    I really liked this game. It's unique in several aspects. The Setting is very unique and interesting. Also the gameplay is not something you see that much. I liked the way, how the game slowly introduced more weapons/ways to defeat enemies. I loved the characters, especially the two protagonists.
    The atmosphere was great. The music was the best part.

    Must say, this is one of the best games this year have to offer. When playing, you get very involved with each character feelings after being struck with many horrors and being able to see how they confront them while being able to maintain sanity is something unique. This is something that the developers accomplish very well. And lets not forget about the animation, those sceneries,Must say, this is one of the best games this year have to offer.     At the begining this game look like a nice adventure, but at the end it become a very poor designed and badly controlled action game. The Boss fight is absolutely wrong, control scheme is so poor, that mostly it would be main enemy, not a boss. Mostly only 1/3 of the game is good.

    A horror, survival, stealth game with action. The ending is appropriately operatic, and challenging, not a let down. This is another textbook game dev example of how to take one new game mechanic and tweak it 20 different ways--within a story--and with engaging characters.     As it's female-led, it has many similarities in look and feel with the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot. This is high praise in my book. Plague Tale probably has the better narrative, better story, clearer story and more masterful narrative direction. Again, high praise in my book.

    It has as comparable believable world creation to Horizon Zero Dawn, high praise again. The sense of a real world, with real locations, over a great landscape is similar. Environments are not as detailed; yet, the reality and feel of interior spaces and rural villages is AAA professional

    Plague Tale is more horrific than either Tomb Raider or HZD. It uses many horror and plague tropes as gameplay elements. So be prepared for gratuitous landscapes of carnage, death and destruction If this doesn't bother you, the gameplay is AAA.    … Expand

    Story is good but I would have not buy this game if I could have known that combat is such bad and slow and there is parts when need to be good and fast, sometimes game is illogical there too and things simple does not work. It is like a playing net game with too much lag because need to take much advance and shooting with sling takes forever.     If you ever watch all-cutscenes in Youtube, you'll never buy this.

    Voice acting is not good. Gameplay feels very restricted and repetitive, nothing new or something to create identity. The cutscenes has no emotional impact whasoever, because the caracters looks so poorly represented and unlikable for that matter. Lipsync, and facial animations are not good either, far to be something like Hellblade on this aspects - maybe because of the limited budget.Voice acting is not good. Gameplay feels very restricted and repetitive, nothing new or something to create identity. Scontri con determinati nemici davvero ottimi e trovate geniali per quanto riguarda gli scontri e soluzioni trovater per racconrae la storia che è il vero fulcro del gioco...davvero i miei complimeti perchè la narrativa supera molti titoli che vengono lanciati a prezzo pieno e che poi falliscono deludendo le aspettative.

    Longevita : io andando piano con calma e osservando tutto ma proprio tutto ho impiegato circa 18 ore, chiaro che se si corre impiegherete circa 12-15 ore ma comunque resta un'aspetto positivo.

    Conclusione : Asobo al primo colpo non sbaglia,dopo anni di sola collaborazione con microsoft butta sul mercato un gran bel gioco ove narrativa e trovati geniali lo rendono un prodotto da comprare e giocare...consigliato davvero!!!

Загадки, интересные, не сильно сложные. Есть тайники и место для исследования. Но уже ближе к середине вы поймете, что вы делаете одно и тоже действия. Крысы вас будут бесить. Они не сложные. Они не вписываются в концепцию мира. Они кажутся инородными. Мистическими, как-будто находишься в фэнтези. Персонажи не далекие. Импульсивные, бесячии. Брат это вообще я бы его придушил. Из за него столько народу погибло. В начале мыши боятся огня. В середине они бросаются и тушат огонь. Где логика? В начале вы бегает от мышей. В конце вы бегаете с мышами. К середине головоломки будут повторятся по кругу. И головоломки постоянно повторяются. Вы будете себя все чаще и чаще ловить на мысли, что устали от игры. А концовка это вообще что-то с чем-то. That would be a huge tragedy. Not only is this one of the most graphically impressive andWith games like Resident Evil 2, Devil May Cry 5, Mortal Kombat 11, and Rage 2 starting off the year, and games like Death Stranding and Cyberpunk 2077 (hoping!) wrapping up the holiday season, it would be all too easy to let a virtually unknown title like A Plague Tale slip under your nose unnoticed. Not only is this one of the most graphically impressive and beautiful games (the lighting is unmatched) I've ever played, but the characters, story and gameplay pull you right into the world and really never let go. I actually CARED about the people in this game and found it difficult to put down the controller. This is "survival horror" at its best and so many developers and publishers should be taking notes. Watching hordes of evil plague rats devour living victims in no time, or having Crusading henchmen chasing after you are actually nothing compared to the other frights awaiting you. And let's talk about that soundtrack... Easily one of the best in gaming. I really wish there was a Collector's Edition of this game!… Expand

    This is a MUST PLAY game if you have a PS5.
    The last boss is an amazing fight. A plague tale can be repetitive sometimes, but it's original history is very creative and immersive.

    Found this game on sale and what a find. Beautiful music and engrossing story carry you on an adventure in dark times. The gameplay is more stealth and puzzle with a touch of some action and a little bit of some rpg with how you upgrade your equipment. Fully recommend

    That was pretty damn good and going to be a nice Platinum. It has a few small flaws and would benifet from some more varied gameplay and level design but overall it's a great game.

    Pros: It looks fantastic, esspecially on a PRO with HDR. The audio design is top notch and both French and english are great. Story is interesting and the atmosphere is thick. Collectibles are interesting and entertaining and perhaps the best i've seen in a linear game, really makes you want to explore. Chapter select! Yes, something linear games often forget these day, I'm looking at you hellblade. Great moments and story beats along with nice little diversions that may not be found if B lining it.

    Cons: Uninteresting gameplay. AI are idiots. Stealth is weak. Puzzles are childsplay. No FOV slider. Camera is tied to movement when in motion making it impossible to survey your surroundings and enjoy the graphics unless you stand still. Mild shadow and texture pop in, worsened ehen not playing in HDR. Babysitting can get quite cumbersome when trying to explore.    … Expand

    A beautiful game with a wonderful story and characters to love and hate. The game contrast it’s beautiful set pieces and some generally horrifying moments. A highly enjoyable game i’ll remember for some time.

    Wasn't sure about this game but it has suprised me with a good story, voice acting and an interesting gameplay. Really enjoying it as it's different from what's out just now.

    So I haven't been able to play many games due to work and being tired but I got this game for Christmas and was very excited. Honestly I've made time for this game and have stayed up knowing I'm going to absolutely exhausted the next day. I love everything about this game and I don't believe enough people have played it. Looking for a new game? Give Plague Tale Innocence a chance

    Fantastic game! Loved every second of it. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a good story. Graphics are genuinely gorgeous, gameplay is smooth and responsive, and again the story is great! Acting is also glad to say top-notch! Really nothing to disappoint here as long as it's story that you are after!

    The characters are likable, the story is nice with a glimpse of fantasy mixed with medieval atmosphere.
    The gameplay isnt something to wow you, but given the setting its enough and its ok. Visually its quite beautiful and overall its a nice experience. The only con I could think of is probably the price from the get go but it will be a    A really nice game from an independent studio!

    Such an amazing game! I love single player only driven stories, no multiplayer is needed. A Plague Tales stealth is really quite enjoyable, Amecia's bond with her brother Hugo is such a good one, and the supporting characters fit right in with the story. If you are a lover of story only games and are tired of mindless multiplayer crap shooters, than this game is a must play!

    All thru out of game strongly reminded me of The Last of Us. Stealth, check! Surrogate parent-child relationship going from total strangers to true family, check! Action sequences, check! Brutal environment, double check. It is like The Last of Us on budget, but Asobo did the maximum with limited resources they had.

    This is the first game of this type I've ever played and I am really delighted. This is just something wonderful and I did not expect such a wonderful game.
    The story and atmosphere drag you into the game so much, you won't stop playing.
    I love this game. Strongly recommended to all you guys !

    It is a lot of dialogues. You don't manage to read. Especially, when it is necessary to move. The text quickly disappears and is badly readable. Really it was impossible to make a postscoring for Russia? Generally, game interesting.

    Other than some movement problems during boss battles and some budget limitations during certain cinematic scene, this game is incredible with some of the best storytelling around. very little bad to say about it. incredible job well done!

    Ein absolutes Highlight des Spielejahres 2019. Das Spiel hat eine sehr gute Story und eine dichte Atmosphäre. Auch ist es ein schöner Kontrast zu den immergleichen Spielen von Ubisoft und co. Bitte mehr davon.

    El juego te sumerge en un buena trama desde el inicio. Los personajes, la banda Sonora, la historia,la ambientación, los diseños gráficos, jugabilidad etc. El juego es una maravilla en cuanto a una buena narrativa.

    This game deserves your hard earned cash! Do NOT trust the average review scores by major gaming websites. The story is GREAT, the graphics are GREAT and the game-play is also GREAT! End of story. ASOBO studio has tried something different where the player is not using classic weapons such as rifle, shotgun etc. Graphics 9/10, Audio 9/10, Gameplay 9/10, Loading 9/10.

    This game oozes immersion, but not in ways one might think.

    There were moments in other games, such as God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn where the pieces came together to tell a compelling story, but not since The Last of Us did I feel as emotionally engaged and so immersed in the game. What is amazing is that the elements and game play are very simple, nothing new, and almost casual.    This game oozes immersion, but not in ways one might think.

    What is amazing is that the elements and game play are very simple, nothing new, and almost casual. It's not open world and it's almost on the rails at times as levels direct you from point A to point B. Puzzles are for the most part simple, and combat and stealth nothing new. It's not even a long game. However, the framework that holds it together from the music to the graphics to the pacing is scripted, acted, and directed to perfection.

    Brilliant game, great atmosphere, story and gameplay. There's some mechanical/animation issues but considering this isn't a AAA studio its very easy too overlook.

    One of the best (story) games I‘ve ever played - definitely on a stage with TLOU or Heavy Rain for me. So **** EA... Single player games are dead? They are more alive since ever and a Plague Tale is a masterpiece :) not like the **** other AAA studios produced in the last years...

    One of the best titles of 2019 considering its budget. The rat swarm mechanics are frightening at times, while the story and gameplay ramps up signficantly as you progress. Even the voice acting is incredible. Definitely play!

    This game is The Last Of Us meets 13th century France.
    I stumbled upon this game by chance and as soon as I found it I knew I wanted this one. The story is great, the dialogue is amazing.
    Docked points for graphics. It didn't look as crisp as today's games look, but man is this game amazing! If in doubt about this one I can tell you you'll love it!

    A hidden gem! Had the same feeling as when I found Hellblade - complete surprise that you can get this level of game experience from games that go a little under the radar. The story is beautiful, and the gameplay works well around it. Those darn rats are so creepy.

    Fantastic graphics, sound, story and gameplay. Fans of The Last of Us may like to play this while they wait for the sequel, as it has similar stealth and crafting elements. One of my top 5 games of 2019. Superb.

    Broken game design, and poor character control balance! (PS5 Version)

    The last chapter broke the game for me. Starting from the 'pushing cart' part, till the final boss this game is an unplayable mess. Took me about 30 tries to finish the cart part, I was unable to beat the boss.     Character controls lack a lot of precision, every single time, when the final enemy was exposed to my attack, my first shot was always a miss... at a certain point, another character was supposed to help you with the rats, but for some reason he was unable to do so.
    So you run around, try to reach that same moment only to hear that he can't do it because of some arbitrary reasons... It took me maybe 20/25 tries, after that I said F-it, and this was the end of the game for me.
    I am not the best player in the world, although I did a platinum trophy in Bloodborne, Sekiro, God Of War finished on highest difficulty, and yet, A Plague Tale made me rage quit.

    Voice acting ("English" version) in this game is poor and really annoying as well. I understand, it's an indie title, but what is the point of having an English speaking actress pretend a french one? Makes no sense at all. Accents makes sense when the characters speak between each other in a different languages, but here, we have a French people speaking between each other in English with some weird accents. Why?
    From the beginning this broke the immersion for me. Every single time when Amicia and Hugo where talking, it was like nails on a chalkboard! Unbearable, infantile, stylized and unnecessary.

    Oh, and there should be a drinking game, every time you here Hugo saying 'mummy', you 'drink' a bullet to the head. :3

    I was very exited for this game, and in the end it's a title I will remember for a long, LONG time, as one of the most annoying games I've played in a long time. Hype for the second game is gone, will not play it even if it was a free game.    … Expand

    This game was awesome, and also freaked me out a bit!

    I had fun with this game, but points gave me more of a thrill. The environment matched the toned, and the horror of the story.

    Thought it was a horrifying beautiful game.

    Undoubtedly a unique game; but the game play reminds me of the time when we used to play games in our Pentium 3. I really hope that in the sequel of it, the gameplay would be more dynamic

I also really appreciate that the developers made a game in a setting that you never see in videogames, and wrote a story that is completely unique and original. With all that being said, I described this as more of an experience than a game because the gameplay is very shallow and linear. It plays like a simple stealth game with minimal combat, but as you play through you realize that the solutions you find are pretty much the only solutions to move forward. That really makes the game feel like an interactive movie. It drags a bit as a game, but luckily the story and characters keep you pulled in until the end. I look forward to see what they do with the sequel because it will either drive the game to huge successes, or it will alter the formula so that it takes away from the story. It’s a very delicate and carefully crafted balance that can go either way. Regardless, I enjoyed the game despite its linearity.… Expand

    The longer I played the game the less I enjoyed it. The strongest point of the game was the relationship between the two MCs. The story and soundtrack were good as well, but not outstanding. I also liked that all chapters had roughly the same length.

    A wanderful game, equal to the LAST OF US series. Buy it, its worth! It is very emotional like the last of us, however it is less scary. Instead of zombies there are rats, desease and death. You will love it!

А потом вообще пизда, ведь оказывается пацан может управлять крысами и после этого мне стало похуй на всех в игре,плюс игра очень скриптованая и линейная. Поэтому из таого жанра это тупорылая игра с сюжетом придуманы в канализации под наркотой. 1 из 10 чтобы уровня ь оценку так игра на 3 из 10… Expand

    Almost finished it but just couldn’t get past a stage where you have to fight off soldiers while staying behind a moving cart that is protecting you from archers. Died over and over so many times. Sometimes hit by an arrow from an impossible angle. I swear I was safely behind the cart enough that there’s no way an arrow could have hit me. A massive exercise in frustration and tedium which summed up my experience of this game. The story was OK, the graphics were great but the gameplay absolutely sucked beyond words. This is without doubt the worst gaming experience I’ve had in over 10 years. I cannot believe it’s got such a high average score.… Expand

    When troops from the French Inquisition attack her home and kill her parents, Amicia de Rune and her young brother Hugo are forced to go on the run.

    A Plague Tale’s solid stealth based gameplay combined with the unique setting, interesting story and sympathetic characters makes for a gripping adventure despite the odd frustrating set piece.

    You'll spend most of your time sneaking around and solving puzzles with light to scare away the rats, with    A Plague Tale: Innocence is a very story-driven sneak-em-up that has a wonderful aesthetic and a great moody atmosphere. You play as Amicia de Rune and briefly as her little brother Hugo as they battle a plague of rats and a nuts religious order who are determined to murder them.

    You'll spend most of your time sneaking around and solving puzzles with light to scare away the rats, with the odd battle with some angry Inquisition folks thrown in for good measure. Oh, and some boss fights... I really hate boss fights.

    The gameplay is fun, and they do a good job of keeping things fresh by giving you new tools to navigate the environment. The graphics, music and acting are pretty decent too, but the story is where it really shines. You really come to care for your ragtag band of misfits, and the interaction between the big sister and her pain in the bum brother is a real highlight.

    So why the 8? Well, did I mention I hate boss fights? Especially ones where there is an unskippable talking bit before them, so when you die, you have to go through all that again? Also, one-hit kills. I totally get it, and they make sense for most of the game, and then archers appear, and, well, those guys can go *£&%*£$£^*^£

    *grumbles*

    Anyway, it's a great game that is the perfect length and well worth the price of admission, but it does have its little niggles that will make your teeth grind.    … Expand

    I don't think it deserves more than a 7. The story, ambiences and graphics are quite nice, but the gameplay is a chore. You have to solve "puzzle" situations exactly the one way the developers pretended, even if it's a complete nonsense, like characters not walking even when they can easily avoid the rats themselves, or being able to hold only 1 wood stick even when there's a bunch there,I don't think it deserves more than a 7. The story, ambiences and graphics are quite nice, but the gameplay is a chore.     This game is adorable and has such a great integrity. Such a plot twist and I need to dig deep for the true meaning of "innocence". Would surely be a pity if I miss this game in my life.

    I expected nothing, and this did not disappoint. It's not amazing by any stretch, game play is a bit dated by babysitting companion AI, still better than most AAA garbage these days.

    There’s a lot lifted from other games in A Plague Tale, but somehow there’s nothing cynical about it. This is a full-hearted reach for the big time of AAA storytelling that succeeds in the most important departments, thanks to its sparkling polish and subtle characterisation. It’s one of a handful of games for which I could tell you the personality traits and motivations of not just the protagonists, but four or five secondary characters. Consider this review a carrier: Asobo Studio is a name that’s going to spread.

    Aside from the basic gameplay and a few rough edges, A Plague Tale: Innocence tells an incredibly gripping story about a couple of kids in the most grim circumstances imaginable. It nails the horrifying setting with standout visuals and a thick atmosphere that is worth experiencing at least once. If you're looking for the next great story to play through, A Plague Tale is definitely it.

    I thoroughly enjoyed A Plague Tale: Innocence from start to finish and cannot fault this title at all. While the gameplay is fluid that is accompanied by excellent graphics and audio, where A Plague Tale – Innocence shines is with its characters and the way it tells their story. So if you’re upset at how Game of Thrones ended and need a story that is told correctly, A Plague Tale – Innocence does that flawlessly.
