - Graphics - For some reason to me they look a little blurry/foggy/hazy on a ps pro. Despite me fiddling with various settings I wasn’t 100% happy (I got used to it) but perhaps its partly to do with the art style?

    - Stealth (+movement?) - Later in the game when the difficulty ramps up a bit on a few occasions I felt frustrated by a few sections & ended up dying on a few occasions whilst trial & error-ing my way through. This may partly be down to poor choice on my part, but sometimes solid cover as opposed to long grass led to a few awkward camera moments and being detected by ranged enemies. Basically at times when you are presented with various options, it’s difficult to know the best one.

    - Replayability - Whilst I’m probably going to spend some time gathering in game collectibles to obtain the platinum trophy, beyond that I don’t think there’s much else... Whilst the game does have a chapter select & easily tracks what you’ve collected so far unfortunately you can’t replay earlier chapters with your current upgrades. I was disappointed to discover this earlier, as it would have been cool to go back to earlier parts of the game all ‘maxed out’.
    As for dlc? I’ve not heard anything and I’m not sure its the sort of game where dlc would be added which is a shame. Plus I think it’s a small studio so probably not :/

    Summary:
    Solid story with good characters & interesting gameplay unlike anything you’ve probably played. It’s dark, gritty, you feel vulnerable & enemies pose a real threat if you aren’t careful in your approach (particularly end-game). The game challenges the player to use a variety of different mechanics to manipulate their environment. A few ‘dodgy’ stealth sections, non-sharp graphics & a lack of replayability just slightly take the shine off this gem of a find, but it’s a well put together game nonetheless. 8/10.    … Expand

    Overall it is somewhat easy, but still a great experience, and quite beautiful. In that respect it reminds me of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.
    If you like any of the above-mentioned games or Inside, Limbo, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, RiMe, or Thief you'll probably like A Plague Tale.    … Expand

    * nice touches like the character's frightened breath accompany one through stealth moments - super nice touch
    * nice interaction between protagonists, with each having complementary skills; a VERY real sense of team-work is present
    * puzzles increase in difficulty to the point where several tries might be necessary - very satisfying once you do figure them out
    * soundtrack is vvvery on point

    The Mixed:
    * visuals are beautiful (played on a ps4 pro @ 1080) but stuck at 30fps the game is a bit jarry, especially on a large panel. either way - everything, all the assets are. simply. beautiful.
    * the rats offer a very interesting dynamic - I only wish they were solid ... as they are now they pass through objects and at times simply despawn/walk into into solid rock floors

    The Bad:
    * game mechanic is a bit underdeveloped, jumping over obstacles is a bit un-natural (not tragic though); in some forest scenes there are areas where the player can't walk ... invisible barriers mean all of a sudden you're walking on the spot, I would've liked a bit more attention to such details (like having bushes or something to fence in the explorable are (this is done mostly, but not always)

    Closing thoughts:
    * there are similarities between this game and The Last of Us, however, whereas realism is pushed to a scientific extreme in The Last of Us, a more lax approach is taken here; similar mood though - which I did enjoy
    * in my view any game that earns itself a comparison with TLoU is extremely worthy.
    * it also passed the threshold to ear a permanent spot in my collection - I usually sell off games after I'm done with them -- not this one    … Expand

    I played it first alone and then with my 11 year old daughter.
    Strongest points are story, visuals, gameplay and music.
    I loved the game's length, it took me some 15 hours.
    Not a fan of games that are repetitive for the sake of extending its lengths.

    Very surprised by this little game. Picked up when on sale and didn't regret it.
    Interesting use of limited range weapons, stealth and "extra" abilities later on. It's suspenseful as fun. Short chapters make this an easy on to pop in and out of. Must play for lovers of indie games!

Sure, you encounter the stereotypical "rat in the basement" in various RPGs but Asobo created a creepy and deadly threat that keeps you on your toes. The story is very interesting and leaves you in the dark for quite some time. It builds up nicely and so does the relationship between the protagonists. I found myself hating the characters at some points and understanding why they acted the way they did later on. This is how character development should work. The environmental design is perfectly done. Stunning landscapes change into creepy and disgusting areas and back, each change reflected by the hauntingly beautiful soundtrack.
    The controls are a bit wonky at times and the walking/running looks slightly unnatural. Same applies to the facial animations. They often don't reflect the feelings that the top notch voice acting transports. Also, I would've wished for a slightly more challenging stealth and puzzle part. However, this is not an AAA developer and if you keep this in mind, it's an absolutely gorgeous game and the reason why I give it a 9 instead of an 8. Highly recommended.    … Expand

    The first 10 minutes made me think it was going to be **** for some reason but it quickly turns that around.
    The story is one of the best I've ever seen in a game. Reminds me of the earlier seasons of Game of Thrones. The atmosphere is so good

I had flashbacks to the GOW kid (who was also a pain in the arse). I think if you can have feelings for these two main characters you can enjoy this game more but I simply did not. They are easy to dislike actually and I think I did endgame. IN NO WAY is this game worth the price. Its too short, repetitive and honestly a bit boring. Get it on sale next month or so. I am so happy this came out because I have been disappointed terribly by the 2019 games so far. The voice acting was great, as were the relationships between the characters. I like the graphics, and like the Unchartered games the gifts were very difficult to find. I do believe you can go back and replay the chapter to pick up what you missed. I found the combat, and puzzles very challenging. Getting around was interesting, and the concept of the game was good. The story was amazing. I enjoyed every minute I played. The game was just so much fun. I didn't know a slingshot could do so much damage. I was glad it was all about the combat, and a lot of stealth involved (Hugo) was great. I had just come from playing Sekiro, and the was so much more fun. There were plenty of tense moments. Please support this small developer, and buy this game. We need more games like this and Hellblade.… Expand

    A Plague Tale: Innocence is a great game with great graphics and gameplay. The Voice acting is outstanding. The story is dark and engaging and would like to see more games like this all in 10/10 and a must buy for anyone who likes this kind of game

    A must play if you at all enjoy a good story, good characters, or single player games. So far it’s my game of the year and my favorite game to come out of France since Life Is Strange.

    EXCELLENT!!! EXCELLENT!!! EXCELLENT!!! This is up there with Last of Us, Uncharted and God of War. I have no idea how this game went under the radar and people need to play this!!! Game design, sound, story, characters, graphics, playing mechanisms and the list goes on!!! It plays like a big budget game but WOW! PLAY THIS GAME! Honestly...play it, enjoy and I want more from this gaming company.

    If you want insta kills for every mistake you make this game is for you. I like stealth games and puzzle games but I do not enjoy getting killed everytime I make even a small mistake, also I really don´t like games where your character cannot defend itself. Overall an ok game, very linear (it could be good or bad depending on your tastes), it plays similar in style to Tomb Raider without the platforming or shooting, and with a lot easier puzzles.. One other thing the boy Hugo is annoying as hell so be advised that you´ll hear his annoying complaining a lot... This game has potential I would reallly like a sequel where your character could fight if spotted, without an annoying kid, and tougher puzzles, and maybe add platforming sequences..… Expand

    My all time favorite game ever. Beautiful world, incredibly well written and rich story (possibly one of the best I've played), lovable characters that you connect with, and excellent voice acting. This game is worth every penny and more as it provides an experience you don't find in many games today. Easily falls in the MASTERPIECE category and deserves a sequel.

    A Plage Tale Innocence is amazing survival horror stealth game with puzzles and is a must for any fan of the genre. From the workbenches to the upgradable sling to the survival horror stealth nature of the game, one would be forgiven if one noticed striking similarities between A Plague Tale Innocence and The Last of Us. What a gem.

    I wanted to like this game so much, it looks great. There's so much potential for more, but it wears out its welcome after about 1 hour. Not a good sign. I tried forcing myself to finish this, but ultimately decided to refund 2 hours in.

    I'm quite disappointed with this. Why? Because the first 30 minutes were incredible! I loved wandering about the mansion / castle grounds, chatting with the servants and experiencing the great details in the location. So much potential for creating a true exploration game with puzzles and intelligent game design.

    Instead **** hits the fan pretty quickly, you are told to start running / sneaking, and it basically doesn't let up from there. Plenty of pretty locations, but it's like a long tunnel and you don't get to appreciate it at all. Ugh.... So much potential!!!!    … Expand

    Im so happy to see games wit ha narrative focus still thriving in a gaming world all about online and loot boxes
    The narrative here pulls you along and is the highlight of this game for me..
    I always love it that no matter how frustrated or over a section of a game I get that there a good story that’s pulling me forward to see whats next..
    Thankfully a plague tale isn’t full of frustrating moments
    This game isn’t challenging one bit, however it still manages to be engaging,
    Its no walk through the park, you have to distract guards and use fire to get your way through the sea of rats
    You aren’t completely defensless though, you’ve got a sling
    You can gather materials throughout the world to craft different items for this sling, you have a rock that can be used to distract guards or head shot them and as the game progress youll unlock new abilities such as setting fire to burnable object to scare the rats just to name a few…
    This adds a styx or even a dishonored layer of theres more than one solution to moving onto the next section of the game
    and chckpoints here are great, so youll rarely have to redo large sections of the game if you fail..
    And thankfull A plague tale does a great job of keeping the environment fresh as well as the gameplay, however this is where my biggest issue with the game comes into play,
    A plague world goes for a tense feel rather than a fun kids creating mischief feel which is fine…
    This means that you cant just run through the game crafting whatever whenever…
    you need materials to upgrade your arsnel and certain materials are scarce
    These items are more for I have no other option…
    but this also means that 12 hours of stealth can get taxing…
    A plague tale doesn’t suffer from pacing problems, in fact it does a great job most of the time at giving you a break from the action to just enjoy story pieces and sets.. but I would’ve liked more of this… more slow walk, talk, enjoy the plague moments…
    All in all A plague Tale Innocence is a unique experience set in an intriguing world with a well written and directed story guaranteed to keep you hooked

I don't accuse the actors though - the person who decided that the entire game should be conveyed with the most awful French impersonations should get a kick to the head. What WERE you thinking?? That it sounds more authentic with thick accents?! "Chernobyl" got it - if you're not going to be speaking the native tongue of the setting - don't distract your audience! Don't cripple your actors! Literally none of the emotional moments in this game land because somebody insisted it makes more sense for characters to sound "authentic" than for speech to sound natural, and that is an absolutely BAFFLING decision..

    But do I recommend it? Well, it's an okay, sometimes great game with gorgeous environments and mediocre animations overall. It maintains momentum at the expense of being a bit basic in terms of gameplay, and that's fine, not everything needs to be a Hardcore RPG where You Died all the time. The accents weigh down the score quite a bit, since the story is interesting and I wanted to connect to the characters, but it's really impossible to do when they're busier trying to force out a fake accent than to express any sort of emotion, and that, for a plot-heavy game, is really too goddamn bad.    … Expand

    There’s a lot lifted from other games in A Plague Tale, but somehow there’s nothing cynical about it. This is a full-hearted reach for the big time of AAA storytelling that succeeds in the most important departments, thanks to its sparkling polish and subtle characterisation. It’s one of a handful of games for which I could tell you the personality traits and motivations of not just the protagonists, but four or five secondary characters. Consider this review a carrier: Asobo Studio is a name that’s going to spread.

    Aside from the basic gameplay and a few rough edges, A Plague Tale: Innocence tells an incredibly gripping story about a couple of kids in the most grim circumstances imaginable. It nails the horrifying setting with standout visuals and a thick atmosphere that is worth experiencing at least once. If you're looking for the next great story to play through, A Plague Tale is definitely it.

    I thoroughly enjoyed A Plague Tale: Innocence from start to finish and cannot fault this title at all. While the gameplay is fluid that is accompanied by excellent graphics and audio, where A Plague Tale – Innocence shines is with its characters and the way it tells their story. So if you’re upset at how Game of Thrones ended and need a story that is told correctly, A Plague Tale – Innocence does that flawlessly.
