Two RTS classics that are still worth playing today, even if the greatest enemy of both Warcraft armies still ends up being the humble tree.

The most positive aspect is undoubtedly the improvements in quality of life and controls that Warcraft 1 has received, the game that has benefited the most from this remastering, being the one that most needed these tweaks to be as enjoyable today as its sequels. One way or another and even with its shortcomings, if you like RTS and have never had the opportunity to discover the origins of this iconic saga, here you will find a good option to immerse yourself without complications in the always exciting and fun wars of Azeroth.

The so-called Remastered versions of Warcraft I and II show the least possible effort to bring back two of the most important legends of the Blizzard catalogue. Such a lazy and lacklustre result would have made sense had it been given to fans to celebrate Warcraft's 30th anniversary, but as it stands, it joins Warcraft III: Reforged in the ranks of mediocre products that, until a few years ago, we would never have expected from such a legendary developer. Thrall does not approve.
