    Warcraft 3 was my childhood game for the longest time and grew on me for the longest time. It's sad to see that a game that I once cherished is now a hard cold shell of its former self. Graphics doesn't make a game better, it's the heart of the game that brings it to life.     The game is absolute trash. They destroyed a 17 year masterpiece in a matter of days. The promised better visuals, more voice lines and better cinematics ingame were all but promotional purposes only. What also makes it worse is the bad servers and the change in their EULA, which means all custom games you or anyone has made belongs to them.

    False advertising to a criminal degree. Not only is the game bad, but it removes pre-existing features that were present in vanilla Warcraft 3. Actually worse than the original game.

    Very disappointed both by the game and by Blizzard's behavior. Not only did they manage to fail the remaster, they also completely destroyed the original game in the same move, while adding some ridiculous terms of use, and refusing any refund request.

    This is NOT how you make video games Blizzard.

    This is a disgrace compared to the original game. Not only did it remove features and voice lines (especially in other languages), along the way it also lost it's unique artstyle, probably because all the models were outsourced instead of being made by Blizzard themselves.

    If you are in any way interested in Warcraft III - play the original, it's all over the internet, pretty sure you can find on pirate bay. It's still holds up as a singleplayer game. If you want multiplayer, the original client supports lan, so you can use any virtual network (like Hamachi), to play with your friends. Don't be fooled like I was by all the promises Blizzard makes.     I hate this game soooooo much. Im not even talking bout the gaphics or the campaign. I get dropped out during multiplayer games randomly. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhh give me back my old game Blizzard

    Everything they promised not delivered. I really dont like to be decived and that game just broke all boundries. Total disapointment. I just wanted to relive memories od the best campain ever but its just unplayable. Response time is stupidest thing i ever saw, but even that is not as bad as units movement.

    As a player, who did enjoyed the original WC3:TFT througly by playaing ladder and esl for years as well as killing time with customs, it hurts to experience how bad this remaster of a game this is.

    What isnt arguable at all is the fact, that activision managed to not only cut off promised features and new content but also removed essential features in the battle.net as well as lan support.

    And if you think thats enough of screwing their long year customers you are damn wrong, because activision decided to remove the ability to even download the classic tft client and enjoy an actual playable game, which means that people are either stuck on 1.27 or play this piece of gargabe remaster which isnt worth a single penny in my eyes.

    This game is so broken, the UI is a stupid huge downgrade, the textures are looking washed out. The whole models look stupid when moving and the whole charm the game had is mostly gone.

    This is the last game i ever bought from activision / blizzard or lets say i havent technically bought since i got a refund for my money but unrfortunately not for my wasted lifetime.    … Expand

    oversold underdelivered hype that I now expect for blizzard. Why do they ruin every new game they release since Activision. Theb when you request a refund after spending 3 hours trying to optimise it as it runs so poorly you can't! Disgraceful

    Ну могли же просто взять и пересобрать игру на новом движке. Нарисовать красивые фоны, текстуры, полигонов добавить. И приправить это красивыми CGI роликам. Худшая игра в истории цивилизации.

    Betrayal. No more words needed.i had such hopes for warcraft reforged, and I played it through the beta phase, but the game is clearly unfinished despite it being delayed.

    I enjoyed my 15+ years playing Blizzard games, but it seems now is the time to admit the soul is gone.

    They no longer care and this reflects it perfectly.

    I purchased this game in order to play the classic custom games I remember only to find they’ve all been removed and any new maps are now Blizzard’s property. I cannot support this.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
