    Great game, I personally prefer Uncharted 2 but this game is still brilliant and should not be missed, the graphics are stunning and the gameplay and story/characters are great, there is an increased focus on hand to hand combat in uncharted 3 compared to the games before it and it works well, one of the best reasons to own a PS3 if you don't already, and if you do and have yet to playGreat game, I personally prefer Uncharted 2 but this game is still brilliant and should not be missed, the graphics are stunning and the gameplay and story/characters are great, there is an increased focus on hand to hand combat in uncharted 3 compared to the games before it and it works well, one of the best reasons to own a PS3 if you don't already, and if you do and have yet to play this game, Pick it up.… Expand

    This is the most cinematic of an experience one can get from 3rd person perspective game. Though the 3rd person perspective may rob one of a deeply personal experience, I feel this series was never really about being in the shoes of the character. Rather, the player is more of a director than a gamer, telling Nathan Drake where to go, what to shoot, and letting Drake be Drake. But thereThis is the most cinematic of an experience one can get from 3rd person perspective game. But there are still those times where the player and Drake are experiencing the same confusion and hysteria, and these moments are truly a unique experience. In my opinion, the only real problem with this game is the slow beginning. This being the 3rd entry in the series, familiarity with the mechanics made me want to jump right in and run around and be my own guide. However, countless cut-scenes and moments of partial-control plague the beginning. That said, this is still a fantastic game.… Expand

    Again to me the uncharted series are just supreme talking about the graphics and game play, the acting voices are again very god, BUT I would like to leave without knowing Drake's story of his childhood, I found it senseless like someone spent 10 minutes just to come up with something to say. Other that that is great and the multi player is fantastic.

    The gameplay is still great and there's been nice improvements to the melee system and the multiplayer. The graphics are beautiful and Naughty made a good job keeping the multiplayer community (kind of) alive. The story, though, kinda gets redundant: Drake searches a treasure, he gets run after by pirates, it's cursed in the end and he escapes at last. Every **** time.

    Its the third part of the Uncharted-Series. This game is much like the second part. Great Graphics and Gameplay, but nothing really new. The Scene on the Ship was made fantastic.

    Amazing game! Better than Uncharted, perhaps a slight step down from Uncharted 2 (which I still think is the greatest game I've ever played). It adds enhanced graphics, MUCH better online multiplayer, and way better hand -to-hand combat. Absolutely wonderful! Hope they make a fourth!

    Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception is a very enjoyable experience. It is very similar to the 2nd game but the missions are more action packed and the story is alot more interesting. The twists are even better in this game and this game is my favourite of the series. 9/10.

    Many disagree with me, but in my personal opinion this is the best out of the series even though most people say Uncharted 2 is the best. I liked the environments that you go to the most and I really liked the story. I would give the single player portion a 10 because it's extremely high quality in almost every aspect, but I'm giving it a 9 because of the multiplayer. One of the very few problems of this game was that the story was a bit shorter, and less thought out. The acting is still the best, but there wasnt as much connection, or charechter development as uncharted 2 among thieves. The ending felt a bit rushed, but that waasnt much of a problem,uncharted 3 is a great game. From the graphics to the gameplay, its one of my favorite games to date.     Is Uncharted 3 as good as it's predecessor? No. Is it flawless? No, it definitely isn't. Is it a disappointment? Absolutely not. Despite some messy spots here and there and all the imperfections, Uncharted 3 is nothing short of spectacular. Visually glorious and spellbindingly thrilling. It's epic in every sense of the word. Go buy it. Now.

    Uncharted 3 is a must have game with it's excellent graphics, great characters and epic story. So far, I haven't found any glitches in story mode, but, in multiplayer, you can sometimes fall through the ground! Also, in multiplayer, if you get disconnected, you lose all your hard earned money and XP. Overall, the story mode is great but multiplayer can be improved.

    I'm late to playing these games, My sisters bf could not believe I haven't played them so I borrowed 3 and 2 from him. Played 3 first and while playing it i was completely blown away by how incredible the graphics were, and not only the graphics but the terrific voice acting and action packed into this game. The only reason this isn't getting a ten is because surprisingly Uncharted 2 isI'm late to playing these games, My sisters bf could not believe I haven't played them so I borrowed 3 and 2 from him.     Having just come off finishing Uncharted and Uncharted 2 (I was a relative PS3 newbie at the time), to say I was pumped for the release of Uncharted 3 was an understatement. Uncharted 2 was my favourite PS3 game, and I loved how it drew me into Nathan's world and I felt like I was living an action/adventure movie. Uncharted 3 follows the same premise as the previous two Nathan Drake inHaving just come off finishing Uncharted and Uncharted 2 (I was a relative PS3 newbie at the time), to say I was pumped for the release of Uncharted 3 was an understatement. Uncharted 2 was my favourite PS3 game, and I loved how it drew me into Nathan's world and I felt like I was living an action/adventure movie. Uncharted 3 follows the same premise as the previous two Nathan Drake in trouble, has to find secret treasure before bad guys do, lots of action, puzzles and awesome cut scenes. Once again, the game nails it in most aspects graphics, gameplay, movie like cut scenes etc. However, I must admit, something this time around felt a tiny, teeny bit less "magical" about the 3rd installment of this series. I don't know if it was because I was a lot better at playing console games this time around, so I flew through it quicker, but the game definitely felt a lot shorter than Uncharted 2, and I was even able to finish it on "Crushing" difficulty (actually, I thought it was easier than on "Hard"), and get my first eve PS3 platinum trophy. So yeah, while it didn't quite live up to the awesomeness of the first 2 games, there is no doubt Unhcarted 3 is still brilliant in so many aspects, and pretty much knocks most other game titles out of the park. If you've played the first 2, you'd be stupid not to give this a crack. If you haven't played any of the Unhcarted series games I suggest starting from the beginning and working your way towards this.… Expand

    Again another game so close to being better then the 2 one. I loved the story, because it was based around Sully and Nate, the two best characters in the game. But I think they underused every other character and that's where it fell short. Defiantly pick all three games up, they are truly amazing.     I HATE spiders and I'm TERRIFIED of them!!!

    uncharted 3 is one of the best games that i ever played
    the plot is interesting and the gameplay is very good
    the camping is little shorter than uncharted 2.
    the multiplayer is very good i played in that something like 3 months, its so good!!!

    Naughty Dog delivered a cinematic experience that i could call sublime. The presentation itself feels like a high quality action movie. The pacing, is a bit too fast for me, since I wondered what motivations could these characters possably have about halfway through, and by the ending, I really wished that I knew of the fates and more of the personas of some of the other protagonists, and villains. The graphics, are GORGEOUS. The game is really pumping out the PS3 cell processor. There is almost never lag, ever, and as well as no load times, with the exception of two, before the main campaign begins, which can be lengthy, but definitely worth it. Respawning is never frustrating since it respawns you just before you died, so its very handy to keep the gameplay going. Shooting is fun. Its not the deepest shooting mechanics ever, but you can play stealth as well, and it is satisfying/ worth it. The campaign also has parkour segments, which are generally really fun. My biggest complaint with the campaign is that parkour is sometimes tricky, as Naughty Dog made such detailed environments, sometimes, jumping in a level with alot of detail, might lead you to your death, even though it seemed doable. The game is also very linear. Some might say it hurts the replay value, but I though it being linear, helped make players less likely to get lost on their objective. Replay value: Includes 100 treasures in the campaign, a co-op campign, which is more or less just random missions, with no real overarching story, but playing with a friend locally is extremely fun. Maybe the splitscreen would make it difficult to play on a small tv, since the environments are so detailed, but a reasonably sized tv should fix that. The writing is great, as well as entertaining. Lastly is the multiplayer. Its a standard multiplayer with 12 player matches. You can play several modes to choose from such as death match and capture the flag. Its also F2P, so you should find lots of people to play with, but there is a large unnecesary number of DLCs just for some skins. The multiplayer is great, but its not really easy to get into, since there are tons of stuff to level up, in order to become at least a somewhat competent player. There, once again, shouldn't be lag if you have a decent internet. Add in tons of trophies you could get, the increased difficulties, all the treasure, the local, and online multiplayer, and Uncharted 3 has a great replay value. Despite its flaws, its easy to overlook them as this is a must have. If you don't like games that are way too linear, and are scripted quite a bit, you probably might want to rent this, just to see if you will like it or not.… Expand

    This is a really great game, I enjoyed the atmosphere, the gameplay, the story, and even the multiplayer. Everything about this game is great, my only gripe is that it is so darn linear!

As we get to the end, this thing is not released, meaning there is no boss battle (which i think is very important for most games), and the rest is our heroes going back home.
    The overall gameplay, graphics, events, and presentation are by far the best, but the lack of interesting context took it down from the throne    … Expand

    Superb!!! Naughty Dog have done it again. Everything about this game is triple AAA. Everything from the campaign, to the multiplayer, as well as the new coop modes are an absolute blast. This is one of the few games that will really suck you in to it's world and really make you feel like you're part of the adventure. The technical aspects of the game are second to none

    Story: 8: Gameplay: 9; Graphics: 10. The 2nd game is so perfect that Naughty Dog cannot surpass themselve in making the 3rd one, because it didn't improve much on Uncharted 2. But then, since the 2nd one was near perfect, Uncharted 3 still build on that with great combat, a little bit better than Uncharted 2, the graphics was also better, but the story is as not interesting as the 2nd one

    THE GOOD: I have seriously gotten sick of shooters that are only fun online and not offline. Uncharted 3, however, has both an extremely satisfying campaign and fantastic online. The single player is an extremely immersive story. Its a wild ride from beginning to end. The graphics are truely fantastic, not because they are realistic, but because they're simply visually appealing. Online isTHE GOOD: I have seriously gotten sick of shooters that are only fun online and not offline. Uncharted 3, however, has both an extremely satisfying campaign and fantastic online. The single player is an extremely immersive story. Its a wild ride from beginning to end. The graphics are truely fantastic, not because they are realistic, but because they're simply visually appealing. Online is a fast paced frenzy with very athletic moves that can be done. Shooting mechanics are highly responsive. It seems like a very competitive online community so be prepared for a challenge. The game is polished to the max it seems!

    THE BAD: There is a part of me that kinda wishes that the campaign was longer.

Uncharted 3 is definitly one of the greatest looking games available on the PS3. The story is great. Theirs alot of really awesome moments in the story that are action-packed and filled with suprises. One thing that IThis game is amazing. I ended up backtracking quite a bit in some of the campaign's puzzles. Also, the villians in Uncharted 3 were not as great as Lazarevic and the others from Uncharted 2. They were still great, though. The multiplayer was alot of fun. Better than Uncharted 2's in most aspects. Theirs alot to do in Uncharted 3's multiplayer. Play the 10+ gamemodes, look for treasures, complete missions and play the co-op campaign. However, I noticed alot of lag in some U3 matches. It isnt as laggy as games like BO2, But their should have been better a better matchmaking system.… Expand

    Un grandisimo juego, el mejor de la historia de los videojuegos, un modo historia sobervio, unos personajes de lujo, una trama impresionante, es un juego perfecto...o casi perfecto...aciertos: Jugabilidad exuisita, se maneja perfectamente, muy fluido y la verdad, no hay otro igual en este aspecto. Graficos excelentes, escenas como la del barco, la del castillo en llamas o simplementeUn grandisimo juego, el mejor de la historia de los videojuegos, un modo historia sobervio, unos personajes de lujo, una trama impresionante, es un juego perfecto...o casi perfecto...aciertos: Jugabilidad exuisita, se maneja perfectamente, muy fluido y la verdad, no hay otro igual en este aspecto. Innovación, no innovan mucho, pero aun asi, sorprende y supera a sus antecesores en todo. Contras... Una vez te lo pasas, no estas obligado a hacerlo denuevo...no tiene extras como mejorar armas, cambiarle la ropa, como el en Uncharted 2, todo un error, en cambio en on-line tiene esos y mas aspectos, un gran fallo ue me ha decpcionado en ese apartado, me hubiera gustado que tuviera mejoras de armas o armas desbloqueables, infinitas..modos de juego tipo al reves...etc...… Expand

    Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is considered as a masterpiece the best in uncharted series well for me it ain't as good as uncharted 2: among thieves. all were best but this didn't had that spark and much variation in surroundings as uncharted 2 had felt a bit disappointed at the end. but multiplayer sale covered up my sadness. it's awesome but not a masterpiece for me :D

    Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is a blast of fun. The story is immersive, gameplay fast and exhilarating, and the multiplayer is rewarding in the long run. A must have for Playstation 3 owners.

    Compared to the second, Uncharted trumps everything Uncharted to had. Uncharted 3 has flaws of it's own though as some. The story and multiplayer are the best in the series, but some bugs and mechanics hold down the greatness.

    (I just did a whole review, but it got erased so I'm just doing an overall recap.)

    As Uncharted 2 is my favorite game, I was disappointed in 2011 when the third installment of the saga turned out with much less character and creativity than its predecessors. Although the game goes above and beyond in story-line, mechanics, and cinematics, it lacks quotability and ingenuity. Still a great game.

    I didn´t expect Uncharted 3 to be a massive improvement over its predecessor, because I felt there was a balance between the plot and the characters, something that Uncharted 2 did not. Both Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan are fleshed out, as we see the origin of their partnership when Drake was a young kid and Sully was a thief. It was a treat seeing them like that! And unlike AmongI didn´t expect Uncharted 3 to be a massive improvement over its predecessor, because I felt there was a balance between the plot and the characters, something that Uncharted 2 did not. Both Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan are fleshed out, as we see the origin of their partnership when Drake was a young kid and Sully was a thief. It was a treat seeing them like that! And unlike Among Thieves, I cared more for the heroes than ever. Nathan, while sometimes naive, is always spirited, and finally, Sully appears more in the game, which means we get to hear his awesome voice and dialogue. Chloe Frazer appears more stable in his change of personality, and Cutter was surprisingly entertaining for a character that´s new to the franchise, although Elena doesn´t take a big role like in Uncharted 2. As for the villains, while Marlowe isn´t as threatning or cold-hearted like Lazaravich, I did feel hatred for his assistant Talbot, who always seems to get his ways around the heroes, as he sometimes steals the artifacts that the protagonists worked so hard for. Now obviously, there´s a ton of action, involving lots of the same aspects Uncharted 2 had, but this time, a lot of things are improved: melee combat has been upgraded, allowing a more satisfying and quicker punchlines, unlike the more slower fist fighting from before. There´s a a ton of enemies in the game, but not in the same level of Among Thieves, and that´s the best change of the game: there´s no excessive amount of enemies. You do get a ton, but it didn´t me turn off from the experience. The graphics have improved: lots of detail in the enviroments and the characters, especially during the forest in France. Multiplayer in this game is somewhat the same as UC2, but it does include a Buddy System, where you get tagged with someone, and if you die, depending on if your buddy is getting shot or not, you get an option to spawn next to him, like Battlefield´s Spawn system, only less liberating. However, it was funny to see that there´s Unchated TV, where you get to see some videos about the weapons for MP and some parody vids. Overall, I loved this game: I loved the characters, the action, the detail, and it was more enjoyable than UC2 for me. I can´t wait for the next Uncharted game!… Expand

    I'm still wondering how they keep making these games and improving on them. Looking into the background I kept admiring the scenery and wanted to go explore it. Then I discovered that it wasn't just the background. You actually get to explore every inch of the amazing locales you visit.

    If you own a ps3, the Uncharted series are a must have! The mixture of shooting, climbing and puzzle solving is perfect! The graphics are quite beautiful...I often found myself just stopping and looking at the scenery. The banter between characters as they explore the area is quite amusing to listen to. Get into it! I just wished it was a little longer :( I wanted the action toIf you own a ps3, the Uncharted series are a must have! The mixture of shooting, climbing and puzzle solving is perfect!     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. My only disappointment with this game is how terrible the story is. They really dropped the ball on this one. I remember Naughty Dog saying how they were going to focus on the relationship between Nate and Sully, and to a good degree they did succeed. The offender to the story comes from the games villain, or lack thereof. Every good story needs a good villain. And sadly, this games villain gave the hint that she was going to be a huge part of the story, but she doesn't. She fades off big time after a few hours into the game, and I really do mean a few. Even the villains of the first two games make a bigger impact and they had nothing to do with Nate and Sully. Other than that, the game is flawless.     AMAZING GAME - Great graphics, Great story locations, and Great Characters. A LOT of fun to play. The only problem I have is that there is too much recoil during gun combat, and you can't sprint in this game. I finished the game 3 times, and still not bored. A MUST BUY.

This is a great game. from Drake's first bar fight to his last skitzoid episode and everything in between. Naughty Dog is a studio that has mastered the art of immersion. The gritty streets of London, the dust of south america and the sands of the middle east still feel like places i have been too rather than levels in a video game I just beat. This music, art, and character development keep me wanting more and more treasure hunting, "go to hell me", uncharted fun.

    It is a great story full of cutthroats, and I was constantly waiting to be betrayed by everyone but Sully. The acting in this series is great and it continues in this chapter. The only flaw if there is one is that in stead ofthe game ending in some sort of epic battle it ends as too many Third person action games do with a Quick time Event (see my Tomb Raider review). Seriously I've chased this bad guy twice through sprawling cities and I can't even have the blessing of fighting him one on one, it's gotta be a mash 0 hit triangle to dodge and now punch punch punch. Oh well, the story is amazing, and the QTE's seem to still be a necessary evil in these kind of games.

    The game play is not what I would call fresh, but the gameplay here has always been to drive the amazing story. You are still Drake still fighting off countless random thug type 3 in lots of pretty environments. bad guys and puzzles rarely mix in this game and that's for worse rather than better. The mass murdering of nameless thugs has gotten a little stale and just giving one some body armor and shotgun hardly seems like creative new ideas. A couple of chapters in you will have seen %95 of the bad guys you face in the game.

    I love the settings. The streets as young drake, the pirate captured cruise ship, the airplane; this is where the game feels fresh and alive again. the game does a pretty good job of mixing in lots of flavor to each chapter. I especially enjoyed the escape of the sinking ship and the hallucinogenic fueled chase scene near the end. With some pleasant twists and turns the suspense and action hold up right to the end. More Elana would have been nice, but she still knocked her performance out of the park.

    The game slows if only for a chapter or two in the castle setting, but is brought to life in the final 7 chapters or so. Over at Naughty Dog they really know how to keep it going. I do wish that the villains had been made a little more interesting, but really this is a hero's story and the hero is Drake. in the city of gold fighting flaming spirit demons in the form of thug number 27 with tricked out guns is pretty hella gripping. All of a sudden I wasn't some gallivanting hero, I was a mad man fighting for my life. That immersion is what I hope for in every action game I play, and Uncharted 3 delivers.

    Uncharted three keeps itself alive with interesting set pieces and scenery. The gameplay remains tight if not cookie cutter similar to Uncharted 2 with few new additions. The multi-player game modes were fun. My wife and I enjoyed some of the couch co-op options and while I don't play a lot online I found the multi-player matches to be balanced and fun enough for me to spend an afternoon with them but not much more.

    Overall this is an amazingly crafted game that doesn't let up. It's not as good as Uncharted 2, but then again what is?

    What a way to close out the trilogy! Uncharted 3's gameplay is just as good as, maybe even better, than UC2's. The story is not as good as it was in UC2 but it still is amazing. The multiplayer was also a bit worse than it was in UC2. It was too (I hate to say this) CoD-like with the class customizations and stuff. UC2 multiplayer was much simpler and that's why it was also much better.

While no one will ever beat Tenzen, Cutter was a good addition and the villains felt like they had more of a presence than 1 and 2s. Not enough Chloe tho :/
    The gameplay is about as good as 2 with the only improvements being better combat and the gun fights felt a little more fun and challenging than before. Tho 4 is still better in this category as well.
    The music is great like all the games, the performances are top tier like all the other games too. 3 for sure has the best theme for Drake too.
    Can't say much about the graphics as a played the PS4 trilogy but from what I've seen it looks pretty good for a PS3 game.
    This game holds the title for best set pieces. Only thing it beats Uncharted 4 in imo
    Overall this is definitely my favorite of the trilogy, even tho it just barely beats 2. If you've played the first two you're really doing yourself a disservice by not playing it.    … Expand

However the story of Uncharted 3 has its strong points, compared to the previous two chapters: the discovery of the past Nathan Drake, his meeting with Sully and the friendship that binds them, the unbridled passion that Nathan has for the danger , his relationship with Elena. The whole story feels more "human", than the previous stories. I also really liked the return of journeys of Sir Francis Drake, the references to Thomas E. Lawrence, and the fact that the ring of Drake plays a key role in the story.

    As for the gameplay, there's not much to say. After Uncharted 2 is difficult to create something better in terms of gameplay. Despite everything, however, there have been significant improvements to melee combat even more fun and articulated, and in general to the characters, the way they move or react that are structured much better, seem more "alive". Personally I loved so much the crash of the plane, and the arrival in the desert of the Rub 'al-Khali, where in those sequences the gameplay has been pushed to levels virtually perfect. However a heavy criticism goes to longevity: obviously shortened, in favor of the multiplayer segment of the game. And I absolutely can not tolerate it.

    The technical sector of the game is extraordinary. The graphic is perfect and has been significantly improved, although as usual, after Uncharted 2 is difficult to perceive the change.

    Uncharted 3 is a fantastic game, amazing, and closes in a great way the saga on PlayStation 3. Unfortunately Uncharted 3 is a little victim of the second chapter and of the improvements it gave, among other things, the longevity of the game has been reduced in favor of the futility of the multiplayer, and this is unacceptable.    … Expand

    Mas percebam como o sistema de mira é péssimo. Inclusive pouco tempo depois do lançamento, a ND disponibilizou uma atualização que melhora a mira (pois os consumidores diziam ser impossível mirar e atirar), porém mesmo assim é uma tortura atirar, principalmente com a pistola.

    Fui obrigado diversas vezes a ir para o mano a mano por ser mais fácil. A I.A. dos oponentes, somada à péssima mira, também atrapalha; porque apesar do realismo em eles ficarem muito tempo escondidos por completo em cobertura, isso ficou cansativo de mais, pois U3 é jogo de ação, não de tática.

    E essa I.A. também acaba por nos induzir a ir para o corpo a corpo. No U2 os inimigos se esquivavam, mas não ficavam a vida toda encolhidos atrás de cobertura.

    A mira de U3 só fica decentezinha no modo multijogador, porque você pode comprar melhorias diversas para as armas, como precisão. U3, no que tange à jogabilidade fez a façanha de involuir.

    Normalmente sequências de jogos tendem a ficar estagnadas em relação aos lançamentos anteriores, mas U3 fez pior em relação à I.A. e sistema de mira, ele desandou, andou para trás.

    Por isso continuo dando nota 8,8, apesar de a fase do avião e as em que ele vagueia pelo deserto serem incríveis graficamente e em jogabilidade.    … Expand

    Best game on the market. I have not played it since it came out but I still remember how much I enjoyed it. You feel like a cool Indiana Jones. The story is just so great. The graphics is pretty. The characters are cool. The controls are not perfect and innovative but that is pretty much the only negative I can think of when it comes to this game.     One of the best things in the game are the characters. Each and every one of them has charm, that fits the game. And the differences between them creates one of the best comedy situations during the playtime. The villains are a bit flat (they are just evil - no questions asked) but I believe that is the franchise-wide problem.
    The gameplay is decent. The game forces you to change your weapon after you run out of ammo and I think it is a good decision. Thanks too that you can try out every weapon in the game instead of sticking to the just the favorite ones. I really liked that they reduced the amount of shooting comparing to previous chapters. There is more climbing and fist-fighting, which I think was a great decision.
    Some may say the second one was better, but for me, this is the best Uncharted before Uncharted 4 came out. Maybe I just like a desert setting more than a mountain one? Maybe. Hard to choose between two so amazing games.    … Expand

    Awesome culmination of a very successful series that is sure to come back sometime and I'll play again . One thing I regret it not quite perfect ending to this series . With so many cut scenes throughout the game , I would expect better cinematic endings but that's just my opinion .

This game has the best villain but the weakest artifact or mystical amulet, whatever it's called. Also I hate the way they changed close combat, it was perfect in the first one and here it takes you so long to beat anybody it's better to never use combar here.     Mindblowing visuals. I cannot believe how crazy some of the locations are, and you won't either. Sadly, the story feels rushed towards the end, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the story in a whole. Uncharted 3 adds great lore and backstory to Nathan's early years, and that is done masterfully.

    This game falls short for being as great as the 2nd one, but by a hair. Level design, protagonist, story line, thrilling, cinematic and game play were great. The one thing that they did better with this game than the others is that they did a perfect balance between puzzles, climbing and combat. The ending was disappointing the last boss was too easy, the ending was a rip off from the 2nd, and the antagonist go out very anticlimactically.

    All in all a very great game! Too bad it lacked the potential of being as great or even better than the 2nd Uncharted, but it had too many flaw, but I enjoyed it through out. A 8.9/10 for this one.    … Expand

    Well, I've just finished this game so here it goes my opinion. This is a great game with excellent graphics, just as the last Uncharted. Although for me the Uncharted 2 was better but I understand that every game has to be different so here we find Drake in other situations and enviroments but with the same gameplay.     An amazing continuation of the Nathan Drake series. While it does not quite live up to the polish of Among Thieves, it is still undeniably awesome. Great graphics, a great story, amazing set pieces, and fun gameplay make this a must have.

    This is the greatest Exclusive 3rd person shooter you can play actually on PS3, and one of the best looking games of the PS3, with TLOU and Beyond Two Souls, in this game, you play as Nathan Drake, a fortune hunter, which is in search of the legendary lost city of ubar, you will feel really excited with those graphics, A game which needs to be played on your ps3, Seal of approval.

    I have played the remastered version on PS4, which I guess is anyway similar to the original one.

    It has been some years since I played the first two Uncharted, but I think I still remember them well enough to know Uncharted 3 is the worst of the three, while still being a very good game.     The storyline is not as as cohesive as it used to, and it gives the impression of being a mere excuse for offering the gameplay. In addition, I have not liked the fact that you do not to the desert till the last chapters of the game; this should not happen, taking into account the desert is precisely the cover of the game! The previous chapters are OK in general, but almost never brilliant; and the puzzles are extremely boring and tedious to me.

    Still, it would be unfair not to give this game an 8 or a 9, since gameplay is fantastic as always and almost no game has better graphics than Uncharted.

    However, any of the first three Uncharted games (which are the ones I have played up to the moment) can be considered a top-quality game in my opinion. As I usually say, a masterpiece needs more than just a very good gameplay and an Indiana Jones-like storyline; it needs truly idiosyncratic art and a more memorable storyline. Once I beat an Uncharted game, I always have that feeling of having played a great video game, but which will not leave a mark on me.    … Expand

    At first I had a feeling that everything looks more artificially than in the second part. Menu is simply ugly. Characters have some kind of a glow around them. All of it made me a little bit of headache.

    La historia, a la altura de cualquier producción cinematográfica de aventuras, es una nueva vuelta de tuerca al género de los buscadores de tesoros, como Indiana Jones, pero en este caso en el papel de un ladrón; Nathan Drake, su fiel amigo Victor Sullivan, y sus compañeras Chloe Y Elena. Que en esta ocasión irán a buscar un gran tesoro que el corsario Sir Francis Drake dejó en el medio oriente medio oculto entre vagas notas en diarios y pistas casi difuminadas en el tiempo.
    Jugablemente es lo mismo de siempre, exploración de entornos para buscar los característicos tesoros de la saga, combate en forma de shooter en 3ª persona con coberturas (muy al estilo de Gears of War), resolución de puzzles para poder avanzar y tambien una parte importante de plataformeo. El resultado es un juego espectacular en todos los aspectos, muy entretenido y de una calidad soberbia.
    Totalmente recomendado. En este caso lo he jugado en su versión remasterizada, en un juego que podéis encontrar en la colección greatest hits de playstation y que incluye las tres primeras entregas con algunos añadidos interesantes, amén del lavado de cara técnico.    … Expand

    "Uncharted 3" is better than the first, but not as good as the second. It has less shootouts and scripted events than its predecessor, but certainly more chase sequences. The game seems to be inspired by "Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade" since it focuses on the relationship between Nate and his father figure Sully. Naughty Dog added more multiplayer options to this installment"Uncharted 3" is better than the first, but not as good as the second. It has less shootouts and scripted events than its predecessor, but certainly more chase sequences. The game seems to be inspired by "Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade" since it focuses on the relationship between Nate and his father figure Sully. Naughty Dog added more multiplayer options to this installment including a horde mode and co-op missions. While the story is great, the gameplay suffers a bit from some repetition.     As always, the graphics are great and the gameplay is smooth as f*ck. The only thing that bothered me is that the Desert Eagle wasn't featured anymore, which is not a big deal but I missed that gun.
    The story was told exceptional, but it was in my opinion the second worst right after Uncharted 4. I just don't like the whole middle eastern setting towards the end of the    Definitely a 9/10

    One of the greatest PS3 games ever IMO. Love the character synopsis and the plot that goes with it. Great graphics and 'that' airplane scene is iconic. Overal great game and well worth checking out.

    Uncharted 3 is a masterpiece. Not as good as 2, but still very fun. Great game, great graphics, and very realistic gameplay. This game is a must.

    In my opinion, Drake's Deception is the best of the trilogy. It had the most interesting story and most cinematic scenes of the three. Even after some many years it is still amazing.

    The young drake/sully-background is touching, story wise. I would have liked more of that. As for gameplay, only the second quarter had a peak of annoyances, otherwise it was a flowing experience, with great gunfights giving opportunity for creative solutions.

    Ein atmosphärischer und bombastischer 3rd-Person-Shooter, der die Reihe in Ehren fortsetzt. Level, wie der Flugzeugabsturz oder die Schiffskatastrophe werde ich nie vergessen. Leider sind die Online-Server abgeschaltet.

    I think this entry in the series is a bit underrated within the fandom of Uncharted. I really like it almost as much as Uncharted2. Obviously Uncharted 2 did some crazy things for the first time.. and this one certainly doesn't make any huge jumps.. but still has some of the most memorable set pieces in the whole series.

    This game has only two minuses:
    1. Kinda too short ending. I felt like it ended up too easy and the fight against final boss seemed too easy and short, not like regular fights against final boss.
    2. Too many understatements between 2nd and 3rd part, for example what happened between Nathan and Elena.
    Besides these two aspects, the game was perfect.

Nesse terceiro jogo, o enredo de fato consegue impressionar, e a "contação de história" faz esse aspecto brilhar ainda mais.

    Escenas de acción increíbles, buena jugabilidad y personajes super carismáticos, recomendable a todos los que tengan una ps3 o ps4, una compra casi obligatoria, encima incluye un modo con pantalla dividida que es super divertido y retador

    It has all the pros of the previous versions plus better movement animations which we see more of these in naughty dog's next game,"the last of us" music gives you goosebumps, storytelling is still amazing and surprises you though felt a little repeated.

    Um bom jogo , apesar de algumas vezes termos bugs e algumas fases mal elaboraras , a experiência cinematográfica se mantém desde a primeira cena . Resumindo um excelente jogo é muito divertido

    The characterisations by the actors is second to none and even though this tall-tale takes you to fantastical places and events, the script is never once unbelievable. You never feel like an outsider. If anything, you'll feel right at home, ensconced in the constant drama of this loveable cast of returning reprobates and reprehensible villains. [Dec 2011, p60]
